Summary: reader is a third culture kid. Her parents are immigrants, and she hates it. She wants to be everything she is not.
Warnings: angst, crying, hating your own culture, racism, internalized racism, middle eastern!reader, reader discerned as average, established relationship, pet names, hurt/comfort, no use of y/n, no oc; reader described to have curly hair, brown eyes and hair.
(A/N: not me reflecting lmao. asks and req are open <3 feedback is appreciated! Ps: I am Türkisch, and this isn’t meant to be racist, it’s just thoughts about myself that I used to have portrayed by y/n. This is for awareness abt internalized racism)
Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media
I hate my culture. I hate my frizzy hair, I hate the fact that my eyes are a plain brown. I hate the fact that I’m not white. I hate that when someone asks me where I’m from and I say America, they go “no where are you actually from?”. I hate my brain. I hate the way I think. I hate the way I wish I was someone else. I hate myself, and I hate the way I hate myself.
I was never considerably pretty. Well not really. Sure the facial harmony, the potential is there. But I’m just not good enough.
I wish my hair was straight.
I hate the way I hate my own culture. I really do. But I literally can’t fit into the American beauty Standards , but I can’t fit into the middle eastern ones either.
My home country is America. I was born and raised here. But both of my parents are immigrants from turkey. -Wich means we’re not very wealthy.
I hate it when people ask me where I’m from because I look ‘exotic’.
I wouldn’t consider turkey my home country. I hate it there. And I don’t know if it’s just my internalized hatred or whatever, but I do.
Even in the country itself I’m not considered Turkish enough. In the US I’m not American enough…
I’m never enough.
Not to my parents, not to my siblings, not to my boyfriend. Not to myself. I’m not good enough.
we go to turkey for vacation every year and I’m sick of it.
I speak the language enough to communicate. I hate half the food because I’m a picky eater. It hurts even more because I’m not even considered properly Turkish.
I hate the way all my cousins, except for one, live In turkey. I hate the way they’re so close to each other. And despite being in the cousins group chat, they’ll always send in pictures of them all together. Pictures that I’ll never be in, simply because I’m halfway across the world.
Years ago, whenever we visited, it didn’t matter, the fact that I live so far away, but now they were judgy.
Besides I don’t trust anything there. Sure the stuff there is cheaper, but you could literally put me in an official Nike store and I would still tell you the shoes are fake, even tho they obviously aren’t.
I did an internship at a disposition and shipping company. I know that those shoes come from the same warehouse. I just don’t trust anything Turkish.
Growing up with so many myths that my parents taught me to live by, until I realized it’s just a bunch of bullshit, made me believe that nothing purchased in turkey is of any quality.
And it’s not even to hate on the nation or anything, it’s probably my own fault.
I hate the way all the other middle easternerns are so confident in where they’re from, flexing the fact that they naturally know more languages than Americans.
But I just wish I was one of those stupid Americans. Oblivious to the rest of the world and all the flaws in human nature. I wish I was a skinny white woman born into an upper middle class American family.
But instead I have to be what I am.
I hate it when I hear people talk in my ‘native’ language. Even tho that’s the only language we speak at home.
Sometimes I feel great knowing that I have culture and just naturally great genetics, and potential and resources to be better than those stuck in a village in my ‘home’ town.
But then it dawns on me that I’m not American, even if I was born and raised here it’s not my home country. And as much as I feel like it should be and is, it’s not.
It dawns on me that I’m not white. I’m not one of them. And I never will be.
And that makes me question why Matt is even dating me.
There is so much internal self hatred and racism going on in me, yet still he chose me over those white girls.
And I don’t get it.
Every time I look at myself in the mirror I sigh. Let’s ignore the fact that I’m not white like that and will never be. Even being middle eastern, or whatever the hell turks are considered, I don’t look like that either.
I fit literally nowhere. Sure I have dark brown hair and brown eyes, I look pretty average. But I still don’t look Turkish, I don’t have that straight hair or painfully skinny body.
I let out a heavy sigh without even noticing. These thoughts were getting loud again.
I hate how strict and conservative my parents are. I hate the painful lack of empathy they show, because I always have to be perfect, when I’m oh so confused of what type of perfect.
I don’t know if they want me to be a cheerleader and prom queen and top of my class like they never could. Or if they want me to be conservative or something.
Probably the latter, but-
“What are you thinking about?” Matt’s voice suddenly snaps me out of my daze. We literally had laid down to sleep and all I could do is pity myself.
I feel a lump in my throat and only now realize how i feel like I’m going to break into sobs.
Matt must’ve heard my uneven, shaky breaths.
