Can we stop labeling things as "kids interests" and "adult interests" please. There's no such thing. (And no I don't mean content made for adults, that is very Obviously not for children) but I mean like, the idea that only kids can like my little pony and only adults can get excited over a new sofa. That's dumb.

I literally bought KETCHUP and keep looking for things I can eat with it because I love this new brand I got. If a kid wants to get excited over a new lamp, or some new knitting needles, let them. They're not an "old soul" for it. Stop restricting joy.

inZOI Beta Release - Thoughts/Rants (Pt1: Build/Buy Mode)

This post will be my positives & negatives about Build/Buy, with a quick bit about the Zoi Creator at the end. Pt2 will cover Live Mode.

Buy/Build Creator

Ok, so I admit that I didn't watch the tutorial video, and I really should've. Cuz the controls drove me effing crazy. I wish there was a keybinding option, so we can change the WASD controls and just let the game feel less clunky to control. I feel like there's way too many button clicks to do things EA managed far easier in TS3 and ESPECIALLY in TS4.

After playing around in BB for 2 days straight I think I've gotten used to the controls & category layout. All in all I've had a great time building my first inZOI lot! ❤️

BUT! I deducted 3 points, cuz of what I effing HATE the most:

VERY limited Copy/Pasting materials/textures/patterns

VERY limited MoveObjects On (the ALT button ain't enough, Krafton!)

Not enough unique options in different BB categories

1: Materials/Textures/Patterns

It's hard AF to use their super-limited Eye-Dropper/Copy-Paste ability. We can't use the same pattern on whatever we want. Instead, it's only for "identical pieces of furniture" [read: the EXACT SAME furniture], which is THE dumbest thing I've ever seen in my life, esp. when there's variables like Gloss/Specular/Vertical/Scale/etc that I really hate having to do over & over & over & over. Whatchu mean I can't copy the texture from a right curtain to a left curtain!? Whatchu mean the rugs can't match the drapes!?

I like that there's a slider and manual text box, but I would also like a +/- button that I could click, for when I want to change the values with a click. Esp, since I'm playing in Windows Mode, and it's hard to finagle the slider with the huge cursor in the way.

It's just REALLY annoying having to manually line up all of these wallpapers so they have the same tiling & vertical values & gloss/specular values & colors; it's driving me up a literal wall.

It's easier when the walls are all connected, cuz then you can use the Paint Room feature so all the connected walls in a room are edited together. But that only works on individual floors, and is MUCH harder to finagle cuz of the way the wall meshes are split into portions based on if there's an interconnecting wall attached to it. It turns 1 wall mesh into 2+ separate meshes if there's an intersecting wall or not.

It's hard to explain, but like--I was only able to make that blue Feature-Wall segment on the wall by literally building two walls on either side of the section I wanted to be blue, and then sledgehammering the intersecting walls when I was done. You can't just color wall tiles individually--let alone copy/paste from one wall to another in a totally different room--which was a problem for me cuz my lot has several Feature-Walls.

Yes, you can select a wall or fence or something, and click the Copy button to copy that wall wholesale, but I really just want an eyedropper/save/click-drag-drop ability to just duplicate a favorite texture on a wall to use on a rug or a car or a shirt, etc. I don't want to have to demolish a whole wall mesh, just to Copy/Paste a wall's texture.

What's amazing is that it really will copy/paste EVERYTHING that's on that wall--including the decor, doors, windows, etc; AND how long the wall mesh is.

It's really cool, but jfc, I just wanna copy/paste the wallpapers. 😭

I also really really LOVE the ability to add Gloss/Specular and import our own textures to everything, it might be my fave Build/Buy feature (that and the search box ofc); but I almost feel like it's somewhere between TS2/TS4's retexture mods and TSRW's Pattern tool, just much smoother & more innovative cuz it's in-game. I've been abusing it like crazy, but Sims 3 CASt is still FAR superior.

Having the ability to at least manually add sims pizazz to the textures is delicious; the Import ability really is the best alternative to TS3's Create a Style feature. Krafton occasionally includes some nice premade pattern/texture variations, but nowhere near enough. Esp. when you have situations like THIS:

That is the ONLY workbench in the game, and not only is it non-recolorable, but it also only had ONE (1) color variation. 🤦DO NOT effing do this, Krafton. Decor's one thing, but functional items should have as much variation as possible, so we can use it more!

