Here. Have some Present Mic headcanons. And by some, I mean a shit ton. And by a shit ton, I mean I’m sorry, ‘cause I don’t know how to make a break with the “Keep Reading” under it, so suffer until I figure it out, I guess.
(I’m on mobile, by the way…)
(Thank you to a very likable @unlikable-frog. 💕)
————
Present Mic-centric Headcanons:
(TW: Childhood Abuse, Mental Struggles)
- His quirk is a mutation, but classified as an emitter.
- He was born with it. He is Maybelline.
- Muzzled often as a young child (ages 3-6) in an orphanage by one of the “caretakers” who hated his quirk. Also repeatedly told by that same person that he hurt his parents and that’s why they didn’t keep him (they really did try, though). He was forced to stay in his room for days on end, allowed out only for the bathroom and eating (suppressed memories).
- He was taught to be silent—and was silent except for an occasional excited outburst (which got him sent back to his room).
- Sent to live with a deaf couple who love him dearly, but didn’t know how to help his volume control, so he went almost completely deaf (age 8) about two years after gaining vocal freedom, adding on to infantile trauma. He learned how to control his voice after getting hearing aids (age 9) and by being aided by (MANY) new younger siblings.
- Here, he was also free to learn. He quickly closed the mental gap between himself and his peers after the neglect dealt by the orphanage.
- He took up his adopted parents’ last name.
- He visits his biological parents (the Hayates) on occasion. He loves them, but his true parents will always be the Yamadas.
- His confidence in his voice developed during his later primary school years thanks to being able to talk to his younger siblings who weren’t deaf, were hard-of-hearing, and/or had auditory help like himself.
- They still mainly speak in sign-language at home.
- Once he entered middle school, however, he became embarrassed and shy about himself and avoided talking, even with his hands. That is, until one of his sisters finally coaxed him into using his voice more through middle. After that, he. never. shut. up…
- This was also around the time he discovered the English language and began pursuing learning it as a hobby.
- He’s childish and goofy because he wasn’t really able to be that way as a young child and then because his adoptive parents didn’t force their kids to be mature.
- He’s kinda afraid to really feel… unless it’s anger over an injustice against a friend.
- He rarely cries. He hates pain. He will avoid pain like the plague, if he can help it.
- Created a huge persona in order to gain some much-craved attention.
- He also created it so that he could take care of everyone else’s needs and shoo other’s away from his own needs by laughing, entertaining, and convincing them and himself that he was alright and that he felt no hurt and that everything would be okay and he could eventually just forget the bad.
- Pretends he can’t sing by singing obnoxiously (in an.. endearing way) in public spaces, but Midnight caught him once with his guard down. She eventually convinced him to get his voice out more, and thus this…
youtube
… beautiful thing was born (it’s literally so cool—they duet on the second track). [Alternatively: She swore, through her laughter at Mic’s embarrassment, that.. it was a secret she’d take with her to the grave…]
- Loves singing “Puff The Magic Dragon” to Eri in English.
- Unironically also loves watching My Little Pony with her, though usually only in the safety of her dorm room.
- Tells Eri’s bedtime stories like a king, with a ton of energy and gestures and voices. Eri loves her nightly show.
- When he gets really excitable—anywhere that’s not home with his family—he’ll sometimes unintentionally slip into hand-signing, which he plays off as those wild gestures of his.
- He… has insomnia… that he hides… really well….
- After Aizawa learns of his ailment and terrible sleep schedule (I headcanon Mic’s like me in the way that like… despite how much sleep he may have lost, the excitement of the day keeps him awake. … and sometimes he just fakes excitement… ‘cause you can convince your own body that there’s nothing wrong with you, if you try hard enough~🎶 anyway—edit: I legit stayed awake for 48 hours and forgot I hadn’t slept. I kept having to remember that I hadn’t. It was very strange), he becomes one of the very very few who knows and constantly has to text him to go. the fuck. to sleep. (Mic still doesn’t sometimes—as a side-note, Aizawa just needs to constantly rest his eyes thanks to his quirk (and also has narcolepsy—that’s what I headcanon, at least)).
- Super restless sleeper (restless leg syndrome—one reason for insomnia).
- Has ptosis (drooping eye; caused by family history of ptosis or extreme fatigue).
- ADHD boi.
- Aizawa is actually decent at cooking. Mic is… not. He likes following a measured list otherwise he messes up or thinks he’s messed up, unlike Aizawa who just throws shit into a pot and it turns out okay.
- [“How?” “Couldn’t tell you.” “… Bro.”]
- [“How much is a dash?? A half teaspoon?? A quarter?? And what about a pinch?? How big of a pinch?? ‘Let sizzle till browned’?? HOW FUCKING BROWN?!”]
- [“Mic. Chill.” “Sorry…”]
- Bakes like he’s on The Great British Bake Off (complete with commentary!).
- He’s honestly really good at it.
- He’ll sometimes forget to control his volume when he’s home alone (prior to teacher dorm life). This is a slight problem for the city kitty’s neighbors...
- [“Crack of dawn, the rooster mooans~!” “… are you the rooster…?”]
- (It’s an Iron & Wine song, by the way. Don’t @ me. … no… wait, do @ me. I like talking..)
- Doesn’t seem to be affected as harshly (mentally) by death, because object permanence (or… lack-there-of, rather) makes it nearly impossible to compute that someone is gone. Like… for good. Meaning he has to keep realizing that someone is gone before it finally settles in… and by then, he’s numbed himself (on a surface level) and pushed it into a little pocket of pain in his mind; the pain graveyard (it’s overflowing now).
- A juxtaposed suppressed low self-esteem dominated by his charismatic persona.
- “Put Your Hands Up!” radio station has a mental health helpline for struggling individuals who just want a joke or a few words of comfort or… legit a two-hour-long conversation, if both parties are up for it.
- Mic will participate occasionally, whenever he has a free moment.
- He rarely takes his own advice.
- One of the roof top gang’s nicknames for Mic was Hizashimi (Oboro came up with it, Midnight adopted it, Aizawa will still sometimes call him ‘Zashimi under his breath).
- He was 31 with flowers in his hair.
- Absolutely loves flower crowns.
- They’re kinda rare in the making, though…
- The only plants in his abode are succulents—something he adopted from Aizawa.
- He eventually does get a small leafy, stubborn plant, though. He has no idea what it’s called or how it’s still alive, but it survives. And grows. And grows. And grows. And grows… It takes up the entire corner of his studio, right next to his wall of old records and CD racks.
- Hizashi’s actually a pretty good driver; in fact, one of the best of all the teachers. He offers to teach any student who wishes to learn (prior to a drivers education in order to get an edge).
- He uses concealer to hide the circles under his eyes. The glasses also definitely help him keep up appearances. His persona, in recent years, has been one of the best things to keep him awake; constantly hyping himself up in order to portray false care-freedness and charisma.
- Has a constant, dull headache that he’s basically tuned out. On days where it’s worse, he pops some Ibuprofen and fights through it once it wears off.
- Wee-woo, wee-woo; this man is a workaholic! Look at him with his three jobs and basically no downtime!
- To be fair, this is also Aizawa, though he actually gets some consistent sleep! (Not good quality sleep, mind you, but still.)
- Take a break, fuckers.
- And no, I don’t mean by becoming injured enough to be bedridden!
- Anyway.
- His winter outfit is exactly the same as normal, except that it has fleece lining on the inside of every article of clothing. Even the speaker! (‘Cause that shit gets cooold!)
- [“Look! Aizawa, look! It has fleece on the inside! Now it’s fashionable and practical!” “… Only one of these things is true...”]
- He has books and (more) CDs and album posters and (more) sleeves of records and cassettes ALL over his room at UA. Also has a gramophone in the corner which clashes spectacularly (yet beautifully) with the modern and punk theme.
- Likes literally every genre of music.
- Not every song, just every genre.
- His favorite song—in either Japanese or English—is… Stereo Hearts by Gym Class Heroes (ft. Adam Levine).
- Does karaoke night with Ecto and Midnight every Tuesday. All Might joined then a few times.
- Tried to learn magic in middle school.
- Only figured out slight-of-hand and a few card tricks, as well as a trick with a marble and a coin.
- Get this man a fucking massage; his shoulders are stiff as plywood.
- He once let out a huge, unexpected one whilst up against a couple villains. He nearly died of laughter as their ears bled.
- Aizawa was not amused.
- Lastly, he wears crazy, cozy socks under his boots a lot because no one can stop him (… except the pile of laundry when it catches up and forces him to wear the boring white or gray ones he stole from Aizawa in their second year of high school as a prank (he replaced the stolen socks with some crazy socks; Aizawa kept the cat and cactus ones)).

One Day
(Aizawa Shouta x F!Wife!Reader)
Warnings!: Dicusses infertility, sensitive issues, adoption, miscarriages, depression, IVF treatments, angst, fluff, blood mentioned,
Summary: You and Aizawa have tried for years to have a child, nothing seems to work and you're losing all hope.
*Some people struggle with having children. This does not make anyone less than who they are as a person. You are special and loved.*
Tumblr media
You had met Shouta in third year of U.A. You were training under Recovery Girl due to your quirk, Aura, you could heal almost any injury but you would use your own stamina to do it. He had come in to get checked out after a particularly harsh training time in class.
You were sending him side glances, and he was doing sending some your way as well. You'd caught his attention. You were so gentle with everyone, always going out of your way to make sure everyone was taken care of, even if it made you sick from how over worked you were. Of course, you also weren't scared to put people in their place.
To you, he seemed lazy, like he'd rather be anywhere else, yet he was so hard working. His quirk wasn't flashy and didn't catch alot of people's attention, but he'd been more than enough to catch yours.
Present Mic will always say it was thanks to him you two got together. If he hadn't pushed Shouta onto you that day and forced you two to kiss, who knows how it would've turned out.
The kiss had led to a confession, which led to dating, soon dating turned into marriage and being husband and wife should lead to...lead to....mother and father...
"Its negative again,"
You clutched the test in your hand, feeling your throat starting to close up as you tried to hold back your tears. Shouta wrapped his arms around you and brought you in close. He knew how bad you wanted to have a child. He shared the same dream, but he knew how hard it was hurting you. He assured you over and over again, "It'll happen one day, we just need to be patient," "Shouta we just turned thirty! We've tried for so long, I'm so tired and hurt," You sobbed into his chest, clutching his shirt tightly as he ran a hand over your back. "Maybe we should give it a rest for a little while, maybe talk to some more doctors," he suggested, you shaking your head, "They've all said the same thing, IVF is the way, just relax and it'll happen, it'll happen when you least expect it," he knew you were right, years of you being poked and tested. Even him to see if years of Hero work had done somthing to make it impossible to have children now. No more words were said as you two embraced eachother, both longing for the same thing.
~~
After the last negative test, you and Shouta had taken a break from trying. The heartbreak had finally driven both of you to almost give up. He focused back on his class and you went back to Recovery Girl who simply patted your hand in support as you explained to her what'd happened. "Don't worry my dear, it'll all work itself out," she smiled, handing you a lollipop that caused a smile to grace your lips. "Thank you," you accepted the lollipop and stuck it in your mouth. Hopefully it will get better from here.
~~
+
You stared at the plus sign with wide eyes. There was no way. It's been a year since you and Shouta had decided to stop trying for a while. This all had to be some cruel trick.
Tears fell from your eyes as you put your hands to your mouth in shock. Your knees grew weak and you slumped to the bathroom tile as hope and a new found vigor had blossomed. It was finally happening. After all these years you and Shouta were finally gonna be blessed as parents. As you placed a hand to your stomach you couldn't help but smile through the tears.
You had called Recovery Girl who asked you to come in and do a blood test to verify. And if was true. You were finally pregnant. Tears flew down your cheeks again in happiness as Recovery Girl held you in a congratulating hug. "I think Aizawa is on break right now, I'm sure he could use some news," she winked and you beamed at her and nodded. "Thanks so much! I'll be back later,"
You hurried through the school and once you reached the teachers break room you took a deep breathe to compose yourself. This was it.
Opening the door you noticed Shouta napping in his favorite sleeping bag. Nemuri waved a hello to you and smiled one back, walking up to your sleeping husband. "Honey? Shouta I need to talk to you," you giggled, running a hand through his dark tresses. He cracked an eye open and was met with your beaming face. "What is it?" He questioned but you motioned for him to follow you into the hallway.
"You seem like you're in a good mood," he grinned lazily, and you nodded with a large smile, "of course, most mothers are," you replied, his eyes widening in shock and disbelief, "w-wait.. are y-you," he couldn't finish his sentence before you squealed and wrapped your arms around him. He hugged you tight and spun you both around, a large grin over taking his face, "(Y/n), I'm so excited! We're going to be parents," his grin still held his lazy self but this was a side of him he only shows around you. "We are. We're a Mommy and a Daddy," you smiled, tears filling your eyes again as you embraced with a hug and a kiss. Everything was finally coming together.
~~
"I'm sorry, the fetus was just too weak to survive."
Those words had broken you. You'd woken up a month after finding out you were pregnant to abdominal pain and blood coating your entire lower half. Sheets and blankets stained as Shouta placed you in the tub to clean you off, you clinging to his shirt in pain and fear, "Please...Not my baby," you cried, nails digging into his chest as you tried to grasp onto reality. Why. Why did it have to be your baby. The one thing you'd prayed and hoped for.
The warm water washed away the blood, clots running down the drain as Shouta hugged you close as tears escaped his own eyes. Everything was starting to work out. The grief he felt for you and himself, the unknowing of what your future together would've looked like. Would the baby have been a boy with his hair but your kind eyes? A little girl maybe who could be your twin?
Now you sat in the drs office to follow up and get the diagnosis you'd already known. "You did suffer a miscarriage. It is a more common thing than most women realize, some women have them and don't even know," the Dr tried to inform you, yet all you heard was silence.
Bags were under your eyes and your skin was frail looking. Shouta held your hand in comfort on the ride home. Both of you sitting in silence as a way to process the loss.
It wasn't until you both walked into your house that you finally spoke, "Why do you stay with me Shouta?" The question had come out of nowhere. He turned to you and saw you staring at the ground with tears in your glossy (e/c) eyes. "I can't give you children and I killed the only one I've barely been able to have," you slowly looked up at him, his wide, dark eyes looking back at you in disbelief. "Why stay with someone whose defective?" You whispered, but it seemed to echo throughout the silent house.
Shouta hurried to you and took your face into his hands, "You are not defective. There is nothing wrong with you. Many couples struggle, but I'll never leave you. I married you. Not for children, or money, or even a pass fancy, I married you for you. I married you for the love we have for one another. Never forget that," he pressed his forehead to yours as you broke down sobbing again.
Shouta picked you up and took your to your shared bedroom. You both got changed and laid in bed together, just holding eachother close as you listened to one anothers heartbeat. You felt yourself slip into unconsciousness but Shouta stayed awake, simply staring at your exhausted person.
He knew how badly you wanted this. He grieved with you. The sorrow and guilt he feels knowing there's not much he can do but just sit with you through it all. The struggle and the pain you went through. If anyone deserved to be a mother it was you. The way you cared for the students, fed them, nursed them back to health. Even scolded them when they took certain things too far.
He ran a hand down you back and placed a light kiss to your forehead and snuggled closer to you. He'd make you a mother. One day.
~~
"What do you mean this little girl was experimented on!?" You shrieked, looking through a hallway window into a hospital room where a little girl, Eri was her name, was currently sleeping with a high sitting fever. You turned to your husband in shock, "How can someone do this to her!? To any child?" You placed a hand on the window, wishing you could be in there with her. To try and give her some comfort at least. "She's safe now, that's what matters," Shouta spoke, his arm coming around your shoulder as he pulled you in close.
A few weeks had passed and Eri had finally woken up, you and Shouta beside her the whole time. She was stronger than before, more energized. Though she was confused on some things, you and Shouta were there to guide her and help her. The real problem came when it was time for her to leave the hospital. Her quirk was too strong to put her in a care home, and was still unstable.
