I AM THALIA GRACE’s #1 DEFENDER ALWAYS!!! it makes me so sad when people misunderstand her choosing to be a hunter and putting the prophecy on percy.

like it was ALWAYS gonna be percy, he was always going to be the prophecy child. a main theme of pjo is that you can’t escape fate, that’s why chiron asked percy why it was important for them to know the story about kronos trying to dodge his own fate. you can’t escape it no matter what and thalia knew that better than anyone (since she literally was a damn tree, she knew her fate wasn’t that of the prophecy child)

plus, thalia’s character development is so underrated. when we first meet her, she’s very headstrong and assertive. she likes to be in charge and doesn’t have any interest cooperation, just like her father.

but as ttc goes on, she learns to work together with percy and zoe and by the end, she realizes that she wouldn’t even be able to be the prophecy child because she just isn’t cut out for it. THATS THE MAIN FOCUS OF HER CHARACTER DEVELOPMENT!!

the incident with the ophiotaurus showed her that she isn’t immune to temptation, she isn’t loyal to people, she’s loyal to power, just like her father.

and that’s the exact opposite of what percy is, which is why thalia gives up the prophecy because she knew it was never meant for her. it wasn’t out of her own selfishness (if selfishness was her motive, she would’ve kept the prophecy for herself!!!!)

and lastly, i really hate that “thalia didn’t think twice before putting the prophecy on percy but percy kept the prophecy bc he didn’t want to put the burden on nico” because it just shows even more how much thought was put into thalia’s decision.

like i said, thalia knew percy wasn’t loyal to power, he was loyal to people. he’s loyal to nico in a way and that’s why he doesn’t want the burden of the prophecy on him. that just shows EVEN MORE how much better suited percy was for the prophecy because thalia wouldn’t have been able to make that decision. and she knew that.

TLDR: they will never make me hate you thalia grace.

Yeah I get that Edgeworth and Maya are besties who obsess over the steel samurai but that leaves Phoenix and Franziska time to hang out and you cannot tell me that they wouldn’t be a terrifying duo. They both get hurt in a way that would kill a lesser person and just end up at the courthouse like two days later to save the day running purely on spite and righteous fury. If their goals align they would be unstoppable and I am so serious. They meet up while their spouses are occupied with samurai con to go to the renaissance fair and immediately solve the murder at the renaissance fair.

I need disbarment era Phoenix weirdgirling all over Franziska’s interpol level crime scene. I think he should give her some weed to see if that would make the viewing experience of the steel samurai and other related franchises slightly more enjoyable. I think she needs some guy who can kick down doors to drag around when she doesn’t have Gumshoe access. She bullies him relentlessly and he’s just enjoying the nostalgia of it all.

Wait wait I just scrolled by a mutual that reblogged your Godseeker-Comic. Is that an AU? Is there more of this? This is so interesting! I have never seen Godseeker turning to be a part of Void. Mostly just always getting killed by it.

I hope you're doing more with this concept in one way or another because this is a really interesting idea!

ouuu thank you 🥺❤️ its not really an au, its more like my interpretation of a continuation to the embrace the void ending!! :D I think most people are not aware that she canonically doesnt die, and take the ending at face value.... its kind of hard to explain for me since even i am not 100% sure what exactly happens lol but i like to think that theyre perpetually linked or fused together in some weird way. and i feel that this result is pretty intentional from both sides.

Godseeker mentions that they seek gods to "clutch at their greatness and immortality", which i assume that with 'clutch' she means that these traits would be shared with the Godseekers through the "Godly focus" thing. And the knight, besides the fact that it proved its strenght against the local strongest beings, it posesses (via the Void Heart) the void under its will, which is literally said to be an "eternal" force that "denies time", ie immortal.

and this union of sorts would be beneficial for the knight as well, as it can go into Holy Beast mode at just about anytime it wants, which is a really awesome powerup if u ask me. That and also (in my headcanon) it does like her. very much :-)

I love writing and doing digital art in the privacy of my room. I also enjoy playing video games if I have the free time to indulge in such things.

I spend most of my time at home when I don't have to go to work or don't have any plans with friends.

I usually spend the day either reading, doing digital drawings of my favorite characters, or working on art commissions.

I play the piano once or twice a week, mostly in private. I also love singing while playing the instrument.

Every now and then, I mumble to myself when I'm alone, acting as though I'm in a reality show and breaking the fourth wall by talking to the audience.(I know I've grown very chaotic in the past year 😆)

So, who would be my partner, or what do you deduce my life in the BBC Sherlock world would be?

Molly first laid eyes on you at a local bookstore, which she would visit every Friday evening on her way home from Bart's to decompress and find a new book for the weekend.