(Also, PLEASE more Maximalist/Bohemian/cultural content--I need Persian rugs & runners and lace doilies & tablecloths & faux fur like NOW. 🙏)

2: MoveObjectsOn

And Krafton, whatchu mean there's no Move Objects On cheat, just some [ALT] button that doesn't even work half the time?!

Doors & stairs are OBVS the worst offenders, but there's plenty of other instances I noticed, too. This game is WAY too finicky--ALT sometimes works fine, but I've been holding my breath in suspense the whole time, not knowing when it'll work or not.

BTW, spiral stairs and elevators need to happen ASAP. This is an ultra-modern world; ain't no way we shouldn't have elevators, when they're in the freaking trailer.

It KILLS me that we can't put curtains over a door; not even the shimmery Silver Part Curtain. You're killing my hippie-beaded + sheer curtain dreams, Krafton, istg.

And why can't we put chairs on either side of a dining table? (Why are there no long 3-tile dining tables?) And why can't I rotate cushions on my sofas?

Why can't I put a 3x3 rug on top of a 3x3 wood panel deck?

Scratch that--you can't put ANY rugs on the panel decks.

Why do I have to FIGHT this game to place everything?! 😩

I also dislike how the push/pull effect on walls actually DUPLICATES an extra wall, rather than just MOVING the wall to the new location. Making you have to sledgehammer the old wall, which again, just makes us have to use extra clicks for no reason.

It's also hard to see WHERE the new wall will be, with the light blue hologram/x-ray-like wall effect they use. I liked how EA had the bright neon green, cuz it just stands out better, rather than blending into the already light-blueish surroundings.

Ofc I'll get used to it the more I use it, but I just don't like it; it feels like guesswork/trial & error; and it wastes time I REALLY don't have.

I LOVE this push/pull effect though:

Apparently it only works for stairs though--it's not available for doors/arches, platforms, chairs, tables, etc, which sucks, cuz Paralives can do it on darn near everything, and I'm so jealous.

GOD I can't wait for Paralives. I still think it'll be the improvement to TS4's Build/Buy mode that I really want. This ain't it, chief. I was far too frustrated tryna make the home I wanted--which is a big no-no for me as a builder.

3: Object Variety/Variations

Krafton. Why in the HELL is there a JAIL CELL door? 🤨

There are ONLY 4 double doors available ffs (and only ONE 1-tile arch what is going on), and in your infinite wisdom, your devs were like aaahhhhh yes, in this really cutesy game full of kitty cats and glitter-butterflies, the one thing they'll need is CARCERAL architecture~! Genius. 🤦

I have no idea why they put trees in Outdoors (Buy Mode) and not in Exterior (Build Mode). I assumed we just didn't have trees yet. Thank god for the Search box, cuz this was Where's Waldo for sure. And we have GROWING Plants that grow over time too!?

Trust and believe I immediately selected the Bonsai plant, LOL.

But there are nowhere near enough tall potted plants--I hate that the tallest plant barely reaches door-height, and it's sparse AF, when I just want lush bursts of greenery in those lonely corners:

And FAR more potted plants for surfaces--why can't I put these tiny AF plants on a table surface? Why would I ever want a bouquet of roses on the floor? 🤨 Again, MOO > ALT every time.

Also, we DEFINITELY need a Collection file ability, or a Favorites ability, or something to tag items we want to save and remember to use. And the Household Items storage feature TS3 has, where we can store away objects we own, but don't want to place on our lot. Right now I'm just cramming the extra objects on an empty floor. (Speaking of--basements & attics: we need that ASAP.)

I am NOT a fan of the modern minimalist style of the Build/Buy objects. Esp. esp. when there's so few options.

And then Krafton SWIFTLY told me to STFU & hold their beer.

The Craft/Create Custom Furniture tool is cool! It's pretty limited though--I really wanted wall lights but it seems you can only make floor/table ones; and they REALLY need more options for the beds cuz there really isn't anything there. But I made a handful of pretty custom objects that look amazing, this feature is just wow, modular furniture taken to a whole new level, EA could never.

Functional vacuums & brooms & mops in the basegame without wasting money on broken Bust the Dust Kits, EA would NEVER!

There's also other cute things, like rail guards on windows.

You can actually draw curtains open & closed, which is incredible...but I'd like to be able to SEE the curtains, and color them and stuff, not just see the frikkin curtain rod.