"Shouta. I want her here," you declared as you both got ready for bed. "I don't want her with strangers, please. Talk to Nezu, Toshi-Chan. Anyone. I want Eri with us," you were begging at this point. Shouta simply gazed at you, his thoughts turning in his head, "I'll see what I can do, let's go to bed for now,"
~~
"Eri, would you like to come live with us?" You smiled, squating down to the young girls height. "What do you mean?" She asked, her red eyes curious as they looked between you and Shouta. "You can come live with us, we have a nice house with a pretty room for you. A nice backyard where you can run and play, we want you to become apart of our family," you grinned in excitement. "Like a Mommy and Daddy?" She wondered.
You froze for a second before your lips turned up gently, "only if you want to baby, we won't force you too, but yes. It'll be like that," Eri clenched her bed sheet before nodding, tears springing up to your eyes as you asked for a hug which she granted you permission as you both embraced. You glanced back to Shouta who smiled back you. Finally.
One Day....

Remade AU List for BNHA. Whoa boy.
I decided ONLY to do ones I would love to work on myself for fun because like… dude, WE MADE SO MANY HOLY SHIT.
Relative AUS
These are AUs where Izuku’s related to *inster character*. Mostly parents.
Izuku Many Dads: AU where Izuku’s mom goes to a sperm bank as she is AroAce and wants kids. The sperm bank is a front for a shady buisness where a branch of the HPSC is trying to breed new heroes by using sperm collected from heroes who are worried about injuries making them unable to have kids in the future. Sperm is collected during teenage years so we have choices. Would be a Series thing with multiple possibilities and choices.
Aizawa Izuku AU: Aizawa is Izuku’s dad. Pairing is ShinDeku
Izuku has Fire Wings: AU Where Hawks and Dabi had a baby, time travel happens and Izuku is their baby. Pairing Undecided.
Uncle Might: Inko’s long lost brother is none other than All Might. Pairing is ShinDeku and also Inko ends up with Nighteye. All Might is Aro/Ace and loves his sister and nephew
Inko has a Hero SO AU
AUs where Inko gets with a Hero of Some sorts
Kitty Midoriyas: Izuku and Inko have cat Quirks and Aizawa falls for Inko. Pairing is undecided really. Maybe traffic light trio, maybe not.
YamaDad: Inko and Present Mic get together. Izuku remains Quirkless and wants to be the first Quirkless Hero. Shinsou is adopted by Mic and Inko. IidDeku is the pairing I tentatively want but that might change.
Quirk AU
AUS where Izuku has a Quirk
Omega Quirk: Izuku’s Quirk basically has him be like an omega from fanfics. Sorta. Is currently a fanfic as well. Pairing so far undecided. Best friends with Shinsou
Let’s Start a Riot: Izuku has a Quirk that when he screams, he starts riots. Side effects has those affected unable to use their Quirks at all. Uncle Aizawa. Inko is part of a support group for parents of kids with ‘villain’ Quirks. Good Toga, Pairing is MonoShinDeku
Workout Music Enhancement: Izuku’s Quirk is when he listens to music he is able to preform above average. Not to superhuman levels, but when he is like seven he can run as fast as an average 10-year-old. Best friends with Jirou, Pairing is ShinDeku with Side EraserMic
Gender/Sex Swap Quirk: Izuku is able to swap between male and female. Is genderfluid and stills gets OFA. Pairing: AoyDeku
Nothing Unique: AU where a scout for hero schools goes to Aldera as a punishment duty and discovers that Izuku is highly intelligent. The basis of the AU is that Quirks aren’t Unique and most schools prefer things like brains not related to Quirks. Also, a person with a Quirk similar to AFO is around and works with the Thailand Government and Izuku gains a Quirk publicly.
Magic Baby AU: Izuku has a Quirk that lets him have kids. Full explanation Here
Selkie AU: Magic made Quirks and Izuku’s dad was a Selkie. Has Izuku discovering this, Inko going to jail and Izuku being taken in by vampire Aizawa and his husband Mic.
Support Izuku AU (title pending): Izuku is able to boost people’s Quirks and gains strength from those he is bonded with.
Fake Quirk AUs
Izuku Fakes a Quirk AUs
Glitter Izuku: Izuku ends up covered in Glitter one day and says it’s his Quirk Sarcastically. People believe it. He rolls with it and then claims that he produces it every night while sleeping. Showers with glitter to make it look realistic. Becomes a Hero. No Pairing Yet
Analysis Izuku: A new doctor after the toe joint is proven fake helps Inko fake that Izuku has an analyst Quirk to protect him. Izuku’s mentor ends up Nezu and he becomes a Hero. Pairings undecided, keep changing mind.
Mimic Izuku: Thanks to his observation abilities and focus, Izuku is able to mimic people fairly well. Ends up claiming it’s his Quirk after a while. He gains amazing acting skills and fools a lot of people. Pairing: ShinDeku
Fem!Izuku AUs
Aus where Izuku’s a girl.
Lesbian Izuku: A series where F!Izuku is gay and has a variety of girlfriends. Usuaully I get to cause pain to other characters with One Sided Feelings
Betrothal Verse: AU Where F!Izuku is able to have a powerful child and ends up in an arranged marriage. Is a series. Pairings are: Iideku, TodoDeku, TokoDeku, ShinDeku and HawksDeku.
Quirkless AUs
AUs where Izuku remains Quirkless
Izuku Mode: AU where Izuku is aged up and went to UA with Aizawa and them. Is a fashion designer who also does hero costumes thanks to All Might choosing him. Has AiDeku and ToshInko. Follows Canon, just with Izuku coming in.
Another Idol: During an international hero fighting competition, Izuku discovers that there are Quirkless heroes in other countries thanks to one of the finalists being Quirkless. Izuku gains another idol fast here.
Pastel Izuku: TodoDeku AU where Izuku is a soft pastel boy whose stepdad is Tsukauchi and Shouto was taken by Dabi when he left. Tsukauchi picks up Shouto, and the famous: Is he cute joke happens. Izuku does meet Shouto and ends up with him. Izuku is Quirkless and ends up in UA. Shouto and Dabi aren’t villain villains here but are criminals.
Izuku’s Boyfriends: Uhhh, older Izuku where he ends up with Dabi/Shiggy/Overhaul. It’s more of a rambling idea of mine where he is older, is trans and has a kid and like… okay I dunno. It’s just me having fun. Series
Raising Kacchan: Izuku is older and is raising Bakugou. He ends up at UA where he teaches the hero course kids. Shinsou, Hawks and Tensei all like him and are interested (Shinsou aged up). Dabi also has an interest due to Izuku being behind Endeavor losing his hero license.
Babies
AUs where someone has a kid
Stone Cold Sober AU: Izuku is an Omega and the doctor who declared him Quirkless discovers he has OFA as he works with AFO. OFA users who carried kids have like super powerful children so the doctor takes the chance to experiment by using sperm stolen from a hero sperm bank to try and impregnate Izuku. Would be a series with multiple possible parents of the kid.
Older Sister AU: Izuku has an older half-sister who comes to Japan when their dad dies. Both are Quirkless. Has Bad Inko who leaves and sister is now in charge of Izuku. Sister is a stripper who becomes an informant for underground heroes. Izuku is trans and has a kid due to a shitty boyfriend. Still gets OFA, I… I don’t think I gave it a pairing. DOes have OC/Aizawa
Dad Izuku: Izuku is a single dad. Mother died in childbirth. Has Inko be a terrible mother who wanted to sell Izuku to Overhaul. Overhaul leans about OFA, Izuku is taken in by All Might. Izuku is raising his kid and is happy, thank you.

family headcanons - pro heroes
aizawa
i like to think he has a younger brother who isn’t a hero
he’s probably a doctor someone who works on costumes or support items
je deadass made his scarf
he is the one who raised him since their parents were away for a long periods of time
they are tight 🤞🏽
he’s also a ta at ua so they see each other often
the students thought he was aizawa’s son
“no this is my older brother and he is an absolute asshole”
“then why do you get me father’s day cards?”
“cause you RAISED ME!!”
when he meets shinso he is laughing because he immediately knew that his brother was shinso’s favorite hero
“awwww you’re training your fan!”
“im not!”
“bet”
his brother basically saw shinso as a lil bro
midnight
okay hear me out: she grew up in the foster system
so like i said: babysitting and teaching are enough for her until present mic convinces her to start fostering
which leads to her adopting a teenage girl (15 + ua student ) and twin boys (3)
she loves them with her whole heart
and she was thankful that she is giving her kids a better life than she had
when they call her mom she literally cried so hard
like she had received mother’s day cards and stuff but being called mom hit diff
she is at every event she does not care if she was out on patrol: my boys have a soccer game? right there, my daughter has a ballet recital? damn right i’m in a seat where she can see me perfectly
if her students beg to see her kids she flat out says no while giggling already knowing that her students had met her daughter before
fatgum
so this bro
he had a single mother growing up and she fed him CONSTANTLY
like not even for his quirk she just did it all the time
he had “step dads” come and go so he never had a father figure really so once he could start having work studies and he did that immediately
he wanted to be someone people could look up to so the moment he had tamaki he wanted to build up his confidence: when he gained kirishima he wanted to boost up his self esteem: when he gained tetsu he immediately wanted to teach how to calm down
he loves his kids so much but he never has bio kids and he is content and fine with that because the three boys he helped influence was enough for him
🍬:villains were excluded due to the fact we already know how their childhoods went
edit: lol jk made a separate post for them

My BnHA AU List
Sorry for the length. Fics that are currently available to read have links. To those of you mentioned in this post, I wanted to make sure people knew where the ideas originally came from. (And you’re all awesome anyway!)
Can't See The Forest For The Trees - Genderbent Midoriya Izuku who became a vigilante known as the Forest in Musutafu. Has been operating for five years dealing mostly with information gathering and dispersal and some smaller situations that crop up on the streets. Todoroki Shouto is on patrol in the area and takes an interest in the unknown vigilante after she helps out with a situation where he got in over his head. AO3
A Piece of Patchwork (Improperly Placed) - AU where Izuku and Aizawa swap places in canon. Izuku fights the hero system to become the first quirkless hero, graduating alongside Present Mic. He gets called in to help in a situation where the villain has the ability to steal quirks, five years before the start of canon, providing part of the back-up team for All Might. Part 1 is the battle against All for One, part 2 is an alternate ending to the fight. Part 3 is Izuku learning to use One for All, which was forcefully given to him by All Might at the end of the battle. Part 4 is the other half of the role swap, where Aizawa grows up alongside Bakugou and is trying to get into UA. AO3
The Fallacy of Greatness (AKA Tenth, in my files) - AU where the whole first year class of UA in canon is born 4 years later than in canon. All Might encounters a 10 year old Izuku who asks if he can be a hero. Even after rescuing Bakugou and proving his heroic spirit, All Might elects not to give One for All to a child as young as Izuku. Izuku, desperate for someone to believe in his dreams, realizes that he has to be his first believer and decides to take matters into his own hands and prepare for a future in heroism on his own. AO3
The Capture Scarf Caper - Based on an idea from @terrible-my-hero-academia-aus Izuku finds Aizawa's capture scarf discarded in an alley and takes it home. He figures out how to use it and becomes so proficient that it accidentally gets mistaken for a quirk. Deciding to capitalize on the strange bias he's come up against, he uses the capture scarf to get into Class 1-A. Unfortunately, this means his teacher is the original owner of his scarf. Suddenly his deception is a lot more desperate and precarious. Meanwhile, Aizawa is trying to figure out why his instincts are telling him to pay such close attention to this anxious kid. AO3
The Better Part of Valor - Suspected Traitor Izuku AU a la @gentrychild. After Aizawa discovers one of Izuku's hero analysis notebooks, he drags Izuku to an interrogation room trying to get him to confess to being the traitor in UA. Izuku comes to realize that several of his classmates were also made aware of this theory and have been feeding information on his movements to their teacher for a while. Betrayed, he starts to pull away from class, falling back into some of the same habits from middle school to go unnoticed and fall off of people's awareness. At some point, his classmates realize that he's no longer staying in the dorms, they only ever see him in class, and All Might is the only person he will voluntarily interact with.
Civil Disobedience - All Might doesn't track Izuku down after the slime incident, but Bakugou's parting words cut far deeper after the day he's had. Realizing that everyone talks about how great of a hero Bakugou will be, Izuku comes to the conclusion that he wants to be the exact opposite of what Bakugou is. He elects to become a villain who goes after and exposes corrupt heroes. Adopting the username Wasureta for his villain work, he collects information on heroes who aren't performing their job as they should and releases it to the court of public opinion, taking away the support that has kept them from being exposed before this. As he digs deeper into the cesspool of rotten heroes, he manages to collect enough information to rake Endeavor over the coals and ends up with an interesting new follower. Dabi, meanwhile, is shocked by the ruthless but polite teenager he found when he tried to find Wasureta and he's not sure if he's impressed by what the kid has accomplished on his own, or horrified by the scope of what he controls.
Hunting Prometheus - There is another quirkless student attending Aldera Middle School, but she wasn't born that way unlike Izuku. When she was seven, her quirk was stolen from her by a man with a smooth voice and a forgettable face and she's been existing in a state of carefully cultivated rage since that day. Before, she never even considered becoming a hero. Now her only goal is to become a hero so she can find that man and punch him in the face. (OC fic, obviously)
Lost Stars in an Indifferent Universe - Leverage AU, five parts, origin for each member of the team. Izuku is told to be realistic and he tries to be following his disastrous encounter with All Might. But realistic means that he has already exceeded the life expectancy of quirkless individuals, acknowledging the fact that no amount of studying or work will let him join a remotely helpful career, and he is stuck living with his mother while he wastes away as a janitor at a nearby middle school following the completion of his high school education. When he returns to a tall building he hadn't managed to convince himself to jump off of yet, he finds that the abandoned space has been taken over by a black market of sorts and gets folded into a world of grey morals and an underground economy based on merit instead of quirk. When he becomes aware of an illegal quirk experimentation operation and tries to blow the whistle, several attempts are made on his life in order to shut him up. Instead of disappearing, he gets angry and decides to collect a team to strike back and prove the shady shit the lab is up to. (Izuku=Mastermind, Shinsou=Grifter, Hatsume=Hacker, Shoji=Hitter, Eri=Thief)
Love and Other Things Not Bound By the Laws of Time - Mr. Peabody and Sherman AU. Nezu adopts a young Midoriya Izuku whose mother died shortly after he was diagnosed as quirkless. Determined to show his new son that one's quirk or lack thereof means nothing in the grand scheme of things, UA's principal develops the WABAC machine to travel through time and prove just how capable people were before quirks manifested. He indulges Izuku's passion and curiosity, encouraging him to look into as much or as little as he wants on any subject. It becomes clear that, while not supernaturally intelligent, Izuku is a genius whose ability to make connections and strategize is by far his greatest asset, especially as he still holds onto the goal of becoming a hero.
The Quiet Revolution (collab w/ my sister) - The Todoroki siblings need therapy. Instead of getting that therapy, they decide to meet up for dinner every Saturday night, begin a tradition where they burn their father in effigy each week, accidentally start a highly successful Minecraft YouTube channel, and generally cause the downfall of the existing hero system through the power of networking.
You Can Tell What I Am By The Lines In My Skin - BnHA/Naruto AU. Naruto dies in his own universe and is reborn into the My Hero Academia Universe as Midoriya Izuku. He remembers who he was, but his chakra, which followed him into this life, is always out of reach. He trains as best he can to keep up his regular ninja skills but can't break through the barrier separating him from his chakra. He still meets and trains under All Might. When he receives One for All, however, the sensation that fills him is entirely familiar. It breaks through the barrier as though it isn't even there, and settles inside like it's always been there. Honestly, he had been missing the angry furball anyway, so he was glad Kurama managed to follow him to this world. With access to his chakra again, the world is about to discover just how effective one shinobi can be in a world of heroes.
