I had to rotoscope something for class, so I turned it into Rogue
I took the footage from this video
youtube
Rogue could easily climb up the wall as a shadow, but you should also consider that the thought of drawing Sting's hair from multiple different angles is a nightmare.
#fairy tail#rogue cheney#fairy tail fanart#lilacharbour art#this took like 7 hours and it's only 5fps#could not imagine how long 12 fps would take lmao

hey! I was wondering if you could write a rogue x male! reader about him comforting you whilst you are crying - or atleast really upset.
If you want, you can be specific about what the reader is upset about but I have no idea of what that should be.
thank you so much! sorry if it isn't specific enough <3
I'm here for you
Series: Fairy Tail.
Character: Rogue and Frosch.
Genre: A little bit of angst with comfort.
Proofread: Yes.
Reader: Male.
Notes: Apologies this took way longer than it should have.
Everything had just been going badly for you the entire day ever since you had woken up. From little things to major things in your day all of it had just been going wrong and it was stressing you out. No matter what you did it seemed today that anything just resulted in a bad outcome.
All you want to do was see your beloved Rogue however you weren't sure where he was. "He is most likely out with Sting on a job." You thought aloud. "Frosch thinks so too!" Spoke with Frosch they had not been with Rogue wherever he was but instead with you.
You appreciated them being with you despite Rogue not being there having Frosch. With you was begging to make you feel better already. Still, you couldn't help but admit you still wanted to see Rogue.
You had been with Frosch in your room for a while just trying to forget about your eventful day. But although you wanted to what had happened to you just kept playing in your mind over and over again. All you wanted to was forget about it yet you just couldn't.
Remembering what happened to you today was beginning to be too much for you. You couldn't stop the tears that fell from your face as you hugged Frosch closely.
Just then as it was beginning to be all too much for you a pair of arms wrapped around you. It was him it was Rogue you didn't even hear him come into your room at all. Rogue wasn't one for words and you knew this however he showed his love and appreciation with his actions.
"I'm sorry I wasn't here for earlier but I'm here for you now M/N." He spoke as you relaxed into his arms. "Tell me what's troubling you M/N? Or if you wish just stay like this that's fine too." Rouge spoke again as he held you close.
"I'd rather not talk about but now that you're here I feel as if I could forget it all." You told him from your day you were tired just so tired. You closed your eyes as you began to drift to sleep in Rogue arms. "I'm sorry for not being here before but I'm here for you now. I'll always love and protect you M/N."

Uncanny X-Men #11 review
X-Manhunt is upon us, as everyone drops what they're doing to pay attention to almost everyone's least favourite mutant - Charles Xavier. The team dynamic is getting stranger as Rogue puts the 'danger' in Danger Room, Logan grows ever wider, and The Podcaster asks the X-Men for help.

Maybe the Podcaster is a mutant who can sense plot points
Yet another X-Book introduces a confusing dose of Space Bullshit, as Xandra, Xavier's Shi'Ar Empress daughter, is attacked by rebels. That's pretty much a Tuesday for her and it's the only kind of plot she's ever used for. Chuck's terrible parenting is the last motivation I expected for his escape, but cosmic Marvel is experiencing upheaval of late so I guess it's as good a reason as any. I'd think that Jean/Phoenix could and would solve the issue instantly, but as we'll see Xavier is not thinking clearly. Or maybe he is and this is all a trick - the narrative is not interested in answering these questions right now. It doesn't really matter that Xavier has only met his daughter once, nor is it explained why she cries to him for help. Deathbird, as usual, fails at everything she attempts. Strange that she's her only guard.

I wouldn't think prisoners crying would be a noteworthy occurrence in this hellhole, but Chuck having a heart attack would remove Graymalkin's reason for existing. I assume he's feeling the strain of telepathic communication across the galaxy plus watching his daughter's attack in real time. The Podcaster's character continues to be baffling - in a better book I'd speculate on the implications of her flat, cackling villainy.

