“I hear by call this meeting of the official naming ceremony to order.” You let out a sigh as Shion tapped her gavel on the table. Rocking your new born infant in your arms.

The baby was doing well. All plump and pink now, with a tuff of flaming red hair that refused to stay down. It had been a few weeks since you had given birth and everyone had given you & Benimaru space to bond with the baby. Coming over occasionally to sit and coo, but in uncharacteristically calm order.

Then, today, out of the blue, you got a note that you and the baby were summoned to a meeting of what seemed like every person you had ever known. “I still don’t know what’s going on….”

“It’s time we all came to an agreement on what [B/N] is going to call us.” Shion explained. “We all can’t be called the same thing. That would be confusing, and unfair.”

“They can’t even talk.” You remind her again. The first time you reminded her was when she was at the house and trying to get them to say ‘Shion’ as their first word. “Besides, can’t they just call you Aunt or Uncle what’s-your-name?”

“NO!!”

The unanimous shouting startled the baby, who began to cry, but you quickly calmed them down.

“Now, I will start us off.”

“Why do you get to start us off?” Milim squawked.

“Because I have the gavel.” Shion snarked back. The two women glared at each other for a considerable moment before they broke off in a huff, and Shion continued. “Now, I’ve thought long and hard about this and I would like to be called…Aunt Shion.”

‘Didn’t I just suggest that?’ You thought to yourself.

“Excuse me, Shion.” The sickly sweet voice of Shuna spoke up. The sickly sweet voice that usually meant danger was near. “I believe, as Benimaru’s true blood sister, it should be I that [B/N]-chan calls Aunt.”

“We can both be ‘aunt’.”

“Didn’t you just say that it would be ‘confusing and unfair’ to share names?”

Shion huffed and folded her arms. Bested by her own words. “Fine! Come back to me. Souei, what do you want your name to be?”

“Souei.”

“You can’t just be called Souei. Besides, the name is too hard for a baby to say.”

“Souei….nee.”

Shion sighed. “Hakurou-san, what’s your name?”

“I think I would like to be called ‘Jiji’.”

“You want to be called ‘grandpa’?” You asked. Just to clarify.

“I’m much older than any of you.” He said. “ ‘Uncle’ just doesn’t seem to fit with a man my age. Plus, I must admit, the feeling of the word ‘grandpa’ warms my soul.” He even let out an old man ‘ho ho ho’ at the thought.

“I wanna be called Onee-chan!” Milim announced.

“That won’t do.” Shuna told her. “What happens when Onii-chan and [Y/N] have another baby? You’ll have to change it all over again.”

“Another baby?” Did you not just have this one?

“We can cross that bridge when we come to it.” Shion said. Making an executive decision and hitting her gavel. “Now, I have come up with my name and it shall be….Auntie Shion.”

The room clapped as if Shion had made some brilliant discovery, while the secretary beamed at her brilliance. “You guys are weird.”

The doors then opened and Rimuru-sama and Benimaru walked in. “What’s going on?”

“Apparently everyone decided they needed a meeting to figure out what our infant child will call them.” You explain.

“Oh. Can the baby call me Muru-kun?” Rimuru-sama asked, and the room erupted in another fit of excitement. Waking the subject of the meeting again from their nap.

Rimuru isn't one to really get jealous

But when he does, he lets people know

He would pout and frown and cross his arms until the person he wants the attention gives it to him

So when he notices that you were talking more and more to Benimaru, hanging out and asking about how Benimaru was and everything in between

you bet your ass Rimuru wasn't happy about it.

Rimuru would keep you occupied with things he wanted to do with you, making sure that if you wanted to go anywhere near Benimaru, he'd have you do something for him.

Like have him lie in your lap for a nap

or write letters to other nations for him when he doesn't want to transform into a human

he does anything he can to make sure you and benimaru are separated

Soon enough you notice his antics and his clinginess and ask him what is going on

he confesses that he is jealous of how you have been spending more time with beni instead of him

you would laugh at his pouting face and kiss it, reassuring him that you weren't being taken away from him

And you noted as you kissed him on the cheek and lips, that when he is jealous he was clingy, pouty, and tries to keep your attention on him at all times.

You would giggle to yourself, giving him a big hug

Ugh, we need to learn to recolor complicated game sprites or find a way to commission what we would simply call Very Weird Fanart, or SOMETHING

A certain slimeboygirl OC of ours literally just takes the form of a Genshin Impact Albedo with red-to-black gradient hair (with some extra cool-looking, very tight black drill hair on the side that looks kinda like ram horns in addition to that, because Why The Fuck Not?) and the outfit is like an olive or forest green instead of white, but like the golden accents on the lab coat + black gloves are still there. The purple under the coat would actually be black/gold and not purple/black. Olive green eyes or silver eyes depending on. A lot it seems, the olive green eyes might actually be contacts?

