Took me about 60 hours which is CRAZY,, I call this one The Quark Family when I’m talking about it (which seems apt) and I’ve literally crammed so many references and details and hours into this my life feels so empty without it. Tumblr is butchering the image quality but that’s just what it is ig,,, I’ve tried and I can’t seem to fix it

Thank you for the tags on my City Between post! I have been going through your tag with delight. "One of the best and least-recommendable series" IT REALLY IS. I have been mentally flailing about it for months and have still only KIND of figured out how to recommend it. xP But in the end it delivers on its themes so well, I think!

I was also curious - have you read any of the Worlds Behind sequel series at this point?

I have listened to exactly 5 minutes of the audiobook for the first Worlds Behind book because that’s the sample length of it I can get before my hold for it comes in on Libby!

I am delighted on one hand because SEQUEL SERIES WOOOOO HECK YEAH but on the other hand I just spent two weeks of my life listening to City Between and oh heck there’s a sequel series

I am working on my designs for all of the characters too now so that said have a Pet!

It started with that dead guy next door book but there has been a huge boom in 'book titles that make me think the love interest will be some type of Creature but it's just a boring dude who owns a small business or whatever. but there's also a Creature. peripherally.' *Chuck Tingle voice* Not pounded in the ass by the undead entity haunting my home because a) they are incorporeal and b) they are not the love interest probably because they're incorporeal and everyone wants their romance novels to be [spicy/insert whatever juvenile term we're using this week instead of just saying it has sex in it].
