Living my best life in Vegas! This trip has been pure bliss – sunshine, relaxation, and adventure. The view from the Ultra-Luxe is breathtaking: sparkling turquoise water, vibrant city lights, and my hair catching the light like a golden waterfall. Pampering myself at the spa was an experience unlike any other. They even had a three-story indoor rock climbing wall! Afterward, I felt rejuvenated and ready for a delicious dinner at The Gourmand. The food was incredible, and I even had a fascinating chat with the chef! Quentino's Night Club was electrifying! I danced the night away, and my hair even caught the attention of some fellow dancers. One woman exclaimed, "You're a real-life Rapunzel!" It made me smile, remembering my childhood dreams. This trip has been a whirlwind of fun, exceeding all expectations. From luxurious spa treatments to delectable dining and exhilarating nightlife, it's been a journey of self-discovery and a reminder to embrace beauty and adventure. This incredible tank top was a gift from Princess Jasmine! It’s a cherished reminder of that magical experience. Išgėrusi puodelį kavos nusprendžiau, kad būtent šis filmas yra vertas apžvalgos pirmas. 2019-ųjų metų vasarą pasirodžiusi Kventino Tarantino duoklė klasikiniam Holivudui patraukė mano draugo dėmesį. Atėję į kino teatrą turėjome rinktis iš dviejų filmų - siaubo filmo “Tas″ antros dalies, arba „Vieną kartą Holivude“. Įkalbėta draugo nusprendėme pamatyti naująjį Tarantino šedevrą, ir tiesą sakant, iki dabar džiaugiuosi sutikusi su jo pasiūlymu. (Nemetu jokio šešėlio Stiveno Kingo sukurtam Penivaisui, jis nusipelno atskiros recenzijos). 

Pristatinėti du „Oskarus“ už „Bulvarinio skaitalo“ ir „Ištrūkusio Džango“ scenarijus pelniusio Kventino Tarantino tikrai nereikia. Jį žino visi – pradedant rimtais kinomanais ir užbaigiant žmonėmis, kurie filmus žiūri itin retai. Visgi jo darbai ir firminis stilius kalba patys už save.  Šis režisierius visuomet sugeba pritraukti dėmesį savo darbais, net jei jų veiksmas vystosi vienoje patalpoje. Vien dialogais ir charizmatiškais veikėjais perpildyti jo filmai priverčia mėgautis kiekviena rodymo minute. Ir, patikėkite, vienas ilgiausių jo darbų „Grėsmingasis aštuonetas“ ant to ir laikėsi, todėl ir peržiūra visiškai neprailgo. Šiuo režisieriumi susižavėjau būdama 18 metų, kadangi bandymai paauglystėje peržiūrėti Bulvarinį skaitalą baigdavosi telefono tikrinimu ir žiovuliu. Emociškai pribendrusi, drąsiai galiu teigti, kad nepaisant mano trumpo dėmesio išlaikymo, žiūrėdama Tarantino filmus, pasijausdavau labai laiminga.Tokią būseną, deja, labai sunku aprašyti, tačiau būtent tą šilumos antplūdį pajaučiau žiūrėdama ir „Vieną kartą Holivude“.

Apie ką aš čia?

1969-ieji. Auksinis Holivudo amžius iš lėto pasitinka savo saulėlydį. Jį pasitinka ir populiarus kadaise televizinių vesternų aktorius Rikas Doltonas (vaidina Leonardo DiCaprio), kuriam tenka prisitaikyti prie naujų tendencijų kine. Išgyventi karjeros nuopuolį Rikui padeda jo ištikimas bičiulis bei dubleris Klifas Būtas (Bredas Pitas), kuris į pasaulį žiūri visai kitomis akimis. Ir viskas būtų kaip ir gerai, jeigu ne jo netikėta pažintis su paslaptingo Čarlzo Mensono gauja. Filmo istorija siejasi su Mensono nusikaltėlių gauja, kuri terorizavo JAV 20 amžiuje. Tačiau vienintelė tikrai kruvina scena šiame filme – pabaiga, matoma, kad režisierius lieka ištikimas savo šaknims ir istoriją užbaigia savaip. Tačiau derėtų nepamiršti, jog kino juosta remiasi daug kuo paimtu iš tikro gyvenimo, ši scena – ne išskirtinė. Mansonų šeima iš tiesų bandė įsiveržusi į aktorės namus ir viskas baigėsi kraupia žmogžudyste. Visą tai ir dar daugiau Kventinas pateikia per savo genialią prizmę. „Vieną kartą Holivude“ – nepriekaištingai atrodanti Quentino Tarantino duoklė einančiam į užmarštį auksiniam Holivudo amžiui, dėl kurio jis ne tik dar kartą įrodo, koks genialus pasakotojas yra, bet ir kaip myli kiną bei viską, kas su juo susiję. Be išgalvotos, bet su tikrais įvykiais persipynusios istorijos, filmas siūlo dar ir neužmirštamą pagrindinių aktorių vaidybą, idealiai atrodančią bei puikiai rodomą epochą atkuriančius vaizdus, firminius režisieriui Kventinui Tarantino būdingus dialogus ir ilgą bei lėtą kelionę į 1969-ųjų populiariosios kultūros lopšį – JAV. Turinio nenorėjau per daug atskleisti, nes pati žiūrėjau šį filmą visiškai nežinodama, apie ką jis, ir, mano nuomone, visada taip reikėtų daryti - neturėti išankstinių nuomonių, leisti pasinerti į nežinomybę ir stebėti, ką ji suteikia.
