Do you think Queen Prisma and King Dedede would get along as fellow rulers or would they have arguements cause they don't share the same opinions on how a kingdom should be run?

Their personalities and opinions would clash a lot at the beginning but I think they would eventually come around and have a mutual understanding with one another if they worked together ^^

Prisma is a great leader and highly respected by her subjects, so I think Dedede would pick up on that and subtly (or...not so subtly) try to match her leadership style so more people will respect him too.

...For example he may only make decisions based on whether or not it has him appear like a good leader to her xD

It would take them a while to coexist like this though, I can see plenty moments of them bumping heads to be inevitable, ahaha.

i love both very dearly :) i draw dsprite a lot more partly bc of the self imposed sprite rules i made for my pc au. seb’s an exception, lets just say some kind of splinter bullshit happened lol.

pre retcon dave had that convo w jade abt ds. the way he talked abt him’s can be easily summarized by saing “hes me when it’s beneficial and not me when it makes me uncomfortable/ makes me need to confront some things.”

he’d totally just compartmentalize any interactions in that way lmfao. oh so youre a catbird sprite thing? alright im an ally do your thing bro i mean they. nepeta’s side of things wants to just PRY him open and the dave side’s like this is going to be so much fun. dps wants to fuck with him SOOO badly but also doesnt want him to run away from the egg crackification process. dave keeps avoiding dps not so casually but jade keeps looking at him disappointedly so they have to hang out. jade knows that theyre pulling something’s so tells dps to ease up on dave but thats literally an impossible ask.

Also Imagine Venti with twin boys,the chaos, I think theyd be a bit older than Himmels kids since ya know, Venti got to businesses early~~ maybe like 3-4 years older and the younger daughters like to go over there to play with them, since they live next door or across the street.

"Dude look! A frog! Lets catch it!!"

One of the boys exclaimed to the other springing towards it as the girls cowards in the opposite directions

"Eww keep it away from me..!" She said backing up a bit further

"Gotcha!" Grabbing the amphibian tightly in his hands he runs up the girls to show them

"See nothing to b-- Waah!!" The frog slipping from his and right onto the young girls shirt earning the most blood curdling scream. Himmel could hear it from across the house clear as day and recognized like no other, thats his baby and with a scream like that he knew something was up, Venti had opened the kitchen window and poked his head out in concern, just what in the world was happening out there?

"Is everyone alright? What happened??" Venti shouted from the window

"N-nothing dad were fine!!"

The boy tried to reassure and cover up the now crying girl from his view as the other male twin grabbed the frog off of her and ran to put in a bucket hoping to keep it as a pet , not soon after he heard the fence door slam open and gulped..

"What happened?!" The girls father came almost marching in with quite the formidable aura, scooping up his crying girl whilst the other pulled on his sleeve.

'uncle Himmel...' they knew they'd be in hot water if they were to tick him off, he's usually very laid back with a few more rules but a tad- well very over protective of his kids'

"Dad he threw a frog on her!" The unaffected girl pointed to the twin boys, puffing up her chest with a pout

By this point the boys father had moved himself to the scene looking back and forth between everyone to try and piece together what had happened

The boys always like to go outside and play in the lake while the girls prefer playing in the park but since both parties aren’t in agreement where to play, they just decide to have a competition who’s the most talented among them by playing their instruments.

description: Having been stuck in the hotel cortez for 90 years, you were feeling a bit bored, unable to find your husband, James March. So you went to the bar……..

You were sat at the bar of the Hotel Cortez, trying to pass the time, as you were condemned to spend an eternity in the Hotel, why not have a little fun? Besides, your husband James was nowhere to be found, he was probably creatively murdering someone again. You and James met when you checked into the hotel in the 20′s, and had been together ever since, so you were no stranger to his little hobby, in fact, he had persuaded you to murder many times in the past, and you totally understood the thrill of it. Now, however, you were knocking back shots with Liz at the bar,

“Tell me, what is a gorgeous lady like you doing sat at a bar all alone?”

