okay I watched good omens s2 yesterday with my partner, and I was genuinely very surprised -- I think if you've grown up through superwholock/merlin/the 100/teen wolf type shows where (with the exception periodically of doctor who) you kind of had to make up the good show that something could have been in your head, that colours a lot of your viewing, and to be honest I thought season 1 of good omens was a fine little piece, honoured the book while modernising it somewhat, it was a nice, fun, low stakes time, with a couple of things I might have wanted a tad different but nothing overall awful.
so I was seeing all this meta and gifsets and discussion, while I was waiting to give s2 a watch with my partner and thought "ah, people have made up the good show in their heads again" not that I assumed s2 was going to be a bad show, but that people were taking extra deep plunges into possibilities, the way fandom does, and that was fine. I knew there was a big ol kiss, I had a sense of some kind of argument at the end, and that it was setting up a s3
I also knew that mainstream reviews were calling it (politely) self-indulgent and dependent on whether or not you enjoy david tennant and michael sheen having a good time for just under 6 hours
all in all, expectations of a somewhat mainstream show without too much to think about, a nice, fun low stakes time, moving on...
(EDIT: AND THEN I WROTE A LOT OF WORDS SO YOU CAN IMAGINE THAT MY REACTION WAS QUITE DIFFERENT)
as it turns out it seems these things that were being written on tumblr were discussing the actual text of the show and not things you could extrapolate if you squinted and tilted your head a little to the left as I'm so used to doing, so in fact there is much to think about!
and my first thought was "this is like when you read early discworld books that ask a question like a joke, only to find that over time the answer to that question becomes very serious (and also can be funny at times of course)." how terry pratchett would pick and pick at tropes and notions and social ideas and go "oh now hold on, this seems strange..." starting way back when he thought it was odd that women warriors always seemed to be dressed in metal bikinis and then realising he hadn't done a good enough job of subverting the trope, simply by depicting it and calling it a bit silly
why do goblins always get treated as the villains? what's with this divine succession of kings business? where are the female dwarfs? who do we treat as disposable?
good omens season one went: "haha what if heaven and hell were intensely incapable, bureaucratic, corrupt, and uncaring of the work they did, and we took an angel and a demon and had them actually care? wouldn't that be... a bit silly?" (and it was)
good omens season two went: "what are the consequences for caring when the people who have power over you are incapable, bureaucratic, corrupt, and uncaring? what are the forces that supersede systems built on fear, ignorance, and violent conformity? can people change and break out of/challenge/break down these structures by caring?"
and this was set up with a neat little sleight of hand (to reference aziraphale's switch-and-bait in the episode with the nazi zombies), because the majority of season 2 does feel a bit indulgent: hey, remember those two wacky angel-and-demon characters? watch some more wacky things they did through the ages, watch them take a sojourn through 1827 Edinburgh and do a magic show during the Blitz, and... stop the death of Job's and Sitis' children (actually maybe that whole segment ought to have been what they call "A Clue")
see them try to figure out a kooky mystery, all the while setting up a cute little same-gender romance on their street. watch as everything points towards a happy ending that's all about the two of them realising what they've been to one another all these thousands and thousands (and thousands and thousands) of years- but hold on. lest we forget - and the show has made this point over and over - there are powerful people who control them, who hurt them, and who plan on hurting others, throughout the whole season, and as it turns out they know what they've been to one another for far far longer, and know how to pull their strings...
season 2 then, has to show us these things, not because they're indulgent (well, maybe occasionally, but the apology dance is still important), but because in order to make the ending a tragedy, we first need to understand, properly, the impact that they have had on each other. we need to understand that Aziraphale relied heavily on Crowley to be his moral compass and leaned on black-and-white thinking in order to deal with things, because if it's all grey then where does he fit and what has it all meant and heaven has to be the good guys, even as Job's and Sitis' children are ordered to be killed, it's all he ever had...
and Crowley was always an anchor, needed to trust that Aziraphale was different, needed to bend to every whim that Aziraphale has, because otherwise what's his worth in all this? After having been already deemed worthless by the heaven that Aziraphale needs to believe in?
and that, simplistically described, is the narrative that we're seeing in s2, and alongside that the ways that the changes they have upon each other are noticed, and monitored, and placed under suspicion, and finally... broken up, not by the clumsy, brute force that's been attempted over and over again, but by a promise to return into a violent, controlling system and to "make it better from within"
and all of this is wrapped up in two queer relationships + a third queered-within-the-text relationship that creates the inverse of how it ends for Aziraphale and Crowley (so far). queer love -- whatever shape that has -- is explicitly the shape of non-conformity within this narrative, including within the symbolism of angel-and-demon love of Gabriel and Beelzebub, which in the context of the systems created is considered queer (and one can argue till the cats come home about casting cis actors, about angel-and-demon notions of gender/romance/sexuality, but the "queerness" comes from building something non-conforming to the systems they exist in), and enforced by the explicitly our-world-definition-of queer romance that Nina and Maggie have going on (which, while less high stakes, still contains the background controlling relationship that Nina initially is in)
all of this to say, that I disagree that s2 meanders, or that plotlines happen for the sake of showcasing Aziraphale and Crowley without purpose, or that characters get sidelined (I'd say it sets up a whole host of interesting characters to further get into actually), or that it's strictly mainstream easy-access narrative that's just an excuse for the main creators and actors to get back together.
