Optimus getting stuffed full of every con spike imaginable for the sake of being a "distraction" (he just really wanted that dick) and, obviously, ending up incredibly fucking pregnant. Ratchet is so disappointed and taking so many scans because good Primus you fucking brat your frame isn't made to carry a bitlet that big!

Optimus heavily disagrees, especially since his new state becomes even more distracting to the cons... That is, he disagrees until he needs to start waddling around. He takes to using vehicle more for just basic day-to-day stuff, especially getting to fights (that ratchet threatens to tie him to the berth if he keeps joining like this) because he's gotta help out! The decepticons are being swerved around by this annoying bug that if they're remembering correctly is very pregnant and probably making himself sick spinning around like that, one of them gets lucky and manages to pick him right off the ground. His wheels are just spinning in the air for a very confused moment before he transforms, being held under the arms like a very disgruntled cat and Oh Primus. Poor thing looks like an overblown balloon, how dare he be out messing with them in this condition!

They set him on his pedes just to see if he can even walk. He can't. He stumbles around, shuffling awkwardly where he needs to go sure, but that's not really walking, now is it? Nah, they might just need to take him back to base since the autobot medic clearly can't keep him safe...
