I am so tired of being fat again. I'm tired of always being hungry and bloated and breaking out because I eat garbage.

It's to the point that I actually need to stop eating for my health.

From now on I'm telling myself I'm like the main character of a cheesy ana movie but instead of her family begging her to eat, my family is begging me to stop eating.

Every time I skip a meal, they would sigh in relief and think that's one step closer to being a healthy woman. A step closer to recovering from my disease: obesity.

I need to stop eating if I want to be around for my friends and family.

I'm ready to recover. Recover my previous, beautiful body 💟

That familiar feeling of wanting to hurt myself always lingers in the back of my mind. Sometimes it's difficult to ignore, sometimes it's easy.

Sometimes I give in because no one else understands me quite like the feeling that says I deserve to suffer.

I am so tired of being fat. I just want to get to my UGW so I can be happy with my body. I’m so tired of eating 300 calories or less everyday because I’m petrified to gain weight. I’m so tired. I just want to be thin.

How can I loose 15 lbs in 20 days??? I’m going to be fasting as much as possible, with eating less than 500cal every three days.

So 2 days fasting 1 day 500 cal

With an emergency 100 cal for the fasting days just in case I am extremely faint.

Will this work? What else will I need to do??
