My favourite thing about the show Gotham is that the absolute wackiest shit keeps happening to baby Bruce Wayne, and all these villains keep trying to murder him or ritually sacrifice him and it's like the most harrowing experience for an already-traumatized 10 year old that one could possibly imagine, and at the end of every season, Alfred just goes "Nah, fuck this city. Fuck this entire godforsaken continent. Master Bruce, get in the jet. We're going to Switzerland." and that's how they explain the time gaps between seasons😂
