Sakyo, a knight moralis who has been skeptical of the atelier since the strange entrance of Sakuya, who had “gone under their radar” for so many years

Misumi, a brimmed hat witch who lost his memories and now stays with the Atelier secretly

Itaru, an old brimmed hat witch who has been using time reversal magic to stay alive forever

Tenma, a descendent of one of the Tower of Tomes librarians, which puts him at odds with Yuki Rurikawa, a human healer who hates magic society

Banri - Custas. That’s all I can say without spoiling either story. Just, Custas. Just replace father figure with man he is totally not gay for.

The reason Xisuma is so nice to Evil X despite everything Evil X does is because Xisuma wronged him in the past and still feels really guilty about it. Xisuma blames himself for Evil X being evil.

Grian actually outgrew all his red shirts a long time ago. He hasn't found any while out shopping and he got nervous because it was his whole brand. Because of this, Grian's shirt is actually green but he makes it appear red with trickery and video editing.

Joe accidentally sold his soul to something. It's been traded a few times, and is now in the hands of the Vex. He's been burning diamonds as either offerings or symbols of rebellion. No one knows.

Xisuma is a shapeshifter (since he has bee, turtle, and strider form). The hermits have seen xisumas 'face' before but it's different every time. None of the hermits know which is his real face.

Keralis is an alien. His permanently-shocked face, which can never change shape but can do the “wingding eyes” thing to express, is just a normal aspect of his species, and “Shishwammy” and “Bubbles” are just how “Xisuma” and “Bdubs” are pronounced in his mother tongue. Nobody else on the server knows, not even the aforementioned two- mostly because it’s a bit of a taboo to just ask someone their species, but also because, after being locked up in Area 77 on suspicions of being just that, he’s never felt more unsafe.

(Ack, sorry for sending so many, I just have Thoughts-) Wels refuses to admit it even to himself, but he actually sort of resents the others for forgetting him. That buried resentment was inherited and embraced by Hels, and is his main reason for wanting to destroy the server.

Mumbo is actually very very strong he just never uses any of his strength, once he got nervous and just DECKED doc, just properly knocked him out. Of course he apologized a lot afterwards, but doc always made sure to alert mumbo when he's around afterwards. -🐺

He may be scrawny, but he can and will punch Doc in the face!

Grian has the Master Sword, no one can confirm or deny, he just has it somewhere.

Wels is under a sleep-curse, and while the worst of it was lifted, he’s still irresistibly compelled to go to sleep the moment the sun sets, often to the point of passing out where he stands. He’s not sure he’ll ever shake the fear he feels in the final moments before passing out that he’ll wake up to being abandoned again.

On the topic of his abandonment trauma, he suffers from intense monophobia, but wouldn’t admit it if his continued existence depended on it.

Like Joe, Etho knows a lot of things he shouldn’t. Unlike Joe, Etho keeps his mouth shut about them most of the time. Sometimes he uses the info, but it’s a rare occurrence. He’s a sneaky man!

Etho has ninja skills. Everyone jokes about it, but they don't really believe it because he is a Canadian and is super nice and polite-he couldn't be a crazy good sneaky assassin/spy. Spoiler alert: He can be and is. Enemies should watch their backs

The reason Cub's vex magic is so much stronger than Scar's is because Cub straight up sold his soul to them. Scar is more of a casual.

Scar is cursed. Every time he dies, a tiny scar appears somewhere on his body. Eventually, there are so many in one area they merge to form one, much larger scar. He went to the vex for help. They didn't fix the scar thing, but at least he has cool prankage powers now!