the love is the point, and this show takes its time to show the love (and the unequal boundary-setting, and the fact that one of them has an undiscussed tragic backstory, and the desperation to belong again, and the fear instilled by oppressive systems, and and and), so that we understand why those last 15 minutes happen the way that they do
it's sleight of hand, and like all good magic, you don't notice until it's happened

Have you noticed how Crowley’s main objective this season is basically running to the rescue and saving others? First and foremost Aziraphale, obviously, but also Jim — both from the official manhunt and from himself, like in the window jump scene — and multiple humans.
Tumblr media
Crowley started off as an angel willing to question the highest — and only — authority in order to save not only his newest creations, but the whole vast, beautiful universe from the unjustified and untimely destruction.
Tumblr media
Crowley was the one who stopped Sitis from cursing God — even when her own husband and a literal flock of angels stood in silence. Not to mention saving the kids of two species from a Heaven-sanctioned death sentence.
Tumblr media
Crowley was the one who self-sacrificed in order to drive away Elspeth from suicide and make sure that she’ll be taken care of for the rest of her life, effectively minimizing her struggles.
Tumblr media
Crowley was the one who saved Nina and Maggie from the demons appearing on Whickber Street at dusk and directed them to follow the light of their bookshop, a safe harbor by design and by choice.
Tumblr media
Crowley was the one who also made up a nonexistent rule to safely evacuate almost all of the humans out of what started as a monthly Whickber Street Shopkeepers and Street Traders Association meeting and ended up as a literal war zone.
Tumblr media
Literally in every episode of S2 Crowley is showing a consistent pattern that‘s not only painfully in-character for him, but also more than common among human trauma survivors and those struggling with mental health issues.
According to research, doing nice things for people and focusing on the needs of others may actually help those with depression and anxiety feel better about themselves. They’re basically offering others the same kind of help they need or needed in the past.
Tumblr media
By saving all of those people, Crowley is not only extremely kind as the angel he used to be, but also subconsciously processing his past mistakes and traumas. He becomes a protector of the oppressed and guardian of the weak, taking under his wings those he deeply identifies with.
The fallen angel who asked too many questions, who hanged with the wrong crowd, who got rejected by his peers, who cursed God, who went through what seems like panic attacks, depressive episodes, and contemplated suicide by Holy Water, who understands love… became a patron saint.
Tumblr media
Like Saint Anthony is a patron of lost things, Anthony J. Crowley is a patron of the seemingly lost cases. But remember that this level of heroic sanctity in life can also lead to martyrdom or heresy later on — a saint is supposed to intercede, not act on their own like God does.

A Master of Djinn by P. Djèlí Clark
Cairo, 1912: Though Fatma el-Sha’arawi is the youngest woman working for the Ministry of Alchemy, Enchantments and Supernatural Entities, she’s certainly not a rookie, especially after preventing the destruction of the universe last summer.
So when someone murders a secret brotherhood dedicated to one of the most famous men in history, al-Jahiz, Agent Fatma is called onto the case. Al-Jahiz transformed the world 50 years ago when he opened up the veil between the magical and mundane realms, before vanishing into the unknown. This murderer claims to be al-Jahiz, returned to condemn the modern age for its social oppressions. His dangerous magical abilities instigate unrest in the streets of Cairo that threaten to spill over onto the global stage.
Alongside her Ministry colleagues and her clever girlfriend Siti, Agent Fatma must unravel the mystery behind this imposter to restore peace to the city -or face the possibility he could be exactly who he seems…

If you are in Michigan state's 12th District, please reach out to Congresswoman Rashida Tlaib to show your support!
https://tlaib.house.gov/posts/video-tlaib-speaks-on-censure-resolution
Like and share the original speech on twitter here .
