RECURRING MUTUAL AID POST: SHORTENED+UPDATES
many of you are already familiar with our situation, but for a recap we have been homeless going on a little over a month (i think? everything blends together) in and out of cheap motels when we are able to, and sleeping in parks & elsewhere when we can’t. we both suffer from multiple mental illness disabilities & i suffer from multiple physical handicaps resulting from car accidents, work accidents, and abuse and we’re both the product of abusive households and C-PTSD. we’ve applied for food assistance, but it will be atleast another 7-10 days before we recieve our card. we also live in an exceedingly rough area - maybe youve heard of Flint, Michigan? being on the street here is extremely unsafe, and access to resources is slim to null.
Our goal is to SAVE $600-$1000 as is this would be enough to put us on a trajectory out of this situation.
however, daily expenses - such as food, water, and the motel room make it VERY difficult to save what we get to put towards the larger goal. poverty is expensive, and having a decent sum at one time is the key to get out of this mess.
Thank you everyone that boosts this & donates. Solidarity Forever 🖤❤️
Cumulative Balance as of May 22nd, 8:21pm: $50.00
Balance toward Goal: $0.00/$600
Balance for Daily Expense:$50.00 (-$50 for room) = 0.00

Radio Free Monday
Good morning everyone, and welcome to Radio Free Monday!
Before we begin, a number of people sent me the missing persons post for Abby/Absent -- the good news is she's apparently been found and is well, but I also want to discuss the post and why it can be dangerous to link posts like it, which is best done elsewhere.
Ways to Give:
Anon linked to chaosfay, a disabled artist who is fundraising to pay off debts related to necessary home repairs after a January freeze sent a tree into her roof. She has commissions open for quilted items (pins and magnets) and quilts; you can read more, sign up for a quilt, and reblog here or check out what's for sale here.
rilee16 is raising funds to get out of an abusive home situation where their roommate has been aggressive and stealing from them; with irregular work hours and a tax debt due, they also need funds to repair their phone, which is dying, and cover utility bills. You can read more, reblog, and find giving information here.
Recurring Needs:
loversdoom is a college student from the Philippines, studying away from her family, and her parents are unexpectedly unable to support her education; she is dealing with a number of expenses and is now looking at costly medical procedures as well. You can read more and reblog here or give to the fundraiser here.
Anon linked to a fundraiser for their friend dyken, a nonbinary lesbian from Latin America who along with their partner has been having trouble covering bills, food, and mental health treatment; their family is abusive and unwilling to help financially. They are accepting donations via paypal and commissions via ko-fi; you can read more, reblog, and find giving information here.
onedollopofsourcream (formerly thelastpyler) is raising funds to help with food, transportation, medication for their family, and other expenses after a string of financial issues; you can read more, reblog, and find giving information here.
gwydion is raising funds to cover car repairs; ze is disabled and recovering from shoulder surgery, and is $50 short on covering repairs to the power steering, which will mean ze won't be able to drive for months. You can give via paypal here.
chingaderita's partner recently lost their job due to a house fire that also destroyed the house; they're raising funds to keep food on the table for a family of nine, to try and get a supply of water to keep clean and do laundry, and for various bills until they can find new work; they also need to purchase a fridge to store their insulin, as theirs has just stopped working. You can read more, reblog, and support the fundraiser here.
Anon linked to karla-hoshi or Hoshi on TikTok, who is raising funds for cancer treatment for her cat Naku; they caught the cancer early and hope that he can survive it, but can't continue treatment without funding, and they have recently had other emergency expenses to cover. You can read more, reblog, and support the fundraiser here.
And this has been Radio Free Monday! Thank you for your time. You can post items for my attention at the Radio Free Monday submissions form. If you're new to fundraising, you may want to check out my guide to fundraising here.

recurring mutual aid request ❗⚠️
making a new post because I needed to update some things, as I'm no longer accepting gofundme donations, only paypal, cashapp and venmo.
Here's my situation: My monthly expenses come out to about $900 each month, but my monthly income is only $442, so without donations and help I cannot afford my rent and bills and it's already a miracle my landlords let me renew my lease when I was constantly late, I don't want to try my luck by being late on rent again.
Due to transferring schools, I'm unable to take summer term classes which means I don't get financial aid until fall term starts in August, so I'm continuously struggling financially until then and relying heavily on donations.
Anything you're able to help with is extremely appreciated and goes a long way towards my rent, bills, food and taking care of my cats.