Oh, and golden-rimmed glasses, but like fancy or whatever, and like golden ear accessory/outlining her ear in gold?

This tiny slime had followed him around the forest while he was patrolling. It would chase him everywhere, how could he ignore it, it was so cute.

Ah… you found out he adopted a slime. He didn’t mind the slime, he thought it was cute. He had showed you it and it made you happy. It actually made him happy that you liked it, it was like both of you had a child together.

When he thought of it like that, it made him blush. It didn’t help that you would baby it, which in return made him baby it. It didn’t help that the small slime was clingy towards both of you.

He’d pick it and cradle it, feeding the small slime snacks, during dinner time, he’d feed it food from its own plate, like a baby.

Part four of Rimuru x Mitsuri Reader

How about.. a dinner time scene! I want to see Rimuru’s reaction of reader eats way to much when she has the biggest appetite.

I Imagine a food combination would be funny haha.

-Dinner time was Rimuru’s favorite time of day, mainly because he would get to sit quietly with his wife in their shared home, and talk about their days over the delicious meal you had prepared.

-It wasn’t always like that however, as you were a little self-conscious when you first arrived in this world about your appetite.

-You needed extra food due to your physical condition, with your muscles being so dense, it burned energy much more quickly than normal and you needed to keep up with your food intake to handle this.

-You couldn’t afford to be weaker or tired because you were hungry, there were people who depending on you to keep them safe, people you loved and cared about!

-Rimuru was easily able to figure out your little secret early on, as large amounts of food were going missing and it only seemed to be when you were around, but you always ate alone.

-When it got out, you were fully prepared to be made fun of for having such a large appetite, but everyone was supportive and welcoming. Not one person said a harsh word to you, and if someone not part of Tempest was foolish enough to try… yeah….

-To keep up with your appetite you received lessons on how to cook and soon you were cooking all of Rimuru’s meals, including homemade lunchboxes which he treasured each day.

-Rimuru had a busy schedule, but he always returned home to you every night, unless if he was out traveling, for dinner.

-Rimuru found your appetite cute, teasing you by eating as much as you in a single mouthful, “I can fit more in mine!” which would make you pout.

-There have been many, many, eating competitions between the two of you, only held in your house between the two of you as Rimuru knows that you are a little hesitant eating so much in front of others.

-Every day after dinner, after Rimuru would wash the dishes, as you cooked, it was the least he could to, the two of you would take a long bath together, him in his slime form resting one your chest, relaxing after another long day before the two of you would discuss what to have for tomorrow night’s dinner.

-It was the simple domestic life Rimuru always longed for, and he relished every moment of it.

When I read slime, my brain immediately went “which type?”. There are many variations of slimes but the main two versions of slimes I immediately thought of are:

A not-liquid thing that will devour everything and everyone that passes thru its gel-like body (like in D&D)

A not-liquid thing that can freely control its gel-like body to change shapes into whatever it wants, mostly long tentacle-like limbs, and, optionally, secretes thick liquid with aphrodisiac properties (like… uuuhhh… let’s just say works with ‘mature’ contents)

And then I remember…

This dude:

Which is pretty much just a weak noob monster that can tackle your level 1 alchemist before getting bombed.

But, but, but, look how cute that slime is. I mean it’s called a Puni but we all know it’s based on a slime, Gust ain’t fooling anyone.

Just imagine Desmond taking that form and being adorable and making puppy dog eyes at his ancestors as he tries to follow his ancestors by jumping like a really bouncy pudding.

Just the sheer ‘you won’t leave this defenseless thing alone, right?’ potential of this form that Desmond could use to his advantage.

And then they get into a fight and it turns out Desmond could shape his form into anything he wants so he’s suddenly making whip-like gel-like appendages to smack enemies around and even use one of Ratonhnhaké:ton’s rope dart finishers.

So, you know, we have variations. I guess we can’t really use the ‘devour everything’ type because that means no one can touch Desmond. It’ll be good angst fodder though, that’s for sure.

Also… if we’re going for Rimuru-OP route where Desmond can gain skills by devouring certain things, this would give him the ability to shapeshift into the human form of those he eats (but, in his case, maybe any human form he takes will have golden eyes?)

Just imagine the angst of Desmond devouring Kadar as he’s about to die because Kadar asked him to after Desmond tried and failed to save him and Desmond tells him how his power works when Kadar asked before, trying to talk about anything to help Kadar ignore the pain. Kadar wishes to thank Desmond and hopes he could receive a useful ‘skill’ from someone like him in the end and Desmond takes his form instead. Any time he looks at his reflection, he feels guilty for not being able to save Kadar so he wears a mask most of the time. Just imagine the angst that will happen once Altaïr and Malik see the face he has underneath the mask!!!