[ID: Congresswoman Rashida Tlaib, a brown-skinned Palestinian American woman, gives her speech to congress. She is wearing a dark purple suit with a traditional white kufiyah around her neck. Various members of congress are in the background, many of them tearing up as her speech goes on. Partway through the speech, a congresswoman in a green suit and green headscarf comes up to hug Rashida in support as she cries during her speech, holding a framed pictured of her grandmother. end ID]
Transcript:
I’m the only Palestinian American serving in Congress, Mr. Chair, and my perspective is needed here now more than ever. I will not be silenced, and I will not let you distort my words. Folks forget I’m from the city of Detroit, the most beautiful, Blackest city in the country, where I learned to speak truth to power, even if my voice shakes. Trying to bully or censure me won’t work because this movement for a ceasefire is much bigger than one person. It’s growing every single day. There are millions of people across our country who oppose Netanyahu’s extremism and are done watching our government support collective punishment and the use of white phosphorous bombs that melt flesh to the bone. They are done watching our government, Mr. Chair, supporting cutting off food, water, electricity, and medical care to millions of people with nowhere to go. Like me, Mr. Chair, they don’t believe the answer to war crimes is more war crimes. The refusal of Congress and the Administration to acknowledge Palestinian lives is chipping away at my soul. Over 10,000 Palestinians have been killed—majority, majority were children.  But let me be clear: My criticism has always been of the Israeli government and Netanyahu’s actions. It is important to separate people and governments, Mr. Chair. No government is beyond criticism. The idea that criticizing the government of Israel is antisemitic sets a very dangerous precedent, and it’s being used to silence diverse voices speaking up for human rights across our nation. Do you realize what it’s like, Mr. Chair, for the people outside the chamber right now, listening in agony to their own government dehumanizing them? To hear the President of the United States, we helped elect, dispute death tolls, as we see video after video of dead children and parents under rubble? Mr. Chair, do you know what it’s like to fear rising hate crimes? To know how Islamophobia and antisemitism makes us all less safe? And worry that your own child might suffer the horrors that six-year-old Wadea did in Illinois.  I can’t believe I have to say this, but Palestinian people are not disposable. We are human beings just like anyone else. My Sity, my grandmother, like all Palestinians, just wants to live her life with freedom and human dignity we all deserve. Speaking up to save lives, Mr. Chair, no matter of faith, no matter ethnicity, should not be controversial in this chamber. The cries of the Palestinian and Israeli children sound no different to me. What I don’t understand is why the cries of Palestinians sound different to you all. We cannot lose our shared humanity, Mr. Chair. I hear the voices of advocates in Israel, in Palestine, across America, and around the world for peace. I am inspired by the courageous survivors in Israel who have lost loved ones, yet are calling for a ceasefire and the end to violence. I am grateful to the people in the streets, for the peace movement, with countless Jewish Americans across the country, standing up and lovingly saying “Not in Our Name.”  We will continue to call for a ceasefire, Mr. Chair, for the immediate delivery of critical humanitarian aid to Gaza, for the release of all hostages and those arbitrarily detained, and for every American to come home. We will continue to work for real lasting peace that upholds human rights and dignity of all people and centers peaceful coexistence between Israelis and Palestinians. And censures no one. And ensures that no person, no child has to suffer or live in fear of violence. 71% of Michigan Democrats support a ceasefire. So you can try to censure me, but you can’t silence their voices. I urge my colleagues to join with the majority of Americans and support a ceasefire now to save as many lives as possible. President Biden must listen to and represent all of us, not just some of us. I urge the President to have the courage to call for a ceasefire and the end of killings. Thank you. And I yield [the floor].
If you are outside her district, now's the time to start hounding your own representatives for supporting the punishment on Rashida for the 'crime' of speaking out against the genocide of her people

I finished A Master of Djinn by P. Djèlí Clark today and absolutely loved it.
Synopsis:
Cairo, 1912: Though Fatma el-Sha’arawi is the youngest woman working for the Ministry of Alchemy, Enchantments and Supernatural Entities, she’s certainly not a rookie, especially after preventing the destruction of the universe last summer. So when someone murders a secret brotherhood dedicated to one of the most famous men in history, al-Jahiz, Agent Fatma is called onto the case. Al-Jahiz transformed the world 50 years ago when he opened up the veil between the magical and mundane realms, before vanishing into the unknown.
My Review
I highly recommend reading A Dead Djinn in Cairo, the 0.1 novella in this series, before starting this book! I skipped all the other novellas (though I'll probably get around to them when I can because I do love this universe), and didn't feel like it made a difference, but A Dead Djinn in Cairo is where Fatma and Siti meet, and the case they work on in that book is referenced multiple times in this book and has a huge impact on the overall plot - I would have been SO annoyed and confused by all those references if I hadn't read that book first. That out of the way, I LOVE this book. The setting - alternate universe 1920s Egypt with some steampunk vibes to it - is SO cool, the main characters are fantastic, and the plot and mystery are really fun. I wouldn't try and sell this as a romance (the main couple are already together at the beginning of the book and the story doesn't revolve around them too much), but Fatma is a butch lesbian with hot femme fatal girlfriend Siti, and Fatma's friendship with Hadia, her new partner in the department, is a delight. I also think it had some fantastic things to say about colonialism, racism, colourism, slavery and xenophobia - often with a fantastic dry humour to it. If you're a fan of A Marvellous Light's trilogy by Freya Marske I would highly recommend this to you.

Welcome to Mt. Cavaro! Pt. 1
Tumblr media
This mountain plateau was once nothing but a small seasonal hunting town. Over the last 50 years however, developers took notice of the potential of this location and now, it is a bustling upcoming town. Families and sims have moved in droves to start business opportunities or to take advantage of those who are. Some however, are just enjoying the quiet scenic views and good people.