War Games - (Inspired by RogueDruid's Hero Class Civil Warfare and others similarly inspired by it.) A year-wide hero class exercise is announced. Bakugou is announced as the Hero leader while the villain leader's identity is kept secret. Izuku knows it's him before the letter appears in his room. The students are allowed to pick whichever side they want, but most choose the hero side, which has won the exercise every time it has been run. This year is no different. Todoroki realizes that Izuku is the villain leader and signs up with him. Izuku goes and recruits Momo and Monoma to his side. Then, after consulting the rules, he folds in Shinsou and Hatsume as well. Monoma plays decoy villain leader and attempts to collect a few more people, but they've already signed up for the hero side. Izuku, without explicitly saying that he's signed up with the hero team, gets folded into the hero strategy sessions since no one expected him to make a different choice. He proceeds to get "taken out" in the first villain assault, and most people don't realize what's happening until it's far too late.
Life's A Game (And I'm Player One) - AU in which Izuku realizes that he does have a quirk but can't tell anyone about it because a) he can't prove it and b) it could be dangerous if he talks about what he can see. His quirk, which he privately calls Stat Check, freezes time just for him in order to open up what looks like a video game character bio that explains a person's quirk, as well as containing vital statistics. It only works in person or on unaltered photographs with a person's face or a distinctive enough feature to identify them. As he gets older, more tabs are added to the bio, and he starts to notice signs above certain people's heads telling him what level he needs to be to fight them (he stops seeing these after receiving OfA, until he sees AfO in Kamino Ward). In pictures, only the first tab is available unless he took the picture while time was frozen, in which case all the tabs are accessible. Because of this, he has accordion folders filled with photographs of people instead of analysis notebooks.
Of Unpainted Fences and Raw Ingredients - Smart Izuku AU. He has been writing essays about hero society, morality, and several other issues since before UA, but he doesn't realize how much people are paying attention to them until the essays start becoming required reading for certain classes. Meanwhile, the teachers are desperate to get in contact with him, not expecting that the essayist they have been gushing over is sitting near the back of the class, trying not to blush.
In A Mirror Darkly - Aizawa is out on patrol with Shinsou and Midoriya when they are attacked and the boys are apparently obliterated by an enemy quirk. The rest of the class attempts to help Aizawa, but he blames himself for their deaths. It doesn't help that he keeps seeing flashes of them in the mirror out of the corner of his eye and could swear he heard one or both of their voices in the middle of the night. Meanwhile, Shinsou and Midoriya are stuck out of sync with the rest of the universe and can't communicate with anyone except Aizawa, and only through mirrors. Izuku figured out that they have maybe two weeks before they waste away since they can't interact with anything being stuck in this in-between space. The only way they can get out is for Aizawa, who was there when they de-synced, to touch them and bring them back in sync with the rest of the world.
Guerilla Tactics - Vigilante Class 1-A AU. After the slime villain debacle, Izuku runs away from Bakugou and the heroes. He literally runs into Todoroki Shouto and they commiserate about how the heroes have failed them. Realizing a bit late exactly who Shouto's father is and why he's trying to run away, Izuku offers to come up with a plan to help him get away cleanly. (This is sort of the worst timeline, where most of the good teachers aren't employed at UA, Nezu is not the principal, and the HPSC is in charge of almost everything.) The plan they come up with involves Shouto failing the recommended exam, then disappearing the day results arrive home. Izuku, meanwhile, attends the regular exam and sees how the whole points system benefits those with flashier quirks and easily aimed egos. He gets to talking with a lot of hero hopefuls and sort of steals them out from under UA when their applications are rejected. They move into an abandoned sector of outer Tokyo and start working as vigilantes. Dadzawa makes an appearance, as if summoned by the horde of teenagers with no form of parental guidance to speak of.
No Rest for the Wicked (Or The Damned) - Person Of Interest AU. Instead of apologizing to Izuku when he asked if he could still be a hero without a quirk, Inko points out the other ways he can be a hero, by building the things they would need to fight crime. Figuring that one of the main problems with villains is that no one knows when they're going to attack, Izuku creates an intelligent program that can assess a high volume of data and extrapolate when and where a villain attack will take place, and who the villain will be. When his mom is killed and he's badly injured in an attack his AI predicted, Izuku realizes that no one is taking his information seriously because he's quirkless. He decides to take matters into his own hands and reaches out to an unlikely helper. Dabi doesn't know why this kid decided he was the best option to stop a lot of the more violent crime he somehow knows is going to happen, but he promised and then delivered Endeavor's fall from grace, so he's willing to see where this goes.
Binary Stars - Slight Megamind AU. Before their respective planets were destroyed, Izuku and Bakugou were placed in small space pods and sent towards Earth. Bakugou's people were warriors who looked enough like humans that they intermarried (unbeknownst to humans), thus bringing about the first quirks. Izuku's people, however, are survivors. Their planet was populated by predators so their greatest asset was their ability to camouflage themselves. As Bakugou's people often hunted Izuku's people, they gained a sort of sixth sense for them, which is why Izuku's very presence pisses Bakugou off. (All for One is from Bakugou's planet. He was exiled for stealing power. The last power he stole was what he gave his brother, and the brother always resented him for getting them both sent away.) Izuku still receives OfA, and is the first of his species to have a quirk/power like that.
The Wings of Icarus - Spy AU. Todoroki Shouto works for Yuuei, an espionage agency run by his father. He's been training practically since birth, no thanks to his father, and is second in the spy business only to a person known as Icarus. When something goes wrong on a mission, he is rescued by a short man with freckles and deep green eyes shortly before he passes out. He is found at one of the entrances to Yuuei with a note from Icarus to the tune of "I think you lost this", making Shouto the only person to have actually seen Icarus. Meanwhile, Nezu is running a small but successful info brokerage out of a bakery with three kids he picked up off the streets years before: Izuku, Shinsou, and Hatsume. Codenames: Icarus, Psyche, and Daedalus, respectively. Nezu is known as Zeus.
Dark is the Night (Momo is Batman: version 1) - Based on an idea from @terrible-my-hero-academia-aus . Momo loses her parents in a villain attack when she's eight. She throws herself into her studies in earnest, determined to be a hero. In the meantime, however, she has a hard time ignoring all of the hardship she sees on the streets, all of the crimes that go unanswered.  However, to duck the vigilantism laws and disguise her identity, she wears a suit that covers every part of her body (think Cassandra Cain as Batgirl) because no one would assume that someone with a creation quirk that needed exposed skin to function was under it. She produces everything she needs at home. Aizawa notices that there's someone off about Yaomomo, something fake. It isn't until he runs into her on patrol that he figures something out.
Used to the Darkness (Momo is Batman: version 2) - Based on an idea from @terrible-my-hero-academia-aus . Bruce Wayne was reincarnated as Yaoyorozu Momo. She remembers everything about her previous life, but she has adapt all of the fighting training she knows to her new female body. The intelligence and detective skills are useful in this new world, especially since a good portion of logic and deduction has fallen by the wayside for the majority of those in law enforcement. The quirk is something else to get used to, but it's highly effective at producing materials of various things needed for vigilantism. She's interested to see how far she can take the limits of the superpower this universe had given her. At the very least, she's more than capable of recreating the gear she had. Even though her parents haven't died in this universe, she still ends up going out at night and trying to help in whatever way she can. Upon meeting and befriending Todoroki Shouto, she realizes the good she can be in this universe. She attacked the corruption in Gotham wherever she could. Why shouldn't she be able to do the same here? The night is still dark and the people who hide in it are the same cowards they've always been. It's about time someone reminded them that the dark hides more than just their actions.
A Rose By Any Other Name (AKA the Haruhi AU) - Based on a prompt found on @rayshippouuchiha‘s blog. Midoriya Izumi is having trouble staying in uniform after starting middle school because her bullies have decided to step up the abuse a little bit and keep burning them. She had three sets of uniforms, and all three are burned by the third day of classes. What's more, the nurse doesn't have any spare girls uniforms and her teacher insists that she needs to be in uniform and not in her gym outfit. Since the nurse does have a boys uniform that would fit her, Izumi elects to follow her teacher's instructions and shows up in a boys uniform as she doesn't care as much about the clothes she's wearing as she does about following what her teacher said. Cue a gender identity crisis. AO3
Nothing But The Truth - Izuku is hit by a truth quirk while out on patrol and Aizawa is made to babysit him until it wears off. Although he tries to avoid more sensitive lines of questioning, Aizawa asks about his analysis notebooks and ends up accidentally learning about One For All, Izuku's life prior to receiving it, and what his Problem Child's true goals regarding heroism are. (Might become a series with this as a oneshot, or a multi-chapter story as originally planned.)
Panacea - Izuku has a hidden quirk his whole life, one that people didn't even consider could be a quirk. He has a super-powered immune system, and it can and will treat damaging quirks as an infection to fight. His burns from Bakugou's quirk heal faster and faster, emitter quirks used on him start to be less effective after the first couple of times until they don't work at all. He has the ultimate cure in his blood and no way to share it. And then he receives One For All, a powerful stockpiling quirk with a secondary aspect that makes it capable of passing from person to person regardless of heritage. Izuku doesn't realize it, but his invisible quirk got a free pass to start changing the world, one touch at a time. (Possible Dad For One) (Just had the stupid thought that Izuku's quirk is basically Cure For All)
Prototype - While getting scolded after the Slime Villain incident, an underground hero known as Prototype shows up and forces the other pros on the scene to back off. They then walk Izuku home (accidentally forcing him to miss All Might's offer). During the walk, Izuku confesses that he is giving up on his dream of being a hero since everyone says it's impossible. Prototype points out that Izuku was the only one on the scene who was thinking about a solution from more than one angle, which is a useful skill for an underground hero to have. They offer to take him on as their apprentice in the underground, promising that if he still wants to be a hero, an apprenticeship would be more flexible and faster than trying to become a hero through one of the heroics schools. They advise Izuku to think about it and discuss it with his mom, since he would probably be spending a lot of time training out of the house and not every parent is willing to let their child basically move in with someone they barely know. Izuku, after talking things over with his mom, decides to go for it, embarking on a totally different journey to being a hero than he ever expected.
Yesterday's Sunshine (A Storm On The Rise) - Based on @hey-hamlet's End of An Era AU in which the mind of a 19 year old Izuku fighting a losing battle against Paranormal Liberation Front and the League of Villains is sent back to his 14 year old body, a mere month after he started training with All Might. He is traumatized and trying to hide the fact that he is shocked to see the people he knows died walking around again, untouched and whole. He's determined to make everything better this time, to keep his loved ones from dying or betraying him in the worst ways. He also needs to try and stay ahead of the people around him, who are trying to figure out why this child who shouldn't have encountered many villains in his life, is so terrifyingly good at putting them down hard. (I'm considering adding an aspect of DFO.)
Searching for Tododeku - Or Five Times Shouto Tricks Midoriya Into A Date and One Time Midoriya Asks Him Instead. Featuring semi oblivious Izuku, Shouto stealth-competing for the title of supreme memelord with Kaminari, and a cameo of Endeavor's crippling addiction to tabloid magazines.
Planar Shift - An All For One-Izuku body swap just weeks prior to a fight that would have left AFO and All Might both greviously injured. Izuku is quick to realize that the person he ended up in doesn't seem to be a nice person (and he tries not to think about what it would mean if the person is in his body around Kacchan) and has a lot more quirks than a person should have. His childhood doctor is there, as is a strange boy with delicate skin, a disintegration quirk, and a love of video games but little else. Then there's the purple mist person who reads as both alive and dead to one of Izuku's new quirks. When he figures out that All Might is trying to track this villain down (and will probably think it's a trick if Izuku tries to explain his situation), he decides that he should get himself, the kid, and the not-dead-but-not-alive person out of there. He doesn't know how long he's going to be in this body, but he wants to be the hero those two need, even if he's technically a villain.
Environmental Damage - Hitman Izuku AU. When Izuku's mother is killed when he's young, he manages to track down the killer but the police won't take him seriously because he's quirkless. Neither will any of the heroes he approached with it. So instead he goes back to the criminal underground where he found most of his information and talks to an assassin who had a soft spot for him. Izuku agreed to become the man's apprentice so he can take out the person who killed his mother himself. After that, he starts selling his services to people who can't get out of bad situations, offering a much reduced rate compared to other contract killers. Then a kid his age with red and white hair approaches him about killing the Number Two hero.
Summertime and Seaglass - Aizawa keeps running into this mute homeless kid on his patrols. He's not sure what to make of him, except that he needs someone to care for him, especially as the nights are getting colder. Treating the kid a bit like an abused and feral cat, he starts taking food with him to offer the kid when they meet up. It's more or less an accident when he learns the kid's name is Midoriya Izuku, a child thought to be dead and burned three years before when he and his mother were caught in a villain attack that was ended violently by Endeavor. Aizawa wants to give Midoriya and all of the other victims of Endeavor's carelessness the justice they deserve, and maybe by the time he's done the kid will let him bring him in from the cold.
The Importance of Being Batman - (Based on an idea from @terrible-my-hero-academia-aus .) Izuku spends a lot of time on forums for quirkless people, getting support and advice from other people like him who don't have a quirk. He gets the attention of an old Admin, Toshinori, and they talk about heroics, pre-quirk comic books, and the importance of representation and symbols in modern media and culture. After failing to get into heroics in the entrance exam, Izuku shifts his focus slightly. Batman didn't have any special powers in the comics, but he was one of the best heroes in his universe. Izuku decides that if he can build the skills, knowledge and (most importantly) money to become his own version of Batman, that would be almost like being a hero. It's time that society learns that 'useless' is a matter of choice, not birth, and even someone who doesn't have a quirk can do incredible things.

movie night
pairing: todoroki x f!reader
warning: strong language probably. possible anime/manga spoilers! grammar mistakes :( I suck at writing
summary: It’s not that Y/n didn’t want friends, it’s just people always found her intimidating
a/n: this is completely self-indulgent lol sorry about that, so like yeah I’m gonna be saying y/n, but also i am deriving her personality, attitude, looks from a character that I’ve sort of made up in my head haha. also idk if this is like a headcanon, imagine, or like a scenaro....so sorry. And like, sort of a side note, I love making main characters that are like sorta op so y/n’s quirk and story is sorta insane, but you guys dont really have to worry about it too much because its not really in this so....yeah, i guess its just some context. I wrote this while listening to a playlist I made, titled, “ur a badass hero with class 1-a” on spotify so if ppl wanna hear it, I will post a link to it lol. OH and class 1-a are in their second year! That’s a lot, sorry! But, I hope you enjoy!
y/n’s quirk (if ur curious): controlling the 4 elements (aang from the last airbender vibe lmao); but she also got a companion named koda (think of Moro-no-kimi from Princess Mononoke for the look)
Y/n was never good at making friends. It’s not like she didn’t try, because she did. When she was a little kid, living on Catalina Island, she made a lot of attempts to make friends with fellow children in her pre-school and middle school. It just seemed that they wanted nothing to do with her, talking bad about her behind her back or acting as if she just didn’t exist.
It started to get exhausting for Y/n to keep trying and ending up always failing. So, when enrolling in the top hero school, UA, Y/n thought that maybe, just maybe, things would be different.
Nonetheless, it’s not like she had absolutely no one. She had Koda! Her best friend in the whole wide world, well her only friend, which was her pet wolf. However, Koda doesn’t like being called a “pet”, let’s stick with her companion. They are quite the inseparable duo.
Y/n looked down at Koda from her desk who was lulling herself to sleep on the floor as Present Mic was teaching an English lesson. Y/n wished she too can sleep at this moment, “It wouldn’t hurt if I just closed my eyes for just a couple minutes.” Y/n thought. Oh, she was wrong though.
“Alright! We are going take a short break since we need to get our new textbooks,” Present Mic’s voice rang through her ears with all his elongation and passion, “Y/n and Todoroki! What about you two go get the books from the library!” Y/n would have jolted at the mention of her face, but she was honestly too tired to do so.
She nodded her head, got up from her desk, and looked at Koda if he was going to follow her. Of course, he perked up at the mention of her name and was going with her. A small smile was now on Y/n’s lips. Y/n was glad that she knew she can depend on Koda, always in her corner.