Matt was spooning me, his arms wrapped around my waist, holding me close to him. He rubs my sides gently, tracing shapes on my skin.
I sigh in response. I feel like I haven’t used my voice in so long. I feel like if I speak now, I’ll break into sobs.
“Baby?” He whispers softly. I feel him pull away slightly until he turns me around to face him.
“Talk to me sweetheart.”
Matt is such a kind soul. I literally didn’t tell my parents we were dating until we were already dating for 7 months, just because I was that scared. I wasn’t allowed to date or do anything intimate. As if it wasn’t normal for a teenager to want to.
“Why do you like me Matt?” I blurt out before I can think.
“First off, I don’t like you, I love you. And second where is this coming from?” He asks sweetly his eyes having a tinge of concern to them. He looks so sweet and caring.
“Why tho?” I inquire. My voice low. I know my eyes are glassy, I’m quite literally holding back tears.
Matt licks his lips and sits up. He turns the bedside table lamp on. The dim yellow light aluminates the room slightly, just enough so that I can see his prominent features even better.
“What do you mean?” He asks again now sitting up fully. He has his legs Chris-cross, looking down at me while I still lay on my side.
I sigh trying to gather my thoughts. I purse my lips lying back on my back. I stare at the ceiling for a moment.
“Why do you love me?” I purse my lips. I blink furiously trying to hold back tears.
The way he looks at me is sweet and caring. I sit up just like him. Both of us now sitting across each other, Chris-cross.
Matt and I have been together for a long while, so he knows me. But I never openly talked about it.
“I love you because you’re kind, and caring. I love you because you could talk for hours about things you are passionate about. I love your voice, I love your face, I love the way you’re so delicate with everything. I love the way you touch me. I love you because even when we were just friends you were so kind to me and everyone around. I love you because you’re you.”
By the end of his rant I was crying. Tears streaming down my face while i try to hold in gut wrenching sobs.
Matt’s eyes soften even further. He shifts again so his back is against the head-bored. He grabs me gently and sets me down on his lap facing him.
I cry. Feeling vulnerable I burry my face in the side of his neck. I try not to sob too loud, but I can’t hold it in. With my sobs my body shakes as I try to breathe through it.
“Shh you’re okay baby.” He comforts, gently rubbing circles into my back.
I let out shaky breaths and sobs as I try to calm down. I feel like I’m overreacting. Sure I feel shitty about myself, but then again I can’t do anything to change who I am, so what’s the point in crying about it.
I don’t know for how long I cry, I just know that after a while I couldn’t anymore. I cried so much I ran out of tears.
“You want to talk about it?” Matt asks softly under his breath.
I let out a shaky sigh and shift slightly. I look him in the eyes for a second before letting my head fall forward closing my eyes. I know my eyes are probably red and puffy.
“I just..” I trail off, thinking of a way to describe this to Matt.
“I hate being an immigrant’s daughter..” I say slowly trying to figure out a way to understandably say this without sounding crazy or overly sensitive.
I feel Matt’s hand ghost over my cheek caressing my face gently. He picks up my head slowly so I’m looking at him. My eyes meet his as I try not to cry anymore.
“Talk to me, honey.” He says oh so sweetly.
“I just wish I was American.” I sob. Without even realizing tears were rolling down my face again.
Matt doesn’t say anything waiting for me to continue. He wipes away my tears gently, his eyes full of concern.
“I hate myself and everything I stand for.” I breathe out under my breath as if I’m terrified by that fact. And I am. I hate that I hate myself.
“Baby..” Matt whispers softly. He looks at me like I am everything. He looks at me like I’m the only thing that matters and me saying that I hate myself tears him apart.
“I don’t have a culture. I mean I do, but I’m a third culture kid, I’m not enough for either culture.” I sob. I can physically feel my bottom lip trembling.
“Baby, I love you for you.” Matt says again softly. He wipes away my tears.
“But I hate myself Matt. I hate the fact that I exist.” I breathe out. I close my eyes tightly, because after all, I could barely see anything through my tears anyway.
Matt, being the empath he is, was on the verge of crying too.
No American ever pronounces my name right, but the actual right way just sounds wrong at this point.
I will never find my name on those keychains. And while today, I don’t care about it, back when I was younger and everyone had those, I just couldn’t find one.
“Don’t say that” Matt breaths out. He was still actively wiping away my tears while trying not to cry himself.
“You don’t get it Matt. I’m the problem.” I breathe out harshly. “I feel like I always act like such a brat about it. But my parents had dreams too.” I breathe out.
I see a tear roll down Matt’s cheek and it feels like a slap across my face. I feel my stomach drop. I hurriedly put my hands on his face wiping away the tear while crying myself. Matt’s hands go to my waist holding me.
