I created this blog as a safe place to post about ever crisis, FF7 in general, and some of my other interests to feel at home. (Like winter photography/winter aesthetics, cute things, riku from KH, ff15, or star trek.)

I also draw fanart and make edits. Sometimes I'll post about about my feelings in relation to FF7 as a fictive.

This is utterly ridiculous.

Nobody requires 5 Sephiroth introjects and also all three remnants particularly not in one day {though two of us were here prior}. It is embarrassing and nightmarish and infuriatingly makes sense.

Who decided that a disorder should be able to manifest as having some of the most stressful weeks of your life resulting in several Sephiroths.

Isnt it crazy that cloud strife has verifiable alters and they like doubled down on it in the remake. when his sephiroth introject fronts and pushes tifa and then he fronts again and hes like freakign the fuck outttt. Did anyone hear that

Cloud is autistic; he is aware of it in the sense that he sees himself as different from people and understands that people don't like him but he doesn't always understand why. When he was younger it presented predominately as a social anxiety because Nibelheim didn't cause problems with his sensory issues (and when Midgar does, he puts it down to being unused to the city). I think some of Cloud's 'I want to be a hero' is somewhat a wish to emulate a personality that people like.

CPTSD. Post Crisis Core, Cloud suffers from a complex trauma disorder. He exists heavily in a survival state, his mind has shut down a large amount of mental processes (a lot of emotion, empathy, memory) in order to protect him, and to 'save energy'. He has difficulty processing and feeling emotions, and difficulty controlling them when they do break through. He feels isolated, though he does still want for connection he struggles to trust, to justify closeness, to feel like he's worth being close to. The physical symptoms of fatigue and headaches are something he gets as well, even divorced from the effects of Sephiroth and the Jenova cells.

Linked in with the CPTSD is his plurality. Now before I go further, I will state that I as the writer have a form of DID. Cloud has a complex trauma disorder that causes dissociation and affects his memory and sense of identity but he is not one to one with a DID system. Both because part of what's going on in his head is supernatural, for lack of a better word, and I don't love equating fictional issues as an exact comparison to a real word one. But also because, overall, he lines up more with OSDD-1a. Cloud does not have distinct Alters, the Zack persona is not a complete introject of Zack but it also isn't the same Cloud as he was prior to his trauma. Cloud's plurality is less of an internal system, and more of a sense of introjecting things that feel safe to fill in some gaps while his mind tries to protect itself by repressing memories and certain traumas. Though I would also posit that OSDD-2 fits as well, as it is defined as identity disturbance due to torture/brainwashing/captivity

It's part of this damaged psyche that makes Cloud very easy for Jenova to manipulate, but it's also due to Jenova that his psyche is fractured in this way - an awful circle

Describe the funniest thing you’ve seen happen between two alters.

Honestly we haven’t had very many “funny” interactions recently because everything had been so intense in system lately. So all of the “funny” things that have happened, they are kind of dark and only funny to us. If there is anything, we will keep you posted lol

 Do you have any introjects (fictives/factives)?

We are mostly introjects :) It’s just easier for us to use a template. Plus, many of us formed when we were so young that our only way to interact with reality and understand it was through fiction.

Sebastian, Sephiroth, Sora, Roxas, and Xion are introjects of characters who have a canon that do not belong to us.

Marz has a canon that does belong to us.

Briar is a complicated alter, he identifies as brainmade with strong kins, basically. Most of his life was made up by us but he’s “based on” some existing characters that have a canon that don’t belong to us and a character whose canon does. 

Ivan is brainmade but he has some strong kins.

How are they similar to their source?

In some ways, very similar and in others, not at all. They’re definitely similar to the source that exists in our head and most of our introjects, we look at their source characters and are reminded of the alter. 

Who works together best to complete daily tasks? Is anyone good at washing up, but really bad at vacuuming?

Daily tasks are part of this ongoing Situation we have going on right now. Traditionally, Aleister has been doing all the tasks across the board but that’s not working out anymore. So it’s kind of up in the air right now! We’re just figuring out who likes to do what and how it’ll work out best for us.

Describe what switching fronts feels like. 

Switching is such a vast experience. Usually it feels like when a jukebox switches tracks, like a mechanical process of changing CDs. Sometimes it feels like the barrel of a revolver rolling to the next bullet. Sometimes it feels like a sunset, the day then the blurred state, then the night. The other day it felt like I was a stone being dropped into a cold pond suddenly, including the ripples and the ‘ploink’ noise. Usually we switch in our heads first, then our body, but sometimes we switch in different parts in our body first, like our hands will be one alter then it will spread the rest of the way. 

I think a lot about how our thoughts and mental experiences feel in our body, so this is a nice question.

Please respect our boundaries. In our alter listing - which you can find at @sanguis-alters - we will have individual boundaries listed. You don't have to memorize each and everyone one of them, but they are there anyways. If you cross a boundary and someone asks you to stop, please do so. How an alter reacts to their own individual boundary being crossed is up to them, depending on the alter and the severity of the boundary that was crossed.

A "face claim" is a picture of someone or of a drawing that may closely resemble the appearance of an alter, or otherwise give an adequate impression of what they look like. If you see a face claim you recognize, know that we do not represent that person in any way, and are simply using a publicly acquired image of them to adequately describe our own facial features and/or body structure. If you wish for that person to be credited and we do not know the credit for them, please help us and we will certainly do so.

An introject is an alter whose existence is based on either entirely or partially of another person, whether they be fictional or not. Where they came from is their "source." We do have a few introjects in our system, so if the concept is confusing, please do ask and we will explain to the best of our abilities.

We as a collective are happily taken, by our most lovely partner system. ❤

Please, have fun. We love interacting with people. We love to answer questions about us. A better way to conceptualize us as a system is to imagine us as a group of friends and family who all live in the same house - that house just happens to be a singular body. Some people in the house are a little more troublesome than others - and a couple are downright pests, and roommates come and go at times for many reasons, including no reason at all. We do sincerely hope you enjoy your visit to our pages, and please, feel free to ask us anything you wish, so long as you be respectful about it.

So many. Something between Dark Riku (KH1) and Repliku, Ray (Literally introjected a part of our system into the system), Lucifer (Lucifer), White / HIchigo (Bleach), one of Riku's OCs. Sephiroth isn't my source we like to meme that it is.

3. Forze Del Mal from KH. I don't like Ray /joking. The beautiful daddy issues and therapy sessions from Lucifer. Nothing in particular for the other two.

9. My source(s) don't have 400 others mixed in. At this point I'm such a hodgepodge of sources that I don't explicitly find myself anywhere close to one specifically. Each only explains a part of my existence and how I operate

10. Largely for most of them it is a root of power seeking, temperament, aggressive goal seeking, dominance seeking, and ego. Each I could go into depth in how they contributed, specifically in each part that they specifically came from that fused into what I currently am, but a lot of those go personal. I often feel one way or the other about which I "more am" because depending on whatever issue I'm dealing with at the time, I tend to temporarily feel "wow yeah lol forgot Im literally an introject, this one is probably my primary" and then Ill turn around a week later and say the same abotu another one of them, then another one of them. I do though consider the DarkRiku/Repliku, White/Hichigo and the OC to be my main three however, as Ray and Lucifer introject came from a mostly-fragment that I fused with rather than the Original XIV.