5 September 2022 // Disabled, neurodivergent, interracial US family caught in expensive bureaucratic and medical nightmare overseas
Hi everyone, just popping on with an update. We finally had our appointment in Manila last week, Baby El is now a US citizen, and we should be receiving her passport in the next couple months. We’re so grateful to every single one of you for following along and reblogging and offering support to our little family.
If you’re new here and haven’t seen our previous posts detailing our ongoing plight, there are updates you can check out
here from January: https://anexperimentallife.tumblr.com/post/673717992166670336/jan-18-2022-us-couple-in-danger-of-being-forced
here from May: https://www.tumblr.com/blog/view/thesurestthing/688043919046524928?source=share.
and here from July: https://www.tumblr.com/blog/view/thesurestthing/693709799010041856?source=share
Anyway, I sincerely wish this was the end of it all, but we’re still in a tight spot. Because we couldn’t get quite enough for the SRRV earlier this year, we racked up a hefty charge for overstaying our visas, AND we will still need to travel internationally as soon as El gets her passport, to reset our visas. Before we’re allowed to leave with El, we’ll have to pay all of her fees from the day she was born until the day that we leave, as one huge sum nearing 1K USD for her alone, and up to 2K for Rob and me, PLUS however much it costs us to travel out of the country for at least 24 hours--So likely around $6,000 USD total just to reset our visas in a couple months (at least until the next round of expenses hits).
And thanks to the treatment for Rob’s COVID-related health issues (remember when he was on oxygen for a month?), and an outpatient surgery in Manila necessary for his general health, we don’t have it. (He’s actually putting off several thousand more in needed treatments/surgery.)
The next step after getting her passport and resetting our visas is to get Eleanor on Rob’s disability payments, which may be another 6 months (or more) after we GET her passport. After that, things should get easier, and we’re still hoping to get the SRRV eventually, but we are still so unnerved and anxious in the meantime, staring down $13,000 USD in debt.
Hopefully at some point I’ll be able to find a virtual/online source of income, but for now I do the majority of everything around the house and out of it while Rob is in perpetual recovery. We have had some encouraging news lately, with Eleanor’s registration and Rob’s recurring toe infections NOT being from a bone infection (you can read more about his health updates on his blog @anexperimentallife). We have some things in the works but nothing as drastic or helpful as what we truly need. Thank you so much for being here, for supporting us with kind words, reblogs, and your very generous donations.
Here are our donation links. We prefer paypal donations, because they take the lowest fees, but we can also accept donations through gofundme and ko-fi.

ko fi: https://href.li/?https://ko-fi.com/anexperimentallife

Thank you all again, beyond words!

Due to factors outside our control, we need to create a new page for donations, and are currently working on it!
For the time being, though, you can make tax-deductible donations to Scarleteen securely via a PayPal account, debit or credit card through UNHUSHED, our current fiscal sponsor (and we'll tell you more on that change soon!) here: https://www.paypal.com/donate/
If you want to be filled in as to what's going on a little:
Tomorrow will usher in month 3 of a lack of service -- and without ever giving us any notice or even acknowledgement there were problems or changes until we contacted them weeks after the fact -- from Network for Good, the third-party charitable payment processor we've been clients of, in perfect standing, for 12 years.
We are not the only organization who have had or are currently having issues with them. Over at least the last week, they have had apparent technical issues that created problems for many others who use them for online donations.
We have been having these but also different  and additional issues with them since the start of the year. During this time, we have not seen any of our recurring donors payments run in our reports (we get conflicting information from them about if they have or have not) save one or two,  and new donors have been unable to make donations.
After a not-insubstantial amount of work to even find a way to speak with someone there, we were told our issue required us to change fiscal sponsors to fix it, and that that once we did, everything would go back to normal and recurring donors whose payments were not run would be. Despite the great time and labor, not to mention the questionable inconvenience of all of us involved, in doing that by 2/7, nothing has changed since. We continue to get little to no communication back from them, and when we do, it is often conflicting, obtuse or avoidant.
This has so far caused us to go without a portion of our budget and so is, as it likely is for any other organization having issues, leaving us in a precarious financial position. It clearly is time to seek out legal help. We're in the process of doing that. In the event you are or know a lawyer who this sounds like a great fit for, please drop us a line.
I do not think  that anyone's information or donations aren't safe and secure at Network for Good. However, please do what feels best for you. We are currently setting up with a new and additional online third-party processor now on top of having that direct link up there, and will email all of our existing recurring and current one-time donors with that information once we have it. - HC