“Don’t say that.” He breathes out. “You’re allowed to feel things.”
Another wave of sadness washes over me. But before I can break out into sobs again he pulls me into him.
Matt cradles my head into his chest hugging me tightly. I feel safe in his arms. I know Matt loves me for me, but sometimes it still felt like a cruel joke.
Like when I was asked out in middle school as a joke. But we’ve been dating for almost a year now.
“I love your hair, I love your eyes, I love your face, I love your culture, I love your humor. I love you.” Matt assures me. He rubs my scalp gently as I continues to let out small sobs that shake my body.
“I love everything about you. I love you the way you are, and you know that.” He uses his other hand to rub my back comfortingly.
I continue to cry in his arms listening to the sweet nothings and the praises Matt whispers to me.
It hurts knowing I hurt him. And I really want to believe him, and I do. But I don’t agree.
After a while of crying I calm down again.
This is a topic I’ll never be able to talk about without crying. It’s a deep rooted pain.
Being how I am, I hate it.
After a while we move back to a laying down position. “We’ll talk about this later.” Matt assures firmly yet he was still looking at me kindly.
I simply nod. Matt turns the bedside lamp off. He pulls me closer to him. He cradles my head to his chest and I hug him back. I cling to him like my life depends on it.
I know it’s not going to be easy, but it’s exhausting to hate myself this much. I wish I didn’t. I really do.

A/N: All of us third culture kids have probably at some point have experienced some type of internalized racism. I wrote this in a fit of sadness after realising that my dreams are just dreams. I cried so many times while writing this. I hope you guys liked it 💕

What are some actual problems in the animal product industry?
I'm mostly familiar with fur farming so that's what I'll comment on.
A big concern of mine is that because ARA campaigns against people using or farming fur there's been a decline in the public's trust of fur products in countries that traditionally had good animal welfare standards. This has caused an uptick in fur being farmed in places where the animal welfare laws aren't as regulated, so you're seeing many more unethical farms being able to sell furs cheaply to markets that buy fur for textile. The quality of the fur doesn't matter as much as in the clothing market, so the animals are raised to be as big as possible, exceeding thier healthy sizes and weights to produce as much fur on one animal as possible.
Simultaneously, these unethical farms and businesses are aware of the bad press that ARA groups have spread about the industry, and will sell off other byproducts that aren't as heavily scrutinized or regulated as fur. Many mislabeled blue fox skulls are being sold worldwide (often illegally) by oddities dealers that come from these farms as well as oils and fertilizers and other byproducts of fur farming. It's easy to tell if an animal was unhealthy due to the condition of the pelt, but when the fur is processes as wool or part of the animal people may not recognize came from a fur farm is distributed, it still funds these poorly regulated places.
Meanwhile, the farmers and workers who are being harassed are ones who are generally compliant with WelFur standards, meaning that their farms are up to the current welfare codes in place. It's causing many good farms to go out of business or in some cases close down due to entire states or countries banning fur farming or the use of fur products.
So now good farms are being held accountable for bad practices done at other farms, and it's becoming more and more difficult to find places that do hold up to ethical animal husbandry standards. It's also promoting the use of plastics to make faux fur products which are far worse for the environment then just using fur. And due to the scrutiny many farmers face, it's becoming less worth it for them to sell thier animals as pelts and instead sell them to the exotic pet trade (i.e. people like saveafox who buys foxes directly from an unethical fur farm with bad breeding practices).
It's bad because it feels like there's very little room for changes and improvements to the fur industry because of the chokehold ARA groups have on the public's understanding of fur farming. For example, I'd like to see more ethical breeding practices done based on studying certain color generics and how they effect the health of certain species (we know some color mutations also cause genetic issues with certain species and I would like to have more information as to why that happens and how it can be avoided). However, it's difficult to discuss topics like that and push for change within the industry because most fur farms have to be extremely cautious with who they discuss thier practices to. ARAs will often lie to them to infiltrate thier farms to "expose" them by fabricating lies or stealing and releasing thier animals.

hiya pia! I just saw your new puppy on Instagram!! congrats, he's so cute! I was just wondering, is he a rescue?
cuddles to him and Maybe 🤗
Hi anon,
He's not a rescue! We've always had rescue cats, which is actually part of the reason we can't get a rescue dog, lol. I'm about to talk a lot about it, so get ready! Lol
So firstly, in Western Australia, poodle x rescue puppies don't really exist at all in rescue organisations , and Glen and I are both allergic to highly shedding dogs as well as dogs with very short hair, and we needed a trainable / biddable puppy because we have a cat with a lot of behavioural issues. We've had to litter test each litter of puppies we've met with to see which ones were suitable / not suitable with our allergy issues.