Flags

Flags feature, as I said before, Tempest, Blumund, Dwargon, and likely Sarion. In my eyes, the only other option for this fourth flag would be Farmenas. However, that is a vassal state of Tempest, and the flag of Farmenas has been seen within the anime, looking nothing like the fourth flag featured.

Blumund, Dwargon, and Sarion are, at this point in the manga, Tempest's largest and only allies. This panel is placed just after the founding festive — within the chapter itself, it features each ruler of their respective nation discussing and having a meeting. It's likely why the flags are featured.

Rimuru

Rimuru is depicted wearing casual attire, one he had worn to the meeting with the various other leaders. Earlier in this chapter, he had worn his typical demon lord clothing during his battle of wits with the duke. This places the panel, time wise, between the two meetings.

Rimuru would've been relatively happy with himself, and he had successfully resolved the issue without losing face for himself and his budding nation.

Apple

The two primary objects in focus are Rimuru and the apple. Your eyes flow or travel from Rimuru's face down towards the apple before exploring various other parts of the panel. This is a very common technique used by artists to put emphasis on certain objects — in this case, the mangaka likely wanted to emphasise the apple alongside the main subject; Rimuru.

The apple can be a symbol for many different ideas — temptation and the fall, innocence and knowledge, immortality and death, love and sexuality, fertility, and decay, etc.

From mine and my friend's (thank you so much) interpretation.

The apple, mostly the perceived good traits, represents Rimuru's past self. This panel takes place at a very important time in Rimuru's life. This point in time was a complete turning point for both Rimuru and his status as a ruler.

What is seen being depicted is Rimuru looking down (?) towards the apple with a bittersweet but almost accepting expression. Maybe even be described as solemn. He appears to have been bending in the direction of the apple before he stood straight up, fixing himself. I interpret this as him either standing up from putting the apple down, almost as if leaving the apple or him bending towards the apple.

I imagine this as him finally accepting that, how he was in the past, is in the past. He is no longer thinking of himself as a 'monster with a human mind' but a 'monster with human experience'. He is a monster before a 'former human'. As opposed to how he viewed himself before. Of course, ever since he had been reincarnated, Rimuru was always morally grey, but at this point in time, he had begun to accept it — enhanced by the Falmuth incident and his accession to Demon Lord.

Rimuru Tempest x Reader

“Rimuru-sama prefers my company to you!” Shion shouted over the table at her counterpart.

“Don’t be ridiculous Shion,” Shuna chuckled into her hand delicately. “Who would prefer a dried-up old lady to a cute, gentle woman like me?”

“I’ll show you dried-up!” The oni summoned her sword and prepared to swing it down, through the table and potentially Shuna.

“Yada yada! Hold on!” Rimuru shouted in a panic. Waving his arms and getting the girls attention to stop. “I don’t prefer anyone’s company over anyone. I like spending time with both of you. I just need to be alone for a bit to finish my work.” The whole fight starting when he asked them to leave and they misinterpreted as one of them leaving, and not the other. “Please. We’ll spend time together after, but I need to get this done.”

The girls apologize, to Rimuru and each other, before they leave as requested and he slumped into his chair.

“Is it safe to come out?” Rimuru perked up as he looked over toward an armoire where [Y/N] was sliding out from under. Shifting out of their slime state once the coast was clear and into their human form. “Phew! I thought I was going to be stuck under there forever. But I literally didn’t want to get dragged into their fight.”

Rimuru chuckled at [Y/N]’s joke and fiddled with his papers. “They mean well. But sometimes I can’t get anything done when they’re around.”

“Do you want me to leave too?” [Y/N] asked. Still taking a seat beside him. “You said you needed to be alone to finish. Am I a distraction?”

The other slime blushed at the question and focused on his papers even more. Yes, they were a distraction. But not in the way they perhaps thought. When they had first met, Rimuru was just happy to have someone like him around he could talk to. The others were nice, but they didn’t understand all the time. [Y/N] was an intelligent slime like him. So it was just easy to talk to them and have them get it. Eventually he found himself feeling more than just ‘friendly’ about them.

“N-No, no, you can stay.”

“Good!” [Y/N] chirped in a bright way that made him blush redder. He nearly told them how he felt right then, before they added, “because I really don’t want to go out there if they’re still fighting.”

Rimuru doesn't even remember what you and he were fighting about, but he bet it was probably silly. It always is something silly like you ate his favorite pudding or he took your last favorite flavor of cake

you had stormed off when he said something you definitely disagreed with, shouting, "I can't do this anymore! I need to go cool my head before I explode!" and you would storm off, huffing and puffing.

Usually, when this happens, Rimuru leaves you to your own devices until you come back and either he apologizes for his behavior if he is in the wrong or if you apologize because you are in the wrong.

But this time it felt different; it felt as if you were in danger.