The whole reason Xavier is locked up in the first place is because he won't keep his brain to himself. Scurvy usually keeps him locked down, but Scurvy is recovering from the thrashing Chuck gave him during the Raid. If they have the ability to sedate him/use power dampeners, why don't they use them all the time? Obviously the plot couldn't happen without it but it makes these clowns look even more incompetent than usual. He casually freed himself during the Raid and chose to stay and they've been letting him use his powers this whole time?
The imaginatively named Secret Alliance has succeeded in capturing Xandra, and she's a powerful enough telepath to contact Chuck across the galaxy but that's her best shot. Sure, he's not getting there very quickly though, unless Lila Cheney is around. Charles Xavier IS a terrible father, no doubt about it, and he admits it every so often. He never actually does anything different though, so I guess this is growth? Maybe.

Checking in with the team whose book this is ... hold up, that is the thickest Logan I've ever seen. A secondary mutation perhaps? Anyway, it looks like we're doing the makeshift Danger Room thing with the kids again. I'd love for the events of the last two issues to be discussed in some way, but that's not really how Uncanny rolls. Sure, the kids need training since they want to be doing this X-Men thing but they've just had a protracted fight to the death with killer robot dogs. Deathdream nearly died. Rogue is thinking they need to be hurt more for unexplained reasons, and I strongly doubt anyone has ever thought the Danger Room is fun. Maybe Scott.

Moonbeam orders Gambit to blow Jitter up, knocking her down and bringing fun time to an end. Really not selling Rogue as a leader here - WTF is this meant to teach anyone? Poor thing starts crying and at last a member of this team calls Rogue out, briefly. Rogue explains herself by rattling off a wiki entry on 'X-men villains' including Omega Red - who really shouldn't be there.
Sometimes, when I'm playing an RPG like Fallout or Elder Scrolls and I'm bored I'll save the game then just go to town blowing shit up and killing people. Or if I'm looking for exploits/messing with engine physics I'll just interact with objects in odd ways. That's kinda what this feels like, a random act of violence just to see some explosions. Rogue exists in a narrative and genre where suspension of disbelief is required, but I can't suspend it for this. Is Gail Simone the RPG player, maybe? It's her world. I have no idea, but it's incredibly jarring.
Ember is definitely side-eying Rogue
Training is over and nobody learned anything. Jubilee calls it and uses Cyclops as an insult. Oookay. I'm not going to bother dissecting that. This lot hate Cyclops for reasons unknown and if it hasn't been explained by now it never will. I accept it, I just think it's weak characterisation. Jubes and Kurt's disapproval is overshadowed by Ground Bear and Gambit agreeing that it was a good idea. I have to laugh at this - it's just so ridiculous. The X-Men aren't the same characters from issue to issue, let alone any kind of continuity with previous runs. They do things for reasons and everything works out fine.
No time for any character exploration - The Podcaster has sent a plane to pick them up and calls requesting help like the friends they're not. Why not? I'm not taking any of these characters seriously anyway, may as well have the X-Men collaborate with someone who threatened to blow up their town. Someone who enslaves and tortures mutants in what used to be their house.

Also, this is a thing that happens. A guard at Graymalkin just blows his family away. Not sure why a Graymalkin jackboot would shoot Sentinels, but it makes as much sense as anything else. Sure it's probably linked to the 'virus' that's going around, that's probably linked to Xavier. Or maybe it's something else entirely. This book doesn't exactly reward or incentivise speculation, so I'll just wait until they beat me over the head with it.

I was just thinking this issue could do with Sarah Gaunt in it. She's been quiet for an entire arc. Xavier asks her to free him and while she still hates him she does it anyway. I guess those comically large chains she was bound with in Raid on Graymalkin do nothing, as she can come and go as she pleases - or destroy all his restraints without moving. Doesn't matter, Chuck is out of his chains now. Nothing new about either character here and Sarah went from 'fuck you' to 'sure, I'll help you' very quickly.

Xavier opens his door to find his X-Men there to help him. It's the Uncanny team but he sees them as a warped version of the O5. They're here for ... I don't know why they're here tbh. The tumor mentioned by Scurvy is apparently a thing, I'm just not sure what these folks are meant to do about that. That he's hallucinating is new. I feel like the sedative would have been enough to sell it, though I have been saying that Xavier is going to die for a while now. Rehabilitation through death, it's a Xavier classic. Tumours are already mutations so I don't know what a mutant tumour is meant to be. Maybe The Avians are related to The Shi'Ar after all.
Chuck starts barking orders like the good old days, listening to no-one and blasting Rogue when she tries to reason with him. Not sure what the X-Men's motivation is here.

