Just finishing the Power Rangers 30th anniversary special and HOLY HELL IT’S SOOOOOOOOOO GOOD!!!!!!! Not only did they bring the Radbug back, but the fact that they got so many of the original cast members back was the highlight of this. It also serves as such a good homage to Thuy Trang and the special ends with a loving note to her and Jason David Frank…which may or may not have made me tear up…WHO THE HELL AM I KIDDING I AM CRYING!!!!!

UGH i love drawing day sm bcs HE ACTUALLY HAS SCARSSSSSSS Ishawuu and Yoki didnt get any major wounds until after they had their bugs inserted, so they never scarred. But DAY is totally human so alllll his scars are there. He got one ranging from his upper right back down to his left knee where his leg was cut off. Its crazyyyyy its been smth like 10 years since he got it so its kinda faded in some places but MAN its crazy. n huge oh my god.

Then of theres his heart surgery scar- after Day got his radbug (protects from and slightly reverses effects of radiation), he lesrned that actually it was like another multiple thousand dollars for someone to yknow. do the surgery and put it on his heart. And he could save up for that again, but without a host the bugs actually die in like. two days (You would think a creature that can withstand a nuclear bomb wouldnt be so pathetic but) so je didnt have time for that. He ended up doing the surgery himself leaving a nastyyy scar through his chest

Those are the two major ones that I remember but he wld also have a ton of small scars jjst from like. normal stuff. AUGH its so fun 2 draw

I really love Power Rangers once and always, because its filled with so much nostalgia. The original theme song, the original morph, original rangers returning was so good.

And the plot was just brilliant! Robo Rita was great, the monsters were great, the characters were great

And a perfect reminder to us of what it means to be a power ranger. And seeing radbug was so good!

And finally, the scene at the end before the credits, with the og team listening to the song Kimberly wrote was perfect, its a perfect scene as in that episode, Tommy had just lost his green ranger powers (I think) and the rangers assure him that he will got be forgotten, even if he's not one of them anymore.

Because Once a ranger, Always a ranger.

you and i are some sort of friends together so im hoping for some advice,

I’m looking to get out of pro-c spaces as they’re kind of ruining not only my reputation, but i feel like they’re tainting what’s right and wrong in my brain?

I hope you or someone has some advice on this, I have a few friends in these spaces (radbugs+radical crossing) and i dont want to ghost them…

if u feel like youre being negatively impacted by any kind of space, you should always try to get out or find a way to not be negatively impacted

Allister despised radbugs, the idea of a spider or scorpion becoming bigger from the bombs was horrific and they were just as much in person as one would imagine. It didn't matter where he was going, what he was doing, if he saw one of the disturbing little bastards he'd put a hole through them before they could ever get close.

Which was why he came crashing through a building wall with a radscorpion practically trying to mount him, the stinger in one of his armor's hands and the other partially down its throat. After stumbling back through the wall he had gotten a good grip internally and then in one lovely motion ripped out a handful of its guts, only then realizing he wasn't alone.

Ranger Rankings for Rita's Seed of Evil:

Jason 5: PROACTIVE! He isntantly figures out something is up, goes to investigate, STAYS IN CONTACT the entire time. This is just so much more competence from a leader than i expect from this show.

Billy 4: Billy's Magic Fertilizer. This, along with his Radbug(assuming it was made environmentally conscious), he may be the only one actually making progress against the real causes of climate change

Trini 3: just cause planting trees is boringg, doesnt mean you cant have fun while doing it. Once more, all of the stunts are consistently improving, Trini just stands out as most improved.

Zack 2: just a fun goofball. Teasing Jason like he did.

Kim 1: i like this trend of Rita's and Kim's petty rivalry being more important than the destory the world plot.