And his gut instinct was right. Rimuru heard a loud scream coming from north of him, a scream that sounded like yours.

He immediately ran to where he heard the scream and witnessed a sight he never wanted to see again.

You were in the arms of a huge monster, ready to eat you whole. Tears were in your eyes, and fear struck your heart. Instantly, Rimuru took his sword out and analyzed the situation.

When he was done, he went into action, jumping from the ground and angling his sword into the arm of the monster, releasing you from its hand.

You dropped to the ground and watched as Rimuru defeated the monster with ease, and saw it run away, wounded and bleeding. Rimuru dropped down to the ground and was at your sides in seconds, looking over your body for any injuries.

"Are you okay? Are you hurt anywhere?" he would say frantically, eyes wide and fearful for you. You would hug him and apologize for the fight earlier. You would kiss him and hug him and shed a few tears.

He would hug you tightly back, and whisper to you, "let's never fight again, okay?"

Marinette sank into the hospital bed, as the nurses checked over her newborn son.

"You did so well, M'Lady." Adrien whispered in her ear, "Our son is finally here."

Marinette smiled as the nurse brought their son over to her. She looked down and could see the little tufts of blonde hair. When he blinked, she could see blue eyes. From the corner of her eye, she saw the nurses leave to give them some privacy.

"A mix of us." She spoke.

"The world better watch out." he stated, making his wife giggle.

"He's so cute Adrien." Marinette declared, "What should we name him? I had some ideas, but I want your opinion, too."

"What were your ideas?" he asked.

"Hugo Agreste. Louis Agreste." he spoke, looking down at their son, "What about Naruto Agreste?"

Alya just laughed and walked away. Nino smiled and took his phone out of his pocket.

Few things about me:

- I'm an ambivert but more on the introvert side.

- i love stories of all kinds but especially ones that are as removed from my real life as they can be because I love imagining worlds outside of mine. Probably why I love anime so much lol

- I love being creative. I turn to drawing/colouring when I want to destress

- I love gaming. I used to have an xbox that I made use of for years before it gave up. Now I have to stick to mobile games because my laptop can't handle heavy games 🥲

- in terms of personality, I think I'm pretty amicable (or so Ive been told by people). I love and care for my friends. I usually have a positive outlook towards life. I joke around a bit and tend to be sarcastic at times.

So I did a quick Google search for that slime anime and I think you'd totally befriend Rimuru. You both share that desire for stories and the wish to understand other people, so you'd really get along well.

but with haikyuu...

You'd become fast friends with both Asahi and Kenma for sure. They both enjoy your calmer, introverted side and while Asahi draws inspiration from your creative side, Kenma likes your input on games.

Also, both of them understand what Anxiety means. You could be the anxiety triage of Haikyuu - now you only have to gather Akaashi to form a full circle!

Finished art for the discord server and moved on to try my hand with 1500's-1600's inspired troops. Mostly taking inspiration from the Habsburg armies, basically HRE (Germany) and Spain. No clue why I even made these and I am quite intimidated to show the historically inspired unique units from the previous post.

Honestly I am quite tempted to make a low-fantasy isekai fanfiction set in this time period with characters ranging from Tanya Degurechaff, Redeus Greyrat, Rimuru Tempest and Ainz Ooal Gown just to see how well they can play off each other. The politics would allow Ainz to shine with diplomacy if he manages to NOT scare everyone, warfare is just a slower form Tanya is used to and allow her to be Gustavus Adolphus, Redeus will probably be roaming around the place with mercs saving everyone he could from devastation and Rimuru can definetly have fun with all the new toys around for his game of Civ6 before oops Italian wars or wars of the reformation time.

Actually, I may start writing it now and just take the best part of my ship fics and plop it there for safekeeping. Imagining a fool trying to put lead into Slime Rimuru would be funny. Hopefully I get motivated enough to post it. Already havw crossover crackships in my mind I may as well indulge in period pieces.

Does anyone else think Rimuru Tempest from ‘That Time I Got Reincarnated As A Slime’ and Ainz Ooal Gown from ‘Overlord’ would make good friends?

**Slight spoiler warning for those who haven’t seen them yet**

Just think about it, they have an insane amount of stuff in common with one another.

Both of them were sent into another world of magic,

Both of them are not human anymore,

They’re both insanely OP,

They both rule over a country

One is trying to take over a kingdom while the other has already done it,

They both care about the people in their countries,

Pissing them off will be the worst and probably the last thing you do,

And the people they’re closest to are way to willing to kill and die for them.

Like seriously, if Rimuru and Ainz left them all alone to talk to one another, in less than a minute they’d be fighting over who is a better ruler.

All in all, I think it would be interesting if those two were friends or at least on friendly terms.

Also imagine a fight scene between those two, it would definitely be too awesome for words!
