You ever have one of those professors where you're just like... how? How are you,, employed? Y'know, as an instructor. A teacher. Someone who is supposed to teach. How did you get here because, in the least mean way I can possibly say it, so fucking bad at your job?

#don't get me wrong #I've had plenty of shit teachers and professors but Oh My God #she is making my life living hell #she's a seemingly bright and cheery and nice person #but she's a nightmare instructor #she does not teach #she gives us an impossible amount of work to do all by ourselves throughout the week #she has labs that are half written and are too complex to fit within the lab time #she holds us after lecture to continue talking about stuff that has Nothing to do with the content of the class #literally every class and lab!#she makes us take THREE #I REPEAT T H R E E #quizzes every week #there are three smaller group projects throughout the term and one overarching large group project throughout the term #and she's the only fucking instructor my institution has hired for this class that is REQUIRED for nearly every degree #i'm exhausted by her #like #she's a nice person #but the way she teaches makes me wanna fucking die #anyway #i have homework to do (for her class 🙃 of course)#personal #thoughts #i have to complain about this everywhere apparently... to my friends... to other students... to tumblr... yeah. its bad and i apologize lol

growing up with your ocs is truly such a wild experience sometimes because clara went through heteronormativity exactly when i did

there was a solid year or two where i decided i wanted to ship my mc with SOMEONE but i didn't want it to be like, josh or anyone like that bc i didn't like the idea. so it being like early star stable i picked justin since he was stuck at dark core, and clara could just be angsting over the fact her partner was gone but i wouldn't have to think about pairing her up with a guy 😭 (turned out fun anyway because i just repurposed her story into her twin siding with DC. thanks heteronormativity!).

anyways turns out i chose justin because i didn't have to worry about clara actually being in a relationship and also probably because at 11 years old i wanted to be justin. emo, too invested in pasta, and also a boy. and now clara can live out her destiny of a beautiful rivals to friends to lovers arc with the rich girl of her dreams (ily anne 🙏🙏)

errr so that professor failed me. by 1 percent now i can’t graduate *coughs up blood* . at least i have ososan. But damn..couldn’t even curve the grade. Augh my heart. the only thing I can do now is laugh and cry for 5 minutes. my first fail ever oughhhhh

financial algebra so far is probably the easiest course ive taken probably because ive suffered through everything else but now im realizing it's the worst because im not learning anything and it's a long course

#i didnt choose financial algebra it was just the only math course i havent taken and i need 4 years total not just 4 years worth :[#i think the most surprising one was still knowing how to do slopes because i remember struggling so much with those 3 years ago #and long as in theres 100 quizzes when every other course usually has between 33 and 50 #and im starting it 3 weeks before the end of the semester when it's a semesters worth of work :)#it's just basic algebra with financial jargon in place of variables....

what an enjoyable and heartwarming musical nerds chapter with only really one scene that made me sad ! i sure hope the ending isn't completely soul crushing and leaves me dying on the side of the road !

it is currently 2:13am, my physics exam is at 10:30am & covers eight weeks of material. it is not multiple choice, but short answer/paragraph format. i studied but two measly weeks of material at the start of term back in august. i will now view & study the other six weeks’ worth while listening to ‘what would brian boitano do?’ on repeat from the masterpiece that is south park: bigger, longer & uncut (1999). i’m running on three cups of coffee (and counting), one rockstar energy drink, the nicotine in approximately 1.5 packs of chainsmoked marlboro silver 100s, & the egregiously high doses of my prescription adderall (diet meth). did i also mention i have work an hr after the exam? it’s a damn good thing i used to major in physics and kept all my notes from that time bc i am, to be completely frank, royally screwed to the nth degree. thoughts and prayers are appreciated at this time.

#this is 3000% my fault for not keeping up w the class each week but in my defense. my other three classes are much more demanding #and this class has homework assignments 1x/month & quizzes every 2 weeks #the due dates are so far out that they don’t seem pressing and uhhhh here w r #im lucky so much of this exam is basic physics concepts so it’s mainly review for me #rip ty cause of death: physics overdose #ty posts #ty posts!!!!!!#stop tagging things and start fucking studying already GOD