'Goblin?' Really? Xavier is acting very differently to how he does in NYX or Storm. I mean, he's imperious and manipulative but he seems lucid in those books. Rogue lampshades her previous desire to free him at all costs while thinking that they're here to keep him in prison. Again, it's bizarre that Graymalkin has no other means of dealing with this guy, and The Podcaster called the team least aligned with her goals. Maybe she doesn't have Cyclops' number.
Xavier certainly has the Uncanny team's number, thrashing them easily and bailing. He's not concerned about the tumor right now (in fact he doesn't believe it despite already knowing) - he's all in on Xandra. That the tumor is eating his telepathic control comes out of nowhere and isn't explained. This mystery box approach is very on brand, but at the end of the issue not much has actually happened.
'With a terminal tumor sending his telepathy haywire, Charles Xavier has escaped Graymalkin! Answering a psychic distress call from his Shi'Ar daughter, the X-Men will have to grapple with blah blah blah, nothing will be the same again.' There's all the context you need to read the next part of X-Manhunt, and the Uncanny X-Men weren't a big part of the book. What little did happen will surely be forgotten, making issue #11 very skippable. From The Ashes was very committed to keeping the individual books separate from each other, yet the second crossover has just begun.
Feels like trying to have it both ways and just resulting in neither getting enough page time. I've accepted that this book is not trying to be more than a fun time, but I have to wonder how sustainable it is. As other, better books are getting cancelled it's difficult to not be a little disappointed. Hopefully when this Xavier nonsense is wrapped up we can get back to The Outliers being arbitrarily blown up. In the meantime, at least it looks good - wide Logan and all. :)

How would you personally rank the seven main Dragon Slayers from lowest to highest yandere potential?
I really hope I got all the Dragon Slayers who you referred to as Main right. From lowest to highest:
Wendy Marvell: Simply because she is not only the youngest of the 7 Main Dragon Slayers featured in the series but also because she has arguably the most rational and mature Exceed in Carla who she values not only as a good friend but also listens to. Carla has been with Wendy for years and always keeps an eye on her and lectures her if it comes down to it.
Natsu Dragneel: He’d be quite oblivious if he were to go Yandere for someone but I think because Natsu is pretty social and was blessed enough to grow up in the Fairy Tail guild where he always had support and friends even when his childhood friend Lisanna supposedly died. Happy isn’t the brightest Exceed and would surely support his crush in any shape or form but on the other hand there really are enough people who could talk or smack sense into him if it boils down to it.
Gajeel Redfox: Gajeel initially belonged to another guild who was on the more evil side but ever since having been taken in from the Fairy Tail guild I feel like he has embraced virtues the friendship and loyalty a whole lot better. He’s still more on a wild and impulsive side and that may lead to him developing an obsession over someone quicker than people like Natsu yet he still has a pretty good voice of reasoning in Panther Lily.
Laxus Dreyar: Laxus is similar to Gajeel as he was introduced as an antagonist in the earlier run of Fairy Tail but the reason why I would put him higher is because he strikes me as more of a loner. He has neither an Exceed nor does he seem like someone who would share his worries as easily with others, even his own Thunder God Tribe. So his feelings may simply escalate because he just lets them simmer for way too long beneath the surface without talking it out with someone.
Sting Eutcliffe: The Sabertooth Guild has become a better place since Sting became guild master but that hasn’t always been the case. The tradition under its previous master was that the winner gets it all and the loser deserves nothing and even if Sting is fundamentally not a bad person that mindset has partially rubbed off on him. Sting is a boisterous and prideful young man who knows that he’s handsome and strong and his Exceed Lector is unfortunately his biggest cheerleader who would encourage an obsession.
Erik: The whole plot with Cubellios is the main reason why I think he would be deserving of being ranked as high as he does. If Erik embraces someone in his heart he is dedicated to that person which we saw already when he lost Cubellios so it is very easily imaginable that he’d develop obsessive tendencies over his darling.
Rogue Cheney: There’s literally the canon confirmation that Rogue has a dark personality and an entire arc centered around his future version who succumbed to the dark side because of the death of Frosch. Rogue is normally quiet and calm yet he would definitely fall victim to dark urges if he should fall in love with someone deeply and they would end up being in grave danger as this would be the trigger to awake his shadow.

