I have learned - it doesn't have to be a fight. I spent so much time fighting - fighting myself, fighting other people, fighting to hold on, fighting to let go. For what? ❓🤷 Releasing the emotional junk that kept me "believing" that I was stuck, "believing" I couldn't have, do, or be more than I was - that was the choice I GOT to make that led me back to myself, my personal freedom, and my best days. It started with the choice to stop fighting, and let go. --> Let go of the old beliefs, old wounds, and even the people who no longer were supporting my highest good. Even though I believed I was safer in the fight, really, once I realized I could choose something else entirely, stop fighting, and live MY Life in a way that felt good for ME... ✔️I could breathe again! ✅I met the love of my life! ✔️I made some huge pivots in career. ✅I me some amazing new friends and started building a new network of support. So, I post this quote today, because it hit me just how much I used to hold onto the fight, and share that letting go of the hold of that fight is really what has made all of the difference.
