Anya smiled and looked into Raven’s eyes, they were black and full of lust.

The blonde nipped at Raven’s swollen bottom lip with her teeth, “we’ll have to see, how about a test drive?”

Yeah but like Anya and Raven get caught fucking at the party by Clarke/Lexa and they immediately go find the other because oops now they’re horny too

Well, for starters, Clarke is definitely the one who finds them. She opens the bathroom door in time to see Anya thrust her hips into Raven, who’s sat on the vanity with her arms and legs wrapped so tightly around her girlfriend. Her cheeks are flushed, and her lips are parted slightly as she exhales heavy puffs of hot air. One of her hands is gripping the football player’s shoulder while the other is tangled in her thick, blonde hair. Raven’s freshly manicured nails, she had Clarke paint to match the team’s colors, stand out in the sea of tousled, golden hair.

The scene is hot, and the throbbing between Clarke’s legs is becoming increasingly hard to ignore. So, she closes the bathroom door as quietly as possible and sets off to find her own girlfriend. And god bless Lexa because when she sees Clarke, she’s just smiling that sweet, goofy smile of hers. Clarke had only wandered out of sight for a few minutes, but the way Lexa was staring at her with those big puppy dog eyes of hers, you’d think they hadn’t seen each other for weeks. She’s just so cute and sweet and nice and respectful, which Clarke loves, but right now, she needs the quarterback to fuck her through the nearest mattress.

Smooshed together tightly in a tiny closet hiding from something

“Lex, you’re standing on my foot!” Clarke hissed as her hand shot out automatically to nudge her girlfriend off of her now-very sore toe. She was pressed thigh to shoulder against her partner, which normally wasn’t a position she minded being in at all. When it constituted being squished into a miniscule coat closet, however-

“Clarke, that was my boob you just shoved!” Lexa whispered back just as harshly, the crack in the closet door just letting in enough of a dim glow to see her green eyes narrow in annoyance. 

“Well, if you hadn’t picked the smallest damn closet in the apartment, we wouldn’t be in this situation!” Clarke gestured as wildly as she could, considering her arms were pinned to her sides given the narrowness of the space. She quietly spat out a mouthful of Lexa’s wild curls as she wiggled, trying to find an inch of room amongst all of the heavy winter coats and boots. 

“I didn’t have any time, Clarke,” Lexa said mockingly as she poked her gently in the shoulder, her elbow hitting the wall with a quiet thump. “Someone was being very picky about hiding spots and this was the best option left! And clearly, our teeny Brooklyn apartment doesn’t have the most spacious storage options!” 

Lexa stared back at Clarke, the corners of her mouth turned down into what Clarke could only call an approximation of Grumpy Cat. They stared tersely at each other for a long moment before bursting into quiet giggles, Clarke shoving her face into Lexa’s neck to try and muffle her laughter. 

Rapid footfall thudded outside of their chosen hiding spot, coupled with heavy breathing. Lexa grabbed Clarke’s bicep, squeezing tightly. Clarke stacked her hand atop Lexa's, their eyes meeting in the dim light. A shadow crept closer outside, blocking the light into the closet. A moment’s pause, and-

“Aunt Wexa! Cwarke!” Screeched an extremely excited three year old, dirty blonde hair flopping over a dark brown set of eyes as a tiny hand threw open the door. He paused slightly before launching himself at Lexa’s kneecaps headfirst. 

Lexa, sensing the impending onslaught, caught him seconds before the collision. Tugging Clarke out of the closet with her, she smoothly scooped him up and blew a huge raspberry into his pudgy tummy, his bright blue shirt riding up as he wiggled and laughed. 

“Hey Coop, you found us! Good job, buddy,” Clarke laughed, fondly pushing the thatch of hair out of Cooper’s eyes. He grinned brightly as he squirmed, ready to get down. 

“Found you, found you,” Cooper chirped happily as he sprinted towards his mother. 

Anya picked up her son with the same smile echoed on her face, fluidly settling him on her hip as she turned to Lexa and Clarke. 

“Lex in the closet, that’s not something I’ve seen in over a decade,” She quipped, dark eyes sparkling with laughter. Lexa flipped her off as soon as Cooper was looking the other way.

 “But anyway guys, thanks for babysitting while I was at the meeting, it was a huge help.” Anya bent to shake out a small green jacket, somehow wrangling it over Cooper even as he flailed around energetically. 