Truth or Dare
Characters: Sting Eucliffe, Rogue Cheney, Gajeel Redfox, Wendy Marvell, Natsu Dragneel
The Dragon slayers made a point of meeting at least once a month, typically on the 20th. It didn't matter if one or two couldn't make it or what they did together, what mattered was that they met. Sometimes they (Usually Natsu and Gajeel, occasionally Laxus) sparred, sometimes they played trained together, other times, they talked about their dragons and draconic culture in general.
Erik and Laxus were the most typical drop-outs, and Natsu and Wendy usually dropped out together. Sometimes, Sting had to skip out due to his master duties, but Rogue would make an effort to show up anyway.
They usually met in a clearing in the forest between Magnolia and Gazania when they weren't expecting downpour, but on days where rain was expected, one of them would host (Usually Sting and Rogue or Natsu).
Today was scheduled to be rainy, and as Natsu had hosted them last time and hadn't yet volunteered to do so this time, Sting had decided that he and Rogue would host their meeting this week. He ran down to the closest shops for enough snacks to placate seven hungry Dragon slayers while Rogue let the others know.
Rogue called Gajeel, the only one that could consistently be relied upon to answer his lacrima, first.
"Hey kid, what's up? Need me to arrest someone for you?" Gajeel picked up on the first try. He continued his cop bit on occasion, despite not having worked with the council for a while. At least he'd stopped threatening to arrest Sting, among many others.
"No, not right now. I'm calling to tell you we're hosting our meet-up today. Could you let the others know? Oh, and tell Kinana to tell Erik. I'll tell Sorano as well, so maybe he'll hear about it." Erik and Wendy didn't have communication lacrimas yet, so they needed to be told verbally.
"Alright, well, thunder-thighs is out on a job, so he ain't coming. But Salamander and little blue are in town. I'll let Kinana know. We doing this tonight?" Gajeel asked.
"Sting didn't say. He's out buying snacks. Be there at five, I guess." Rogue told him.
They showed up at six, they being Natsu, Wendy and Gajeel.
"Alright, what do we do?" Gajeel asked. Fighting was out of the question.
"Well, I was thinking," Sting started, never a good sign, "We could play truth or dare."
"Sounds good." Natsu agreed. Wendy tacked on an 'Okay'. Rogue supposed he'd be outvoted no matter what, so he shrugged.
"Let's go alphabetically." Sting suggested.
"By first or last name?" Wendy asked.
"You choose, I don't really care."
"Last." Wendy said, for obvious reasons. Which would be fine, if not for the fact that that meant Rogue was going first. "Rogue, truth or dare?"
"Truth."
"Boring." Natsu commented.
"When is the last time you apologized, and for what?" Wendy asked. Rogue thought for a moment.
"Yesterday evening. I bumped into the table and I was tired, so I apologized to it." Rogue admitted. Gajeel snorted. "Natsu, truth or dare."
"Dare." He had better, after his comment.
"Switch clothes with Sting for the rest of the game." Rogue said without wasting a moment.
"Fine. Let's do this." Natsu had not anticipated that this would be the day he wore thigh-high boots and a crop-top, but he had done far worse dares, courtesy of Erza. "Sting, you're next, right? Truth or dare?"
"Dare!" Sting said. Natsu chuckled evilly.
"Go to Minerva's place, ask for the spiciest thing she has in her house, bring it back here and chug it." Natsu ordered. Sting grumbled but got up.
"I'd be scared, but I can't take you seriously in those clothes." Wendy told Natsu, quite unnecessarily, he thought.
"Yeah, imagine running a guild like that." Gajeel quipped, laughing when Rogue glared at him.
Sting returned with a small jar of a red-brown powder.
"Minerva says I have to bring this back, it's expensive." He told Natsu.
"So you're going to chicken out? How are you going to take care of Rogue if you can't even keep you word?" Gajeel asked.
"He can't take care of anyone if Minerva kills him!" Rogue protested.
"Rogue takes care of Sting!" Frosch, who was apparently in the next room, called out.
Sting chugged the spices. He was surprised by how little he felt it. Then:
"ARGGHHHH, CRAP THIs hurtsss. Ow. Ow. Water- Please..."
"Sting!" Lector, Rogue and Wendy all shouted. Gajeel tried to hold in his laughter at the sheer stupidity.
"Lector, we have milk in the fridge. Just grab the whole bottle and bring it here. Hurry!" Rogue ordered. Lector, who had entered the room when he'd heard Sting scream, flew off to get milk.
Once Sting was in slightly less pain, Lector and Frosch were sent to Yukino, who was supervising the Guild in Sting and Rogue's absence.
"Aright, next. Wendy. Truth or Dare?" Sting rasped.
"Truth. Please go easy on me."
"Last time you snitched on a guildmate and what for."
"That's not going easy!" Wendy protested.
"What gave you the impression I was in the mood to go easy on anyone?" Sting asked.
"Fine. I- I never told on anyone." Wendy hoped she would get away with the lie. From the doubt on everyone's faces, she hadn't. "Fine, I told Erza about Natsu and Gray smoking Bixlow's weed."
"That was you? I thought she smelled it!" Natsu exclaimed.
"Okay. Moving on. Gajeel, truth or dare?" Wendy panicked.
"Dare."
"Hold a plank until it's your turn again." Wendy said. Gajeel got up into a plank.
"Rogue, truth or dare?"
"Dare." Rogue hoped he wouldn't regret it.
"Keep your eyes closed for the next two turns." Gajeel told him. Well there was absolutely no way that would ever go wrong. Rogue shut his eyes.
"Okay, Natsu. Truth or dare?"
"Dare."
"I dare you to let Sting write or draw whatever he wants, wherever he wants, with whatever he wants, taking as much time as he needs, on you." Rogue said. Sting deserved the chance to avenge himself.
"Ooh. Nice! Give me a minute." Sting scrambled off to get whatever it was he was getting. He came back a couple of minutes later. "Alright. Don't move, Natsu!"