Unlike other places in the world, poodles are actually very hard to find here, and as someone who's had my eyes on rescue organisations on and off for 10 years I can say with a lot of confidence we were never going to find a non-shedding puppy or dog without significant behavioural issues in a rescue. It was nearly impossible before the pandemic, and it's been impossible since.
Western Australia has a dog breed bottleneck, because before frozen sperm existed, most people had to pay around $10,000 to get a new dog of any kind because of the flight fees. On top of that, we have the strictest quarantine in the world. Any dogs to introduce new genetic lineages into a breed from overseas had to spend three months in a concrete cell, with no comforts and only allowed short visits per day. As a result, many of these dogs developed behavioural issues.
But this has meant that some purebreeds don't exist at all in Western Australia, or are just extremely uncommon. There's no medium poodles in Western Australia. There's only two active miniature poodle breeders. Borzoi aren't here. The list of like... fairly common dogs that don't exist here, or only exist in small numbers, is huge. And this means what filters into the rescues tends to be the most popular breeds - staffies, kelpies, malamutes, huskies, german shepherds, labradors and their mixes - all dogs we can't have as pets :(
So, we looked into purebreeds for a long time, and fell in love with some standard poodle puppies we met several months ago, but they were just too big for our cottage, and for our 12 year old 'I have so many behavioural issues Pia learned clicker training just to manage me' rescue cat.
We actually consulted with a trainer who specialises in PTSD dogs quite a few months ago before making this decision and deciding on Tobermory, and she was the one who suggested we go this path.
Rescues are great, I'm a huge rescue animal proponent, I've worked in both wild animal rehabilitation, animal fostering, and in animal rescue at various times in my life. For most people who aren't dealing with allergies (and keeping in mind that a low-shedding dog isn't hypoallergenic! Glen and I are still having allergic reactions, they're just not hives or asthma attacks, and we can manage congestion/breathing issues etc. with antihistamines + rescue inhalers), or who don't already have problem pets to worry about, it's absolutely one of the first avenues people should try!
But puppies from reputable and trustworthy breeders (whether mixes or purebreed) are often bred for qualities that can be more reliable in people who are trying to meet certain needs. And I advocate people go in that direction too if that's the only way they can have or live with a dog. Especially if they can meet with the breeder, meet the parents, meet the puppies multiple times, see (and check) health testing results, and those dogs are being registered, if not through a Purebreed Register (which honestly guarantees nothing except conformation, and often puts health and sometimes even temperament by the wayside), then through a reputable Register that has a code of ethics where you can report a breeder for poor practices and trust that they will be held accountable.
A small fluffy cutesy dog is actually not my favoured kind of dog in terms of how he looks. If I were picking a dog for cosmetic reasons, it'd be such a different dog!! :D I prefer borzoi, or leonbergers (two dogs that don't exist here), or landseer newfoundlands (doesn't exist here), or large munsterlanders (doesn't exist here) etc.
But in terms of temperament and what we need him for? He's perfect. Plus I can still breathe through my nose today and I'm not covered in hives, which is a win!
Anyway, I realise I could've answered this with a short 'no he's not a rescue' lol, but I feel like a lot of folks don't understand what it's like in Western Australia, one of the most isolated major cities in the whole world geographically, and what that means for genetic bottlenecks, issues with finding certain kinds of dogs in rescue, and how the chances of finding a rescue that works can drastically plummet if you're already dealing with pets that have stress, anxiety, and behavioural issues at home.
Maybe was this kind of rescue. She would have been euthanased before we got her. In fact she was literally 20 minutes away from being put to sleep, before we got her. She went on to develop multiple behavioural issues being a multigen feral with Bengal background, which is a pretty bad combo in Western Australian bushland (multigen feral cats are something else here, and have been mistaken for mountain lines in the bush). She's needed intensive and time-consuming management since we got her, and it means every other animal around her needs to be as easy to manage as humanly possible.
But yeah it's put me in an interesting quandary for about 7 years? Longer? At any rate, TL;DR not a rescue! :D

Unveiling the Beauty and Brilliance of Black German Shepherd Puppies For Sale: Your Ultimate Guide
Tumblr media
When it comes to loyal, intelligent, and versatile canine companions, few breeds can match the excellence of the black German shepherd puppies for sale in 2024. Among the various coat colors that this remarkable breed comes in, the black German Shepherd stands out as a symbol of elegance, strength, and unmatched beauty. In this comprehensive guide, we will explore the unique qualities of black German Shepherds and provide valuable insights for those seeking a faithful companion. Additionally, we'll discuss the process of finding a black German Shepherd for sale and the considerations that go into making the right choice.