As she pushed her chair away from her desk, getting up and walking towards the door, she didn’t realize that most of the class was either looking at her or the half and half boy, for he had to endure the trip with the enigma that is Y/n.
The class just doesn’t know Y/n that well. She was one of the new students this year, along with Shinso. However, they at least knew of Shinso from last year. Y/n was a  brand-spanking new addition to the class. Not to mention, her introduction to the class was nothing short of intimidating.
Aizawa knew Y/n had a lot of strengths. In fact, he used her skills as a type of learning lesson for the class. Not to mention, he completely singled her out during the “lesson” as he instructed the class that Y/n will have a bell that is tied around her belt. All they had to do was get the bell. Y/n, being the competitive person she was, didn’t back down at this challenge. Safe to say, no one was able to get the bell that day.
Y/n sighed at the memory. “Maybe, if you had some chill, you would be able to get a friend, Y/n” a voice in her head said, causing Y/n’s shoulders to shrink and her hands to be stuffed into her pockets. (Yes, she has pockets with her uniform. Yes, she’s still wearing the school uniform skirt. She sowed pockets into them for this very habit.)
“Uh, hey wait up.” a deeper voice called, already identifying who it is.
Y/n turned to right, looking at Koda for a brief second. From far away, one would think he was just grimacing, but as Y/n was closer, she can see he was very close to full-on growling at the sound of his voice.
Koda doesn’t really like Todoroki and Y/n always found it funny. Koda found everyone else real entertaining. As much as Koda was a wolf, he really was a people’s person. If Y/n didn’t know any better, it seemed Koda had a better relationship with her classmates than she actually did.
Y/n adopted a tired smile as she reacted to Koda’s growling at Shoto. She then looked behind her, seeing Todoroki jog lightly towards her. Her small smile soon faded away.
“Even if you try again to be a friend, you know that people will always end up fearing you.” Y/n honestly wanted to bang her head against a wall because this annoying voice was truly the bane of her existence.
Y/n stopped in her tracks. Koda made eye-contact with her, almost telepathically asking her, “Why are you stopping for him?!”.
“I may be aloof, but I have to at least be polite.” Y/n told her wolf companion. Koda only let out a breathe of frustration as he also stopped as well.
Todoroki soon caught up to the duo and was on Y/n’s left side. And the three began their trek to the school library.
There was some silence.
For Todoroki, it was so awkward. “Why don’t you say something to her?” he asks himself, “Or are you going to let another opportunity slip?”
You see, Shoto Todoroki admired Y/n. She was incredibly skilled with her quirk. She was confident, but not arrogant. She was an innovator, while still accepting old principles. She was naturally smart, but always open to learning. To him, she was so balanced. He couldn’t help himself as the admiration started to soon feel like a crush on the dark haired girl.
For Y/n, she didn’t think anything of the silence. In fact, she was grateful for the silence. More silence, means less time for talking. Less chance of Y/n making a fool out of herself.
“You seem more tired than usual. Trained a lot yesterday, I presume?” And Todoroki broke the silence that Y/n was trying to insist.
“Yeah, trying out a new technique with my water.”
Y/n was surprised.
She really could have been more blunt with her answer.
Theoretically, all she really had to respond with was a “yeah”, but she decided to add that last part.
Why? Why did she feel inclined to go into more detail? Now, Y/n was confused.
“That’s cool.” Todoroki wanted to hit himself in the head. “That’s all you got to say? What a conversation this is” Shoto mentally sighs. He feels like his heart is going to burst at how fast its going.
“I’m actually trying to freeze it, but that turns out to be harder than expected,” Y/n almost slapped her hand on her mouth.
Why is she going into more detail? This doesn’t make sense. She’s been quite blunt lately when people try to talk to her, so what gives?
Is it Todoroki, himself? “Maybe he put a spell on me or something.” Y/n didn’t think the “icy-hot bastard” would dabble in witchcraft, but things were just not adding up in Y/n’s mind. All these thoughts woke Y/n right up, ridding herself of her tiredness.
As for Todoroki, his mind was going into overdrive. “She’s having trouble with freezing water? She must know that this is my specialty. Is this her way of spending time with me? Does this mean the feelings I have for her are mutual? Perhaps, we can train together and I can help her with freezing.” The mere thought of spending time with Y/n outside of class made his cheeks warm up.
He was an absolute love-struck fool for Y/n.
“Oh, we’re here.” Y/n stated the obvious as they stand in front of the school’s library, halting Shoto’s mental mumbling, which almost resembled one of Midoryia’s ever-present babbling.
Shoto Todoroki immediately shot his arm forward to open the door for Y/n, but Y/n was thinking the same thing and they reached for the same handle.
Their hands touch.
And Todoroki thinks he can die happy now. Y/n’s hand is so soft. Much to his dismay, Y/n immediately drew her hand back as if his hand was scalding hot water.
Y/n mumbled a quick “sorry” and places her hand on the other handle as there are two doors to the library, she opens it and immediately walks through it as Koda follows in tow. Koda dawns an absolute confused look as he didn’t know what the hell that interaction was about.
The actual task of getting the books aren’t that hard. In fact, it was an easy and quick task.
So, why is this causing Y/n’s mind and heart feeling like they are overheating.
As they walk back to the classroom with stacks of textbooks, Y/n thought, “Okay, there’s no way in hell that he will try to talk to me again, especially after that awkward incident. Now, let’s breakdown why the actual hell you acted that way, Y/n.” She mentally scolded herself like she was a child.
Todoroki, as always, had a different plan and decided to continue the conversation, “You know, if you need help with freezing water, I can always help you since that is part of my quirk.”
Y/n has officially short-circuited.
He is voluntarily asking? Voluntarily. Asking?
Asking if Y/n wanted to train together?
This has never happened before, and she doesn’t know how to respond. “I would like that. I typically train in the morning and sometimes after school” is what Y/n felt like saying. It is as if her mind and mouth were working against each other.
However, Y/n’s thoughts were cut short as she heard the chatter of some of her fellow classmates. They three of them were very close to their classroom as their door to the room was wide open.
“Hey guys, if we’re having a movie night tonight, do you think we should invite Y/n?”
It was Midoryia who asked the question. Y/n, Shoto, and Koda stopped dead in their tracks at the mention of her name. Shoto and Koda looked at Y/n with a worried expression. For her own good, she probably shouldn’t be listening, but she couldn’t help but be curious of her classmates’ plan in regards to her.
“It’s not that we don’t want her there. It’s just that, who is up for asking her?”
Silence. No one responded to the question.
Koda notices how Y/n’s grip on the textbooks tightened. Shoto noticed how your head was now titled downward, hiding your face.
“She’s just so intimidating. And not to mention that training exercise we did when we first met her. She’s sort of scary, to be honest.”
“Scary. You’re scary, Y/n. Terrifying.” She couldn’t help but repeat her classmates’ thought of her. She was just torturing herself at this point. No point in dwelling on first impressions, but as this is affecting her current relationship, or lack thereof, with her classmates, she couldn’t help it.
“Y/n-” Todoroki tries to interject before Y/n gets the wrong idea.
But, it’s too late.
“No, it’s fine. Thanks for the offer though, Todoroki.” Y/n’s words were slow. As much as her brain was going a million miles per hour, her mouth was evidently slower as her breathing was heavier.
She wanted to disappear, or at least get swallowed by the ground. She kept her head down as she strode into the classroom. Her classmates being oblivious to Y/n’s knowledge of what they truly think of her, paying no attention to her.
Shoto was basically frozen in place, next to the door, but he gained composure and walked in the class as well, a couple seconds after. Y/n quickly placed her books on the front desk where Present Mic sat behind of, she sat back in her seat that was in the back of the class.
Y/n watched how Shoto was still standing in front of the classroom as he was stopped by his classmates. Now, they were just chatting, probably talking about the upcoming movie night.
Y/n felt jealousy bubble up inside her. She wished she can chat like how Shoto was effortlessly talking away to his classmates. Or how Midoryia stopped him with such ease to talk about a social event.
Y/n yearned for some friendly interaction. That’s what she wanted when coming to UA.
She wanted to be normal. As normal as she could be. A normal teenager.
“Things don’t always go according to plan, huh?” Y/n pouted and placed her head on her desk and just waited patiently till the school day was over.
Koda worriedly looked at Y/n. “She’s going to want to train after this. And I bet she’s going to push herself harder because of today.” Koda knew Y/n very well. Knew her like the back of his hand, well, paw.
And, Koda was right. Y/n was in gym gamma, completely exhausted. Sweat covered her body as her muscles were screaming at her take a break. Her labored breathe continued as her body was trying its best to keep up.
Y/n was frustrated. “Why? Why am I like this?” she kept repeating like a mantra.
“I want to be normal. Why can’t I be like them?”
“Why?”
“You’re a monster. It’s actually quite simple.”
Y/n threw a punch with her fist encased in water, and it wasn’t until after that punch was thrown, she realized that there was now an evident hole in the thick, solid concrete wall.
Y/n fell to her knees. Koda hurriedly made his way to her, making sure she didn’t do anything too stupid. Once Koda was close, she was doing something unexpected.
She was crying.
Hot streams, cascading down her face. She started to hiccup, her breathing erratic. “A-am I scary to you, Koda?” her voice was so small.
Koda nudged his way in between her legs and nestled his head into her neck. Y/n, full on sobbing now, wraps her arms around Koda and her cries are muffled by his fur. Wailing and self-deprecating questions can be faintly heard from her if anyone were to enter the gym.
A couple minutes passed. Y/n’a breathing returned to a calm rhythm.
“Thanks, Koda. I needed that,” Y/n sniffles, “C’mon let’s go make dinner, I’ll whip you up something special for putting up with me today.” Koda’s tail immediately began to wag at the thought of Y/n’s cooking.
Y/n was an independent person. She likes doing things on her own as much as can. She doesn’t eat the food from the school cafeteria, instead, she opts for making her and Koda’s meals from the kitchen that is provided to them in their dormitory. And indeed, she made a delicious dinner for both of them.
Now, the hard part. Because of how long her training took, showering, and making dinner, Y/n knew that her classmates were in the common space already, probably preparing to have their movie night. And, she had to pass them. It was a short distance, short walk, Y/n was trying to reassure herself. Just walk straight towards to the elevator and you’re safe.
Y/n takes a deep breathe and walks out of the kitchen. The chatter of her classmates emerges to her ears, but as she walks towards the elevator, the chatter dies down.
“Oh no.” Y/n’s eyes widened in fear. “Way to go on ruining the mood, Y/n.”
Thankfully, the elevator was quick and the doors slide open, making an easy escape for Y/n and Koda. She let out a breathe she didn’t even realize she was holding in as the doors slid shut. Y/n looks at Koda, who was already looking at her, “It’s better this way, anyway” Y/n didn’t know if she was telling Koda that, or herself.
On the other side of the elevator’s doors, her classmates collectively let out a sigh, “Well that was another chance we wasted.” Kaminari was the first to break the awkward silence.
“Tch. Like any of you have the guts to actually ask her.” Bakugo chimed in.
“Oh please, Bakugo, I know she intimidates you, too.” Mina fired back.
“Whatever.”
“She heard you guys.” Todoroki suddenly talked. Everyone casted their attention to him, “Earlier today, I mean. She heard you guys when you were talking about inviting her to movie night.”
The once light-hearted atmosphere in the room was now tilted with guilt.
“She heard all that?” Midoryia incredulously asked, only imagining what you would be feeling because of their words.
“She must feel terrible.” Ochaco openly voiced her thoughts.
“She probably hates us.” Kirishima adds in.
“She means well, I promise. I think we just need to give her a chance.” Todoroki tries to reason with his classmates.
“First, we need to apologize.” Midoryia proposes as he looks among his classmates. His classmates collectively nod their heads in agreement
“You’re right. Well, good luck Midoryia.” Kaminari pats his back as encouragement. Everyone else either gives an encouraging smile or a thumbs up.
“Ha?! What?! You guys already decided that I’m going to be the one to apologize?” Izuku was flailing his arm around and was checking everyone else’s reaction.
“Well, yes. It’s your idea and you are one of the most apologetic people here.” Iida explained to an overthinking Midoryia.
After regaining composure, he realized that this was probably the best option, “Okay, I’ll, I’ll go now.”
Midoryia makes his way to Y/n’s dorm room. He was nervous. He only had very limited interactions with Y/n. So, he really didn’t know what to expect. Before he knew it, he was before your door.
On the other side, Y/n was chowing down on her food. She took a swig of her water, “So, how’s the food? I tried a new technique on roasting the veggies.” Y/n babbled on for a bit, but she realized that Koda’s plate was hardly touched. Her gaze landed on Koda who was sitting on her bed with a very obvious frown, staring at the door. Y/n immediately knew why.
“Hey, if you wanna go hangout with them, I can push the buttons on the elevator for you-”
Koda was irritated at how difficult Y/n was being, she can just ask them if she can join. It was simple. Koda used his mouth to latch on to Y/n’s sleeve and started to drag her to her dorm’s door.
“H-hey Koda! Not cool, man! You know, I can’t go down there.” Y/n tugs her sleeve away from Koda.
Koda turned to his last resort. He did his signature pout.
“Oh, please. You know that stopped working on me awhile ago. Besides, we can have our own movie night, right?” Y/n tried to reason, but her reasoning just felt sad.
Before Y/n could step away from her dorm’s door, she heard a knock. The two quickly tuned their heads at the door as if something miraculous just happened.
Y/n took one step toward the door.
“It’s Midoryia.” Koda began to wag his tail, “don’t get your hopes up too quickly.”
Y/n opened the door only a slit for her head to poke out, “Oh, hi Midoryia. Is something wrong?” she asks.
“U-um, no nothings wrong.” he responds as nerves start to take over and he doesn’t continue on.
“Okay.” With that, Y/n closed her door. Koda wanted to scratch his eyes out. This was her chance! For someone who was the top student in her class, she was so stupid. “He didn’t want anything. Sorry to disappoint, Koda-” another knock interrupted her.
She looked at the door, “It’s still Midoryia.” Koda rolled his eyes.
Y/n went to to open the door, again, only opening a bit, “Yes, Midoryia? You sure something isn’t wrong?”
“Uh, well I was wondering if we can talk for a bit.”
“Oh, yeah sure.” Y/n stepped out of her door, and shutting it.
However, Koda was right on her trail, but was shut out by the now closed door. He pouts at the door. And how holds his ear to the door, interested in the conversation that has yet to come.
“So, what’s up?” Y/n asked the green-haired boy.
“I, we, as a class, wanted to apologize for our words today.” Midoryia spoke in a remorseful and quiet tone.
Y/n was taken back. “So, they know that I heard what they were saying? Must have been Todoroki’s doing.”
“Look, it’s fine. I know I’m intimidating-“
“But it’s not fine. We shouldn’t have treated or talked about you that way.”
Y/n was stunned at his words. He took that as a sign to continue, “and we were hoping, if you’d be okay if we start over and become friends.”
Y/n remained cautious with her walls, “You know, friendship isn’t really a perquisite for this course.”
“Of course, I know that. We all do, but it doesn’t hurt to have them, right?”
Y/n felt like tearing up. She wanted to believe him. She wanted to put her trust in that last statement of his.
“I’ll be be down in 5 minutes,” Y/n stated rather blandly, but it didn’t matter to Midoryia.
“Great! See ya!” He waved and started to head back to the elevator, before he pressed the button, Y/n called him once more,
“Midoryia?”
“Yeah?”
“Thank you.”
“No problem.” and nods his head. He couldn’t be more thrilled that this will all work out.
As for Y/n, she opened her door to her dorm, and closing it as she stepped inside.
As soon as she was in the comfort of her own room, she broke into her happy dance. Her fists clenched, eyes shut, shoulders scrunched, jumping in the air, squeals make their way pass her lips, with the biggest smile on her face
Koda felt a wave of relief of wash over him. He was glad that she was finally experiencing acceptance.