"Why do you have glitter glue? Sting!" Natsu questioned. "Sting, you know I'm giving you a dare next. Sting!"
Rogue had no idea what the hell Sting was doing, since he couldn't see, but Gajeel sounded like he was trouble keeping up his plank while laughing and Wendy seemed concerned.
"Hurry up, lightbulb! I've been holding this damn plank for five minutes now." Gajeel complained.
"What is he doing?" Rogue asked Gajeel and Wendy.
"Writing 'I'm a jerk', 'Erza sucks' and, uhm... 'Please kick me uwu' in permanent markers and, uhh... Bluebird, go see what he's drawing, I can't move. He's using glitter glue for that anyway." Gajeel explained.
"I'm drawing dicks!" Sting happily called out before Wendy could get up.
"You're paying for this, Sting! Truth or dare?" Natsu growled.
"Truth." Sting said with what Rogue imagined to be the most unbearably smug look on his face.
"What is your most ridiculous fear?" Natsu grinned sadistically, planning on using the information against him next turn. By the look on his face, Sting knew it too. Served him right. Sting thought for a while.
"I don't know. They're all serious to me." Sting thought aloud. "Oh! Minerva said my fear of hospitals is ridiculous. So, that, I guess."
"That's normal though." Natsu said. "They smell like sickness and death and stuff."
"Well, Minerva doesn't think so, and she's going to send me there for the spice incident. So yeah. Wendy, truth or dare?"
"Truth."
"Of all of us here, who is your favorite?" Sting asked.
"Not you." Everyone, even his boyfriend, said in unison.
"Rogue?" He whined.
"Did you really think you were her favorite? After your last question?"
"Fine. I'm yours anyway. So who is it, Wendy?" Sting asked again, the matching looks of expectation on Gajeel and Natsu's faces erasing some of the hurt he felt. This was going to be fun.
"Uhm... Let me think." Wendy panicked again. Sting entertained himself with watching Gajeel suffer in his plank, so close to relief, yet so far.
"Come on, it's clearly me!" Natsu insisted. "You already said it's not Sting, and it's definitely not Rogue."
"What about me, you jerk? You wanna go?" Gajeel shouted.
"Why wouldn't it be Rogue anyway?" Sting threw in for good measure.
"If you wanna fail your dare, I'll fight you!" Natsu answered the challenge.
"Coward!" Gajeel insulted him.
"What do I do if I don't want to answer?" Wendy asked sheepishly.
"Then Gajeel has to stay in his plank forever." Rogue said evenly, ignoring the chaos. That gave Sting an idea.
"Nah. Then I give you a dare instead and we reverse the questioning order so you don't give anyone a dare this turn." Sting suggested, pretending to be merciful.
"Yeah, I like that." Natsu said.
"Sounds fair." The oblivious Gajeel agreed, Rogue's comment making him desperate for a resolution. Rogue and Wendy nodded,
"Alright Wendy, dare it is. Take this lacrima, call anyone you want outside this room and tell them that they are sexy and you are hopelessly in love with them. Then hang up before they answer." Sting dared her.
"That's mean." Wendy complained.
"Then answer the question." Sting suggested. Wendy gulped and called.
"ErzayouaresexyandIloveyoubye!" Wendy rattled off in one breath.
"Close enough. Alright, since we're reversing the order; Natsu! Truth or Dare?" Sting asked.
"Wait! What?" Gajeel roared.
"You agreed to it, plank boy." Sting dismissed him.
"Dare?" Natsu said, a little more hesitantly this time.
"Give Rogue and Wendy your wallet and let them go shopping unsupervised." Sting ordered.
"With my eyes closed?" Rogue asked, worrying about the many stairs.
"Wendy will take care of you."
"After the stuff you put her through, I wouldn't blame her for pushing me down the stairs to get back at you." Rogue told him.
The trip down the stairs went better than expected, thanks to Rogue's shadow travel. But now, the trouble was finding a shop while guiding a blinded Rogue in the pouring rain, which would give him trouble finding his way around.
"We really should have brought our coats." Wendy mused as she guided Rogue by the arm. She looked around. They walked the streets in silence, looking for a shop that looked interesting. She picked a jewelry shop, hoping to get a gift for Sherria. She looked in Natsu's wallet. Wow, did he have a lot of money. Something caught her eye.
"Hey, Rogue? Since you can't see, can I choose what we get? I want it to be a surprise." She asked innocently. Rogue agreed.
Meanwhile, in Sting and Rogue's apartment, Sting was stuffing himself with sweets. Natsu was doing the same, while wondering if he should have told Wendy that he had been holding on to the reward for their last job and that she could be spending Lucy's rent money. Gajeel, meanwhile, had been in his plank for half an hour at this point and was sick and tired of this game.
Cheerfully, Wendy guided Rogue back home.
"We're back!" She called out, soaking wet but smiling. Beside her, Rogue looked like a wet cat.
"What did you get?" Natsu asked.
"I don't know." Rogue answered.
"Give me a second. First, I got matching bracelets for me and Sherria!" She proclaimed, holding up two silver bracelets, one with a sapphire and tiger's eye heart and one with rose-quartz and sapphire. Expensive, but there would still be enough to make Lucy's rent and some money for the rest of the team to split. "And I bought this for Rogue!"
"It's beautiful! Put it on him." Sting exclaimed. Natsu couldn't see it yet, but he didn't need to be Carla to know this was not going to go well. "Oh, man. I wish he could open his eyes. It matches them so well."
Rogue felt some sort of circlet being placed on his head. It felt cold, like metal. From Stings awed commentary, he could guess some of it was red.
Natsu couldn't deny it suited Rogue, but the circlet killed any hopes of bringing back any money. His team would never trust him with the rewards ever again.