Understanding the Black German Shepherd
The black German Shepherd is a striking variant of the standard German Shepherd breed, characterized by its sleek, solid black coat. While the classic tan and black coloration is more commonly associated with German Shepherds, the black variation has gained popularity for its distinct appearance and regal demeanor. It's essential to note that the black coat does not alter the breed's exceptional traits, including intelligence, loyalty, and versatility.
Physical Characteristics: Black German Shepherds share the same physical characteristics as their counterparts with different coat colors. They typically have a well-muscled body, erect ears, a bushy tail, and a keen expression. The coat is dense and straight, providing protection against various weather conditions. The solid black coloration enhances the breed's overall majestic appearance, making them stand out in any setting.
Temperament and Personality Traits: One of the most appealing aspects of the German Shepherd breed is its well-balanced temperament. Black German Shepherds, like their counterparts, are known for their intelligence, loyalty, and versatility. They are highly trainable and excel in various roles, including as family pets, service dogs, and working dogs. These dogs are known for their protective instincts, making them excellent guardians for households.
Training and Socialization: Training a black German Shepherd is a rewarding experience due to their quick learning abilities and eagerness to please their owners. Early socialization is crucial to ensure that these dogs grow up to be well-adjusted and confident. Positive reinforcement techniques, consistency, and patience are key elements in training these intelligent canines.
Health Considerations: Before searching for a black German Shepherd for sale, it's essential to be aware of the breed's potential health concerns. Regular veterinary check-ups, a balanced diet, and regular exercise contribute to the overall well-being of these dogs. Like many large breeds, German Shepherds may be prone to hip dysplasia and certain genetic conditions. Responsible breeders prioritize the health of their dogs through thorough health screenings and appropriate breeding practices.
Finding a Black German Shepherd for Sale
Once you've decided that a black German Shepherd is the right fit for you, the next step is to find a reputable breeder. It's crucial to choose a breeder with a strong reputation for ethical breeding practices, prioritizing the health and well-being of the dogs. Research online reviews, ask for references, and visit the breeder's facility if possible. Reputable breeders are transparent about their breeding practices, provide health certificates, and are genuinely passionate about the breed.
Consider Adoption: While finding a black German Shepherd for sale from a breeder is a common route, adoption is also a commendable option. Many German Shepherds, including black ones, end up in shelters or rescue organizations due to various reasons. Adopting a dog not only provides a loving home for a deserving animal but also contributes to reducing the number of homeless pets. Check local shelters, rescue groups, and online platforms dedicated to rehoming German Shepherds.
The Cost of Owning a Black German Shepherd: Owning a dog comes with financial responsibilities, and it's essential to be prepared for the costs associated with caring for a black German Shepherd. These may include initial adoption or purchase fees, veterinary expenses, grooming supplies, food, and regular vaccinations. Investing in quality food, preventive healthcare, and training will contribute to the long and healthy life of your black German Shepherd.
Caring for Your Black German Shepherd: Proper care is vital to ensure the well-being of your black German Shepherd. Regular exercise, a balanced diet, and mental stimulation are crucial for this active and intelligent breed. Grooming requirements may vary depending on the individual dog's coat length, but regular brushing helps maintain a healthy coat and reduces shedding. Additionally, providing your German Shepherd with love, attention, and a sense of purpose will strengthen the bond between you and your furry friend.
Conclusion
In conclusion, the black German Shepherd is a magnificent and intelligent breed that makes an excellent companion for those willing to invest time, effort, and love. Whether you choose to purchase from a reputable breeder or adopt from a rescue organization, the key is to prioritize the well-being of the dog. By understanding the breed's characteristics, considering health factors, and providing proper care, you can enjoy a fulfilling and lifelong relationship with your black German Shepherd. So, embark on this exciting journey of welcoming a black German Shepherd into your life and experience the joy of having a loyal and devoted friend by your side.

☕️do you have feelings about 'show quality' breeding of animals? (like pedigrees and blood lines and stuff.)
Hm, I feel that that's a very mixed can of worms, really.
I think that continuing breeding on animals with genetic drawbacks for the sake of Aesthetics is very wrong, and that certain breeds exist that simply shouldn't. There is no excuse bringing animals into the world who are virtually guaranteed to suffer.
That said, responsible breeding is a good thing! It results in healthy animals, and the very existence of breeds means it's easier to find a pet where "the content will match what's on the box". If you want a certain kind of dog, you can, for the most part, read up on different breeds and find out whether they're really a good match for you. Same with cats - there's a reason most of the cats I've owned have been from certain breeds (abyssinian, somali, bengal, ocicat etc). Of course you may find an energetic, highly intelligent, social and talkative cat born from any street litter, too, but the point is you don't know.
