I love how this show portrayed how no act of kindness goes to waste. Im Sol had no real reason to show friendship to the random high-school dropout guy she had a crush on when she was 19. But she did. She convinced him to abandon his rackety lifestyle, dressed his wounds, urged him to consider a parent’s point of view which in turn acted as catalyst for the mending of his relationship with his father, encouraged him to graduate, and praised him wholeheartedly when he did so. All of which (the scolds and the compliments) added up to him finding his purpose and making a good life for himself.
Her sincere and unceasing kindness towards Kim Tae Song in all the timelines gained her not only a friend for life, but the said friend turned out to be the one who ultimately reversed her ill fortune. Saving not only her but the man she loves as well. Thereby securing them a happy future together.

Etho refusing to hurt Grian or Cleo. Him willingly sabotaging not only his chance of getting his much needed hearts back but also the ENTIRE servers. The “we should save Cleo for last. She’s had a hard day.” Him not touching them when they were invisible and armorless. Him lying to all the other boogeys of their whereabouts at his base, knowing full well it could endanger himself. Etho pushing lmpulse out of the way from shooting Cleo. Him trying to convince everyone that it was a lost cause, even though it definitely wouldn’t have been if only Etho wasn’t so loyal. Do you see why I’m insane

OC DNA for Monster Researcher Eclair!
Her original characterization was a lot more subdued and demure. Nagato Yuki-esque. Eventually she sort of ended up being much more proactive and earnest.
Anyway you can find the original template here!

All the jokes about Ken and horses are good but I just wanna say it's such a good parallel to how actual young men get swept into misogyny and the patriarchy.
Like they're told to believe it means men get to be cool and manly and have this power but with that comes extremely rigid commands of what they can be as a man and a cycle of self hatred for never matching those gender roles perfectly. Patriarchy tells men that if they just do exactly what is expected of them, then they get all the "cool stuff" that comes with. That doesn't work though when there's only a small group that actually gets that power, but men will keep trying to fit into those roles in hopes that they can.
In the end there are no horses or the myth men are told, it's just endless cycles of self hatred and ingroup fighting.