Spite donations
So my evening adderall has kicked in and I wanna talk about the concept of spite donations, because 1. it's such a great idea I want more people to know 2. I want to encourage myself to do it more.
Say you're in an argument with someone, especially online. Here, twitter, facebook, reddit, the family group chat, what the fuck ever. They're being stupid or mean or whatever, but you can't get them to see logic or compassion and they're frustrating you.
You know you're not going to change their mind. But blocking them might feel like giving in. Or they're a relative or a friend and you don't want to burn that bridge just yet. Or you did block them/close the app, but now you have all this anger burning away at you and you feel like shit.
Walk away from the argument (literally or metaphorically). Take a deep breath. And donate money to a person or non-profit out of sheer fucking spite.
(OBVIOUS CAVEAT ONE: Not everyone can do this. I know that. There have been times in my life where I could not even spare $5. I am painfully aware that I am lucky that I can do this sometimes. But that just means that those of us who can afford to do it, should. Imagine that I am doing it on your behalf. I love you.)
If the donation is related to the argument you're having, that's cool! I once got in a rage at a friend's relative on facebook who was denying that voter ID laws are racist (they are, side note; and I gave her lots of information on it) and she was furious that I Was Calling Her Racist!!!11!! So I looked up a couple of voting rights non-profits in her state (one fights against voter suppression laws, the other does the nitty-gritty of helping people get ID's and get to the polls), checked on a couple of non-profit watch sites that they were legit, and donated $50 to each of them.
(I admit I was more spiteful than usual, and posted screenshots of my email receipts to the thread. It did shut her up, so there's that.)
Donate to abortion funds in the name of anti-choice politicians or family members. Donate to a local environmental non-profit when your uncle is a shithead about climate change. Donate to the gofundme's of transgender strangers for their rent or gender-confirming surgeries when JKR pops up in your twitter trending.
BUT it doesn't HAVE to be related to the thing you're angry about.
Lots of shelters and other charities that do direct aid for people have amazon wishlists. I have the the wishlist of a local day shelter for homeless folks on my amazon account. Sometimes when I don't know where else to donate money I just pick random shit off their wishlist. Thanks for making me furious, random asshole on reddit, some homeless woman just got NEW UNDERWEAR AND WARM SOCKS. FUCK YOU.
Look, righteous indignation is an addictive feeling, and the internet is basically primed to give you opportunities to feed into it. Use that urge to do actual good! If nothing else--if you're like me? The feel-good dopamine hit of knowing I'm helping a cause I believe in or even a random stranger? That's a much better bit of dopamine than I could possibly get from yelling at people online.
But also: there's a kind of relief? Often it's just difficult to walk away from an argument. Some days I am better at this than others. But tossing a few bucks at someone who needs it gives me a kind of satisfaction, like I "won" the argument.
"But April, recurring donations are better for most non-profits." I agree! 100%! Did you know that if you use paypal to donate to non-profits, that paypal can keep a list for you and when you go on your account there's an option to do it again? Make a couple of charities/non-profits your default "Fuck This Guy" donations.
It doesn't have to be a lot. $20 is still something. $10 is still SOMETHING.
Don't just get angry. Donate some money.
(OBVIOUS CAVEAT TWO: If you have the time/energy/resources, volunteering is also an amazing option. Or just doing something kind for others when you can. A genuine compliment to a stranger can go a long way to lift the spirits, for them AND you. This is just one method, among many, for dealing with the brokenness of the world. The antidote to hopelessness is action.)