You noticed each other's frequency, subconsciously making an effort to see one another at regular timings.

However, it was weeks before you introduced yourself to the quiet girl who shied away in the romance section, and with a sweet smile, she awkwardly explained her presence.

"I'm not following you, I just come here after work," she explained. "Don't have much to do on the weekends, I don't usually have work, or much of a social life," she chuckles nervously, quickly apologising for her rash behaviour.

After reassuring her that she was quite alright, you asked if she would want to spend time together reading.

Molly excitedly agreed, and from the exchange of mobile numbers began a close friendship.

As Molly learned more about you, she grew comfortable in your company, finding solace at your flat.

More often than not, she would drop by after a stressful work day, cheeks stained with teardrops (accommodating Sherlock’s every whim would do that to a selfless woman).

If you were singing, playing piano, or self-narrating the relative completion of your chores/any present moment of your life complete with breaking of the fourth wall, the only audience would be Molly, who would sit down on the sofa and close her eyes to your soothing voice.

The latter of your quirks always made her laugh.

One of Molly's favourite things to do with you is play video games after you taught her to play Halo, which brings out her Bad Bitch™️ side.

Although generally a quiet person, she will sing along when you play the piano if you insist, and she actually has a beautiful soprano voice.

Even after two months of spending almost every free moment together, neither of you had talked about your relationship romantically, so it took you by surprise when Molly suddenly sat up from cuddling on the sofa while watching Frozen and kissed your lips gently, her small, pale hands framing your cheeks.

Holding hands with Molly while walking down London's worn pavements is the newest addition to your hobbies.

I think it's so interesting to think about the unique social implications of things on the islands. Like, the animal hats & how they originally existed for the practical purpose of protection & they kept wearing them even after that wasn't a factor anymore. & how the hats we see in the present day (when Finn & co visit the islands) don't really resemble animal hats, do they? & maybe that's just to make the significant human characters (who do still wear animal hats) seem more distinct but you best believe I'm going to make it into something bigger. Oh I'm so bad at putting my thoughts into words but it's something how the hats evolved into a new meaning. & when robo susan rips friedas hat off its like a very violating moment. Something something hats, the lack thereof, vulnerability. I don't know. Sorry. I was going somewhere with this but I don't know how to explain it. You get it though. Hats are interesting.

I like to think that (when everyone got sick and lots of them died and the rest moved to a new island) there was a bunch of small shifts & the animal -> abstract hats was one of them. And Frieda still wearing her dog hat shows her still holding onto the past in some way. There we go, that's something. This isn't a total nothing post after all

Hello! I'm doing fine! I went to my country house for the first time this year and grilled some sausages and meat with my parents, so I had a pretty good day today!

It would most definitely be different from what she’s used to, being surrounded by serious, and mostly grumpy people at all times. But it’s not like you could blame them either, they’re at war and need to be alert, not having the time to be cheerful. SO having you along is definitely a breath of fresh air. Someone, who doesn’t think of all the bad things that could happen at any point in time. You’re always up for an adventure, even if Farah doesn’t always have the time for them. Don’t get me wrong, she’d love nothing more than to explore the world with you, go inside every forest and every cave just to see some cute animals and maybe pet them, but she can’t unfortunately. Even so, she can appreciate you being this bubbly, it’s nice. You may talk a lot, but that’s alright, sometimes she’s too tired to talk anyway and lets you take the lead. Not having to think about all the godawful things war brings with it for a few moments is nice, especially if it’s because of a loved one. Besides, you’re always in a good mood, and it rubs off on her as well, leaving her smiling and thinking about the time you pet a cat and ushered her to do the same as you held the mammal out towards her. You having a lot of energy can be a bit exhausting to her at times, though. Sometimes, when she’s tired, she just wants to rest a bit, but you always wanna do big things with her. She’d love to, again, but she can’t always. But once all of this is over, she’s gonna take you to an amusement park. Not because she’s never been to one, definitely not because of that, but because they seem like something you would enjoy. However, on those days where she has a bit more energy as well, you’re more than welcome to dance with her, or maybe even race each other to the top of one of the hills nearby. Farah wants nothing more than to share her country with you, especially the good things such as the culture and the landscape, so she would never say no to the both of you going outside when you can, provided the times are a bit more peaceful. If she’s feeling especially playful, or if you’re being too energetic, Farah will tire you out a bit by play fighting with you. Good luck trying to beat her. She may play fair with you, but that doesn’t mean she won’t go all out trying to get you to calm down a bit. However, she will apologize if she accidentally hurts you, such a thing was never her intention.
