Credits: The dreidel was converted to an accessory from @pandorasimbox’s Judaism Stuff Pack. You do not need to download their CC for the accessory to show up and work in game, but I would recommend it because it’s a great set of CC. Shoutout to them and their TOU for allowing me to convert it to an accessory!

Set Up: Place all teleporters in the center of the table. Sim A is the only one that needs to have the dreidel accessory (which can be found in the ring category). It’s a stigmata accessory which will enable the dreidel to move freely around the table as needed.

If the coffee theory becomes CANON canon I will actually eat my own foot- BUT here's my proposition: the coffee theory but it's a theory crowley comes up with.

like yeah no something has to be going on here, aziraphale's literally stuck by your side for centuries, he wouldn't just throw it all away for some job, he knows what heaven is like now, he knows, something else must be going on- and hey, he gave him coffee, right? that's weird. that's a weird thing to do, right? maybe it's a small thing to focus on, but your life is literally coming crashing down around you, and you can't help but grasp to this one thing that feels wrong- why did he give him coffee? there's got to be something there.

and hey, thinking about that ball earlier, thinking of those dumb romance novels aziraphale is always reading, isn't this exactly the kind of thing that would happen? right when the couple almost gets their happy ending, the villains comes out of nowhere and messes with one of them- kidnaps, or blackmails, or hypnotizes, or poisons- and why else would the metatron offer him coffee, he's from heaven, heaven doesn't care about aziraphale, about crowley anyone, heaven isn't nice, why would he do that- and why would aziraphale take it, knowing everything heaven has done to humanity, to the world, to crowley aziraphale- so it must be that something was in the coffee.

and hey. when the villain poisons the hero, or hypnotizes them, or puts them under a spell, how does it always get fixed? true love's kiss.

and yeah, it's stupid, this whole thing is stupid, it's impossible to believe, but surely it's still more likely than the idea of aziraphale actually leaving him after all this time, after they gave up everything to have their own side, after crowley's laid his entire heart out on the line, so yes, it's the coffee, it's just the coffee, but it's okay, it's okay because crowley can fix this, he just has to kiss him-

but it doesn't work. it doesn't work. which means one of two things- either after 6000 years it's somehow not true love, or there was never something in the coffee at all. either way, the conclusion is obvious-

crowley isn't enough. not enough for aziraphale to love him, and certainly not enough for aziraphale to stay.

Mulder: Jewish and Religious References (and His S8 Funeral)

Is Mulder Jewish?

Canonically, it's never explicitly stated; and, intriguingly, there are more hints that Mulder had a Christian background than a Jewish one (though he later became an atheist, agnostic, or a fluctuating blend before meeting Scully.) Although these hints abound, Scully's strict Catholic beliefs are completely alien to him: meaning, whatever religious exposure he had was either loose, lax, or only served as a distant backdrop in his day-to-day childhood.

Chris Carter clarified that the name "Mulder" was of Dutch origin (literally: he took the name from his Dutch uncle, here); and (according to Google) Tena's maiden name Kuiper was of Dutch origin as well. However, because ancestry, heritage, or culture for Mulder didn't seem to be Chris's focus then (and doesn't now), in the absence of communication or specificity (or interest) David Duchovny played Mulder as a Jew by default.

On the other hand, Jewish show writer Howard Gordan-- the man who wrote Kaddish-- stated that he didn't believe Mulder was Jewish "or even half-Jewish"; and set Mulder up as an outsider to the culture-- not knowing Jewish customs or being able to read Hebrew or to even identify a Jewish book-- as well as equipping him with a joke about Jesus and the resurrection from the dead. Vince Gilligan, meanwhile, wrote a few (deleted) lines wherein Mulder owned his heritage while sniping at Crump:

Crump: You know... what kinda name is Mulder, anyway? What is that, like, Jewish?

Mulder: Excuse me?

Crump: Jewish. It is, right?

Mulder: No it's not, yes I am....

The conclusion? Nowhere in canon is Mulder or his family's cultural background confirmed; but his vulnerable moments with religion show him kneeling in a Christian church or being buried by a (I think?) nondenominational minister who reads from the Christan New Testament text. Bill Mulder was buried by a separate, more formally attired minister; leading me to assume that Mulder's only exposure to religion was from his father's side (and would explain the ending of Conduit.) Perhaps Tena arranged Bill's affairs and buried him according to her own beliefs-- we never saw (to my recollection) Tena's funeral, so we'll never know how she chose to be buried-- and perhaps Scully copy-pasted Tena's funeral plans and called up whoever officiated her funeral to do so again for Mulder's funeral. Not to mention S8's ridiculous brain disease: if Mulder accepted he was terminally ill and bought a headstone, then he would have had to set his final plans in place ahead of time-- including who officiated (but since I reject that plotline entirely, it's more logical that Scully would be doing what she could with whatever scraps she was left with.)

I think, like The X-Files itself, this mystery is a blend ultimately created from a lack of confirmation in any particular direction.

(And on an unrelated note: if, as I suspect, there were any ties to Jewish culture from Tena's upline, then that could be used to disprove and further explain The Field Where I Died: Mulder could have been meshing his mother's or her family's past into this messy regression therapy session, illuminating why the episode was not only canonically unbalanced but also made no sense, period.)

As always, the Truth is out there, but so are unsolvable questions.

