I drafted up a random events list for my sims 2 gameplay but one can reasonably apply it to any title. Feel free to steal, use it for your own game, what have you. I even gave each event a silly, goofy name because I'm a silly, goofy girl. Designed for use with a d100.

1. Date Night: At least one sim in the household is heading out on a date this evening. Don't wait up!

2. Barbecue: Start up a grill whether it's at home or at the local park and eat with family and friends.

3. Pool Party: Pack up the essentials and visit the pool with family and friends. If it's in your backyard, invite some people over to enjoy it with you!

4. Homesick: Call a relative and have them over for a meal.

5. Slumber Party: A teen sim in the household is inviting a friend over to stay the night. Make sure there's enough room (and pizza).

6. Order In: Nobody wants to cook every night. Order dinner to the house.

7. Neighborly: Bake or cook a dish, invite a neighbor over, and gift it to them.

8. The Urge: Someone is fixing to get laid tonight. Make it happen.

9. Out on the Town: Take everyone in the household out for a meal at a restaurant.

10. Game Night: Either purchase a game or head out to a local spot to play a game as a household.

11. Family Dinner: No friends, no partners, only family at the dinner table. If living without family members, call and have them over.

12. Green Thumb: Start a garden or enhance an existing one.

13. Friendly: Make a new friend.

14. Girls' Night: Plan an outing with only girls.

15. Boys' Night: Plan an outing with only boys.

16. Beach Day: Take the Household to the beach for the day.

17. Playing Hooky: Skip work or school.

18. Entrepreneurial: Start a business at home or on a community lot. If you own one already, head in and get to work.

19. All Nighter: Someone can't sleep tonight. Put on a pot of coffee.

20. The Kiss: Have someone on the lot share a kiss with someone before the day is over.

🥻 The CAS Master Meshes (part 2) 👔

✂️ This Master Meshes Post is separated in two post because it's was to much for Tumblr. The hair, genetics, accessories and make-up are on the other post.

These custom contents were used in the creation of the sims. They are therefore necessary for the downloaded sims to display correctly. However, unlike the lot building content, not all of these contents are essential for the sims to work. Any other content will cause a difference in the display of the affected sim.

⚠️ If you don't want to download the entire TS1 Sims neighborhood, and just would like to pick and choose a sim in particular, the CC needed for that sims is listed on his/her family post.

Finally did some art for my good omens au, (yes i know im collecting aus like aziraphale collects books but oh well).

Also just design notes/general thoughts:

Will saying Normal would dress vintage changed me so here he is in something vintage inspired, thought with the ever present sneakers i draw him in. I feel like he has a pupper shop or something, not quite sure, he is a mascot and local sport teams enthusiast. I should have incorporated more purple in his design to be honest, he does have some in his eyes. I feel like he uses 70s or 80s slang, generally just a word mishmash of generations. And in all his ethearnal years he has still not learnt to cartwheel.

Scary's design is mostly punk/metal/goth inspired, for once i opted for more red than purple, and brown in her hair. I decided to give her octopus eyes as a nod to her doodler connection. They are both older here (i think about mid 20s) so she gets to be even cooler than usual (she is my dress up doll for outfits i wanna wear but would be texture and comfort hell for me).

They are just besties here (sorry to my whatever their ship name is shippers im not a fan of the ship at all), and link taylor, dood and hermie will hopefully be coming shortly. As for plot stuff its good omens inspired with them trying to stop the apocalypse (idk who warlock is here, since dood is adam), its mostly show inspired since i have not yet finshed the book, and idk if plot is even really my concern i just like designing looks for diffrent situations.