4: Random AF Extra Bits

I like that we can actually toggle the Night/Day setting for Build/Buy, to see exactly what our lots will look like at different times of the day.

I also love that with lighting/lamps, changing the lightbulb color is what changes the color of the light itself; which is much easier than in TS3's pie menu. The only issue is that it's harder to tell that the lightbulb does anything unless you toggle the Night setting, to see the colors better; I gasped out loud when I changed the time and realized that lightbulb colors actually MATTER at night.

Apparently there's no terrain tools in the Beta--no ponds, pools, etc--but we DO see the icons for them, so obvs it must be a feature coming eventually.

I wish it was possible to change the Setting Options in Build Mode. I didn't realize that the "Background Noise" sound setting was actually the in-game music, like wtf? So I was stuck playing the game with inZOI's music looping in my ear for HOURS before I just Googled how to shut it off. Annoying, but small enough to be super irritating.

TL;DR: Build Buy 7/10

So yeah, this is just all of my initial impressions just mucking around in Build/Buy Mode; I haven't even PLAYED the frikkin game yet or tested anything in Live Mode. 🤦That'll be Part 2.

But so far I'm...satisfied. 7/10!

I managed to recreate Magnus Bane's Penthouse pretty darn close to how I got it in TS3 (with all the EPs & Store Content, and an effton of 3rd Party CC & mods). So inZOI's base game Beta being able to get me most of the way there all on its own is actually REALLY commendable, they definitely impressed me. 👏👍

But there's just far too much Krafton really skimmed on, that irritates the absolute mess out of me.

But I also have a gut feeling that Live Mode is gonna be CRAZY--I can't wait to play with the functional items.

Zoi Creator

The Zoi creator is pretty much the same from the Demo (x x), which is actually frustrating. Where are the improvements? 🤔 There are obvs more options, and I like the clothes categories (School, Party, etc), but I already said that I wasn't a fan of the super modern aesthetic for the clothes, and it just feels like more of the same. The shoes are still my least favorite, hella boring. And we still can't layer accessories & makeup, or have tattoos (the limited face/neck options are hidden away why?). Why can zois only wear 1 ring on 1 hand? This is 2025, and you're still making the same mistakes TS3 made 16 years ago, when TS4 at least lets you wear accs on both hands. I want my zois BLINGED UP. 😩

(Yes, my graphics settings are all on Low; I can't afford anther new pc if inZOI makes this one internally combust, stfu.)

elis was genuinely one of the kindest people in the entire world, he was just such a nice man and he didn’t seem like he was being nice in a fake way, he was genuinely just chatted to you like he was your friend and it was amazing. also he is overwhelmingly buff, handsome, and SHORT like he’s maybe an inch taller than me which is so funny.

it’s really obvious how autistic john is irl i fear, like in a good way but he just has those Autistic Vibes. he’s so handsome irl!!! he was slightly nervous and tried to run away from everybody and didn’t really talk to anyone (he talked to me though!!! and laughed!!!) but he did sign a few things.

when i met john i was a bit Starstruck so i forgot a lot of the things i said but i did end up complimenting his rings and he said thank you (even tho i kinda wanted him to say more). i hadn’t seen elis so i asked where he was and he said oh he’s late, so i said tick tock elis and he laughed!!! who’s the funny one now john. he signed a photo of my friend’s cat and said AW A PUSSYCAT :D very happily. he ran past a few times and waved but other than that he defo just wanted to disappear. but he was so sweet and giggly :p

ai is suuuuch a disease….

This woman on TikTok, a small business owner, is using AI art on her packaging. She claims “we’ve tried to find artists, but they always ghost us even after we agree to their price.” She also claims that “each part of the process is super important to us, someone mixed the fragrance, someone else packaged it, every one is important in the process and we don’t want to disrespect artists by not giving them time to work”

How can you say both at the same time…. For one. Artists and people don’t ghost for no reason, especially in this economy. Ai and ANY use of it actively disrespects artists, because it steals from them. You cannot say “I respect artists, but I use AI in a pinch” while also making money off this ai packaging design and mean it. It’s sooo ridiculous and vile that this woman, and people in general, use AI and think that their actions exist in a bubble.

Not to mention she has many videos giving an open call to artists… where they send in work and then she decides if they work together? It’s very unclear and honestly sounds like she just wants to rip off these artists. The disrespect towards these artists she claims to welcome is there, even when she’s trying to actively appeal to them.