Simply explaining and showing the Community lots in each of my districts. Business, Entertainment & Residential. I will be showing the Families in Detail in Pt. 2
The Business District
Tumblr media

The Rhythm - Disco Skating | The Rhytm is the best spot for a nice family activity, or a cute date idea. Listen to the 70's disco and skate away! New Skaters welcome aswell, classes each tuesday!
The Pink Flamingo | The Pink Flamingo is the hottest spot in Mt. Cavaro, new music, good drinks and open pretty much 24/7. If you want to dance and drink the night (or day) away, the pink flamingo is your spot.
Sky High Park | A VERY normal park… for very unsuspicious bubble blowing- Nothing else, juuuust "bubble blowing".
School of Art Creative Studio | Want to practice your creative skills with a bunch of like-minded sims? The SOA Creative Studio is the spot to be, there are pottery, music and painting classes!
Lasting Connections Courthouse | If the weather isn't on your side, or you just want an indoor wedding: the Lasting Connections Courthouse will be your first choice. Stocked with everything you need to throw an awesome wedding party.

Lil' Ones Family Playground | Simply a small playground for children.
Misc Lots
(Lots that are not in any district)
Tumblr media
Mt. Cavaro Fishing Club | The Mt. Cavaro Fishing Club has been around since this place was simply a small hunting town. There's also a cozy little campsite if you want to spend the night outdoors! Or a cabin if you do not.
Tumblr media
'The Tip' | Simply the garbage tip for all of Cavaro. No trespassing!.. Unless you're good at tresspassing. (Who knows, there might be some good stuff to scavenge).
Tumblr media
(I dont know why the ground is pink, it is normal grass lol)
Cavaro Memorial Cemetary | A place to remember the Sims of the past. You may not want to visit after dark, there have been rumors of people seeing the sims who should've been long gone. I downloaded this lot from:
I changed a few things, such as swapping out the trees and adding more pavement.
Apologies for not taking Screenshots of the exterior/Interior of each lot, I didn't want to bog down this post TO much (Even though I believe its already pretty beefy. I simply wanted to share what community lots are in my hood. I will be playing this town rotationally and posting what happens, if that interests you I'd love for you to follow this blog and join me on this journey :)

Hi 👋 I have a question, and since I love all your meta, I thought you might be the right one to answer this.
I read a post that said Crowley wouldn't have saved Elspeth had Aziraphale not tried to save her soul first and...I'm confused. I'm not putting a link bc I don't want to bash anyone but this feels canonically wrong. Crowley has always been saving innocents even before he and Aziraphale became friends. He was against the flood, horrified even, and he saved Job's kids AND Sitis even before he and Azi became even friends. And he's the one saving Nina and Maggie from Saraquiel and who, earlier at the ball, is the first one to be alarmed and worried about the humans.
I'm thoroughly confused now because...am I wrong? I was absolutely certain it's canon Crowley would have saved Elspeth either way, and while Aziraphale did want to save her soul, he was very skeptic about giving her money and needed to be talked into it by Crowley. Help.
Hey there! I haven't directly seen posts like that but I've seen people mention them, and it's a take that does not sit right with me. From where I'm standing, "Crowley wouldn't have saved Elspeth if Aziraphale hadn't tried to save her soul" is technically true, but in the rules-lawyer sense that if Aziraphale hadn't gotten involved, Elspeth would presumably have been able to sell her corpse, maybe get her and Morag off the streets like she planned, and so wouldn't have ended up attempting suicide and thus wouldn't have needed saving.
book!Adam @ show!Adam: This is exactly why you were supposed to tell them to stop mucking people about.
show!Adam: whoops
But as for Aziraphale being Crowley's motivation in the scene where he downs the laudnum... I wrote about this a little before, but the reason why Crowley saves Elspeth is literally the episode title: "I Know Where I'm Going."
Tumblr media
But that's not where she's going. She doesn't know what she thinks she does, and dying now is going to seal that mistake, and separate her from Morag, forever.
Crowley saving Elspeth is the same as when he jumped in and saved Sitis before she damned herself. He didn't run into that room full of angels for Aziraphale's sake, and neither did he swoop in to down a bottle of laudnum and tell a soul guaranteed for hell, "Hey knock that off and be properly good or else."
Aziraphale and Crowley's bond might be epic, but the two of them have motivations and values outside each other.

Working late
A/N: AU where zombies never roamed the streets of Raccoon sity and Leon is a police officer; side note: the fact, that I barely needed references of library speaks about how much I play this game.
Word count: Around 1.5K
Warnings:18+, fem!reader, teasing, dirty talk, unprotected sex
Tumblr media
Adult content bellow the cut!!! Minors do not interact!!!
Huge pile of papers, nestled in her arms, threatened to overflow, as (Y/N) made her way to the library.