 A man asked sitting next to you, you slurred out the words

“Im not aloneee, silly I have my best friend Liz" 

You sloppily stretched out your arm to high -five Liz. Then the man asked you a few more questions, you didnt remember what they were but something he said threw you into a stupid giggling frenzy. Liz quickly slid a glass out of your hand as she laughed, you were so hilarious drunk.

"HEY!!" 

you humphed, crossing your arms 

"Give me back it, quick quick " 

This made Liz and the man laugh

"Im afraid that sentence didnt quite make sence hun,”

 Liz exclaimed wiping tears of laughter from her cheeks. As Liz spoke, the man’s hand snaked around your waist, the other hand resting on your thigh. You didn’t notice, but Liz did,

“Careful there hotshot, shes taken." 

Liz said ,becoming stern quickly, realising the man had the intentions of taking advantage of her best friend.

” By who ? I dont see him.“ 

The man said, putting his hand on your ass and squeezing it whilst moving in to kiss your neck.

”By me.“

Then the man quickly fell to the floor. Confused and baffled, you looked around to see James towering over you, with raging eyes and his veins prominent, he was mad, He had knocked the bar stool over with his leg. The man took a second to adjust, in shock, in a pile on the floor.

”Jeez man Im sorry, I didn't know she was yours.“ 

He put his hands up, liz quickly chimed,

"Yes you did, you asshole, even if she wasn’t taken , you were still about to take advantage of a drunk girl." 

Whilst the conversation was going on you just sat there quietly, fielding with a little cocktail umberella. It suddenly went very quiet, as James crouched down next to the confused man, red with rage. He slowly said, in his stern accent,

"Rule number one, in my murder palace, Is and has always been, never disrespect my queen.” 

And with that James whipped out a gun and shot him in the head. There was a moment of silence as James stood back up again. 

Then he turned to you and scooped you off the stall and began to walk you away, bridal style. Then Liz called out, 

“James!”

as he turned back around to face her you played with James’ tie, whilst softly singing Spice Girls. 

“Don’t be angry with Y/N, she didn't mean it, I mean look at her, bless her little heart.”

James looked at you in his arms, and you reached up to kiss his jaw whilst saying

“I love youuuuuuu, youuuuuu yes I dooooooo ” 

This made James laugh as he realised just how drunk you were, and he instantly stopped being mad. He kissed your nose lightly before saying,

“My angel, I love you aswell, to infinity and back.”

Then he smiled back at Liz and nodded goodbye as he stepped in the lift, taking you up to your shared suite. 

When you arrived there he sat you down on the bed and lifted your shirt and skirt off peppering you with kisses along the way. You just went with it, still softly singing spice girls, 

”So tell me what you want, what you really really wanntttttt“ 

James chuckled as he stripped you down and kissed your forehead. There was never any awkwardness between the two of you, having been together for 97 years, you had seen every part of each other and you had no secrets. Then he layed you down and pulled the covers over you, tucking you in. It was days like this that James really realised how much he loved you, not that he ever needed to be reminded. Then he layed next to you , playing with your hair as he looked deeply into your eyes. He found you so funny when you were drunk, so he let you talk and babble on about penguins, toasters and how much you wanted to be a princess for Halloween for the rest of the night. He just layed there and stared into your eyes, wondering how it was possible to love someone that much. 

"Babyyyyyy, guess whattt?”

 You slurred, lying on your slide and stroking his hair.

“What, darling?”

He asked, smiling his face off,

“can we fuck now please i’m horny." 

The sudden unsubtlty of the statement made James laugh and bring your hand up to his mouth to kiss your knuckle. Truth is that he was horny aswell, he always was, if you were around, and you just happened to be wearing his favourite lingerie as you layed next to him, but he was too much of a gentleman to act on it.

”No, dearest"

He said, eyes sparkling. Then you made a ‘humph’ noise and crossed your arms, under your chest only to push up your boobs, making it harder for James to resist you.

“Whys that ?" 