In my country, dogs and cats aren't sold in pet stores, so the only place you'll get one is either random people breeding their own pets, adopting from a shelter, or buying from responsible breeders. And I prefer the latter, simply because you will get an animal whose whole backstory you know, and whose traits you can match with the home and life (and other pets!) you have to offer.
I 100% encourage adoption from shelters, where possible! But I've also seen some really weird takes on here, about the evils of pedigree breeds existing at all, that very much rub me the wrong way. The existence of healthy, standardized breeds isn't the problem. People getting pets that they abuse or later abandon is.
So just. You know. If you want to get a pet, make sure you know what you're in for and be responsible about it? Then whether you decide on a $5 barn kitten or a $1000 show bengal, that's really up to you. The most important thing is to kiss its little head lots and give it tons of love throughout its whole life. ♥

Tennessee Ragdoll Breeders: Where Quality and Care Matter
Tumblr media
Tennessee is home to a number of Ragdoll cat breeders dedicated to preserving the unique characteristics of this beloved breed. Ragdolls are known for their striking blue eyes, plush coats, and relaxed, docile temperament, making them a popular choice for cat lovers across the country. In Tennessee, breeders go the extra mile to ensure that their Ragdolls are healthy, well-socialized, and meet the highest breed standards.
One of the primary concerns for any prospective pet owner is finding a breeder who prioritizes the well-being of their animals. Tennessee Ragdoll Breeders, particularly those registered with reputable organizations like The International Cat Association (TICA), are committed to producing cats with excellent health and temperament. Ethical breeders ensure that their Ragdoll kittens are raised in clean, loving environments and are free from genetic disorders. This is achieved through selective breeding, regular vet check-ups, and providing kittens with plenty of human interaction to foster their signature friendly and affectionate nature.
Ragdolls, with their calm and loving personality, are an ideal family pet. They are known for their ability to go limp when held, a characteristic from which they derive their name. Tennessee breeders understand the importance of socialization from an early age. The kittens are typically exposed to various sounds, sights, and people, helping them adjust to new homes more easily. This early socialization ensures that the Ragdolls are not only physically healthy but also mentally and emotionally prepared for a life with their new families.
Tennessee breeders also emphasize responsible pet ownership by educating buyers about the Ragdoll’s unique care needs. Ragdolls have semi-long fur that requires regular grooming to prevent matting, and they benefit from a high-quality diet to maintain their luxurious coat and overall health. Breeders often provide guidance on proper nutrition, grooming, and veterinary care to ensure that their kittens grow into healthy, happy adults.
In addition to producing healthy and well-adjusted kittens, many breeders in Tennessee are involved in showing Ragdolls at cat shows. This not only highlights their commitment to the breed but also helps them stay updated on breed standards and best practices in breeding. Overall, Tennessee Ragdoll breeders are known for their dedication to maintaining the integrity of the breed while providing families with beautiful, loving companions.

Tumblr media
Best Toy Poodle Puppy Shop in Delhi. Toy Poddle for Sale at Best Prices
Toy Poodles are one of the most popular breeds of toy dogs. Their affectionate and playful nature makes them an adorable family companion. Their small size, intelligent nature and affectionate personality make them a wonderful family pet. However, finding a healthy Toy Poodle puppy requires careful research and understanding various factors that impact their price. Know the latest prices from best toy poodle puppy shop in Delhi.
About Toy Poodle
Toy Poodles are the smallest variety of Poodles weighing between 3-4 pounds when fully grown. They have been bred specifically to be lapdogs and companions rather than working dogs. Their intelligence and low shedding coat make them hypoallergenic and suitable for people with pet allergies. Along with being affectionate, Toy Poodles are also energetic, playful, and enjoy spending time with their human family.
Lineage and Pedigree
The lineage and pedigree of a Toy Poodle puppy is one of the major factors affecting their price. Purebred puppies whose parents are champion show dogs or have won competitions will naturally cost more. Buyers should check the lineage papers and reputation of the breeder to ensure the puppy comes from healthy parents with no genetic health issues in previous generations. Breeders who health test parents and puppies as per breed standards generally charge a premium.
Size and Appearance of Toy Poodle
With a vision of providing a happy and satisfying customer experience, this pet store in delhi, which also has an online Pet store in Delhi, is unwavering in its dedication. Browse our selection of pet treats and daily specials and promotions. Fast and easy to use, the website offers a great selection to get your pet's favorite products right to your door!