After the moment passes, Y/n sighs and looks at Koda, ruffling his fur on the top of his head.
“Well, shall we?” Y/n said in an extravagant manner as she opened her door and bowed.
Koda, playing along, held his head high and strutted out. Y/n let out a light-hearted laugh and they made their way down, together.
Once Y/n actually made it to the common room, all of her classmates were looking at her, stopping their conversations as well. The confidence that Y/n help was long gone, feeling now awkward yet again.
However, the silence didn’t last too long as the class enveloped her in boisterous apologies, hugs, and pats on the back.
To say Y/n was overwhelmed was understatement. She had never been around these many people, giving attention towards her. It was new territory she had yet to cross.
“Guys, you should probably let her breathe.”
That was Todoroki. Y/n pried her eyes away from Mina who was asking what conditioner she uses, and looked at Shoto. Y/n mouthed a “thank you” and he simply nodded.
The class went back to their seats, muttering apologies again for getting in her personal space.
Now, Y/n faced yet another problem:
Where is she going to sit?!
She kept standing where she stood for a good couple seconds, scanning the area for any good spots.
However, there was actually only one spot open. And, it just happen to be next to Todoroki.
Y/n mentally prepared herself and started her path towards him. Of course, Shoto knew this. He was the one who made sure he saved a seat right next to him just for this occasion.
But things don’t always go according to plan, right?
Rightly so, right before Y/n could take the unaccompanied seat, Denki was coming back from the kitchen with a bowl of popcorn, plopping right down on the seat.
“Oh, hey Y/n! I’m glad you made it! You want some popcorn?”
“No, I’m good, thanks though.” Y/n was able to play it off as she chose to sit on the floor in front of the couch, which coincidentally was in front of the seat that Shoto resided.
Shoto was irritated. He wanted you to sit next to him. For crying out loud, that was the whole reason he had this seat open in the first place. All he does is sigh, catching Y/n’s attention.
Y/n turns back to Todoroki, sending a small smile his way, but then turning back to the screen as her fellow classmates were arguing on what to watch.
Y/n put her hand to her chest. This is weird. Why is her heart rate so high? She’s not usually like this. Maybe Todoroki did cast a spell on her.
Y/n couldn’t think about it too much as the movie began playing.

Dad Snipe AU (because I can)
Okay, listen. Just...just give me a second to explain myself, okay? Great, thanks.
So I love parental All Might stories, and stories where Aizawa becomes a dadzawa for his problem child (which leads to Present Mic also becoming a paternal figure for Izuku, which is a blessed idea), and all of those. But you know what I love even more?
If all of that happens, but Izuku’s dad is actually Snipe. Yes, Snipe.
Let me explain the story in my head, because it’s a doozy.
-So, to start, let me explain how I got the idea. It’s simple, really- canon hasn’t given me a reason not to get the idea. I mean, we’ve yet to find out Snipe’s real name, so it’s fair game to call him Hisashi Midoriya until Horikoshi himself rips this idea out of my cold, hopefully not dead hands.
-We also never see his face, and the dreadlocks could either 1. Be a wig or 2. Just be his hair, but the blue-ish shade is what caused the darker coloration for Izuku’s hair. Who knows anymore, the world these heroes live in is a really weird one.
-Now, Snipe may not breathe fire, but shhh. Maybe Inko was lying to the doctor or something, because if she said, “My husband can control the trajectory of any and all of the bullets he shoots”, well, that could’ve given away the identity of her husband! Maybe the Midoriya family doesn’t want to broadcast who Hisashi is.
-Also, having a father with such a Quirk could explain why Izuku is Quirkless (or, in this case, potentially ‘Quirkless’). It’s not like Inko would just let little Izuku play with a gun to see if he could shoot as well as his dad, or anything! So boom, the little joint test is enough, brush it aside, Dad!Snipe explanation over.
Got it? Great! Now, onto the bullshit story idea I came up with, or as I like to call it:
How Snipe Accidentally Ghosted his Family for a Decade, because He is Too Goddamn Dumb Sometimes.
Buckle up folks, and hold your horses a little tighter, because we’re going for a ride.
-So Snipe goes to Texas when Izuku is just a small boy, just barely a toddler. He’s really serious about his whole cowboy aesthetic, and pulls an All Might by working abroad for what he plans to be a few years, but might become five or six if he finds a good agency to work with in the meanwhile.
-Lo and behold, he does!! Nice, nice, Snipe relays the message to his dear wife Inko, lets her know that he’ll be gone for a while- but it’s okay, he plans to call her every chance he gets, make sure she’s doing well with their little boy, and life will be good.
-Things, uh...don’t go as planned.
-Snipe blames it all on a snake. A goddamn snake that decided to hide in his goddamn boot. There was a snake in his boot, what was he expected to do?
Probably not throwing his phone at the thing, breaking it, but uh...Snipe panicked. A lot.
-No problem, right? He’s a Pro Hero, he makes plenty of money, he can just get a new phone, plug in his old number, and all of that stuff. Easy as can be.
-Haha...no.
-Because Snipe is a fool. A fool who can’t remember any of his passwords for his phone, or the answers to any backup questions.
-He’s a great hero, he’s excellent at marksmanship...but the man just can’t remember these things to save his life.
-He can’t even remember his wife’s phone number to call her about it (and beg for the passwords because he just can not manage to recall them)
-Snipe is just glad that Inko is the one who set up his bank accounts so he’d automatically send money to their shared account, or else he’d feel awful.
-Figuring that the best thing to do in this situation is to just keep on truckin’ along, Snipe continues working at the Texas agency until it’s time for him to head back home.
But the fun doesn’t stop here, because…
-By the time Snipe yeehaws his way back to Japan, that man realizes that he can’t even recall what his address was.
-He ends up working at Yuuei, because he was aimlessly wandering around, trying to find Musutafu.
-By the time Nedzu finds him, he’s so embarrassed that he just...can’t bring himself to admit that he forgot literally everything he needed to get back to his house.
-The conversation for the job starts a little like this…
Nedzu: Why were you wandering around Yuuei for over forty minutes?
Snipe, unwilling to admit that he couldn’t remember if he had to go east or west to reach his house: I saw a little doggie. Very cute.
Nedzu: That was probably me, but I digress.
(For the record, Snipe had to go south to start his route home…)
-Some good news: After working at Yuuei for a few years, he finally sees his boy again!!
-Some bad news: it's the USJ attack
-Snipe bursts into the USJ, sees that green haired silhouette and just knows it is his boy, even if it’s been somewhere around a decade since he saw his little sprout and his boy is now stronger and taller.
Snipe, seeing Shigaraki about to hit his child: Villain, you just yeed your last haw
Snipe: shoots Shigaraki in the hand.
-After USJ, we have more fun, with some lovely dialogue I came up with like:
Snipe, sitting with Aizawa: So, hypothetically of course, if I was to say something like, I don’t know… ‘You’re in charge of my long lost child, who I couldn’t get in contact with ‘cause I couldn’t remember mah wife’s phone number’...how would you recommend starting the conversation with him?
Aizawa, mummified, tired, and already realizing that this child is the problem childTM: I need a drink.
Snipe, a fool: Are...are ya sure I should start off with that?
-Despite this totally hypothetical conversation, it isn’t until finals that Snipe brings it up.
-Nedzu pits Snipe against Izuku and Todoroki, and it’s beautiful.
-Snipe pulls an ‘I am your father’ moment like in Star Wars, both Izuku and Todoroki promptly flip their shit.
Snipe: Izuku, I am your father.
Izuku: I thought you were dead!
Todoroki: I thought you were All Might’s child!
-Needless to say, the fight ends quickly, because Izuku goes a little feral.
Izuku, pinning Snipe to the ground: What excuse do you have for ghosting mom for years, huh?
Snipe, sobbing: I forgot my phone number!
-Izuku drags Snipe back to the house once finals are over.
-Inko...isn’t even surprised when she hears what happened.
-She just sighs and goes, “Do I need to tattoo my number onto you, Hisashi?”
-Snipe wonders if it’s worth the potential security risk, he doesn’t want her getting tracked down and hurt after all.
-There’s a long conversation about microchipping Snipe, so if he disappears again, Izuku can just hunt him down and drag him back home again.
-And voila! Snipe is reunited with his family, the dad fluff can commence.
Snipe: I’mma give him a gun.
Inko, tired: At least he’ll be hurting others instead of himself for once.
-1-A is horrified.
Their precious green bean, wielding a gun?!?!?!?
-It’s made worse when he’s a natural at it, just going feral and having fun with his dad.
-Finally, because I promised more parental figures along with actual, biological Snipe, please consider:
-All Might getting upset because Snipe is stealing ‘his boy’.
Aizawa, trying to be reasonable: All Might, Midoriya is literally Snipe’s child.
All Might, petulantly: But...but he’s my boy.
-For extra humor, make Aizawa also feel like the problem child is his problem child for extra parental jealousy.
-Need more chaos??? Yamada thought he and Aizawa were adopting Izuku for some reason.
Don’t ask how Yamada came to this conclusion, but he is heartbroken when he finds out his almost completed adoption forms were for nothing.
Yamada, sadly: I thought Inko was his older sister...and he didn’t even have a dad!
-Just...Izuku having a dumbass dad and the other potential dads being put off by the realization that Snipe, Snipe, gets actual Dad Rights but somehow lost contact for like...10 entire years.
-Okay rant over, bye.

Valentine’s Day - Aizawa
A/N: Here it is! The final Valentine’s Day post! At long last!
As with all my Valentine’s Day posts, this will receive a part two “White Day” post. Keep an eye out!
Warnings: none
Aizawaxreader
Word Count: 1,615
Tumblr media
You sat in an empty classroom, colorful construction paper scattered across several of the desks. With a pair of scissors in hand, glue and glitter across from you, you assisted a very special little girl with crafting her very first Valentines. You smiled as you watched her, tongue sticking out as she concentrated with her crayons.
“Eri, is this the last one we need to make? I think we’ve made one for everyone.” Bright ruby eyes lifted to meet yours thoughtfully. Looking back down, Eri named every Valentine that she’d created.
“Oh, no! I still need one for Mr. Aizawa, but his has to be really big because he watches over me all the time, so I’m super extra thankful for that.” That was, of course, without saying how thankful she was to those who had come to save her. There were other large construction paper hearts for every hero that had been present for her rescue.
Giving the small girl a warm smile, you pulled a few more pieces of construction paper towards you and began cutting out hearts. “Then, I’ll make one for him, too. How does that sound, Eri?” She gave you a huge grin and nodded enthusiastically before returning her concentration on her crayon writing.
After cutting out several hearts, you carefully glued them together to create a colorful collage, each heart facing a different way and overlapping so that they fit together like a puzzle. You left the glitter off of this one, figuring the sleepy teacher wouldn’t quite appreciate the mess. The glue dried quickly and you were soon able to hand over the completed oversized Valentine to Eri for her to write and draw on.
You could tell by her wide eyes as you placed it in front of her that she was pleased by how large and colorful it was. While she did her part, you began on one last Valentine. It wasn’t anything special, but you wanted to at least convey a little bit of your feelings towards the ward of the young girl you were currently assisting.
Ever since you had started working at U.A., your gaze and your heart had been captured. You’d always been a bit of a fan of the underground hero, Eraserhead, but meeting him in person put him under a whole new light. Eraserhead, now Mr. Aizawa to you, was more incredible than you’d ever imagined.
You had found him to be grumpy, and somewhat harsh, at your first impression of him, but it didn’t take long for you to see the softer side of him. Your views first began to change as you listened to how the other teachers spoke about him, and, later, when you saw the respect his students gave him. You even sat in on one of his classes and you were able to see how he interacted with his students. It was no wonder they looked up to him.
Even without taking into account his personality, Aizawa was a very attractive man. Despite his casual and lazy appearance, he had a strong jawline and sharp eyes. You found that your breath stopped any time that his gaze met yours and you struggled to speak properly whenever he asked you a direct question.
He’d once saved you from falling on your face when you tripped over a crack in the cement and your body had been held against his for barely a second. It had surprised you for more than one reason. The clothes he wore would be enough to deceive anyone into thinking that he was just some scrawny hero. You knew better. In the moment he had balanced you against himself, you had felt every hardened edge of his chest, the bulge of his biceps, and the flex of his abs.
It was a miracle you hadn’t been reduced to a puddle of mush at his feet in that moment. You knew that your face had certainly resembled a tomato and you had barely muttered a thank you before fleeing into the school. You were still somewhat mortified over it, but you also held that memory very close to you.
You often caught glimpses of Aizawa taking naps in a bright yellow sleeping bag and quickly understood that he was a very sleepy man. You weren’t exactly sure what caused him to need so much sleep, but you learned from Present Mic that napping was a habit that stemmed from his high school days. However, despite everything else, it was the secret smile when he thought no one else was looking that had sealed the deal on your heart.
“Ms. Y/L/N, I’m all done. Did you finish your Valentine, too?” Then there was this precious little girl that he had all but adopted. He would deny it no matter how you put it, but Eri had become important to him. You smiled at her and held up your carefully folded Valentine to show her.
“Yep! It just needs one final touch.” Reaching into your purse, you pulled out a small individually wrapped chocolate and taped it to the outside of the Valentine. Eri watched you with wide and curious eyes. “You see, Eri, when you get older, and you fall in love, you show them that love with chocolate on Valentine’s Day.”
Eri’s eyes became so big that they resembled saucers as she met your gaze. “You love Mr. Aizawa?” Your features softened as you nodded down at her, a blush warming your cheeks.
You giggled as she squealed happily. “It’s a secret, though, Eri. I want to tell him myself, when the time is right. So, don’t tell him that this Valentine is from me, okay?” She nodded and smiled, excitement evident in her every action as she helped you clean up. Your heart, however, was beating nervously. When would be the right time to tell him?
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Tiny footsteps pattered in the apartment hallway, rousing Aizawa from his lunchtime nap. He knew that Eri had been in the school as she had expressed a desire to show her thanks on Valentine’s Day. Ever since he had explained the holiday to her, she’d been obsessed.
A soft knock preceded her entrance to his room and he sat up with a yawn. “Eri. What is it?” The small girl clambered up onto his bed without hesitation, something rather large held in her hand that made her ascent slightly awkward.
Once she was situated, she grinned brightly at him and held out what was in her hand. “Happy Valentine’s Day, Mr. Aizawa! Thank you so much for taking care of me!” Aizawa carefully accepted the crafted Valentine, surprised that she had made it already.
Examining the craft in his hands, he knew there was no way the young girl had completed it by herself. She’d had help. As he unfolded the monstrosity, a second paper, weighed down by something taped to it, fell out. He ignored it for a moment as he let his eyes trail over the homemade Valentine that Eri had presented to him.
A small smile lifted the corner of his lips as he read what she’d written in her messy child-like handwriting. She was only just learning how to write and she was making such great progress. “Thank you, Eri. This is very well done. Who helped you make this?” He turned a curious eye on her as she suddenly got nervous, his brow raising as he waited for her answer.
Her hands wrung the hem of her dress as she looked down into her lap. “Um, well, I can’t tell you.” Aizawa continued to stare her down, but she wouldn’t budge.
“Why can’t you tell me, Eri?”
Eri reached forward, picking up the folded paper that had fallen from the Valentine as he’d opened it. “Because of this.” She held it out for him to take, which he did. More curiosity welled up within him as he removed the small chocolate that had been weighing it down.
Setting the chocolate to the side, Aizawa unfolded the much smaller Valentine and read its contents. It wasn’t signed, but the words inside had him completely confounded.
“You deserve to have at least three naps a day. xoxo”
It was such a simple thing, but he could still tell that it had been put together with a lot of feeling behind it. It was touching, really. Picking up the chocolate, he unwrapped it and popped it into his mouth. It was coffee flavored, his favorite. After chewing and swallowing, his gaze returned to Eri, who had been watching him very carefully. “Eri, who is this from?”
She jumped off of his bed and ran to the door. “I can’t tell you! I promised her that I wouldn’t tell! She said that she wanted to tell you herself.” Aizawa sighed. At least whoever it was had good motives for remaining secretive, for now.