You asked, secretly knowing James’ motives, therefore knowing he would never give into his urges if you weren’t in the right frame of mind. He smiled, beginning to explain 

"Because, Y/N, my love, your in no condition for the act. You need to get some rest, and then if you still feel like it tomorrow, we’ll do it in the morning, you look utterly irresistible as always though..” 

He peppered your neck with kisses.

“Okay deal." 

You turned and planted a kiss on his lips before drifting straight to sleep, excited for the following morning.

25 Q/A Personality Tag

A dear friend of mine asked me to do this tag myself after I wrote this a while ago for my lovely friends here on Tumblr, thanks to the post by @annarieta regarding this tag, it gave me a little courage to do it. (I actually think there are many scary questions, I don’t like the idea of revealing it to just about anybody.) RULES: Tag people you want to get to know better.

1. Are you introverted or extroverted? I’m very introverted. I can go weeks on my own, without needing company or social stimulation. 

2. Are you ruled by emotions or logic? I reason from a point of logic, but ultimately make decisions based of what I feel will make everyone the happiest. 

3. What is your happiest memory? Like many others have said already, which was a bit surprising to read, I don’t recall many outstanding happy memories. Like @annarieta said, it’s the small things mostly. But I remember happy car rides with my best friend where we sang (screamed) to music, and traveling to the Vatican City with my classmates. Even if the company wasn’t necessarily good all the time, that place really made me happy. It was so beautiful. 

4. What is your saddest memory? Nowadays, every winter, I go into a state of hibernation really. It’s very dark here during the winter, we have about 5 hours of sunlight everyday. It’s cold, it’s dark and murky. It makes me very depressed. But um. The day I lost my best friend is a terrible memory. We were friends for 8 years and I’ve missed her very much for 3 years since. 

5. In what kind of world would you rather live in? I’d love to live in an Elven world. I love the architecture, I love the purple/blue/mystic gloom of the places. The nature, rivers are very beautiful. Where people cherished art, music, writing, love, beauty etc, and no one cared a wit for politics, cruelty or had any desire to forbid people from being different or happy. 

6. What is your favorite video game? The Witcher, Skyrim and BioShock are my babies. 

7. What is your biggest fear for yourself? Being hated by people. 

8. What is your biggest wish for yourself? To be a happy little hermit =) In a beautiful place where I can write stories, paint and be surrounded by 20 dogs.

9. What fictional character do you relate to the most?  Queen Freya from The Huntsman (she’s my avatar for a reason guuuuuuys). Wait, let me explain, haha. She’s portrayed as a complex evil character. I don’t consider myself to be evil, nor do I consider myself to be purely good either. I can relate to her character process. Alike her, I was very trusting and happy when I was little, I was truly a little sunshine. But like with so many of us, life happens, and then life happens again, and I became... well, a different person really. Like her, I often feel misunderstood and isolated. But I also cherish loyalty above all, and shun love away from me (I also freaking love ice and snow). I think love is beautiful when I see it with other people, but I could never love like that myself, somewhere it’s hardwired in my brain in a twisted way that love is a weakness and can be used to manipulate and harm me. Heartache and emotional suffering is something I'm terrified of (you know, when you can physically feel pain in your chest), and I can’t handle it anymore. 10. If you could become anything, without any education or demands, what would you choose as your profession? Author or an actress.

11. Do you have any siblings? Two brothers and one sister. I’m the second youngest. 

12. Have you ever wanted to injure someone? When I was bullied, I wanted to injure the people who hurt me all the time, but I never actually did it. 

13. Have you ever wanted to help someone, but didn’t? Yes, but I always try to do the best I can to help someone, even if I don’t know the person. It doesn’t matter, I’ll happily embarrass myself to help someone in need. 

14. What makes you angry? Bullies, homophobes, racists, sexists, rapists, murderers, especially animal abusers can fuck off right to hell. 

15. What makes you happy? My precious jewel, doggy.<3 Also, traveling and airplanes is a joy. Museums, exploring new places, yeah. Fun fun. 