Impact on Price of Toy Poodle
The location where one purchases a Toy Poodle puppy from also impacts the price. Delhi NCR regions like New Delhi, Noida, Gurgaon will have higher prices compared to other cities. Popular breeds sold in pet shops in malls will be overpriced. Attending dog shows and directly contacting reputed breeders provides opportunities to find healthy puppies at reasonable rates. Pet4Delhi is your best choice to buy a Toy Poodle puppy at an affordable rate in Delhi. As a reputed puppy shop, we source our Toy Poodle litter directly from qualified breeders.
Health Screening and Quality
Responsible breeders will have undertaken proper health screenings of parents to identify genetic issues early. They provide vaccination records, deworming treatments and socialization exposure to puppies. Top breeders may charge higher for this quality and care provided to puppies. Puppies from accidental or back yard breedings will be cheaper but come with unknown health and temperament risks. Buyers must evaluate health certifications and quality over lowest price tag.
Find Your Toy Poodle Puppy for Sale
Reputed breeders showcase available litters on their websites, Facebook pages or apps like PuppyFind. Buyers must visit shelter adoptions too. Do not purchase from shops displaying puppies in cages or sellers using emotional pull. Interact with puppies and check parental credentials before committing. A healthy Toy Poodle puppy from a quality breeder is an investment for 15+ years of companionship if proper care is provided.
Factors Affecting Toy Poodle Puppy Price
There are a few key factors that determine the toy poodle puppy price in Delhi NCR:
Newborn puppies cost the least at around Rs. 10,000-15,000. The price goes up as the puppy grows older. 3-4 month old puppies cost Rs. 15,000-20,000 on average.
Female puppies tend to be slightly more expensive than males due to demand. There is usually a price difference of Rs. 1,000-2,000.
Puppies from champion bloodlines or with pedigree certificates from reputed kennel clubs cost significantly more. Well-bred purebred puppies are priced Rs. 20,000-30,000 on average.
Puppies are most expensive in upscale areas like Delhi, Noida, Gurugram due to higher demand. Those in cities further from Delhi tend to be lower priced by Rs. 2,000-5,000.
Puppies from reputed breeders who health test parents and ensure proper care attract premium prices. Lesser known or unauthorized breeders offer lower prices.

thank you for answering my question with thought and respect. viewing it within the lens as it being a way to circumvent environmental damage from over hunting is something i also considered, but forgot to mention in my original message. for me the biggest issue i have is that it seems impossible to have animals in a fur farm (and this goes for pet foxes too) to be able to fully engage in natural behaviors, no matter how good the welfare is, otherwise the farms wouldn’t be able to meet the demands of their buyers/afford to keep operating, but that’s just all commercialized animal agriculture, i suppose (not to mention all the issues with the welfare of the people working in these institutions). i really appreciate you taking the time to reply, as in the past i’ve had kind of turned into the other person assuming i believe in peta-level bullshit before the conversation even begun. you do a lot of great stuff here and i hope you have a good day. <3
No problem! It's a very complex and heavy topic and my opinions on it have shifted over the years and still change the more I learn about it. Nothing is really set in stone for me other than the 'we've been farming foxes for fur for over 100 years now and though the industry has improved there's still more that should be done for the benefit of the animals and people involved' (which yeah just applies to animal agriculture in general).
There are some studies on what the appropriate cage sizes and need for enrichment with fur farmed foxes (pretty sure is-the-fox-video-cute has them on their blog) but I will say that after all this time they're just kinda built different than wild red foxes and may not require the same kinds of stimulation or have those same needs. They're not domesticated but they have been altered by generations of selective breeding. Selective breeding has altered their behaviors, so it's possible they don't have the exact same needs as wild reds. That's not to say that the current ways they're raised is fine across the board. There's always room for improvement. Just from the information I've seen the foxes on farms that meet proper welfare standards have been in good health (again the quality of their fur literally depends on it).
And you too! It's nice to have a conversation about it without people just automatically labeling you as some like, ARA nut or undercover fur commission agent lmao. There's nothing wrong with questioning the current standards and wanting the animals to have better qualities of care. I think the history of fur farming and the color genetics of foxes are really interesting and we've thankfully got a lot of documentation about them. It's a unique opportunity to see how selective breeding and animal agriculture effects these animals in real-time and have the ability to improve it.

Guide to Finding French Bulldogs for Sale and Stud Dogs in Australia and New Zealand
French Bulldogs have become one of the most popular dog breeds worldwide due to their playful personality, adaptability, and charming appearance. Their compact size and loving nature make them an ideal pet for families and individuals alike. Whether you're searching for French Bulldogs for sale, Frenchie puppies, or even a stud dog for sale in Australia, this guide will help you navigate the process and understand the key considerations when purchasing a French Bulldog.