“Fine. I won’t ask you, anymore. Did you already hand out your other Valentines?” The little white-haired head shook quickly. “All right. Let’s go hand them out, then. I’ll come with you.” Aizawa got out of bed, barely stifling a yawn, and picked up both Valentines. The one from Eri, he left on display on top of his dresser, but the other one, he carefully folded into his pocket.
Eri smiled happily as they left the apartment, her small hand fitting into Aizawa’s much larger one for safety as they headed down the sidewalk. Aizawa would have to watch her more carefully to see who she’d made friends with, but, for now, he was just glad to see her happily giving out Valentines to everyone she was thankful for.
The Failed Raid - A Gentle Recovery I
A few hours had passed since the discovery of the brutality that their classmates had suffered and 1-A was finally able to do... well anything to be honest. The time had been tense and uncertain for all of them. Aizawa had returned and explicitly ordered everyone to stay in the dorm until they were told otherwise. Mic and Midnight had departed with him for an emergency meeting, leaving Mirio and Nejire to handle the class.
It had not gone well. The biggest issue had been Eri’s reaction to finding out her self-declared father had been badly injured. The little unicorn girl had cried her eyes out, overwhelmed by the thought of Izuku getting hurt as he had. Her tears made everyone present feel like their hearts had literally shattered and been ground into dust. Even worse however had been Uraraka’s response to it. It was obvious that she dearly, desperately wanted to be able to shed her own tears but tending to her devastated daughter was a far larger concern. So she sat there holding a crying unicorn, fighting her emotions to keep herself from spilling tears of lament. Because further sadness would solve nothing.
Mirio felt horrible for bringing this about, wanting to punch himself in the face for bringing about Eri’s plight. But bas as he felt he knew it wasn’t anyone’s fault but the villains Izuku had been trying to stop. Because Izuku was a true hero. Not merely a Pro doing a job but someone who was doing all they could to ensure actual justice could prosper in this world.
Eventually Aizawa returned and gave the class permission to go check on their injured comrades. Everyone was quick to get going but they all waited on Uraraka and Eri. The round faced mother got up, still holding her dear unicorn daughter in her arms. “Let’s go check on your Papa sweetie.” Her voice had been soft and quiet but it was very clear that she was on a knife’s edge, about to break down.
The class made their way to the medical area, going at an even steady pace. The reason for this in spite of their worry was Uraraka who was carrying Eri at such a pace. While she did want to know what was going on she was also terrified that the news would not be good. What if Deku was too injured to work as a hero? What if he had to leave to school because of this? What would happen to Eri if he had to leave? These were just a few of the many tumultuous thoughts in her mind right now and if her daughter hadn’t been in her arms they would have overwhelmed her.
Soon enough the group had arrived and already they met their treated classmates. Kirishima seemed to have no injuries whatsoever but the look on his face told that there wasn’t much pride in this for him. Todoroki had a few bandages over his left arm but he clearly had gotten off lighter than the rest though his usual stoic expression made seeing what he thought difficult. Tokoyami seemed alright save for his bandaged left arm, still having his perpetual scowl. Aoyama seemed to be his usual exuberant self though his smile seemed a bit forced and he looked like he was trying to avoid touching his abodmen too much. Kaminari looked put out to say it politely, bandages on his cheeks and he looked to be trying to keep weight off his right side. Iida had his typical expression though it did seem to lack any of his well meaning enthusiasm which might have had something to do with the bandages around his legs. It was a rather somber picture to see to be honest.
The recent patients took notice of the newly arrived group. Iida took the initiative in greeting them. “Ah everyone. Good to see you. What brings you here? Is everything alright?” “We should be asking you that Iida!” Mina was quick to start with none of her typical cheer. “We saw you guys on the news it looked like you all got sent through a paper shredder!” Iida was taken aback by the pink girl’s outburst but quickly regained his composure. “Our injuries looked far worse than actually were. I assure you things are alright. Well as much as they can be under the circumstances.” “What happened?” Yaoyorozu asked.
Iida visibly frowned. “The villains, put simply, were just that well trained. What we believed would have been a guaranteed success was rendered into an abject failure.” The whole group seemed to be more consumed by gloom upon hearing this. “They explicitly targeted my legs. We weren’t aware of there being a trained long range fighter among them.” Iida suddenly perked up from his lamentations. “But all they have done is given me the chance to grow as a hero. I had Recovery Girl remove the mufflers in my legs. Once they regrow I will be even faster than before!”
Iida’s enthusiasm seemed to prod the others into speaking up. “I had to overcharge my laser in order for us to escape. The effort caused my belt to explode. Fortunate for moi my armor is not merely for show. It reduced the shrapnel’s impact enough that I was in and out quickly. Though my stomach will be un petit tender for a bit.” Aoyama seemed back to usual self.
“I was using Dark Shadow to shield myself when an explosion hit us. I was protected just long enough to escape but they got my arm in the attack.” Tokoyami seemed sullen at how his Quirk’s weakness had been so easily exploited.
“Man at least you guys got taken out in a cool way. I just got sideswiped by an attack I didn’t see. Went right through my right side. Just glad it didn’t get anything vital.” It was difficult to tell if Kaminari was happy or sad right now.
“I just had some shallow cuts from being hit by shards of my own ice. I didn’t think they were bad but Recovery Girl insisted.” Todoroki’s dull tone didn’t indicate his mood but everyone took it to be a sign things were alright with him.
Mina looked at Kirishima in concern. “What about you Kiri?” The red haired boy didn’t look at her, sulking. “I’m fine.” That was all he said. “I’m perfectly fine. I’m the only one out of all of us that didn’t get hurt.” Now he started sounding angry. “Not one single scratch. Lucky me eh? The guy who should have been the shield for everyone walks away like nothing happened! Ain’t that rich? I call myself unbreakable and it didn’t do anything!” Yeah he was upset.
Mina looked around noticing one glaring absence. “Where’s Bakugou?” That had them tense up a bit. “He took off” Kaminari said with just a bit of venom. Iida decided now was a good time to interject. “Bakugou only stayed around long enough to ascertain we received treatment for our injuries. Once he had he decided to depart.” Before anymore questions could be asked an elderly voice cut everyone off.
“Now what’s all of this ruckus over here?” Recovery Girl had seen fit to arrive. “I appreciate the youthful energy but some of you are supposed to be convalescing.” Iida promptly went into his usual “serious mode”, complete with his trademark arm chopping. “Our apologies Recovery Girl! We were waiting for a time when we could check on Midoriya!” And the reminder of the dire state of their classmate sent the group back into a state of melancholy. Before anyone could say anything a young voice cut through their sorrow.
“Is Papa okay?” Eri had spoken up, having been reminded of her unofficially adopted father’s fate. Her face showed terror, worry and anxiety, leaving everyone worried that the wrong thing could break the young girl. The same concern applied to Uraraka, who had the exact same expression on her face. Recovery Girl was a bit surprised at the question but her face quickly settled into a gentle smile.
“He’ll be just fine dear.” Eri brightened up at that and Uraraka let out a sigh of relief. “Really? He’s okay?” Recovery Girl maintained her smile to the young girl. “Perfectly fine. He’s just taking a little nap right now. He should be waking up in a small bit so why don’t you wait for now?” Uraraka sat down in one of the chairs nearby, Eri facing forward while settled on her lap. Recovery Girl turned her attention to the rest of the group. “I suppose the rest of you are here for the same reason?” All of them looked a bit sheepish at being seen through so easily. “Well he’ll be waking up soon. You can stay as long as you don’t make too much of a fuss. And those of you who I just got done with remember the terms I laid out for letting you walk around. I’m still debating whether or not to stick you lot on bedrest.” Iida went into his serious mode once more. “Thank you for your gracious understanding Recovery Girl! We won’t fail your expectations!”
Eri giggled at Iida’s over the top antics, clearly in a better mood now that she knew Izuku was okay. Mirio noticed this and regained his own trademark smile. “Great news right Eri? Izuku is going to be a-okay!” He just couldn’t resist a thumbs up when he said it. Eri giggled at him too. “Yeah! I was worried because you told me he got hurt really badly. But he’ll be alright now!” A unicorn’s smile is a rare treasure and the class wasn’t ready to lose sight of it.
Kirishima decided to step in. “Darn right he’ll be okay! I’ll tell you something Eri you’re Papa is one of the toughest, bravest heroes I’ve ever seen! This’ll be nothing for him!” Eri looked at the red haired boy in awe at his description of Izuku “Really?” “You bet! Fact of the matter is he’s been one of the most heroic people there is, even before he started here at UA.” Eri’s glistening eyes told him he should keep going. “There was an incident with a villain, I’d say nearly a year before he started here. Some sludge villain went and took a hostage, which wound up being Bakugou now that I remember.” Eri’s face instantly filled with worry. “Oh no! Was Uncle Kaka okay?”
Resisting the instinct to laugh at his friend’s nickname Kirishima continued. “He was perfectly fine! See the thing is the Pros who were there couldn’t get anywhere near him because there was so much fire. But then something crazy happened. Some random kid charged out and tried to tear Bakugou out of the villain’s grip! That sludge creep couldn’t shake him off. The kid even got in a good hit when he tossed something in the jerk’s eye!” Eri’s eyes were filled with wonder. “But soon enough it seemed like that kid was gonna be a goner!” And now they were filled with fear. “But not to worry! Because who should appear but the legendary All Might!” And back to wonder. “He sent that creep packing! Of course if that kid hadn’t bought some time then All Might might have been too late! I didn’t realize it at first but that same kid was actually Midoriya! If he could take on a villain like that and walk away then no way is something like this going to keep him down!”
“That wasn’t the only time he tried to save someone.” Out of a sense of nostalgia and driven by the awestruck look on her daughter’s face Uraraka decided to chime in. “Really Mama?” Now Uraraka was happily smiling. “Mmhm. He saved me during the entrance exam to join UA.” Eri was too stunned to comment. The rest of the group was also paying attention, not knowing this story. “It was the final moments of the exam and a huge robot had shown up. Fighting it didn’t give any points, so everyone tried to run away from it. I got stuck under some debris and couldn’t escape. I thought I was done for.” Eri was fretting for her mother’s fate but Uraraka’s smile seemed to brighten. “And then Deku came out of nowhere and took it down in one hit.” That little declaration quieted everyone. “After he did that his legs and one of his arms were shattered and I heard him say he didn’t have a single villain point. He was struggling to find some way to earn even a single point in the time he had left but the clock ran out.” Now Uraraka’s eyes seemed to glistening. “The way his quirk was meant he only had one chance to earn any points. And the second he saw I was in trouble he rushed in to save me just because I needed to be saved, no matter what it would have cost him. Your Papa is a true hero Eri. Never doubt that. Believe in him no matter what.”
“Indeed.” Iida was now speaking up. “I was there that day. When the Zero Pointer appeared I ran like everyone else. I was too slow to save Uraraka when she was danger because I thought of it as merely a test.” Iida stopped in shame at his past self concerned behavior. “But Midoriya charged forward no matter the price because it was simply the right thing to do. No hesitation or forethought whatsoever. The idea of saving someone in trouble isn’t something he needed to think over. It was merely the only choice a hero should make. It truly is inspiring.” Iida began frowning. “Especially in light of lacking any villain points. He threw away any thought of benefiting himself the instant he saw someone who needed help. I realized after the fact that there must have been a hidden test within the exam and I had believed that he known that.” Iida’s frown turned into a smile. “But no. He simply charged in without a second thought because it was the right thing to do. A true heroic ideal to strive towards. I had actually been worried he wouldn’t make it in and thought such a thing would be a tragedy. To deny someone with such insight and capability the chance to become a hero.”
“That worried me too.” Uraraka still had the soft smile and light in her eyes but they seemed to be a bit more tranquil now. “I was worried he would fail. And I felt guilty that he gave up his chance of passing to save me. So I asked if he could get some of my points.” Now that surprised everyone. Gratitude was one thing but willing to risk your own standing in the premiere hero school for someone else was astounding. “Imagine my surprise when they said it wasn’t a problem. Turned out that Deku saving me got him a whole bunch of rescue points. So many that he wound up placing 7th in the rankings.” If the group were was surprised before now they were outright shocked. They knew Midoriya was good but making the top ten without a single villain point? Now that was impressive. Some of them were actually feeling a bit lackluster compared to the hero fanboy now.
“I’m glad he got in. Do you know why sweetie?” Eri turned to look at her mother, wonder in her eyes at her father’s achievements. “Because he saved you.” Uraraka’s didn’t betray her thoughts when she got the answer. “There is that. But really it’s because if he hadn’t gotten in then he wouldn’t have saved you and our little family wouldn’t be here either.” Now that statement truly shook something in all of them. The floating girl was completely right. Izuku was the one who saved Eri. If he hadn’t done that, well their lives would have been just a bit dimmer now that they knew what it was like to have her there with them. They really didn’t want to think on what life for them would be like without the little unicorn that all of them had come to adore. It just wasn’t right.
Uraraka’s hug on her daughter tightened just a slight bit, enough to show just how happy she was to have Eri in her life. “I am thankful that he saved you Eri. Because I am grateful beyond measure everyday that you chose me to be your Mama.” Eri’s eyes filled with love and joy and her mother’s words. “I’m happy I chose you too.” Eri gave her Mama a grand hug to be certain. “I love you Mama” she spoke in a soft, almost whispered voice. Uraraka leaned her head down, pulling Eri further into the hug she was already giving. “I love you too sweetie.”
Near everyone who was watching this had tears flowing, a mix of emotions consuming them all. The pure love a mother and daughter had for each other and the father who brought them together, utter sadness at the thought there may have been a world where they never met their little unicorn, concern and worry for their friend and classmate who they had to thank for bringing Eri into their lives. It was all so much that it prompted tears.
“Hallway’s pretty dusty ain’t it.” Kaminari quipped, fighting to keep his eyes from watering at the display. “Yea-ha-ha-ha!” Kirishima was openly bawling. “Yo-you got tha-that ri-igh-igh-ight! They really should clean this place a bit!” Iida chose that moment to interject. “Now now no need to make excuses. Sadness is a part of life. Denying it helps no one. There’s no reason to try and hide it.” Iida’s own eyes were gushing a veritable waterfall. Seems he took his own advice quite well.
While the boys were trying to pretend they weren’t phased in the least, and failing, the girls were far more open about their emotions. Asui wiped away some stray tears. “Wow, ribbit. Midoriya really is amazing when you think about it. He’s so plain that you tend to forget what he’s done.” Mina’s own trails of tears didn’t stop her from commenting. “Your right. We really do need to thank him though. It it weren’t for Midori we wouldn’t have Eri with us now.” Yaoyarozu was more subdued though her tears were no less noticeable. “He really is a true hero. All he wants is to help people. And look how far he’s gotten through that ideal. He made it into the finest hero school in the world. He saved people no matter the risk to himself. And he gave us all our Eri.”
“I don’t see why your all so surprised.” It was Todoroki who spoke up. And more surprisingly he had an actual smile! He was looking at the mother and daughter embracing and his inner thoughts went to the similarities between his past and the young unicorn near them, being grateful that someone was able to escape their dark life and thinking that just maybe if there had been a hero like Deku around then maybe his family could have been saved from falling apart. “He’s someone that All Might believes in after all.”
That was an undeniable truth. The former Symbol of Peace did seem to be supporting Izuku personally, far more than the usual regard a teacher would have for a student. It would have to take someone special to earn the unyielding faith of All Might. Someone like Izuku it would seem.
Recovery Girl gazed at the group, grateful that the Ninth Torchbearer of One For All had such stalwart and supportive friends. ‘You chose a good one Toshinori.’ The elderly hero couldn’t help the chuckle that escaped her lips. “Oh dear. I had hoped that boy’s recklessness was just something he developed after starting here. But it seems he’s always had a tendency to let his spirit overtake his common sense.” She also couldn’t help the escaping sigh. “It really is too bad. He’s such a well meaning young man. And he always ends up here just for trying to make his way as a hero.” The elderly hero couldn’t stop herself from frowning. “It’s just not fair really. He might overdo it but he really does try his best. And he’s always miserable in my infirmary. That boy dwells too much on how he can’t keep up instead of seeing how far he’s gotten.” A shake of her head ended her declaration about the green boy.