"Rogue. Truth or dare?" He asked numbly.
"Truth." Earlier, he had mocked Rogue's decision, but now, he saw the wisdom in his fellow Dragon slayers choices. He remembered something a drunk Sting had thought up while at a party.
"Have you ever had sex in a tree?" Natsu asked. Sting suddenly looked awfully sheepish.
"I have tried. Do you remember when I had that concussion?" Rogue answered honestly.
"Sting, you moron. What part of that is looking out for him?" Gajeel scolded.
"It was romantic until he fell!"
"Alright Gajeel. Truth or dare?" Rogue asked. Gajeel sighed in relief and collapsed in a heap on the floor.
"...Truth."
"Where do you think you'll be in five years time?"
"What is this, shadow princess, a job interview?" Gajeel asked.
"It's a question, and what's with the nickname?" Rogue fire back.
"Ya look like a princess. Tiara'n all. But I guess I'll be in a meeting with you losers again. But I sure as hell won't be playing this stupid game." Gajeel answered.
"Okay, my turn! I pick dare!" Wendy said.
"Lick your elbow."
Wendy tried to reach, but her tongue would not stretch quite far enough. Scowling from the effort, she kept trying. Eventually, Rogue piped up.
"Shouldn't the dare be physically possible?"
"Fine. New dare. Hit Sting on the head." Gajeel agreed. Wendy obliged, carefully. "Ya had a free hit, and ya let him off easy. The jerk would've had it coming."
"Okay Sting, truth or dare?"
"Dare."
"Do you have vinegar?" Wendy asked. Sting liked where this was going.
"Yeah. Brand new bottle."
"Drink it. All of it."
"Good kid." Gajeel said.
"We have a new bottle for a reason." Rogue complained.
"I'm sorry, what?" Gajeel asked.
"We have a new bottle for a reason." Rogue repeated. "And that reason is that Sting likes sour things."
"I'm not surprised. Bloody Freak."
"Chug! Chug! Chug!" Natsu was probably chanting loudly enough to rouse the downstairs neighbours. Sting opened the bottle and gave it a swirl, putting it to his lips and drinking the whole thing in about 30 seconds.
"Alrighty, now! Natsu, truth or dare?"
"Truth."
"Have you ever said something you regret about someone in this room?" Sting asked mischievously.
"Yes."
"Well?"
"No. Rogue, truth or dare?"
"Truth!" Rogue opened his eyes as he spoke, blinking them a few times to get used to the light.
"What to you think about the circlet?" Natsu asked. Rogue went to look at a mirror. He came back shortly after.
"It's beautiful, but it must have cost a fortune."
The game fizzled out after that. Everyone crashed at Sting and Rogue's place for the night.
The Fairy Tail Dragon slayers returned to Magnolia to find Erza waiting for them.
"Wendy, I got your message. Are you alright?" She asked, concerned.
"Yeah. We played truth or dare."
"That explains... things." Erza said, her gaze sweeping the trio before her. Gajeel was rubbing his arms with numb fingers, looking absolutely miserable. Natsu, wearing what looked like Stings clothes, with marked skin and a deeply guilty expression on his face. Wendy, all things considered, looked the best out of the three. "Do the other two look worse?"
"No. We all agree that lightbulb is the worst though." Gajeel growled.
Back in Gazania, Rogue was surprised at how little clean-up was necessary. Looking at Sting's smug face as they had their morning coffee, Rogue knew he had been right.
When Sting had an idea, it was never a good thing.