Working at the Raccoon city police department was never placid and the ever-growing number of reports proved said statement. Peculiarly in the last couple of days a lot more complaints were filed in at the ever so busy police station, meaning more reports to be done.
The clicks of her heels echoed in the hollow of the enormous police station with every step she took up the stairs. Out of habit, distinctive to a typical contemporary person, (Y/N) anxiously glanced at her wrist only to notice the hour hand pointing at 11 pm. She signed heavily, her hopes of having a peaceful night in left her simultaneously with a sigh of exhaustion.
(Y/N) took a deep breath as if to find a fraction of any left will in her body to continue her work. She puffed at the sight of a shiny blue spade ornament, carefully centered on the wooden door, leading to the library where she was headed. Opening said door, she noticed her college, Leon Scott Kennedy seated at a table in front of her. The space was desolate except for her and the police officer, who seemed to be working on his fair share of administrative work*.
"Thought I was the only one here." (Y/N) carefully placed her paperwork on the table, then rested both her hands on either side of its surface, supporting her exhausted body.
"Busy with paperwork?"
"As much as you are." His head rose from the mess of papers, splattered all over his workspace; only to notice a voluminous stack of seemingly unfinished reports and gave her a pitiful look.
"Great, I'm spending Friday evening working my ass off." She let out an audible sign; her head drooped over her tense shoulders.
"So am I. We can at least keep each other company."
"And how would that make this any better?" She glared at him in disbelief.
Silently he stood up and headed deeper behind the outsized bookshelves, that acted as divider of the spacious library. Turning her head, (Y/N)'s glance curiously followed his movements. Reaching one of the smaller shelves, Leon effortlessly moved it to the very end, then he chuckled. Her brows furrowed in confusion when she saw the man holding a bottle of Jack.
"How?- Did you put it there?" (Y/N) stuttered in astonishment.
"I take it you'll have a drink with me." He had a triumphant smile on his face typical of someone who has won from the lottery.
"You bet."
A gleam of joy shimmered in his azure orbs as he poured the golden-brown drink in two mugs.
"Cheers!" Unintentionally they chanted in sync, causing the both of them to laugh before chugging their drinks.
"You are full of surprises officer Kennedy." She let out a breathy chuckle. Her voice had a playful undertone to it in contrast to the pink flush on her cheeks, caused not only by the alcohol entering her bloodstream.
"Oh, you have no idea (L/N)." His voice came out husky and breathy, whilst a smug grin appeared on his face.
“Enlighten me then.” Her gaze flashed with confidence, as she leaned forward, bringing her body closer to his. Her gaze had a certain shimmer to it, giving away her fondness of her college.  That didn’t go unnoticed by Leon; in fact, he was certain, that she desired him as much as he did her. Confidently took a step closer all the while his gaze locked with hers. The intense eye contact seemingly prolonged the few seconds it took him to shorten the distance between them. The soft joyous glimmer in his eyes had faded away and was soon replaced by lust. (Y/N) shivered under his intense gaze, settling within her a feeling of being corned.
Eventually his hot breath crashed against her heated cheeks, indicating how little distance there was between them. With his face this close to hers, (Y/N) got the chance to observe his flawless features in great detail. Ever since Leon stepped foot in the RPD she found herself drawn to his handsome face and toned body, but now she was also struck by his presence; the way his dirty-blond bags fell on the side of his face, slightly tickling her nose, or the way the baby blue of his irises had nearly disappeared due to the dilation of his pupils combined with the powerful energy he radiated. Everything about him felt intoxicating. Little did she know she had the same effect on him.
In the blink of an eye, he picked her up and then with one swift motion he got rid of all the annoying papers getting in his way before laying her on their place. Unceremoniously he began tracing kisses along with some bites on her exposed neck, coaxing a few whimpers and moans out of her in the process. (Y/N) shivered underneath his touch; once he tugged at her trousers, a whimper escaped her parted lips at the feeling of her heated skin being exposed to both the chilly air and his lustful gaze.
Slowly he made his way to her lower belly gently sucking at the sensitive skin whilst his fingers kneaded her inner thighs. Her hips jolted up in a desperate attempt to increase the much-desired friction.  A smug smile appeared on Leon’s face at her reaction. Pleasantly surprised by her responsiveness he was eager to find out how worked up he can get her. He delved between her legs only to place a gentle kiss atop her still clothed pussy. Her back arched right away, bringing his face closer and accidentally positioning the tip of his nose right onto her clit, stimulating her already sensitive nerves. Still Leon continued kissing above her entrance through her panties and soon he felt the fabric dampening with her arousal.
“Leon… Please.” (Y/N) panted, barely able to get the words out.
“Please what?” The smug grin reappeared on his features as he noticed how flushed she was.
“Please stop teasing me.” She gave him a pleading look.
“What? I didn’t hear you.” He teased despite knowing exactly what she meant, only to get the response he wanted.
“Just fuck me already!”
“As you wish.”