I found her TikTok because my fyp recommended a video of her complaining that “no one buys anymore.. maybe it’s the election, or the hurricanes, but for some reason we only have a 1/4 of the sales we had before, and it’s really unfair.” IM GONNA GO CRAZY like… owning a business does not entitle you to success. Especially when you cut corners and make an undesirable product with ugly ai packaging design “as a temporary solution until [you] find an artist to work with.”

I know im taking it too deep and it’s just a random person and I should save my energy but omfg … it’s so crazy to feel entitled to sales when you aren’t even putting in the work of commissioning an artist. Plus, I’ve commissioned artists before.. it is quite easy and most people have a very smooth and detailed process for it. Truly have NO CLUE how she is struggling to talk to a person who wants to make art and sell it.

ngl i AM bitter that there's more d*rge/asty content just bc the writer was working on them at the same time. like. i will be forever lamenting the fact that w*ll only has 8.5 hrs of voice lines. and they still added more shit with asty despite that. and now his character is overloaded compared to the others, especially with the d*rge romance. to the point that even if you're not romancing him, somehow he still gets more voice lines than your actual romanced companion. and that fucking sucks. bc every other companion deserves that level of attention too, but ESPECIALLY my babe of the frontiers. who only has 8.5 hrs of voice lines. btw.

like there's so much amazing parallels you could do with a d*rge romance with him. two people struggling and insisting to do the right thing despite external forces constantly punishing them when they disobey. daddy issues. not to mention there's so much stuff that happens with both of them in act 3, his dad getting kidnapped by g*rtash, who was d*rge's former partner in crime. like that's some spicy level of drama right there! and he doesn't even react to the fact that his boyfriend is the mastermind of this whole operation! huh???!!???!

anyways. i love asty's character and they did phenomenal with him. wish all the other origin companions had the same effort poured in bc they all have the potential to be as amazing as him. if only. lmao

Anyway i realise now that 'regression' may have not been the best word to use because it can mean something completely different but what I meant was that Steve's character got worse in s4 (which it did argue with the wall on that one) and would get even worse if st*ncy was endgame bc there'd be no development whatsoever he'd literally be getting what he wants instead of idk learning that he doesn't NEED to be in a romantic relationship. Also, theres no way you think Jonathan wanting Nancy to have a future where she is following her dreams is worse than Steve wanting her to have a future that she has previously stated is a fucking nightmare for her. So yes saying you want nancy to be happy and being a st*ncy is hilarious. Nancy ending up with Steve is the worst possible outcome for her character. She deserves better than being reduced to steve's fucking six nugget happy meal fantasy

This isn't me defending Jonathan lying to Nancy either like I am fully expecting conflict between them but implying Jonathan isn't good enough for Nancy bc he's depressed is weird take that really doesn't sit right with me but i don't expect any decent takes from a st*ncy anyway so 🤷‍♀️

r people stupid like I just keep seeing more and more people using ai and then asking authors if they can use ai to continue their fics and then more ai and more like im actually so over it what’s the point of sharing writing and hard work when ppl are just going to act like the person behind it is some kind of robot who didn’t put any effort into the fics they’re writing (which honestly makes sense why there is such an influx in ai when it comes to fanfiction) idk i made this acc a while ago to write and post fics but I don’t think im gonna do that anytime soon just because respect is dead and it’s really discouraging to say the least

Things INZOI did better than SIMS 4 - TheRedPlumbob

I played inZOI all weekend (my Live Mode thoughts coming... eventually; IRL’s way too hectic atm), and I can confirm that every bit of this video is very accurate (except the decor animals bit, kinda sorta). But ofc we been knew TS4′s a effing joke, even being 10+ years old now.

I agree with TRP that inZOI’s biggest pro is that it’s wide open for possibilities, esp. since it launched with more basegame features than TS4 (AND TS3, lest we forget).

But my biggest worry for Krafton is that they’ll RUSH tryna catch up to The Sims (a franchise with a 20-year head start), and give us more features, sure--but with even less replayability, variety, and DEPTH than EA managed. Yeah, you can do A LOT in inZOI (plenty of things The Sims NEVER let us do, esp. not  at launch). And yes, these features are better than TS4. But TS4′s dog trash, too long in the tooth and having by far exceeded its welcome. 

