Okay, so, anyone even tangibly into DC knows the whole Gotham War arc really assassinated Bruce's character

But it's juicy fic material

After the whole adrenaline-induced panic episode, Jason leaves Gotham. He's done. He's done with Bruce, with Batman, with everything. And yeah, it was a little satisfying to hear about Nightwing beating Batman into the ground (over Jason! He might have wept a little at that) but it's not worth it to stay anymore

So he leaves

He travels for a bit, trying to figure out who he is without the whole Red Hood thing. Decides to go to college. Under a fake name, of course, he's got to make sure Batman can't find him. Jack sounds close enough to his real name. He chooses Fenton on a whim, he's seen it somewhere and it stuck.

Jack Fenton goes to college. He makes a friend. Falls in love, even. He marries, settles in a small town somewhere in the Midwest, and has two children whom he loves more than anything. Life is good, and he's happy

Until years later, Amity Park gets its own ghostly hero and Jack only has to look at him once to recognise him, and well, what's a father supposed to do?

Not fuck with his son's fear responses, that's for sure

He may not have been Red Hood in years, but he's not going to let his son do this alone.

The unbelievable cruelty with which Louis was treated in 2016- even putting babygate aside- is just completely unforgivable to me. I will never forget how thin and haggard he looked performing Just Hold On what like a WEEK after Jay passed? And Simon had the gall to bring her up and say she would be proud of him. I would have vaulted over that podium and strangled him with my bare hands. Also say what you will about Steve Aoki, but bless him for dropping his commitments and performances to be there for Louis.

ALL. OF. THIS. Simon should die a slow and painful death for thousands of reasons, but the way he treated Louis all of 2016 is at the top of my list.

- Isn't and doesn't want to be verified on TikTok, he's just a scroller, but trying to find his account has become a huge internet conspiracy

Kai:

- Posts on TikTok & Chirp DAILY, he has huge followings everywhere

- Everything from charities to his work out routines to Q&As to thirst traps

- Even has some vulnerable inspirational videos that are like "keep going. you'll be okay, i believe in you" that are honestly tear-jerkers

- Interacts with fans the most

- If anyone is curious about what the ninja have been up to, Kai's pages are the place to go

- Also attends the most events bc he's an attention whore

- But has also raised the most money and attention for said charities as a result

Jay:

- He doesn't host Ultimate Ninja Warrior anymore, but it kept going with his permission and a contract, he visits as a special host during the finals every year

- He's also on the logo of the show lol

- Occasionally posts stuff on Chirp when it means a lot to him

- He's bad at ignoring haters tho so not online as much as Kai

- At the same time, he gets really emotional when fans tell him how he's inspired them

- He's the funniest at interviews and really likes doing them with the other ninja

- His compilations are either "the blue ninja being HILARIOUS" or "the blue ninja secretly being a genius for 10 minutes"