Understanding the French Bulldog Breed
French Bulldogs, affectionately known as "Frenchies," are a small yet sturdy breed with a muscular build and a friendly disposition. Their distinctive bat-like ears, flat face, and expressive eyes make them easily recognizable. Known for their affectionate temperament, French Bulldogs thrive on companionship and are particularly well-suited to apartment living. However, they are also quite playful and energetic, requiring regular exercise and interaction to stay healthy and happy.
When searching for French Bulldogs for sale, it’s crucial to ensure that the breeder is reputable. A responsible breeder will prioritize the health and well-being of the puppies, conducting necessary health screenings and providing a supportive environment for the dogs.
French Bulldogs for Sale in Australia
For those looking for French Bulldogs in Australia, it’s essential to find a breeder who meets the highest standards of care. Many breeders in Australia focus on raising French Bulldogs with optimal health and temperament, which is crucial when you’re considering bringing one into your family. As you browse listings for "French Bulldogs for sale," be mindful of breeders who offer transparency about their breeding practices.
It’s recommended to visit the breeder in person or request detailed information about the puppy’s lineage, medical history, and living conditions. You might come across breeders who also specialize in offering a stud dog for sale in Australia. Stud dogs are valuable for breeders looking to introduce new bloodlines into their breeding programs. A stud dog with a strong pedigree can help enhance the health and quality of future litters.
Frenchie Puppies for Sale
Frenchie puppies are undeniably adorable with their wrinkled faces and energetic personalities. If you’re specifically looking for Frenchie puppies for sale, patience is key. These puppies are in high demand, and responsible breeders may have waiting lists due to their commitment to ensuring each puppy is well-cared for and placed in a loving home.
Frenchie puppies require special care in their early weeks of life. They are prone to certain health conditions such as respiratory issues due to their brachycephalic (flat-faced) structure. As you evaluate different breeders, ensure that they follow ethical breeding practices and are upfront about any potential health risks that may come with the breed.
Adding a Frenchie puppy to your family is an exciting decision, but it’s essential to prioritize the puppy’s health and well-being over convenience. A good breeder will support you throughout the puppy’s development and provide guidance on proper care and training.
Stud Dog for Sale in Australia
If you are involved in breeding and are searching for a stud dog for sale in Australia, it’s important to choose a dog with a proven pedigree. Stud dogs play a crucial role in breeding programs, and selecting the right one can significantly impact the health and temperament of future litters.
When purchasing a stud dog, make sure the dog’s medical history is available and that the breeder can provide proof of any health screenings. Stud dogs should meet specific breed standards and have a calm and stable temperament, which will be passed down to their offspring. It’s also common for breeders to offer their stud dog for sale only after he has completed several successful breedings, ensuring his genetic contributions are desirable.
Many breeders in Australia offer stud dogs for sale who are well-regarded for their lineage and physical traits. Be sure to check reviews or recommendations from other breeders who have worked with the stud dog to ensure a positive breeding experience.
French Bulldog Breeders in New Zealand
New Zealand is also home to several reputable French Bulldog breeders who are dedicated to raising healthy, well-adjusted puppies. When looking for French bulldog breeders new zealand, it’s important to choose breeders who are committed to ethical breeding practices. Responsible breeders will focus on producing puppies with good health, stable temperaments, and adherence to breed standards.
Before purchasing a French Bulldog from a New Zealand breeder, inquire about the puppy’s health history, including any genetic testing that has been performed on the parents. In New Zealand, breeders often place a strong emphasis on minimizing the risk of genetic health problems such as hip dysplasia and respiratory issues, which can be common in French Bulldogs.
Visiting the breeder in person, or at least conducting a video call, will give you a better understanding of how the puppies are raised. Make sure the puppies are raised in a clean, healthy environment and that they are well-socialized before they go to their new homes. This ensures that your French Bulldog will adapt more easily to life in your household.
Conclusion: Finding the Perfect French Bulldog
When searching for French Bulldogs for sale, Frenchie puppies for sale, or a stud dog for sale in Australia, it’s crucial to work with reputable breeders who prioritize the health and well-being of their dogs. Both in Australia and New Zealand, French Bulldog breeders who adhere to ethical breeding standards will offer you peace of mind and a joyful, healthy new companion. By taking the time to find a trustworthy breeder, you’ll ensure that your French Bulldog will thrive in its new home for many years to come.
Remember, when you invest in a French Bulldog, you’re not just buying a dog—you’re adding a loving member to your family. The care and attention you put into finding the right puppy or stud dog will pay off in the years of companionship and joy they will bring into your life.