Even then Leon took his time unbuckling the belt before pulling his hardened dick out of his boxers. With his cock in his hand, he aligned it with her entrance then gave it a slight push, slipping in just the head before pulling it out completely. He repeated this action just to observe her reactions. His free hand slid between her folds, his thumb landed on her clit and began moving in a circular motion. She let out a few moans along with multiple pleas; every noise that came from her mouth was intoxicating to him, causing him to tease her even further.
Yet (Y/N) was able sense her climax building up as Leon picked up pace massaging her clit in a rougher manner. She moaned his name again and again like a mantra.
Right when she was nearing her high, he suddenly stopped causing her to groan out in protest.  Instead of going back to toying with her pussy he bent over her only to whisper in her ear.
“You look so beautiful like that.” The words rolled off his tongue like honey, that distracted her from his hardened cock, that rested above her throbbing pussy.
“These pretty little sounds of yours make me so damn hard.” He let out a whimper all the while he propped up the tip with her entrance, but this time sliding the whole shaft in up to the hilt in one smooth motion. (Y/N) moaned his name; her body jolted as electric waves of pleasure ran through her.
“Leon please… More.” She pleaded shamelessly.
“Say it louder.” He commanded.
“Please move.”
“Good.” Leon planted a kiss to her temple before he slid his dick almost all the way out and pushing it back in with a single thrust. Setting a steady pace, he continued thrusting in and outside of her drenched hole. Lewd noises echoed in the library as Leon picked up pace. Underneath him (Y/N) wrapped her hand around his neck, holding onto it for support, while her fingers curled into his blondish locks. Soon enough she was able to feel her climax approaching once again.
“Leon I’m close.” She whined into his neck.
“That’s it. Cum on my cock.” He encouraged her and that’s all it took for her to reach her high. She let out a high-pitched moan; her nails dug into the flesh of his shoulders, leaving behind lengthy scarlet marks. With a couple more thrusts Leon reached his own climax; the thick ropes of his cum mixed with hers.
“Why haven’t we done this sooner?” (Y/N) panted with her face buried in the crook of his neck.
“You never asked.”

Keep hydrated <33 luv ya 💖💖
ok so i never wrote these kind of stuff but we r here to learn right ? Though i got a super idea for this , but i think it will contain some spoilers here and there
! WARNINGS ! : SPOILERS , angst no fluff , depression , SH !! , changed AU , ALIVE Tsukasa ( past story ) , killing , abuse , bad things , OOC Tsukasa
and i guess , i'll just miss him ...
Tumblr media
People were always scared of Tsukasa Yugi , at school , in the streets , even at home his family was terrified , but nobody never said anything. They always looked down at him , got away from him , why couldn't he just disappear !? Everyone was scared of you too , why were you even with a devil like him ... this was a question that passed through everyone's minds , even yours. Somehow you were enchanted by him , nobody knowed him like you did , he told you anything that passed his mind everytime. They always pitied his twin brother Amane , of course you did too , Amane didn't deserved this , but neither did Tsukasa ; he really did loved his dear brother , you swear.
You hated the twins house , when it wasn't quite like a cemetery , there screams of agony , something that nobody wants to hear , something you were used to hear unfortunately.
Tsukasa had again abused his brother , you didn't know if ut was with a knife or with his bare hands , you didn't want to know. Amane bandages were off again , blood-soaked , he had really big dark circles under his eyes , his voice gone ; it was normal for you to take care of him and his brother , to make sure that nothing extreme could happen.
After taking care of him you left him alone in his room and went to Tsukasa , he was in the kitchen , sitying on the ground with hands colored in red , the color of the blood both his and of his brother. Calmly you approached him and sitted on the ground with him , without saying any words , you didn't have to , you can easily read Tsukasa trough his actions mostly. His face had a blank expression on it ; everyone thinks he enjoys hurting his brother but its not like that at all. You took his hands into yours and helped him to get up , getting him to the sink ; you started to wash his hands and arms. Under the blood there were many cuts of different sizes , some seemed new , others were a little bit old " it hurts " Tsukasa complained looking down " i know dear. Did you self harm again Tsukasa ? " you said nicely ... you always asked nicely , but you wanted to cry and scream for him to stop all of this , this wasn't the Tsukasa you fell in love with , you don't know what happened to him , when he had disappeared for 6 month , just to come back randomly like nothing happened , but obviously something had happened " It wasn't me , i told you [ name ] , he .. did this "
You stomped irritaded " who is " he " Tsukasa !? No one gets close to you at school , so its not some bullies , Amane could never do this to you , so why do you persist with " he " , who is " he " !? " oh no , you screamed at him for the first time ; he broke down in tears , smiling , he continued to talk but you couldn't hear anything , you hugged him closely.
That night , after 2 hours of bandaging him up , you were on the porch of their house , ready to go " don't touch the bandages and if something happens call me right away , okay ? " he nodded ; before going on your way you hugged him a last time , he returned it " i love you [ name ] , do you know that ? " he asked " mhm .. ! ". While you were walking , he looked at you like you would be the last beautiful thing he would see ; he was right though , he closed the door and silence fell on the house.