16. Would you rather beat up a small child once - or get beaten up by an angry man every single day for the rest of your life? I don’t want to beat up anybody, so bring me the man. Maybe I’d get really psychologically twisted and Stockholm Syndrome would set in so I’d start to like it lol. 

17. What places would you visit today if you could? Ireland! Scotland! England! Just because @lithiumgrayangel showed me how beautiful Sevilla is, I wanna visit Sevilla one day. But of course, beautiful Italy (Rome is stunning), Venice again, Russia (possibly Moscow), FRANCE! Finland, Norway and Iceland are beautiful too. Also Warsaw, UK and US. And Budapest. And New Zeeland, Canada, Australia... Gosh I wanna go everywhere, I can’t pick one!

18. Do you want children? Why? If not, why not? To be honest, it will depend on what situation I am in. Did I, against all odds, found a person who wants children? Then yes, in a stable household and in happy relationship, I’d consider having one or two, no more. But... Right now, that future is looking very bleak. And if I end up with someone who don’t want children, then I won’t have children. Just get a dog instead, they’re less fussy.  

19. Did you have a happy childhood? It’s a bit complicated. When I was young, I did have a happy childhood, but my father was also abusive back then. He calmed down once I became a teenager, and then the bullying started, and when the bullying stopped, my dad became sick. And my mother has basically been hysterical and wacky my entire life so. But um, to be honest. I had friends, a roof over my head, food on the table. I got nothing to complain about. 

20. Have you ever done drugs? If you have, would you do it again? I’ve been offered, but I’ve never been interested and nor will I be. I know a couple of people who just smokes pipe and marijuana in front of me? I think it’s odd but. I try not to judge, and it’s not my business. 

21. Would you rather become a child again, possessing all the knowledge you have today, or become middle-aged, with 45 000 000 € on your bank account? I’d become a child again, start my life over, and be twice as intelligent. Could be like a scientist or something. 

22. If you could become any existing famous person in the world - who would you be and why? I admire Lana del Rey a lot, but I wouldn’t want to be any celebrity. Unless I can become someone really powerful and change the world. Like Donald Trump and resign as the president so someone more capable can take over. 

23. Are your parents married or divorced? They’re divorced, but sadly live together still. It’s a stupid decision, but I reckon my father wouldn’t last a day on his own, and my mother must be addicted to misery. 

24. Where do you see yourself in the future? An author, hopefully. Making a positive change, helping people, having meaningful friends in my life, living in a beautiful place surrounded by nature and animals. :) 

25. If you’d like, a question of your own here. Mine is directed to my fellow Witcher lovers; Who and Why?

For friendly purposes, Regis or Cirilla?  I like Ciri, and I can understand why people would choose her, she seems like she would be a lovely friend. But ultimately, I’d have so much to discuss with Regis. I feel like, without being self-absorbed or... delusional in any way, I have some things in common with him. We’re too loyal, we fight for people who don’t cherish our love or advice and we both like discussing philosophical topics with loooooooong sentences (as you’ve probably noticed by now). I’d feel so good in his company, he’s a lovely lovely man. 

For romantic purposes, Dettlaff or Avallac’h? My darling Avallac’h, I know there are so many people who misunderstands him, confuses his intelligence for arrogance. People call him horrible things. To be honest, I don’t have too much against Dettlaff though, I like him, and I love his complex nature. But of course, I’d never pick anyone over Avallac’h. He’s brilliant, and I would love to discover a million new worlds with him. (ps. marry me have my babies)

As your co-worker, Caranthir or Geralt? Caranthir would be a brilliant colleague, though Geralt is probably more lovable, Caranthir is intelligent. He’d help me with my tasks and I’d sit there gazing into his eyes and not hearing a word he’s saying. ♥‿♥ (true story, I often drift away when people talk to me)

As your boss, Eredin or Ge’els? I don’t know, he feels more attainable than Ge’els do. Ge’els is just da boss, he’d rule over me, I’d always feel incredible stupid and inferior around him. But Eredin is kinda wacky, but I love him, but he’s a silly goose so I’d just try to befriend him to eventually marry him so we could rule the galaxy together. 