Radio Free Monday
Good morning everyone, and welcome to Radio Free Monday!
Ways to Give:
captain-dh linked to a fundraiser for Avi, the daughter of a close friend who is five years old and was just diagnosed with Granulomatous Mycosis Fungoides, a rare form of lymphoma. It is especially rare in children and incurable; she will need lifelong care. You can read more and support the fundraiser here. (On a personal note this is close to my heart -- I also have mycosis fungoides, though I'm lucky that mine is considered in remission. I can confirm what's in the gofundme regarding treatment for most presentations of the disease.)
potatoshoe linked to deliriumcrow and cipheramnesia, who lost their house in a fire and were then scammed by the contractor they hired, resulting in further damage to their house. They are raising money to pay for repairs from both the fire and the contractor; you can read more and support the fundraiser here.
Eli is a disabled Michigander who cares for their elderly grandmother; they are applying for SSDI, but their car was damaged recently and is undrivable, with an $800 charge just for a diagnostic. They are living paycheck to paycheck and can't afford repairs; they're raising funds to cover the diagnostic and tow, and eventually the full repair. You can read more and reblog here or give at the gofundme here.
idiomagic's husband's company just went under with no warning, leaving them with no income and no severance pay; she is disabled but has not been able to qualify for assistance, and they are looking at bills arriving before unemployment does. You can read more and support the fundraiser here.
poignardrose is a college student from the Philippines, studying away from her family, and her parents are unexpexctedly unable to support her education; she is in mounting debt and facing eviction from her dorm in her last semester of college. She's raising funds to repair her laptop so she can do her schoolwork and find a remote job that will help her pay rent, and to fund the remainder of her schooling. You can read more, reblog, and support the fundraiser here.
highlander_ii is moving cross country next month, and needs help covering that in order not to wipe out her savings completely; she's raising about $1K for costs, and you can read more and find giving information here or give directly via paypal.
queerdo-mcjewface is raising funds for incarcerated penpal Shine White, who has been moved out of solitary but needs hygiene products and is trying to acquire new books for ongoing learning; you can read more, reblog, and find giving information here or purchase books from his wishlist here.
Buy Stuff, Help Out:
Anon linked to thelittlestpersimmon/Caleb, an artist who is offering commissions in return for $80+ donations to Palestinian causes. You can read more, reblog, and find giving information here.
Anon linked to mxwhore, who is splitting their Patreon commissions between Care for Gaza and Techo Chile, to help the ongoing crisis in Chile. You can read more and reblog here or (please note, the following link has an 18+ banner on it; minors should not click) support the patreon here
Recurring Needs:
Anon linked to a fundraiser for a friend whose family has not had a working furnace since November; they've been using space heaters to keep warm but January in Chicago has been brutal and the space heaters aren't sufficient. With vulnerable family members including elderly relatives and children in the home, they need to raise $6K to get the furnace replaced. You can read more and support the fundraiser here.
Anon linked to karla-hoshi or Hoshi on TikTok, who is raising funds for cancer treatment for her cat Naku; they caught the cancer early and hope that he can survive it. You can read more and support the fundraiser here, as well as find links to her updates on tiktok.
chingaderita's partner's family house recently caught fire and completely burned, killing his grandmother and causing extensive property loss; he has also recently lost his job due to the fire, and a number of family members have since become ill. They're raising funds to keep food on the table, to try and get a supply of water to keep clean and do laundry, and for various bills. You can read more, reblog, and support the fundraiser here.
forlorn-kumquat is raising funds to get seating and storage for their third-grade classroom, to help their students learn comfortably. You can read more and support the fundraiser here.