In late June, Ed and Stormy moved into the derelict Old Salt House bar, previously owned by his great aunt. He inherited it since there were no other surviving relatives. They previously lived in a shithole studio apartment in Evergreen Harbor, so a little bit of fix-'er-up was acceptable. This was a lot more than a little bit. This was going to take literal years. Stormy didn't mind a bit of mess, but Ed fainted because of a mouse caught in a trap. Honestly, he couldn't handle anything more intense than the dishes or sweeping. She had no idea why he thought the costs saved in doing it themselves would be worth it, but she knew better than to draw attention to this fact. "How's it looking?" "Haunted as fuck, get in before you get rained on."

i vividly remember feeling extremely betrayed when cassiopeia reveals that she was using you in the 4th episode of her route. when i played it in the league client for the first time (which i miss so much, god) i became enamored by her, wooed by her perceived sensitivity and all the little pet names she'd give you. i was so sad when she revealed that it was all an act to get you to do her bidding for her. all these years later, i realize how fitting that was for her character. as the game so aptly points out, she is a literal snake. we should have seen her betrayal coming from a mile away. that final episode gave her character so much depth, and i now found myself even more drawn to her because of it, instead of feeling betrayed. i think that's just because my identity as a villain lover is far more refined now, but whatever. spirit bonds cassiopeia.

THE SIMS 3 STORE PRE-INSTALLED

Today marks 25 years of The Sims. Since EA forgot TS3 exists, I’m releasing the entire The Sims 3 Store as an Anniversary Gift. It's all pre-installed and works flawlessly!

It comes with all available fixes and collection folders I’ve personally created for every set. You'll get over 5000 new Buy/Build and CAS items, 11 new worlds, and tons of new gameplay!

INSTRUCTIONS

Go to "Documents/Electronic Arts" and rename the "The Sims 3" folder (or move it).

Create a new folder and name it "The Sims 3" (or whatever the name is in your language).

Extract the contents of the ZIP file in "The Sims 3." Now launch the game.

You'll have to adjust your setting again. Don't forget to disable the in-game Store so you don't get duplicates.

Quit the game. Copy the "Saves" folder from the folder you have previously renamed. You can also copy your Mods and CC in package format.

CAUTION

Never copy over or overwrite the DCCache folder.

If you have content installed through the Launcher (Sims3Pack), you'll have to reinstall it.

I strongly recommend you don't install things through the Launcher from now. It already has a lot of content and it is a known fact the Launcher becomes more and more unstable the more content it has to handle.

Since the entire Store has been decrapified, if you want to install lots or world that contain Store content, you'll have to decrapify those too using MATY's TS3 Recompressor.

I had a report that there was an invisible top in CAS. It doesn't seem to have a CASP resource so it shouldn't cause any issues (like being assigned to a random Sim). It's best to avoid it or hide it or blacklist it using NRaas mods. Do NOT try to save the game while your Sim is "wearing" this invisible top.

UPDATE #1: MARCH 2025

Added some missing content: the Mother Russia CAS Set and the Cool Chap Cap that was given as a secret bonus item in the "Make Me an Offer" page. If there's something else missing, please let me now.

Now NRaas MasterController and the Cheats and Integration modules are included in the pack. This version NRaas MC comes with CAS Compact Mode enabled by default. This should fix the issue of blank/invisible CAS items and also speed up the loading of CAS items. Keep in mind, these mods aren't compatible with Lazy Duchess' Smooth Path, but you can have both. Her mod will automatically disable the fast loading of CAS items.

🎩 The CAS Master Meshes (part 1) 🪞

✂️ This Master Meshes Post is separated in two post because it's was to much for Tumblr. The clothes are on the other post.

These custom contents were used in the creation of the sims. They are therefore necessary for the downloaded sims to display correctly. However, unlike the lot building content, not all of these contents are essential for the sims to work. Even if you don't install everything, your sims will be functional, but you will have to redesign them yourself. Any other content will cause a difference in the display of the affected sim.

⚠️ If you don't want to download the entire TS1 Sims neighborhood, and just would like to pick and choose a sim in particular, the CC needed for that sims is listed on his/her family post.

🔗 All links provided on my blog lead to the original presentation and download pages of the presented content. This is to be able to make you aware of the work of the creators of this content, and thus, to credit them for their work. It allows you to discover many designers and creations that you wouldn't have known about otherwise. If an information is missing (creator, etc..) it because it's nowhere to be find.

🧤 Most of the default replacement has a link to the item replaced in the SIMS 2 Default Database (not all because Tumblr can't hold all the links needed) + a link to the replacement I used + a link to the custom version of the item (when existing).

I meant to do this after Elsie's week 1 conclusion but here is the library that is used in her story! As I mentioned before I do like her builds because they are always completely playable! It fits the world so well too!
