Don't feel obligated to be a professional trainer

I understand that it's all over the TV all the time and it's sort of built into a lot of people's minds that being a trainer is this amazing adventure, but there's a lot of other stuff you can do that's just as rewarding. If you don't want to train your pokémon just for battles, that's okay. If you don't want to be the champion of your region, that's okay. And if you are a trainer and need a break, take one. Taking on gyms isn't on a time limit. you can rest if you need to. listen to the radio and have a picknick with your pokémon somewhere. Do what you need to to rest every now and then.

Do what you want to do, and remember to take breaks everybody!