Lexa leaned against the door, Clarke naturally folding around her. She tugged her closer as she fondly looked at her sister and nephew. 

“Anytime, Ahn. We don’t get to see him enough with you and Raven still out in Cali- we were happy we could do it while you guys were at the conference,” Lexa said as she bent to hand Anya two toddler-sized brown winter boots. Anya wrangled them on small feet with Clarke’s help, passing a rapidly tiring Cooper to Clarke’s willing arms as she slung on her own winter jacket. 

“We could babysit more often if you moved back to the Big Apple,” Clarke sang teasingly as she gently transferred the now dozing kid back to Anya. Anya bounced Cooper once as she adjusted his weight and smiled good-naturedly. 

“Raven and I talk about it all the time- maybe once he’s a little older, if the tech opportunities are still good out here.” She let Lexa grab the door handle for her, nodding her thanks as she stepped into the hallway. 

“Tomorrow, that one italian place with bottomless garlic bread and really good wine for dinner?” Lexa questioned, hand hanging on the doorknob as she peered at her older sister. 

Anya cocked her head as she pressed the elevator button, the elevator sliding open with a quiet chime. 

“The one on sixth? 6:30, so kiddo can sleep at a reasonable time, even if Clarke and Raven get absolutely trashed on expensive Italian wine?” Anya called, holding the door open with a foot as she looked teasingly at Clarke. Clarke’s mouth fell open, the tips of her ears flushing slightly. Lexa bit back a smile as she looked lovingly at Clarke, knowing she would never hear the end of it if she laughed. 

“Hey, that was one time!” Clarke protested, looking quickly between the Woods sisters. “It was Raven’s idea!” 

“Isn’t it always?” Anya’s voice floated out of the elevator as the doors finally slid shut, the arrow notifying that it was headed to the ground floor. 

Clarke shook her head with a good natured grumble as she locked the front door behind them. Lexa’s eyes twinkled with mirth as she gazed at Clarke, the hidden smile tugging at the corners of her mouth now that they were alone. 

Clarke gave her a playful shove as she towed Lexa into their bedroom, stripping quickly as she moved to turn on their shower. Lexa gave her a quick peck on the cheek as she moved back to the doorway. Clarke paused after turning on the water, a mass of blonde hair popping around the rapidly-steaming bathroom door. 

“Wait, you aren’t joining?” Clarke pouted, unleashing the biggest, bluest, puppy dog eyes Lexa had ever seen. 

Lexa hesitated with one foot in the hallway as she wavered, torn.

“I was going to start dinner,” she said, self control rapidly diminishing at the idea of spending time with Clarke- especially time that entailed Clarke naked and coated in bubbles. 

Clarke smiled cheekily, tossing her bra out the door at Lexa’s feet for good measure. Lexa turned immediately towards Clarke, pulling her t-shirt off as she hopped on one leg, trying to unbutton and strip out of her jeans at the same time. 

“It can wait.”

Strapon in DES?

It is in my plans to happen rather soon after the next chapter! They are getting more settled in their fwb arrangement and as we saw last chapter, Raven and Anya are clearly more serious in their relationship, which will make Anya want to bring Raven to the mansion so it wouldn't do her any good to bring Clarke around so Lexa will visit Clarke's apartment soon enough. And that is where they'll use the strap for the first time.

And its not that Lexa was neber fucked with a strap its just that her and Costia were much softer in bed and narely even used toys with each other and if Clarke can drive Lexa wild with just her mouth and her fingers, Lexa is not prepared for what that girl can do with strap-on 😏😌

Your Life at Home series is really cute. It made me think of Earning it Back and how hopefully someday Clarke and Lexa will be able to build a family in that universe.

So obviously, I had to start from the beginning and read the whole series. I got as far as the chapter where clexa go to lunch with ranya and I had to pause. I’m not sure I can handle the heartache I had after the first time reading Bargaining for More, but at least I know Earning it Back is coming up right after 😆

So when I paused, I headed over to Heart Upon the Southern Ground because small-town Lexa owns my entire being. That story is so fucking chef’s kiss I could scream. Costia, who the fuck knew I could ever actually adore any version of Costia. She’s so often villainized as Lexa’s previous love. But here we are, and I can’t wait to see what kind of happy ending you have in store for her.

