Ah! A fellow Unova trainer! I’ve never been to Virbank since it’s so far out of the way, but I’ve heard a lot about it. How do you like living near there? :]

Yo, another Unovan! Nice to see you! As for living in Virbank, it’s sort of interesting? Air quality hasn’t always been the greatest, but that has improved in recent years! Regardless of that though, the fog is always present, except for like… mid July when it gets stupid hot. Speaking of! The weather! Is ridiculous. Being on the water will do that to most cities. 50 degrees one day and snowing two feet the next. Regardless of the shenanigans I wouldn’t trade it for the world. I love the culture, I loved being able to run around the public parts of the Virbank complex as a kid, and in general, it’s just big enough of a town that you don’t feel cramped, but just small enough that you actually get to know your neighbors and the people around you. Certainly not for everyone, but! It is my home city and I love it dearly.

I would have to say my favorite thing about humans is their houses !! They are so warm and cozy and full of delicious treats to sneak.

This is LaPointe the Nosepass. I got him in a trade a few years back. When I first got him, lil' guy would not listen to a word I said and would keep standing at my feet in total silence, just staring at me.

He wouldn't respond to any commands. I thought it might have been because he didn't respect me due to my lack of badges or other battling prowess, but it turns out his old trainer was just Kalosian.

He was expecting me to speak French.

He's my best buddy now.

That's very funny; we had a similar problem with our resident Cofagrigus because Hazel speaks to him in Spanish so he just... ignores my husband.

Also, he looks extremely polite and I hope you tell LaPointe that I love him sososo much
