REUNITED AT LAST!!1!!

I THOUGHT RICK WOULD BE MAD AT ME FOR DISAPPEARING INTO THE MINECRAFT REALM BUT HE WAS ACTUALLY VERY HAPPY TO SEE ME!! HE OFFERED TO TAKE ME TO SEE MY CHEMICAL ROMANCE IN ANOTHER DIMENSION AGAIN BUT I THINK I NEED A LITTLE BIT OF TIME BEFORE LOOKING AT GERARD WAY’S FACE (｡•́︿•̀｡)

25. Androgyne Fadinglight

Fadinglight, a cat with the ability to turn objects they touch not only invisible, but intangible as well. However, they are slowly fading away, getting to the point that they cannot feel the objects they "touch", much less the warmth of others. Touch-starved and fully aware of their mortality, Fadinglight is extremely resentful and desperate to experience as much of life as possible before they fade away. Often by force. This includes being a mix of male and female, being androgynous.

This day was designated "poly" pride day, so I did both polyamorous and polysexual (not polygender because that comes later). So here is my polyamorous trio: Mirage, Moonshine, and Duskwhisper. They are based on my old warrior cats OCs from a roleplay I had with a friend years ago. I plan on reviving it somehow, but we'll see how it goes. Mirage (top) - A femme dude whose primary partner is Duskwhisper. He has the power to cause others to hallucinate. Kind of like Kali from Stranger Things 2. Moonshine (middle) - Yes, the name is stupid. But I find it funny, so I'm keeping it. She has multiple partners, but she's closest with these two. She's a permanent queen, helping watch other's kits and taking care of new queens. Also, her power is that while in the light of the moon, she has much more strength and heightened senses. Duskwhisper (bottom) - A soft-spoken she-cat who has the power to fade into any shadow. Her primary partner is Mirage.

17. Genderfluid Switchingtongue

Switchingtongue is one of my warriors ocs with the ability to shapeshift. She usually defaults to she/her pronouns, but her gender changes as often as her body, tending to lean towards female more than male. I tried to do half feminine on the left, and masculine on the right.

20. Polygender Soullistener

Another warriors oc in Rainbowclan/Nijiclan (can’t decide). They have the ability to read minds. "Soullistener" was the best warrior-sounding name I could come up with for this :/ Anyway, they are polygender as they are mirrorgender, reflecting the gender of whoever's mind they are reading. Alone, they switch between astralgender (gender relating to the cosmos) and espigender (a gender that feels as if it is on a higher plane of existence). It was really cool doing the research for this one. I was unaware of the wide spectrum of gender identities.

Read below for story

The main character is Rainbowstar (yes the name is dumb but I can’t bring myself to change it). She is like an AU version of my teenage self. She travels her own mind, encountering her demons and parts of herself. She is being followed by the insanity demon (the cat with black eyes and a mangled body) and Nassir (the first dragon) who represents self-hatred, anger, and depression. She makes a deal with Nassir for protection from the insanity demon and he judges her as she starts hallucinating. She recalls how he betrayed Alaurah (the second dragon), who represents her happiness, friendship, and love. Nonetheless, Rainbowstar leaves her and goes to Nassir, cutting herself from others and wallowing in her pain and anger. 

Rainbowstar then runs into Sub (the other cat with curly markings), who is her subconscious. It controls her major life functions like breathing and heart rate. It took her old form from before she entered her mind. Under Nassir’s influence, Rainbowstar sees Sub as a monster and wants to kill it and thus kill herself. However, Alaurah shows up and guilts her out of it.

Rainbowstar leaves, angry that she didn’t go through with it, but also scared of what she just tried to do. Nassir shows up and is like “why didn’t you do it?? wuss” and she is like “screw u”. She then recalls that in her made-up warrior cats clan (of which she is the leader), her paranoia caused her to lose sleep and corrupt the other cats that she created.

Nassir goes to possess Rainbowstar, forming Vladis, who represents pure self-loathing and suicidal ideation. She taunts Sub and chases it down while having flashes of the anxiety demon (the one with multiple arms and a hand for a face) and herself bleeding out. She imagines her family mourning her death and finally feeling the pain she wanted them to feel. However, Shadowstorm (my old friend) confronts her and she splits apart. Rainbowstar yells for help as she is surrounded by her demons. She collapses but is woken up by Shadowstorm, who comforts her.

13. Trans Male Eaglesky

Eaglesky was originally created as a love interest for my cat self, Rainbowstar, back when heteronormativity had me believing I was straight. As my identity changed, so did his purpose. In that he lost his purpose as I moved on to valuing my (mostly female) friends more than boys...and being aro/ace. So recently I wondered, could he have a different purpose? He kind of has to since "Rainbowstar" created him. He was meant as one of her many imaginary friends to love her in her fantasy world. Maybe I'll explain it in depth eventually but I kind of want to wait until I finish the animatic (or something) explaining it. So Eaglesky was originally created as a she-cat, meant to be one of Rainbowstar's closest friends. But he felt that something was terribly wrong. He felt alien in the body she had built for him, being one of the first to deviate from her plan for him. After begging both his leader and the medicine cat, Spottednight, for any kind of relief, he got nothing. Rainbowstar pulled some transphobic garbage (since she's basically an evil version of myself) and tried to convince him that this was the body that Starclan had meant for him. However, Spottednight went behind her back and showed him the Speculum, the pool that designates the powers to the cats and is the only exit to the outside world. Without Rainbowstar's control, it can be used by the others. Eaglesky uses it to change into a tom. Rainbowstar, being the horrible person she is, proceeds to respond with barely concealed disgust and reluctantly accepts him as her "mate" to please the others. Being the innocent fool he is, Eaglesky wants to be her mate. She agrees to this, trying to mold him back into the perfect companion she wanted him to be. This fails and she spends more and more time away from him and treats him like trash. Of course, this causes him shame and self-loathing. TL;DR He has terrible body dysphoria and uses magic to transform into the gender he is while Rainbowstar hates him for it. I tried to make him look like a bald eagle, but a light head looks stupid on a cat so I tried my best. Btw, his power is the ability to speak with birds and he is known for his friendship with the eagles in the area.

11. Intersex Cleartouch

Another warrior OC! Cleartouch has the power of telekinesis, hence the name. Also, he has androgen insensitivity. (I am pretty sure cats can't have this, but whatever) This means that although he has XY chromosomes, his body never responded to testosterone, leading to him to have a female body. As a literal cat, no one can really tell what his chromosomes are, but nonetheless, he identifies as male. Not relevant, but he is also gay for Shadowstep, one of the many who try to kill my self-insert known as Rainbowstar (I'm trying to find a less Mary Sue name but I may keep it for nostalgic reasons). He makes an ultimately futile attempt to avenge his bf, but that's where his relevance ends :/