TS4 should NEVER be the barometer of a genuinely GOOD game.

This all boils down to style vs substance: how much there is for different sims/zois TO DO, and for how long before things get too repetitive/boring.

So I also agree that inZOI’s biggest con is that there’s a *charm* to The Sims that’s very hard to beat. 

And I think that’s cuz The Sims franchise was never meant to take itself too seriously--a lot of it was supposed to spoof IRL, not be a 1:1 carbon copy (which is precisely why I always get mad when people complain about Occults like ghosts & aliens & vampires being in the game, like stfu, TS1 was a frikkin cartoon--the unhinged cartoons they made back in the day that were never meant for kids. 👀 TS4 is hella cartoonish--looking more & more goofy every dang day as it tries to appeal to younger & younger demographics--which was a mistake, as it’s been censoring itself & softening what made The Sims EDGY). 

Conversely, inZOI feels made for adults, not kids--but boring AF conservative millennials who wouldn’t know edgy if it hit them with a bus IMHO. inZOI is playing it WAY too safe, to the point that it feels GENERIC. It needs a personality, stat. But I can already tell from its conservative-leaning limitations that Krafton’s scared to go in directions The Sims did that made the game truly interesting & dynamic.

I have a whole rant about inZOI my spirit’s sitting on, cuz it really pissed me off, but IRL has delayed me finishing my post. This is me actually holding back, cuz I legit don’t have time. But I hope that Krafton takes the MOUNTAIN of complaints & feedback it’s been getting to open the game up more, flesh out the world(s), and get the stick out of its arse ASAP (no pun intended). This beta’s great, and inZOI definitely has good bones to work with, which ofc is more than TS4 could say at launch--which we’ve all been paying for ever since (10+ years and no cars, ffs). But eff these surface-level features, if deeper gameplay like careers, hobbies, romance, family interactions, and cultural variety aren’t up to the standards set by TS1, TS2, and TS3. Time will tell. But I’m cautiously optimistic.

PREACH! I cannot stand TOUs/policies for CC. It's especially hilarious when converters try to stop other people from converting, like wtf is going on here???? The hypocrisy of it all. It's ego-tripping, plain and simple. Getting mad at converters who just so happened to convert the same thing you did, like since when was there a moratorium monopolizing/dictating how many simmers could or SHOULD convert the same CC or not?

And it's gotten even worse now that everyone's tryna make money off of CC, so paywalling and early access and crap has added a whole 'nother layer of BS to everything--abusing DMCAs; chasing & bullying people off of their own blogs; putting trackers & malware in CC files people download cuz this is my livelihood~! BISH, it's a video game, STOP.

I have never understood people that don’t allow conversions. It does not take anything away from the creator. They make it for the game they like to play. Allowing others to convert them for other simulation games and crediting their work does not take anything away from the creator at all! So I find these weird TOU’s about no conversions allowed very stingy and strange..

You just help people in the same genre enjoy their game more and allow them to be more creative just like you want that for your own game.

If your content is out there ,free to download for everyone, you won’t have any grip on who does what with your content. And by putting it online you have to accept that fact.

It’s of course normal to credit the one that made the original mesh and state that your work is only a conversion of their work.

All this talk from Sims 4 players being mad Sims 4 Cc is being converted to InZoi is crazy to me. What did Sims 4 players do as soon as Sims 4 was released?

You guessed it: Convert Sims 3 cc to Sims 4!! And still to this day they convert stuff from 2 and 3.

And guess what’s gonna happen when people start rolling out content made for Inzoi? Sims people will convert it to Sims games.. whats the big deal!? As long as you credit the original creator and don’t put it behind a paywall!

and you’re not perfect, but you try to remain kind. you ask her if she’s comfortable with you attending her event, and as you’re leaving, she calls you back and tries to murder you. again. and she’s friends with the guy you’ve sworn your life to, who’s likewise sworn to keep you safe. and she tells him it was just a little tap, like it was nothing. later, you try to stick up for yourself, defend your innocence, and she tells you that she doesn’t view you as an equal, much less a human being. your death does not matter to her because she doesn’t believe you deserve to live. she doesn’t believe you’re anything at all. "you’re nothing to me, lukey," and everyone lets it happen.

Jim Stephanie Sterling, "the Cassandra of video gaming" has long foretold that this was exactly the nosedive that gaming was going to take. This is in no small part thanks to Bethesda's infamous horse armor DLC, and EA's horrid live-service model. But it's also the fault of gamers--in this case simmers--themselves.