patreon-likes summary
ok, fruits of my researches. linking my pages when they exist.
Patreon:
charges monthly
the largest such site, widely used. supports Discord integration.
8% + payment processing fee, 5% for basic (no tiers) mode
NSFW art and nudes allowed but not IRL sex acts
pays out through Paypal or Payoneer.
Ko-Fi:
built around one-off payments rather than recurring
nominally 0% cut, but some features (incl. donor exclusive posts, scheduling, changing colours) gated behind a 5% cut.
NSFW art very emphatically not allowed. (you can set a NSFW tag on your page which mostly seems to be a cover your ass thing if you post anything even slightly suggestive.)
pays out through Paypal or Stripe.
Pixiv Fanbox:
charges monthly.
closely tied to Pixiv, the big Japanese illustration site. so if you make anything anime adjacent this is the place to be.
seems like the company have been making a big push to court English and Chinese speakers lately, so the site is usable in English now.
10% cut. Only supports yen.
NSFW art allowed and a focus of the site; very little rule enforcement on Pixiv proper but might be more strict when payment is involved. No photos.
pays out through Paypal, or direct to a Japanese bank account.
Liberapay:
charges weekly.
selling point is that it lowers processing fees by batching payments as much as possible. i.e. you pay liberapay once in advance for all the people you’re subbed to, I think is the idea. also emphasises that these payments are just donations, they don’t carry any obligations with them.
no cut from Liberapy, est. <5% fee for payment processing.
NSFW allowed, with the warning that Liberapay can’t stop you being banned by a payment processor.
pays out through Paypal or Stripe.
looks promising if you know some like, software nerd type people who will nod appreciatively when the site starts talking about Free, Libre, Open. But inevitably the question is how many people are actually on there? Still if someone doesn’t care about donation incentives may be good to steer them there, it’s nice and minimalist.
Sponsus:
charges monthly.
calls itself a ‘worker-owned co-op’ but in practice seems to be a solo dev effort. small user base. has some nice features, including Discord integration. supposed to let you import stuff from Patreon.
unfortunately encountered some jank while trying to set up my page. tech support is joining a pretty small discord where like... conversation is a handful of people saying they’re still using it. will update this post if I get help but rn I think this is too bugged to be trustworthy.
7% cut.
NSFW art allowed, as long as it’s not “extreme and violent”. No photos.
pays out through Stripe.
conceptually I really wanted to like this one, but I just can’t recommend it.
sther:
this one came up as a potential rec in a twitter thread of patreon alternatives but it doesn’t seem to like... actually be anything more than one webpage right now? like there’s no where to sign up or anything, tested in chromium as well as firefox so it’s not just jank scripting.
so more of the idea of a thing? but if this is actually legit then...
charges monthly.
really overt social justicey marketing (“are you a woman, LGBTQ+, person of color, or ally? we want you!” ok back off mate) and unpronounceable name
claims no site fees until you earn at least $50/mo, thereafter a flat $5 fee; 5% transaction fee.
can’t find their NSFW policy, or indeed their anything policy
how do they pay out? it’s a mystery.
creator is pushing bitcoin on twitter lol.
like 50:50 on whether this is a scam or just a really naive person
OnlyFans:
charges monthly.
the current ‘only game in town’ for solo porn, not really used so much by illustrators, but I thought it’s interesting to compare.
20% cut. presumably because the main payment processors won’t play nice with sex work.
NSFW allowed. site made a move to ban sex workers but walked it back after outcry. they might try it again.
pays out through various types of bank transfer
cryptocurrency:
yeah no.
frankly looking at this field the best option seems to be to rely mostly on Patreon, and maybe keep Fanbox open to see if I can build a bit of interest in Japan.

6 Best WordPress Crowdfunding Plugins for 2024
Tumblr media
WordPress Crowdfunding Plugin: Crowdfunding has been around for centuries but experienced a surge in popularity with the emergence of crowdfunding sites like Indiegogo and Kickstarter in the late 2000s. These powerful platforms, along with the convenience of a WordPress Crowdfunding Plugin, made it easier than ever to launch a project with the support of a dedicated group of backers.
The concept of crowdfunding is simple: individuals pledge money to support a project and, in return, they receive benefits based on the amount they pledge. With the help of a WordPress plugin, creators can easily integrate a crowdfunding campaign into their website, allowing visitors to contribute funds and receive corresponding perks. This plugin, which can be added to the website, enables the inclusion of a keyword, such as "donate," "contribute," or "support," within the paragraph to provide a direct call-to-action for users interested in participating in the crowdfunding campaign.
However, creating your own crowdfunding website can be a challenging endeavor in practice. Numerous factors need to be considered, including securely handling payments, designing tiers and rewards for donors, implementing user registration, updating pledges at project milestones, and, of course, ensuring an aesthetically pleasing user experience.
Best 6 Crowdfunding WordPress Plugins
1) WP Crowdfunding
2) GiveWP
3) WP Charitable
4) WPForms
5) WP Simple Pay
6) Formidable Forms
1) WP Crowdfunding
Tumblr media
We recommend trying WP Crowdfunding as your first choice if you want to convert your WordPress site into a dedicated crowdfunding website. This premium plugin, backed by a well-known developer, has received positive reviews and is known for its reliability, making it a strong option for fundraising and crowdfunding projects.
WP Crowdfunding is built on Woo-commerce, and upon installation, it transforms your WooCommerce store into a Kickstarter-like website with all the essential features you would expect. The free version allows users to sign up and create campaigns, set goals and dates, add project descriptions and updates, and offer one type of reward with an estimated delivery date per campaign. The pages have a sleek and user-friendly design, providing your crowdfunding site with a professional look and feel.
Overall, WP Crowdfunding is an excellent initial choice for WordPress users who want to launch a fundraising site. It simplifies the setup process and enables you to start collecting pledges easily.
2) GiveWP
Tumblr media
You only need to create and customize donation forms for your website, and users can make donations through 18+ payment gateways.
Additionally, you can set up recurring donation payments if you prefer a subscription model. Moreover, GiveWP supports text-to-give options, making it even easier for donors to support your cause.