It’s a wild ride, reading the same developing stories over the course of five or so years.

I just wanted to pop in and say thank you. I love taking time away from my favorite fics and going back a couple years later to re-read from the beginning. So yeah, thanks for writing some of my favorite comfort fics, and breaking my heart occasionally, if only to patch it back together later.

honestly? i can't read bfm either, and i wrote the damn thing. sometimes i go back for some detail and get caught up rereading and inevitably it gets to a point where i feel like someone is holding my esophagus in their fist and i'm forced to sit there and wonder what the fuck was wrong with me

but!!! i think, in a way, writing southern au was my way of healing myself from that. the hurt in that is pretty different

[wearing a "i ♥︎ southern au costia" shirt] listen, all my costias are dead, except for my precious baby angel, my sunshine who's never done anything wrong and who i pinky promise will have a happy ending. but i'm not a big fan of stories where she's the devil incarnate. i get that it makes for good storytelling and some people can make it work, for sure. but i don't know. lexa loved her so much in canon, her death closed her off to the world for years. and she wouldn't have fallen in love with a bitch, you know?

and life at home is just the equivalent of a comfort meal for me. it was fun to write, it's fun to reread and the biggest drama is some misunderstanding or too much sugar before bed. i'm really happy it can be something like that for you as well!!

Lexa only nodded and no words were spoken, Raven also.

They followed Abby through the doors and stopped when Abby came to the room which Anya was in. She opened it and let Lexa and Raven in.

“Take as long as you need.” Abby quietly said then closed the door behind them carefully.

Türkei intensiviert Krieg in Nord-Syrien

Wo bleiben die Sanktionen gegen die Türkei?

... haben wir schon in früheren Artikeln zu den dortigen Konflikten gefragt. Bei allen Besuchen deutscher Politiker blieb es bei zaghaften Ermahnungen. Deshalb können die türkische Armee und Luftwaffe sich seit über einem Jahr ungehindert im Norden Syriens bewegen und Kriegsverbrechen an der Bevölkerung verüben.

Erst vor 6 Wochen mussten wir über Chemiewaffenangriffe durch die türkische Armee auf Gebiete im Nordirak berichten, die von der Organisation International Physicians for the Prevention of Nuclear War (IPPNW) untersucht und die Ergebnisse an die OPCW (UN Behörde für Chemiewaffen) weitergeleitet wurden. Einen Aufschrei der Entrüstung in unserer Presse vermissen wir weiterhin.

Als Reaktion auf die Intensivierung des türkischen Angriffskriegs haben die "Women Defend Rojava Deutschland" vorgestern zu Aktionstagen gegen die Chemiewaffenangriffe durch die türkische Armee aufgerufen und fordern die Einrichtung einer No Fly Zone/FLugverbotszone für den Norden von Syrien und dem Irak.

Mörderischer Drohnenkrieg

Darüber hinaus hat die Türkei die kurdischen Gebiete im Norden von Syrien und dem Irak zum Übungsplatz zur Perfektionierung ihrer Drohnen gemacht. Ein Einsatz von Drohnen gegen eine Bevölkerung, die über keine Luftabwehr verfügen ist eine asymetrische Kriegsführung. Die Betroffenen schreiben:

Bei einem Angriff in Şemoka (Shamuqah) am 18. August 2022 wurden in einem von den Vereinten Nationen gefördertem Mädchenzentrum fünf Mädchen durch einen türkischen Drohnenangriff ermordet. Zozan Zêdan, Ranya Eta, Diyana Elo, Dîlan Izedîn und Silava Remedan sind, neben tausenden anderer, die Opfer des türkischen Krieges gegen die Bevölkerung in Nord- und Ostsyrien.

Aus unserer (europäischen) Sicht kommt bei der Auseinandersetzung in den Kurdengebieten hinzu, dass im Norden Syriens gerade die Menschen bedroht sind, die im Krieg gegen den IS auf westlicher Seite gekämpft haben und danach in den befreiten Gebieten ein System aufgebaut haben, das auf Basisdemokratie, einer starken Rolle der Frau und ökologischer Nachhaltigkeit beruht in der viele unterschiedliche ethnische und religiöse Bevölkerungsgruppen (Kurden, Araber, Sunniten, Schiiten, Jesiden, ...) friedlich zusammenleben.
