f!Mikey hugging f!Leo's waist makes me weak he's so smol( or you just gave Leo all the height and kept my guy short). it's just in the series Mikey hug Raph's waist when scared but here he hugs Leos and I'm here crying over big brother Leo.

Ty I have soooo much to say about that whole comic and my thought processes around/behind it.. I could ramble about it for so long but for now just a fun fact: Mikey's actually smaller than he would be!

I know he has the gray hair and the bandaged arms, but I thought I'd add him physically shrinking to help hone in on the fact that overuse of magic is literally tearing away at his body.

Leo stays strong and stands tall but it's because he HAS to. If he looks weak or if he gives up it won't be long until everyone else quits too.

- he lost his eye to a Krang hound and had it replaced with a robotic one

- he has a new Battle Shell that is more lightweight and helps with maneuverability (he is often on scouting, look out, or supply missions)

- he has a retractable mask that is stored in his goggles (the mask helps with breathing through the ash and dust)

- his shoulder piece is part of a Krang Mech he helped take down

- he has bruises from his battle shell because we wears it constantly

Second is lil baby Casey jr. and Leo some time before he lost the arm. I think they’d actually do ok scavenging baby stuff specifically. Not so many little ones anymore 😔 not after the invasion.

I’m super nevous to ramble to internet strangers, but here we go!

A little while ago, while I was surfing Youtube or exploring Tumblr (I can’t remember at this point) I came across somerandomdudelmao ’s baby Leo comic. I went to their profile to see if they had more content, and boy oh boy was I unprepared for the emotional rollercoaster I signed up for. I become a regular viewer of Cass’s Apocalyptic Series.

There has been recent events in my professional career life that have forced me to take a step away from more pleasurable activities, but now I have down time and have spent the past hour catching up on the comic as well combing through the details I missed before + all the fanart/animation/fanfic excerpts that people have added. I think I’m going to have to make a file that has links to all the stuff I adore for this comic series. 

If the creator happens to see this, thank you for sharing your vision. I’m pretty much a silent lurker on this site (I don’t know how to work Tumblr), but I love your work. This comic brings so much joy, sadness, and curiosity to me that I keep coming back for more. I wish you great things and you’re in my thoughts.