“No, I don’t suppose I’d call myself a people person. I’m rather more interested in birds, actually.” // @ lisanna ( imagining jellal in a bird shirt now )
Some old meme I can't be bothered finding // @aetrnalis
If you had asked Lisanna how she thought her next visit to Magnolia would go, she would certainly have not been able to predict the current situation. Perhaps it shouldn’t have been too surprising to her however. Sleepovers with Lucy and Levy were common for her, and even Natsu joining in was not completely rare. The addition of Jellal was what stood out. He seemed rather out of place in the apartment, while everyone else lounged upon piles of blankets and pillows.
The specifics of how Jellal came to be under Natsu’s (and to some degree, Levy’s, as she was present and still very much working for the Council) supervision was not totally clear to her. There was something said about Gajeel she thought, but she’d decided not to get caught up on the details. After all, what was happening now was much more important…
“Hmm, interesting,” she said, eyes dropping back to the magazine in her hand, “Okay, not a people person…so if I follow that line…”
She tapped the diagram on the page, lightly dragging her fingertip along the coloured line.
“Next question…do you prefer summer or winter?”
The answer would determine whether Jellal’s soulmate was Rogue Cheney or Lyon Vastia.

Summary:
Mermaid Heel. Blue Pegasus. Lamia Scale. ...Fairy Tail. The Magic Guilds of Fiore have always had a taste for naming themselves after mythical creatures. After all, what better way to advertise their power, their mystique, their magic, than to use the reputation of beings known for all three? It's not as if they can complain, seeing as how they don't exist. Right?
At least, that's the general consensus of mages in Earthland. A consensus that suits mischievous Fiadh all too well. After all, if the guild didn't want to have them around, then perhaps it shouldn't have gone and named itself in such an attractive manner. Names do have power, after all. And a faerie would know all about that.

