Truly truly bewildering, but my personal inkling is my mum is alcoholic, manic depressive, has C-PTSD, but also could be a covert narcissist. however, kinda doesn't matter bc I learned in therapy, all I can control is myself and my reactions and truly realising that is so freeing bc after years and years I no longer really care about keeping our relationship together like I grieved the fact its never gonna happen years ago. I still try out of loyalty and love for her but I don't think she is capable of it, so stuff like this is frankly so predictable. my challenge is just how to deal with her constantly trying to be in my life and then throwing a tantrum when I dont let her walk all over me.

no but imagine percy who inherited his mom's beachwave brown, shoulder length hair as a kid. and all of his classmates and teachers thinking he's a girl and referring to him as such. and he doesn't correct them because he thinks it means they find him pretty. and he likes feeling pretty like his mom. then gabe makes him cut his hair in the second grade. and finds he likes the short hair and feeling handsome too. but he also really misses feeling pretty sometimes. and it isn't until after gabe mysteriously dissapears that he grows it out again and reconciles switching between both.

demanding a series in the same vein (heh, vein) as Dexter/Hannibal wherein a prolific serial killer plays cat & mouse with the police--except the serial killer in question is a preteen schoolgirl. this would make for compelling television due to the fact that middle school frequently causes girls to become deranged, and more media should reflect this