As much as y'all love to scream and holler about TS4 sucking and TS5 looking like a smellier and smellier heap of trash, you still give EA your money for half-a$$ed packs and 🤢 Kits 🤮, and worst of all: you've started charging each other for UGC/CC, paywalling what was supposed to have been free CC shared for the community, and cuing EA into a brand new way to rip us ALL off through Patreon's marketplace of "early access" exploits.

Due to this, TS5 will not be free to PLAY, but rather free to ENTER, as everything but the inevitably unfinished half-baked half-a$$ed basegame will be free, so that EA can MACROtransaction every bloody feature not required for the engine to actually work in the base world. Basically, EA's going with #8 on my Sims Poll #1, which ironically got the most votes out of the three possibilities for TS5 that I foresaw happening:

PC Gamer's recent article pointed directly to the most disheartening part of EA's job posting, as the very first bullet wasn't about developing the TS5 as a GAME, but as a MARKETPLACE--specifically one for paywalled UGC/CC--SIMMERS making paywalled content FOR THEM in an ominously monitored "player purchase journey" and "player spending patterns."

Two of the role's primary responsibilities were listed as "Own Project Rene's in-game marketplace of content and UGC (free and paid)" and also "Own pricing of all content in this free-to-enter game." EA is expecting some "ugc" (user-generated content) to be paid for, meaning they are likely planning to let modders and CC creators sell creations to others and take a cut of profit.

EA saw how much money TS4 simmers are making on Patreon with "early" access CC and Patreon exclusives (BOTH of which y'all are STILL flouting the rules of, as I could point to HUNDREDS of Patreons that have YET to release CC that's been stuck in "early" access for YEARS without being published, but hey, if y'all like being scammed that's on y'all). Simmers sold the soul of The Sims for decorative clutter and generic hairs and jeans, and now the Devil's come to collect--EA 👏 WANTS 👏 THEIR 👏 CUT 👏. They're gonna make SIMMERS their factory workers; no unionization, NOTHING. So while you're churning out custom content, EA will happily make money off of YOU as you make money off of US.

It made me sick to my stomach seeing how many "simmers" were having conniptions when EA (finally) came after (perma)paywalled Patreons, threatening to stop "playing" TS4 just cuz they couldn't monetize CC/UGC. Like...their priorities were clear. It's one thing to be a strictly CC-creator who doesn't play the game (*cough* half of the SimGurus *cough*), and just makes content--mods, CAS, lots, clutter, patterns (I would say worlds, but it's 2023 and EA still hasn't given TS4 a CAW tool 🤡). It's another thing when shysters come into the community for the SOLE reason to MAKE MONEY off of simmers, then gaslight people into thinking they're the victims that "SHOULD" be monetarily compensated for VOLUNTARILY making CC; when they're the ones who ruined the community by holding CC hostage in the first place!

The deleted job listing's reference to an in-game marketplace that includes free and paid content created by other players is an expected leap too. The Sims series has a long history of custom content and a dicey relationship between modders seeking compensation and the game's Terms of Service. That grey area of paid modding lives largely on Patreon right now where EA doesn't have reliable oversight and doesn't get a cut. I can't imagine EA cracking down on modding at large, but there's no doubt [EA] sees the appeal in enticing creators onto an in-game platform where it can impose moderation and fees for the convenience.

When it comes to the release schedules and pricing of UGC/CC, I have hated Patreon's lack of moderation and EA's lack of regulation since Day One. There is no uniformity to the quality or quantity of CC that simmers charge for, or set pricing for the monthly subscription tiers people can set on Patreon--some charge $1, $3, $5 per month (That's $60 per year--what full-fledged AAA game are ANY of y'all out here developing to charge that much money?!), but some of y'all jokers have monthly $10, $20, $50, $100 tiers and I'm like for WHAT?! That's ADOBE prices! And half of y'all pirate Photoshop! I wouldn't pay $1200 per year for REAL furniture and clothes, let alone PIXELS. 🤦 So EA actually does NEED to create an actual moderated and regulated landscape for paywalled UGC/CC, cuz this snowball has LONG since gotten out of hand. But of course it'll probably be a hot mess like everything else EA touches, so they'll probably screw it up and let a djinn out of the bottle they can't put back in.