Amane Yugi , Tsukasa Yugi , their mother and father , were found all dead. Tsukasa Yugi was stabbed by his twin , Amane Yugi was found dead at the school , for suicide , their parents were found dead too in their house , people don't know if it was for suicide or other reasons. [ Name ] [ Surname ] was the only person attached to one of the twins , its still unknown if the person in question does know something about the tragic deaths , some sorts of secret , The mystery that surrounds the story of the " Red House ". After 50 years all if this is still unknown by everyone.
I really hope this is good , i had fun writing this !!

2113, October 19, Jakarta, Indonesia
Remus woke with a start, a thin sheen of sticky sweat from the morning’s heat already coating his skin. He groaned and rolled out of bed, stripping off the sheets to let them hang in the sun. The barometer was steady, so while the lack of rain meant no relief from the oppressive humidity, it also meant he could leave the bedding to sun dry without fear of returning home to it being soaked in a sudden downpour. The sheets would do well enough with a little sun-freshening. He wouldn’t have enough of his water ration saved up until the end of the week, anyway.
Laundry would have to wait.
After a two minute sunshower, he dressed and dragged his hands through still-damp hair before stepping into his sandals and snagging his bag. He’d grab breakfast from a vendor, no need to heat up his tiny kitchen or open the fridge unless it was completely necessary.
He stepped outside and squinted against the sun’s glare, the flash of a passing bus and its rhythmic thud over potholes giving him the illusion of a subway blasting past. He shook his head. He hadn’t seen a subway since his university days, when Boston had finally decommissioned the CAT, Big Dig be damned, and converted it into the high speed tunnel between MIT and Harvard. Nirwan was out with his delicious-scented cart and he waved, jaywalking through slow-moving taxis and the stupidly rich—and richly stupid—who bothered with them. He could walk to work faster than the cars and rickshaws could get there. Backwards.
“Selamat pagi,” he grinned and bowed his head. “What’s good this morning?”
“Ah, Mr. Prince, it’s all good,” Nirwan laughed, playing along with his joke. “How are you this morning?” he asked and plucked a sheet of foil, flipping a kerak telor onto it without looking. “Any luck with your devices?” He tapped the side of his cart. “You should tell your boss, mine works great… Siti across the street offered me ten million rupiah for it.”
Remus laughed, “I’ll keep that in mind.” He bowed his head again and paid for the proffered packet before zipping it into his bag. Nirwan pretended not to notice when he overpaid for his breakfast. The man had long since given up on giving Remus change. “Smells great, Nirwan,” he smiled, looking at the rest of his wares. “Hey, can I get an extra order of roti ganjel for Lo? It’s his favorite.”
“Lo?” he asked, preparing another pocket with savory stuffed cinnamon bread. “I thought your nephew’s name was Virgil.”
“Huh?” Remus looked up. “Yeah, it is…” He tapped his sternum, just below his collarbone. “Yeah, and um, some of those coconut klepon, too.” He grinned again, a little weaker. The sun was already getting to him. Time to get to his workshop. “Thanks,” he murmured, tucking the treats away in his bag and hurrying off to the Senyan Research Center with another bow and a wave.
~~~
“Almost,” Remus muttered, slowly tightening the guide wires at the back of the dynamo. “Almost… and—” The wire snapped with a loud twang, the broken end smacking against the casing, and his socket wrench clattered to the floor. “Damn!” he swore, slapping the work bench and wiping the sweat from his eyes with a rag. It didn’t help much, the growing darkness in the workshop left the machine fuzzy on the edges.
He looked up. The room had gotten warmer, too. Remus caught sight of the clock on the wall and swore again as he picked up the wrench and unwound the busted wires from the dynamo.
“Fuck.” The building’s HVAC was cut off at 5 o’clock every night. They were luckier than most, with extra energy credits that allowed most floors to keep the power running for the full working day—and, when he was lucky, a little beyond. Higher pull machines, though… Those were all cut off. If Remus could just get this damn machine running they might be able to divert some of the energy credits they spent on lighting and the computer terminals into running the HVAC for longer. It was more efficient, anyway, to keep it going than to cycle through the power up each day.
With the HVAC out and only the barest of lighting still running, it truly was time to call it a day. He was close. The air buzzed with the energy the dynamo was collecting. He needed to find a way to store a bit more, to let it cycle in and start to run itself without the foot pedal. Unspooling the busted guide wires by feel, his fingers followed the now coiled copper.  His hand grazed where the snapped wire had dinged the aluminum casing, an impressive dent for a thin, 2mm copper wire.
Maybe there was a way to salvage more of that physical potential energy. Old automatons were basically powered with something similar, if on a larger scale. Combined, it might be enough. Nodding, he coiled up a few meters of wire and tucked it into his satchel then finally called it a night and headed out into the only slightly cooler street.