Eri seemed contemplative about Recovery Girl’s assessment of her father. She was deep in thought before an idea made itself into her mind. She got it from one of Aunt Yaomo’s manga books, a romantic one that the ponytailed girl deemed a personal favorite. “Mama can you put me down?” Uraraka seemed confused but agreed to the request, the little unicorn quickly making her way to the doctor of UA. Said doctor looked at the young girl with a bit of confusion of her own. “Can I help you dearie?” Eri beckoned the doctor with a finger and the healer bowed down a little so the white haired could whisper her idea into the elderly hero’s ear.
She stood back up with a cheerful smile on her face. “I think that’s a lovely idea dear. Uraraka would you mind coming with us for a second? You as well Yaoyarozu.” The two girls were confused but complied, walking away with a doctor and a unicorn. No one knew what to expect next but when they did find out it would be a fun time to be certain. Especially for Izuku.
MHA Headcanons
How would they react to their non-gender-specific s/o winning the Sports Festival?
starting with girls this time bcuz everyone knows I’m fricking gay
Mina
“I knew it! I fucking knew it bitches!” she yelled, taking out shirts with your name on it for the entire class to wear. She even offered one to Aizawa, who said he wasn’t allow to wear. He secretly wanted one though, he was just so proud of his adopted child.
As you stood facing your final opponent, you could hear Mina from the stands screaming her lungs off, smiling ear-to-ear as she shakes her classmates around her.
She only stops when a boy from 1-B has the audacity to shush her. Mina knows this boy, he looks you up-and-down whenever you pass the classroom.
“You’re just jealous that they like me you fuc-” Aizawa wrapped his scarf around her mouth, forcing her to be quiet.
 “That’s enough for you.” Tsu smiles, watching you. Mina does to, she just can’t take her eyes off you. As you run around, dodging left and right as if you have eyes in the back of your head, she feels such pride in you.
She can’t stop screeching, pouncing off the walls as she watches you. Everyone else is focused on your fighting skills, but she can’t stop thinking about how you’re so cuddly and you are the strongest student in UA.
She never wants to let go of you ever, and that’s a promise.
Momo
She can’t help staring in shock as you dodge attacks left and right, doing everything that you never did in training. Momo watches the way you move, taking all of her tips as you keep winning, not even letting your opponent skim you.
On the other hand, he is taking major damage from you. Momo thinks about how you two rehearsed your special running, zooming left, faking right, and the going straight.
“Left, right, right, left, straight, straight.” She watches, memorized as you follow the plan exactly.
She can’t help but be so proud. Momo fell in love with your quirk almost as fast as she fell in love with you, so she always had improvements to tell you that would make you even better. Of course, she had felt like you were ignoring her lately, the way you looked so tired while she talked. Now, she realized you had spent time at night practicing her plans and improving. And now, look where it had gotten you.
She felt such pride knowing that she had helped you, that some of your victory was thanks to hers. She was even happier that she had helped you reach your full potential! Champion of the freaking sports festival!
The very thought of you winning made her blush, and she knew she would kiss you the minute she could! Sure there would be hundreds of people trying to talk to you, but for one second, she knew that you would talk to her. It’s just the kind of sweet person that she loved.
Uraraka
As she watched you run around the field, she felt herself crying. You two had talked about this as she had cried about his financial issues to you. You had calmed her down and told her that you would take care of her. That you two would live in a wonderful house as heroes, that you would take care of her parents, and that money would never be an issue for her again.
You would make her life perfect, and she would never cry again. As she watched you down there, fighting for her role for 1#, she knew you meant it. She knew that you could do whatever you put your mind to, and a promise was a promise.
As you hit your opponent to the ground, to where he could barely stand, you looked behind yourself and up at Uraraka. Blowing her a kiss and making the crowd go wild, Midnight announced to the stadium that you won.
Uraraka found herself mumbling, getting dizzy as her friends around her shook her in happiness. 1-A was estatic, but Uraraka felt her heart jumping out of her body.
As soon as you walked to join your class, Uraraka shoved everyone, even Bakugo, out of the way as she ran to hug you, wrapping her legs around you. As she kissed you, her legs still wrapped around your torso, she began floating in happiness.
It took Todoroki and Deku to pull you two down before Aizawa used his quirk. You both fell to the ground, laughing as you two held hands. Uraraka knew she couldn’t ever let go. You were the hero that would turn her tragic life into a love story.
Todoroki
As he watched you beat the shit out of your opponent, he couldn’t help but feel warmth in his body. It was the same feeling he got when you hugged or kissed him, or anytime he saw you in your swimsuit.
Except, this time, he felt happiness swarm his body at the same time. As you skillfully zoomed around your opponent, he watched his dad’s reaction to you. His dad seemed... angry? Good.
He could only imagine seeing a child better than his own infuriated him, while also seeing how happy that child was. How free your spirit was, and how silly you acted. You could even bring a smile from Aizawa, the zombie human.
And at the same time, Endeavor had talked to you before. Sure Endeavor had no idea that you were dating him since Todoroki knew it would enrage his dad, but you had come over as a “friend” for a “school project” which really was just some hot making out and Todoroki introducing you to his family and giving you the tour of his mansion.
Yet, Endeavor had sat down with you, talked to you, even questioned you. He asked about sensitive subjects like why you lived with Present Mic and his family, and not your own. This caused Todoroki and his father to start yelling violently, which ended dinner for sure.
As you finished your opponent with your secret move, the entire crowd erupted into roars of fans as you looked around, almost passing out from over-working yourself.
Then you saw Endeavor, with that confused look on his face. He looked appalled at how powerful you were, since you didn’t have that much muscles and you were pretty thin thanks to a fast metabolism. How on earth could you even be real? Honestly, Endeavor was impressed, but not as much as angry that his son wasn’t better. It was Todoroki’s fault he wasn’t as powerful as you, right?
As the match ended, you ran to meet your class, Endeavor following close behind, wanting to talk to you. Immediately Todoroki ran up to you, hugging you tightly. “Can I kiss you?” he asked smoothly, sending chills up your spine. “Yea, but your dad is right t-”
You couldn’t talk anymore as Todoroki kissed your lips passionately, holding you closely. Nothing sexual, but more protectively.
Sending messages saying that you were his, especially sending that message to his old man who was burning in rage and confusion. As you kissed, you could hear the cameras flashing behind you as Todoroki imagined pictures of you two kissing circulating the News station for weeks, smiling at the thought of his dad being questioned about your relationship.
You two would be the hottest new couple in town and he would make sure that your relationship got famous.
“ENDEAVOR’S SON AND SPORTS FESTIVAL WINNER; YOUNG LOVE?!”
Tenya
As Tenya watched, he felt shakes congratulating him from his seat as he watched you. “Dude, good job!” Kirishima smiled, cheering loudly for you. “Why are you congratulating me? All that skill is her own... look at the way she moves. She’s so much more powerful than I thought!” It was true, Tenya had never realized how powerful you were, and it was only going to get better from here.
He knew you had a secret move, you were just waiting for the right time to use it, near the end so when you used up all your energy, he would be done for!
But as Tenya watched from the sidelines, he found himself getting angry. How dare the competition do this to him, making him watch as you constantly got thrown around like a rag doll, even though you were winning. You were still getting hurt, even injured.
He knew that recovery girl would have to focus on you very much. Kirishima had broken your ribs, Uraraka had dropped you from a large height, and Deku had punched you right in the stomach, knocking the wind out of you and having you crumble to the ground. It pained Iida to see you fight, and he was just grateful that he didn’t have to fight you. Your greatest weapon was the puppy dog eyes, and that would have him surrendering in seconds.
He wouldn’t be able to hurt you, to hear your groans of pain and to see you cough blood. But you were a fighter, it was just one of the things he loved about you.
That’s when you used your secret move, sending your enemy to the ground. Iida knew it would, he had let you use that same move on him before, except lighter. Your opponent was surely on the verge of death as they wheeled him out on a stretcher to recovery girl. As soon as you exited the arena, thousands of news reporters followed you, taking photos and asking you questions. “Tell us, what’s it like to be the Sports Festival winner? What teacher led you to push yourself? Do you have any other hobbies? Will you model for us? Who’s your greatest inspiration?”
Instinctively, Iida grabbed you by the waist, growled at the reporters, and kissed you passionately. “I’m so proud of you princess.” he whispered in your ear.
Kirishima
As Kirishima watched you run around the arena, he saw some of your muscles showing through your shirt. You were the hottest, manliest thing in the world, he was about to cry. Most guys would find it threatening or bad that they’re s/o was better than them, but it just made Kirishima cry.
Kirishima was happy for you, especially proud to be your boyfriend as he watched everyone in the stadium stare at you intensively their eyes wide open. “Dude, do you see this! Look at them! And that!” Kirishima hugged his bro back as he looked at Denki, smiling. “Bro, are you crying?” Denki asked as Kirishima nodded happily, not denying it. “Yea bro. I’m just so happy.” Denki started crying too. “It’s okay bro. It’s their big day.”
As they said that, you finished your opponent with your big move, knocking your opponent out cold. The stadium was quiet for seconds before it erupted into screaming, yelling, cheering, and more. Midnight walked out and raised your hand as you smiled, looking around and finding Kirishima’s friendly face in the mix.
You smiled at him directly as his heart skipped a beat. After you took a few photos with happy All Might, proud dads Aizawa and Present Mic, and impressed Endeavor even, you walked out to join your class. There stood Kirishima waiting for you patiently, his heart jumping around excitingly as he smiled.
“You did so good baby.” he whispered, walking over and kissing you slowly before turning around and smiling at the cameras with you at his side. You rolled your eyes for your cheesey boyfriend as you kissed his cheek.
The entire class applauded you too as the cameras flashed. You knew that you and Kiri would show up on the cover of some magazine. You were excited to remember this moment forever.
Bakugo
As of his luck, you were his competitor. That’s right, the very person he had kissed and cuddled with and trained with... was right in front of him, about to fight him. “I want to win Katsuki, I need the prize money.” You whispered to him as he began to get upset. He nodded, knowing that you were right. “Walk out of the arena Y/n. I’m not fighting you.”
You just shook your head, refusing. You were just as stubborn as he was, that was why he loved you so much.
“I told you to go!” He blasted many deadly explosions your way, but he knew you could take it. “Get recovery girl!’‘ Midnight yelled, about to stop Bakugo from killing you. That was, until she saw you standing like nothing had happened. You had dodged every explosion?!?! NO WAY. “K-Katsuki.” You began crying, showing your arm to him. Your arm had 3rd degree burns, the blister bleeding and sizzling. “I-It hurts.” You looked up at him to show your puppy dog eyes as he immediately softened. “Then surrender! Go get help!” He yelled, confused at what you were doing. “No, I’m going to make you watch me in pain. Watch me cry, make it burn. Watch that you hurt me. I thought you loved me Katsuki.”
Immediately the crowd began booing Katsuki as he stared at you, at your hurt arm, feeling instant regret. Instantly he ran out of the center before running back to you. As the buzzer sounded off, you found yourself getting woozy and passing out from the pain.
You woke up in the room minutes later, an IV injected into your arm. You were still in your bloody uniform, except you had bandages on your burnt arm.
“You’re awake!” Katsuki rushed to your side, kissing your forehead in relief. “Y-you’re not mad?” You began crying as he just shook his head. “I couldn’t ever be mad after I did this to you. You were right, you do need this prize money. Now you can stay at UA, with me. It’s a win-win for both of us.” He kissed your forehead as he helped you stand.
“Come on! All the photographers want pics with you I guess. I’m not letting of of your hand so they’ll have to deal with it.”
I spent all night writing this ❤️❤️ If you wouldn’t mind leaving a comment so I know if people are actually enjoying my stuff! 😘😘
My Hero Academia Time Travel Fanfic Ideas (Part 8)
• OR/AND
Touya (Dabi), Tenko (Shigaraki), and Himiko (Toga) go back in time. Again, in this fic the rest of the League is dead. Twice was already killed by Hawks but you can change that and his whole death— maybe even have his death be caused by the same thing as the others if you’re wanting to feature DabiHawks in the fic. Anyways, they are thrown back in time (they are all way better friends in the present/future; their relationships kind of evolved after the other League members’ deaths; they bonded a lot because of it. You could have Touya and Tenko in a relationship too, again, that’s your decision. But, if they’re not together they still have a bantery-type friendship but it’s more playful. Himiko has a brother-sister relationship with both of them; they are very protective of her but know she can take care of herself so don’t show it as much as they would if she couldn’t. But yeah they’re family.) to some point in canon,, obviously some point before Twice died if you’re keeping his death the same. They wake up at the League base and freak out because they haven’t been villains in a while and also haven’t seen their dead friends since they died. So yeah. That’s all I have so far.
• OR/AND
I’m thinking this one is post-apocalypse or something or something huge happened that caused most people to die basically. That’s the only way I can see this happening (Dabi and Hawks adopting/taking care of Eri). So in this fic, Aizawa and Mic were married and adopted Eri, but they died and so did everyone else. Most of them died at different points during this whole take over of the world or whatever happened for it to be post-apocalyptic. (Also, I’m thinking Shouto and Dabi made up and the Todoroki Fam was reunited before all of this went down. Maybe not; it’s your choice. But idk if I want Dabi to have been reformed already before all of this happened or if I want him to still have been a villain. I haven’t decided yet.) Anyways, after Aizawa and Mic died, someone saved Eri and ended up either running into on accident or purposely finding Dabi and Hawks. That person then either died, so Dabi and Hawks were left to take care of her; or they left because they knew Dabi and Hawks would take care of her— maybe they were the only people left besides that person too so they were like “I’m pretty sure I’m gonna die so here,, protect her”. I’m thinking for Izuku to be that person but I don’t think he would give Eri to them unless they were some of the last people alive even if they got along,, cuz like he probably wouldn’t think they would be great with kids (they are,, nobody knows that tho). But anyways, either Eri or someone else throws them back in time. That’s all I’ve come up with so far. Also, DabiHawks is obviously a thing,, they are together, not just friends. Although if you wrote them as besties I wouldn’t be mad as long as it’s written well and the writing makes me stan their friendship. (Stan just autocorrected to stab. “The writing makes me stab their friendship” wtf??)
(Please comment if you want to write any of these).
My Hero Academia After-grad Headcannons
- 5 years after class 1-A gruduates: Kirishima has a bad run in with an erasure type quirk
- he doesn't lose his quirk, but combat is now an issue
- he becomes a teacher at UA
- 7 years after graduation: due to heart and blood complications, Iida Tensei sadly passes away peacefuly
- Tenya struggles with ingenium after this and tries to go for a teaching post at UA
- he fails
- they hire him as the new principal
- 8 years apres graduation: Kaminari recieves upseting news that the coltage he currently uses his quirk at may soon begin to cause sirius damage to his brain.