Sibling Rivals
by Gaintraccon
Welcome to the wacky world where Lucy and Sting are not just galactic icons but siblings! Yes, you heard it right—Lucy, the starry-eyed dreamer with a flair for the dramatic, and Sting, the cool, aloof genius who could use a personality transplant. This isn’t just any AU; this is an AI-crafted extravaganza where every sibling squabble is a showdown for the ages!
Crafted by the digital imagination of AI, this tale is like taking a classic dish and adding a dash of sass with a sprinkle of chaos. If you don’t get it, don’t sweat it. This story isn’t for the faint of heart or the easily bored. It’s a playground for the imagination where Lucy’s flamboyance meets Sting’s stoicism in a cosmic clash of personalities. It’s like mixing a firecracker with a snowstorm—chaotic, unexpected, and oh-so-fabulous.
or
Just Lucy and Sting siblings, AU, made by AI. Don’t like it; don’t read it. Mostly for me, because I want to make an AU like this but don’t know where to start.

What Wasn’t Deserved
Prompt: hurt/comfort with rogue! Requested by: @fandoms-forever-united (who else requested hurt/comfort with gray, laxus and sting which i’ll be doing soon!)
Pairing: Rogue Cheney x F!Reader
“Rogue--”
“I just don’t understand what you were thinking.”
“I was thinking I wanted to go on a walk with Frosch,” you frown, shaking your head at him. “What else would I have been thinking?”
Shaking his head, Rogue’s gaze lowers, to the exceed curled up against his side snuggly. Thankfully, Frosch had been left unharmed, which Rogue was incredibly relieved about. But every time he looked at you, you were a completely different story and Rogue was reminded of just how far you’d gone to make sure his little exceed did go unharmed.
I’d never let anyone hurt him.
Those had been your words, and Rogue was so incredibly thankful for them but not if it meant at the expense of your own safety.
Truly, he should’ve been there. You were a capable wizard, an incredibly strong one, but one against six wasn’t something many people could do without any sort of damage. Especially when you were trying to protect Frosch to, and no one was there to protect you. You were living proof of that as Rogue eyed the many bruises and cuts littering your entire body.
“I should’ve been there.”
“Rogue,” you sigh, already tired of this conversation. “It isn’t your fault.”
“But it is,” he stressed, running a hand through his already mussed hair. He hadn’t gotten a wink of sleep since he’d spent the first half of the night worried about where you were, with Sting and Yukino trying to calm and placate him, and the other half sitting by your bed as you were bandaged and healed to the best of Yukino’s ability.
And the effects of it all were starting to show on him. Show on you too given how tired and exhausted you felt as well.
“I should’ve gone,” he shakes his head, “I asked, Frosch begged, but I declined you because I wanted to be left alone. And it isn’t right, I shouldn’t treat you like that. I should never treat you like that. And look what happened as result--”
You cut him off by grabbing his hand, squeezing it tightly enough to pull his gaze back on you. You cut his rambling off with a simple look, your eyes red and heavy, and you look so incredibly defeated in that moment as he stares back at you and guilt, even more guilt, festers inside of him when he realizes it’s not just because of your wounds.
“I’m okay,” you whisper, shaking your head desperately as your eyes practically beg him to believe you. “I really am. And Frosch is too.”
The little exceed stirs slightly at the mention of his name, the both of you having not realized how loud you’d been. Frosch’s eyes peel open and he glances from Rogue to you, before his eyes water and he’s pulling away from Frosch falling against you. “Y/N,” he whines, voice soft and quiet as he hugs you tightly, burying his head into your side.
Smiling down at the exceed, you set your hand on top of his head, before glancing up at Rogue; “just come to bed with me, okay?” You whisper, “please?”
That seems to be enough, because with a sigh, Rogue is pulling off his shirt, moving to curl into your other side. He wraps an arm firmly around you, pulling you close, with his hand resting on Frosch, like having the both of you close and in his grasp.
Then, just as the silence settles, and your eyes fall shut, Rogue can’t help but whisper; “I’ll never leave you alone again.”
And you just smile, soft and tired but content because that’s all you really need.
“Okay.”