~~~
On his way to Ro’s, Remus had picked up a steaming bag of mini hotcakes from a kue cubits stand. “A rat-a-tat-tat,” he called, knocking on the door, shaking the bag near the open window. “Beware geeks bearing gifts!”
Laughing, Patton opened the door, but before he could let him in, Virgil ducked under his legs and threw himself at Remus. “Unkca Re!” Virgil cheered, reaching to be picked up. “Sorry, Poppy,” he laughed, his voice rising up into a little squeal when Remus lifted him up into the air.
“No problem, Kiddo,” he grinned. “Why don’t we let Uncle Re come on in,” Patton ushered them both inside. “And you can both go wash your hands before supper.”
“Yes, sir!” Remus grinned and carried a giggling Virgil to the kitchen sink.
“Uncka Re, Poppy’s not ‘sir,’” he said, shaking his head and patting Remus’ cheek to get his attention. “He’s Poppy.”
Laughing, Remus hip checked his brother as they passed. “You did a good job with him, Ro Bro,” he winked. “None of that ‘sir’ bull—” He caught ‘Poppy’s’ eyebrow raise over Ro’s shoulder and shrugged. “Hockey?” he finished with another laugh as he set Virgil on the counter and pumped hand soap solution into each of their palms.
“Smooth, Re,” Ro laughed, tapping a wooden spoon on the edge of the saucepan. Re drew close, tearing off a bit of naan and dipping it in the soto betawi before Ro covered it. “Very smooth,” he said, gently slapping his hand away. “Dinner will be ready in about a half hour.”
“Half hour?” Remus grinned again, eyebrows raised. “Whaddya say you help me with a little project, Vee?”
“Yes, p’ease!”
~
The very tip of Virgil’s tongue stuck out of the corner of his mouth as he sat on his knees next to Remus. Spread out on the patio table around them were bits of wire, several wooden blocks and a partially disassembled Slinky. The setting sun had finally brought some relief from the heat and Remus felt his second wind, a fog lifting away from his thinking mind. The last of his heat headache had dissipated and his smile had grown relaxed as he pointed to the tension point in the coiled wire.
“Now, watch,” he murmured and Virgil looked even closer, eyes wide as he nodded rapidly. “When I let go of this side, the other block will jump across the table.” The little boy giggled and he sat back before Remus had to remind him, plucking his safety goggles from the top of his head and placing them solemnly over his eyes.
“I’m ready,” he said, nodding again. He bounced gently in his seat and Remus chuckled when he realized he was doing the same, his own knee bouncing under the table.
“Okay, three-two-one,” he counted down aloud then released one side of the spring. He silently counted the bounces and picked up a pencil to mark the number.
“Four,” Virgil said and Remus nodded again.
“Yep, four bounces for five coils of the spring.” He marked the paper and turned it so Virgil could see. Remus wasn’t sure how much the kid could read yet, but it didn’t hurt to show him the chart. “So which one do you think was the best run?” he asked, looking down at the chart. They hadn’t hit a curve yet. Maybe they needed a different gauge of wire, or a smaller spiral?
Virgil stared at the paper and finally pointed to a row in the middle. “That one,” he said, voice full of Ro’s confidence.
Remus laughed. “I think so, too,” he said, ruffling the kid’s hair. “Don’t tell your Daddy but I think you’re gonna give Lo a run for his money someday.”
Head tilted, Virgil frowned. “Uncka Woe’s not here,” he said, patting Remus’s hand.
His head jerked up and the pencil rolled off the table. “What did you say?”
“Uncka Woe! Uncka Re!” Virgil’s sweet voice carries down the stone steps, not a shout, but loud and confident, just like Ro. “Papa says it’s time for dinner!”
“We’ll be right up!” Lo calls back and winks at me. “Go on,” he grins, “We have time for one more try.”
Lo’s excitement is palpable, buzzing under my skin as I give the dynamo one more crank. “Ready?”
“Ready!” he says and steps back, taking my hand in his as we watch the electric bulb glow on top of the new motor.
From the top step, we hear Virgil’s delighted laugh. “You did it, Uncka Woe!”
Reaching for Virgil’s hand, Remus crouched low to try to catch the little boy’s eyes. “Wait, Vee, what did you say?” Had he imagined it? Virgil’s words echoed in his head, layering over with phantom repetitions. A quiet whisper in a dusty barn. A murmur before he fell asleep.
“Did you hear? Dinner’s ready!” Janus called from the patio door. With a cheer, Virgil scrambled out of his seat. Shaking his head, Janus laughed. “I swear you two would stay out here all night if we let you.”
“Dinner’s ready, Uncka Re,” Virgil smiled back at him. Remus shook his head, the muffled rumble and roar of traffic, a bicycle’s bell, and someone singing two doors down rushed back into his awareness. He blinked at Virgil, who simply tugged at his hand until he stood and, slowly, followed him inside.
“Yeah… dinner,” he said, and closed the screen behind them.