“Rabbit's kit”

Evan is stuck inside his room. It's light outside, but he's been locked inside his room again. He weeps again. ‘a normal morning...’ he thinks with grief. But he's not alone.

His good friend Fredbear is here!! So he's not alone, he can ask why but he never gets an answer. So maybe he can just talk about it to him? (I'm a fish inside a birdcage...)

He hears laughing against his door. Fredbear soon speaks up, but Evan doesn't know what he said.. (My brother always sings me songs)

Fredbear sighs, “What did he do this time?” his voice is gruff yet whimsical sounding? He sometimes sounds just like Father, though. “...He locked you in your room again.” He says as a matter-of-factly, no room for fighting or saying "yes" or "no"(Evan rarely lies though! He would never lie to Fredbear). “Don't be scared... I am here with you.” (With his beak, he tries to soothe me... He makes me feel that I belong.)

(He has a wild imagination..) Evan tries to blink his tears away, but they always keep on falling down his face. So he stops his useless way of protesting against his tears. Fredbear doesn't need to be lied to. And Evan can never lie when it's Fredbear. His best friend, the only person who believes in him. (And tells me things that may be true)

Evan only nods, Fredbear hums a silent "good". (Like there's a world where I can take flight!) “This will end, I'll make sure of that. And then? You can fly like the angel you were destined to be. You'll fly away from those frightful jaws of that demented fox.” Fredbear sounds so fatherly, so kind, so loving. Evan smiles, Fredbear always knows how to comfort him.

The end? He sounded mean, and angry. He always calls Mikey, a "demented fox". And over time, Evan starts to believe it. So Evan just nods again.. there's no way he'll lie to his best friend, or ever go against him. Fredbear is always right in the end. (Where I can freely move...)

He hears his door get knocked on. He jumps, while he goes to hug Fredbear. His doorknob twists and turns. “It's only me.” He mistakes that voice for Fredbear, so he smiles wide again and goes towards the man(while wiping his tears away, and when the door opens), to hug him.

The man allows him to hug him. Father is always kind to me. Father goes to pick me up (So carry me from these walls, Brother of mine. Show me the world, outside). Evan only smiles wider, and goes to hug his father's neck (It has to be true, I'm counting on you)

Father only chuckles. (to be my wings and my eyes)

Evan is outside his house now, “Go and play with the others. Come back at 2, son.” Father says with some affection. Evan only nods back, and says “yes father!”. He runs off to his his close circle of friends ‘oh, that's right...’ he thinks dejectedly, as he slows down to walk to a tree that always has a yellow bird on it's branches.

The yellow bird looks pretty. He wonders how he'll look if he was like Springbonnie, a rabbit. (As I breathe into our silence) Would he also be gold colored? With green eyes too? Or would he have blue eyes? And some reds and dark blues on his bowtie and hat? Or would he be more fished based? Like those sea monkeys he sees on the telly sometimes? (There's a voice that comforts me)

“...What do you want to talk about, angel?” Fredbear is speaking again! “oh!” Evan is just surprised, Fredbear chuckles. (It's a voice of understanding, it's the voice of empathy...) “..ummm... Just thinking of how it'll be like to be like Bonnie.. could I look just like him, or be something so different? Like those sea monkeys!” Evan tells Fredbear with a smile.

(Wings of feathers, tails and fin tips) Fredbear chuckles again. “.. You'll make for a great bunny, angel.” Evan lightly laughs. Fredbear always knows how to make me feel happy (We feel each rock so differently)

“You think so?” Evan asked giddy, he is genuinely curious. He wants to know why! “Because, you already are.” Fredbear answers, in his common cryptic way, but Evan doesn't mind. Evan sometimes understands what he tries to say, so he doesn't need to say more!

(You gave me more than I could ask for)

It's 2. He goes back to his house, hugging Fredbear close to his chest, Father is at the door. (Indistinguishability)

Evan hugs his Father again. Evan likes to hug people, especially his family. But Father let's him hug him, and Evan is okay with that. He loves his Father, anyways! (So carry me from these walls) Father lifts him up again, brings them back inside the house, and closes the door (Brother of mine, show me the world outside)

Evan is brought to the living room, Father turns on the telly, Evan hugs his plush much closer to his chest, while Father sets Evan down onto the couch. (It has to be true.)

Is his favorite movie being played? He looks up to Father with ‘puppy’-like eyes. Father only softly scoffs. A small smile shows itself on Father's face. Evan sways himself as he gets giddy for his favorite movie. (I'm counting on you. To be my wings and eyes) Evan smiles widely, and goes back to look at the telly.

(So carry me, from these walls. Brother of mine, show me the world outside)

Fredbear speaks again: “This is a safe place. This is a sanctuary.” He way of saying, “you're safe, angel.”

Evan's smile is still on his face but everything else is not the same. It also has no color. Is he being delusional? “...Father is always the best!” Evan says, as he sways himself again.

Cassidy has had enough.

“Evan. Stop.” Cassidy says angrily.

“...It has to be true...” Evan sings back.

(I'm counting on you)

Evan stops his swaying, his smile falters, as he moves his hands to his face. They are webbed, like he's a fish. He finds blood almost everywhere on his tiny body. His skin seems to shine, and it makes the dried blood look shiny.

He places his webbed hands on his chest, where he slightly feels fur? He feels fluffy. He doesn't understand it. But he likes it? He doesn't know.

He just wishes it never ended like this. And that Father never became like the way he is...