- that is the year present mic retires
- and pretty soon there is another loud blonde on the UA staff
- the next year (9 years after grad) shinsou comes to visit Denki at the entrance exams
- he meets a little girl with a quirk labelled villanous
- he remembers everything Aizawa did for him
- When Aizawa's vision starts to fail later that year, he becomes a part-time hero to take over that position
- (they probably adopt that child as well)
- jirou, mina, and aoyama visit every single UA carnival just to make sure nothing ever measures up to there concert
- aoyama becomes the school's go-to on anything to do with presentation
- basically UA's consulting razzle-dazzle
- 10 years after grad: momo helps out recovery girl in her spare time
- recovery girl is still alive and kickin
- dark shadow and tokoyami become one of UA's most frequent night guards for the dorms
- the teachers don't know it, but dark shadow often ends up doing the guarding while tokoyami comforts children who are having nightmares
- his range and control has improved enough that dark shadow could probably do his shopping at this point
- tsu and uraraka often work together at USJ on their days off
- the children are nightmares
- but the two pros are prettu happy with the arrangement
- and they haven't been attacked yet
- 12 years pass since grad: when eri graduates from whateverschool she goes to, she takes over for recovery girl
- for the first week or so, she takes her adoptive father to work with her, even though she is now in complete control of her power
- she just finds him really comforting
- not that she tells aizawa that
- shoji starts running the summer training camps and no one really knows why
- until he reveals that he still gets phantom pains in that one limb
- and he doesnt think that any kid should have to go through being attacked in a safe and comfortable environment
- (and also, sometimes tokoyami comes to the summer camps. He likes spending time with tokoyami. He wont admit it)
- koda often send over packs of birds to the school after a particularily big or threatening fight
- just in case
- the birds often pass by sero
- he SWINGS by occasionally to take the bakusquad to lunch
- no one knows how or why, but todoroki has suddenly become a fan favourite for commentating the sports festival
- class 1-a is really confused
- maybe its because of how blunt he is
- or his tangents about his father
- or even better, when he starts reminiscing on his sports festival day and looks incredibly confused and unbelievably stoic when he starts crying
- hagakure starts running mini training camps at UA
- the point of all her classes is that basically, if you catch her before she attcks you, you get the extra credit
- but sometimes she just sits back and drinks coffee
- because its hilarious how stressed the students always look
- 16 years of pro-heroing under their belt: midoriya's bones really start to protest
- he meet a sweet little girl who has a lion heart, an incredibly nervous nature, and a rather weak quirk called 'wind whispering'
- she is happy to hear that she can be just like her favourite hero
- she goes to shiketsu, but midoriya still finds time to train her from all mights old job
- no one knew that they had ever even spoken, so everyone is surprised when present mic passes his radio station down to jiro
- jiro who was now part time pro hero and part time top radio host in the world
- present mic was NOT jealous
- m***** moved to america
- where he was probably put in jail
- i dont really care about the grape guy
- on a better note!
- this was Amajiki's 5th year as number 3 hero
- guess who his biggest fans were
- yup
- mirio, kirishima, and fat gum (am i spelling that right?)
- they supported him SO HARD
- it was like BOOM! affection
- also, mirio andd amajiki stopped denying there love
- 17 years passed grad: sato can no longer deny his true passion for cooking
- so he works under the lunch robot thing at UA
- and then he takes over it
- and everyone loved his cooking
- 19 years after grad: Ojiro gets minor arthritus in his tail and works a bit at UA so he can stay near eri for healing
- then hee gets a full time job teaching extra credit martial arts classes
- he is the sweetest thing ever
- and the students are still trying to push him and hagakure together
- (because no one can prove that they arent)
- finally
- after 25 as a pro hero
- bakugo's quirk starts to majorly affect his hearing
- turns out it has been since middle school
- he needs to stay close to eri so midoriya offers him a job as a co- teacher in all might's old position
- bakugo accepts
- he brushes midoriya off when he tries to tell him that he would have made all might proud and totally doesnt cry in his room with kiri later that night
- kiri who may or may not have finally proposed
So there u have it. My after grad headcannons. Plz dont judge my ships or antagonize me... its just my idea and is purely 4 fun
Who is petra? I need to know now.
HNGNDHSJF OK SO petra prozrachny is my BNHA oc from like 2018, over a year before i joined tumblr. petra is russian with shoulder-length blonde hair (she has sidebangs and always keeps her hair pulled back in a ponytail during her first year at UA) and pale blue eyes. petra’s quirk is crystalline. she creates varied and intricate crystalline structures at the blink of an eye, which can be used for long ranged combat, to manipulate the battlefield, to reinforce crumbling infrastructure, or to create weapons to be used in close range combat. petra’s fighting style is heavily influenced by the dance lessons she took from a young age as well as various martial arts classes her father enrolled her in before pulling her out to train her himself because they weren’t rigorous enough for his liking. petra’s quirk exhaustion manifests in intense migraines, sometimes leading to ruptured blood vessels in her eyes and sinuses. petra has no regard for her own safety and is easily thrown off when using her quirk. if she loses track of where her crystals are going to form, she can potentially be impaled by her own quirk. this happens quite frequently, and much to her classmates’ horror, she simply patches herself up with a chunk of crystal and keeps moving like her father taught her because she literally will not stop in a fight until either she wins or she passes out. it’s quite common for petra to just be horribly injured and not bat an eye because she’s just used to it. it’s the norm for her, and she tries to refrain from seeing recovery girl often because she will pass the fuck out when healed because of all the other damage from the past few days and nights from training with her father. she and her father moved to japan because her father is a villain looking to join the league. he was specifically contacted by AFO bc of his connections and powerful quirk. petra’s role in all this is to enroll at UA and gain intel about the layout, the teachers, the students, and any of all might’s possible routines/weaknesses. little does the league know, she’s a double agent working against them, or more specifically, her father. dominik prozrachny is an abusive piece of shit and also happens to be in charge of a large branch of the russian mob. he’s basically spent the past 15 years trying to turn petra into the perfect weapon and she wants him to burn for it. at first petra manages to hide the signs of the abuse but it very quickly becomes apparent that there’s something seriously wrong with her, especially in the sports festival arc, where she goes completely apeshit during a match against bakugo (get fucked, todoroki) and gets impaled after bakugo accidentally tosses her into the path of her own crystals, where she proceeds to snap off the pieces, seal the wounds, and hurl herself at him with a vicious snarl trying to choke him into unconsciousness. he literally has to flip it around on her and choke her until she passes out because she will not fucking stop and she’s going to cause even more damage to herself, so he wants to end the fight quickly. everyone is understandably shocked by this gruesome fight, but bakugo is the winner, time to move on. at first, petra’s only friend is her penpal of 4 years, ayaka from general studies. soft lesbian, both hands are for petra to hold, but petra is oblivious to romance and just wants to be fucking held. however, surprisingly enough, her first friend in 1-A is bakugo. this happens after she gets sick of his bullshit and calls him out, which results in a screaming match where she calls him pisshole dandruff in russian and bakugo just yells “I DONT FUCKING KNOW WHAT THAT MEANS.” so she explains and he’s shocked that that insult exists, petra gives a few more as examples, and bakugo is like “...hm. alright, if im going to insult you, i wanna do it right. teach me russian.” basically their friendship is built off the back of insults, education, and sparring, and essentially turns into best friends just ragging on each other but jumping to each others’ defense at a moment’s notice. also petra and todoroki got that Abusive Dad Solidarity so theyre pretty tight (todorachny todorachny todorachny-) petra is quiet at first, most of her talking is just mumbling insults under her breath but as bakugo learns russian she finds she cant do that anymore because he fucking knows what she’s saying- however. as time goes on and she comes out of her shell, petra quickly becomes the cryptid of class 1-a. slav squatting on desks, crouching in odd places, nicknaming everyone, eventually just flopping into her friends’ laps for that sweet sweet affection. petra is a fantastic cook and often brings food to her friends. she and bakugo often cook together in the dorms, trying out new recipes way past curfew but the teachers look the other way as long as they get some of that food. also she totally kills her dad during the forest training arc, it’s traumatic but she never felt better in her whole life, and she’s later officially adopted by aizawa and present mic.
Yamada Hizashi has been missing for fifteen years after a night out on patrol. Though his body was ever found though most suspected the Voice hero to be deceased until......
*Fifteen years ago, Aizawa Shota married Yamada Hizashi.
*The two of them had an argument one night (caused by Shota's self-doubts or something) which results in Hizashi leaving for patrol. (I love you," The Voice Hero smiled softly at his husband, hoping his words would reach the other and smooth his doubts, but silence was his only answer. It's crushing, but he keeps his smile in place as he leaves; the door softly clicking shut behind him. )
*Hizashi never returns from his patrol. (They never found his body. The only thing they found of the Voice Hero was his shattered speaker splattered with the blond's own blood.)
*Eight years later, a young blonde named Hitoshi Zashi takes the AU entrance test with his adopted bother/best friend: Hitoshi Shinso.
*Hitoshi Zashi is Yamada Hizashi. He doesn't remember anything before being found half dead by a younger Shinso.
*Both end up in Class 1A. (Rescue points for Shinso and Battle Points for Zashi as they worked together. Zashi destroying the robots and Shinso saving anyone caught in the crossfire.)
*Aizawa Shota refused to believe Hizashi is dead and is haunted by his own past decisions/regrets while searching for his husband. He can't help but begin to lose hope of ever finding Present MIc alive after ten fruitless years until Hitoshi Zashi walks into his classroom with a familiar face, familiar smile, familiar glasses, a familiar quirk.
*Shota tries to get closer to Zashi (certain the other is somehow connected with the disappearance of his husband) but Shinso is constantly throwing his efforts as he doesn't like the desperate look their teacher is always granting his (in his own opinion) obvious brother.
*Zashi is a genius and not nearly as Obvious as Shinso thinks he is though where Shinso sees desperation, Zashi sees a soul-numbing sadness that his presence seems capable of lifting; so he tries to reach out so to help ease Eraserhead's burden. (After all, what type of Hero would he be if he didn't at least try to help?)
*USJ still happens though Zashi ends up sharing a hospital room with Shota due to him slipping pass 'the creepy mist dude' and Shinso to chase after his teacher despite being ordered to flee with the others. ("What were you thinking?!" "Honestly, I don't know. I had planned to follow the others," Zashi spoke as a bright familiar smile found its way onto the blonde's face, ", but the moment you jumped my body just moved to follow you instead.")
*Zashi begins to have nightmares/dreams he can't fully recall after the USJ incident. Shinso is worried/overprotective.
*Recovery Girl makes a discovery while running test to ensure here two patients have a clean bill of health and delivers startling news to the faculty of UA. ( The old woman cleared her throat as she stepped forward until she replaced Nezu at the head of the room, "Due to the USJ Incident, I found myself running some basic test on the samples collected by the students caught within the crossfire. By doing so I have unearthed a discovery of most importance," She took a moment to breathe as her eyes slowly drifted the room's occupants before locking onto those of Aizawa Shota as she knew this would affect him the most, "According to the databanks, Hitoshi Zashi has a 100% DNA match to one Yamada Hizashi.")
*The discovery brings about utter Discord.
*Shinso begins to notice the looks the other teachers are granting Zashi and assumes the worse. He's fully convinced AU is full of child predators who are solely attracted to his brother. Shinso finds himself desperate (He can't always be with Zashi and every time he turns his back one of them seem to be trying to make a move on his poor obvious brother) for help and begins to recruit others to his cause.
*After careful observation of their teacher's interactions with Zashi, Class 1-A becomes the 'Hitoshi Zashi Protection Squad' and starts to recruit the friends Zashi made outside of Class 1A to their cause.
*Zashi has a talk with Katsuki Bakugou (The two of them have formed a surprising 'Business Agreement'-coughFriendshipcough- while tutoring each other in subjects they need help with that the other excels at. Bakugou: English, Zashi: Combat experience.) about what he can recall of his dreams. (Zashi doesn't tell Shinso about them as the other seems overstressed lately and he doesn't want to make things worse by dropping his problems on his brother.)
*After a bit of accidentally eavesdropping (If the teachers didn't want to be overheard they shouldn't be talking so loud outside.) Bakugou begins to make a connection between Zashi and the assumed dead Voice Hero: Present Mic. He eventually comes to the conclusion Hitoshi Zashi is Present Mic under the effects of a quirk that was probably meant to kill him instead of dealing him and leaving him amnesiac. Unfortunately, due to not fully overhearing the conversation, the explosive blond also comes to the conclusion the teachers are out to finish the job. ("-after that, Hitoshi Zashi will die and cease to exist.")
*Bakugou becomes an overprotective guard dog to a slightly confused by happy Zashi while reaching out to Mei Hatsume (having been introduced to him through Zashi) for a private commission.
*Moving into the dorms both simplify yet complicates matters.
*The Zashi Protection Squad hold a meeting while Zashi slips away from his current guard: Mineta only to run into Aizawa Shota, Iida Tensei, and Kayama Nemuri. The three end up at a Cat Cafe where the three heroes tell stories from their Highschool years in hopes of jogging the other's memories lose. After the Cafe, the four of them end up at an arcade and to no one's surprise: Zashi is still the DDR King.
*Bakugou, meanwhile, is pissed at the grapefucker as he, Shinso and the rest of Class 1A search for the missing Blond. Said group almost suffers a massive heart attack seeing the blond being 'shepherded' into a deserted, filthy back alley by three people- two of which they're certain are out to kill said blond. (The real reason they were heading that way was due to Shota seeing a stray cat sleeping in said alley and wanting to pet it for a bit.)
*Zashi is confused (He's certain his classmates are lying as he didn't have anything planned with them today), the Heroes a bit confused (All their students keep looking at them as though they were about to murder someone) and suspicious at their student's behavior, and Class 1A is relieved/terrified to how close Zashi came to certain death the moment they looked away. Many of them begin to understand Shinso's desperation.
*The teachers hold a conference back at UA. Most are confused noticing their students suddenly shift in behavior (expect Nezu who knows about the misunderstanding going on the whole time.) and try to figure out what has caused it. (Nezu finds the whole ordeal amusing. )
*THE SPORTS FESTIVAL.
*Bakugou and Mei bequeath Zashi with dimensional speakers identical to the one's Present Mic owned (Both of them agree, that with them Zashi would be capable of protecting himself for a bit without needing a constant guard dog/extra shadow always by his side.).
*Zashi can use the speakers at the festival due to a loophole. Due to the speakers, the dreams and extra training with Bakugou, Zashi makes it into the top three at the end of the festival. (Aizawa and Ms. Joke are the announcers. )
*Zashi finally(!) get some time to himself without his classmates or brother all but suffocating him with their presences. Wanting answer, Zashi leaves UA and follows an invisible path he could recall from his dreams. At the end of the trail, he finds a strangely familiar house belonging to an elderly Mrs. and Mrs. Yamada. (He shouldn't have knocked, Zashi knew that; but at the same time he felt like he had to. He wanted to. He needed to see whoever was behind this door and he needed it yesterday.)
*Mrs. and Mrs. Yamada recognize Zashi for Hizashi instantly. (Maybe he should have panicked- the woman had practically suffocated him with her hug before rushing him inside of her home and bolting the door shut- but for some reason, Zashi didn't feel threatened. Instead, he felt safe. Even as the woman's crying and screams drew out another woman with beautiful cyan-colored hair.)
*Zashi has been missing for a week, the UA Faculty and the Zashi Protection Squad panic. Meanwhile, Zashi learns about the reason for the attack that resulted in Yamada Hizashi becoming Hitoshi Zashi. (Yamada Hizashi was attacked on patrol, not because he was Present Mic; but rather due to his parents- One by blood and one by choice- being Hunters. Aka: Heroes who hunt other Heroes that had betrayed everything they stood for, drowning in blood they'll never be able to wash away, and can only be saved/stopped by death. His Death was meant to be a vengeance killing against his parents by the Kin of one of their targets. He had only survived due to sheer luck and one Hitoshi Shinso. His attackers weren't so lucky once his parents sunk their claws into them. )
*Despite having searched, his parents don't know a way to reverse the effect of the quirk- they didn't really ask before doing away with what they believed to be their child's killers- nor a way for Zashi to fully remember more than what he dreams about.
*A wild Eraserhead appears in the dead of night.
*Deeming UA unsafe by both himself and Hizashi's parents, Shota finds himself in a difficult position. ("E-excuse me?" Shota stuttered slightly certain he had misheard his mother-in-law. "I said," The blonde meet his eyes head on, "I want you to take Hizashi and leave the country." )
*Shota has to make a decision.( Does he take the mostly amnesiac child that is his husband and abandon everyone else to keep him safe or does he stay and risk endangering the most amnesiac child that is his husband to protect everyone else? )
*Right or Wrong, Shota makes his decision.
 That's all I got right now. So, here is the main question: Should I make a story out of this, leave it as is or see about making it a comic?