Embed donation forms on any page
Collect payments through PayPal
Add offline payment options
GDPR-ready
Send donation receipts and admin notifications
4) WPForms
Tumblr media
WPForms, the most beginner-friendly drag & drop form builder for WordPress, enables you to create an online donation form on your website using its built-in form template.
Smaller charities and non-profits often only require a simple and easy-to-customize donation form capable of accepting one-time and recurring donations, without the need for a full-featured fundraising platform.
WPForms offers exactly that by seamlessly integrating with PayPal, Stripe, Authorize.net, and Square. This integration allows you to securely collect credit card donations directly on your website.
Since WPForms is a comprehensive form builder, it serves multiple purposes for a charity website, including contact forms, survey forms, polls, email newsletter signup forms, and volunteer signup forms.
WPForms integrates smoothly with all major email marketing services and CRM platforms such as Constant Contact, Brevo, AWeber, MailChimp, HubSpot, and hundreds of others. This integration facilitates effective management of communication with your leads and donors.
WPForms offers non-profits a special discounted license at only $99/year, which is a 75% reduction from their regular price.
The full list of over 700+ form template demos is available for you to see with access to all their Pro features, enabling you to build powerful donation forms and other types of forms mentioned above.
WPForms Lite, a free plugin used by over 5 million websites, also includes a Stripe integration for accepting online donations.
Payments made using the free WPForms plugin incur a 3% fee plus Stripe fees. To eliminate the 3% fee, you can upgrade to WPForms Pro.

How to Monetize Your Website Traffic and Earn Money from Your Website
If you own a website, you must be wondering at least once to monetize your website and generate a messy revenue from your web traffic. The activity to monetize website traffic entails generating income from your website visitors, it’s either by selling products or services, displaying advertisements, collecting donations, or creating memberships. There are several ways to monetize a website, but not all of them are appropriate for every niche, audience, or goal.
Selling products or services that match your niche and audience is one of the best ways to monetize your website and earn money from your traffic. You can create and sell your own products or services, such as ebooks, courses, software, coaching, etc., or you can promote and sell products or services from other vendors, such as affiliate products, dropshipping products, etc.
In this blog post, we will discuss 10 proven ways to monetize website traffic. We will also provide tips on how to choose the right monetization method for your website.
Sell Products or Services
One of the most direct and profitable ways to monetize your website is to sell products or services that are relevant to your niche and audience. You can create your products or services, such as ebooks, courses, software, coaching, etc., or you can sell products or services from other vendors, such as affiliate products, dropshipping products, etc. The key is to offer something that solves a problem, fulfils a need, or provides value to your visitors. You can sell your products or services directly on your website using an e-commerce platform, such as Shopify, WooCommerce, etc., or you can use a third-party platform, such as Amazon, Udemy, ClickBank, etc.
By Display Ads Another common and easy way to monetize your website is to display ads on your pages. Ads are usually pay-per-click (PPC), meaning that you earn money every time someone clicks on an ad or views an ad on your website. You can use an ad network, such as Google Adsense, 7Search PPC, Adsterra, etc. to automatically display relevant ads on your website based on your content and audience. Alternatively, you can sell ad space directly to advertisers who want to reach your audience. You can also use native ads, sponsored posts, or banner ads to promote products or services related to your niche.
Collect Donations | GiveAway If you have a loyal and engaged audience that appreciates your content and wants to support you, you can monetize your website by collecting donations. Donations are voluntary payments from your visitors that help you cover the costs of running your website and creating more content. You can use a platform, such as Patreon, PayPal, etc., to collect donations from your visitors on a one-time or recurring basis. You can also offer incentives or rewards to your donors, such as exclusive content, shout-outs, merchandise, etc.
Creating Memberships Another way to monetize your website is to create memberships that offer premium content or features to your subscribers. Memberships are recurring payments from your visitors that grant them access to exclusive content or benefits that are not available to non-members. You can use a platform, such as MemberPress, Substack, etc., to create and manage memberships on your website. You can also use a tiered system that offers different levels of memberships with different prices and perks. For example, you can provide a basic membership that gives access to some content and a premium membership that gives access to all content and additional features.
Conclusion These are some of the most popular and effective ways to monetize your website traffic and earn money from your website. However, many other ways to monetize a website depend on your niche, audience, and goals. The best way to monetize your website is to experiment with different methods and see what works best for you and your visitors. Remember that monetizing your website requires time, effort, and patience. You need to create valuable content that attracts and retains visitors, optimize your website for conversions and user experience, and build trust and credibility with your audience. If you do these things consistently, you will be able to monetize your website successfully and generate a steady income from it.