As your best friend, Yennefer or Shani? Yennefer, my oh my, I’ve been in love with her since the first time I saw her. She’s INTELLIGENT AND INTELLIGENCE IS SEXY ASF. Shani, you cool too but. Meh, I think her character is a bit boring. There’s not much interesting about her that makes her stand out? She’s not really complex either? She’s just... idk... pretty and stuff. Redhead and stuff. (sorry @vaporeox dont kill me)

As your ally, Vernon Roche or Anna Henrietta? Nah nah, always Roche, I love that man immensely. I’d marry him too. I’d marry everyone. 

As your worst enemy, Triss or Dandelion? I don’t really like Triss that much. What she did to Yennefer has ruined her in my eyes.

New Show, New Deal—Sunday Chats—3/11/18

It’s been a long week. Let’s chat.

Work/Life/Balance

Now that I have officially started my first full time job (a day job, separate from all the other things I do, don’t worry) it’s been a lesson in living this last week. A hard lesson. I have a lot to learn as far as work/life balance is concerned, but not only that, games, media, friends, and all that lies between.

It’s odd, because I think my momentum is building, right? It always feels like that when we lead up to a big event, for me, PAX East. For those who dont’ know, PAX East is my E3, as someone who has never been to E3. I plan private dinners, meetings, interviews, get to see a ton of people, and it’s the only event I annual get to spend time in as press, and it’s an opportunity I don’t take lightly. I wouldn’t know the people I do or be in the position I am now without PAX East.

So that’s a level of good, notable stress on the shoulders, on top of working a ton, and being exhausted, and my continuous inability to sleep. It’s all a mess, but it’s an exciting time, like I said, momentum building. It’s the most careful I can be about an update in my life. Laying in my bed Friday night I legitimately considered ending the podcast, shutting down IrrationalPassions.com, and calling it a day. Hang up my keyboard and quit on a dream that seems ever-more impossible to achieve.

I didn’t. But that gives you an idea of the stress and fear I live with everyday, haha. I don’t say this to scare you, reader, I give you this to let you know it’s all around. You and I, if you fall in this camp, both have been there. And for now I persevere, and I hope you do too.

I have so much exciting work to do, regardless. 

Tomorrow, at 9am Eastern Daylight Time, Get Acquainted launches into the world with it’s first episode.

Final Fantasy XV Royal Edition

I talked about this on the podcast last night but for 15 dollars its a cool expansion wrapped up here.

Basically all of the second half of Chapter 14 has completely changed, creating a new dungeon, tons of new bosses, and adding a bunch of new cutscenes. 

It gives some new closure with some other characters, and is a really enjoyable new part of that game. It’s cool post-post game content, and they added Omega Weapon! Any Weapon-based bosses are my jam, so that got me excited.

Overwatch

Long story short, I got back into Overwatch, and that game is still great.

All the changes to Mercy have made me a worse Mercy player and that bums me out.

Yakuza 6

Well, I mean this question itself goes some places. But It’s hard to think of the best question I’ve ever been asked. I feel like I don’t casually get asked a lot of questions, it’s always in a formal interview setting or Sunday Chats, which is in itself formal in its own right, and those kind of more invasive or off hand or casual questions can tend to be the most memorable or the “best”.

But my friend Jono asked me very good question at the end of his interview with me, he asked me “what would you do if you knew you could not fail”. 

Currently, I think my answer would be the same. Go listen to Episode 44 of Puttin’ in Work for that full answer, and that very good conversation too. 

Honestly, and I know this is silly, but Pirates of the Caribbean. I feel like there was so much potential there. I’d love to see the two Davy Jones movies explored in that space! And that part of that game was lauded for its graphics and what it did. So I’d love to see them go back and really stylize the hell out of it.

But like, let’s be real just give me Frozen.

It seems like they are focusing on new worlds in Kingdom Hearts 3, which they should, and obviously Olympus needs to come back, but they’re actually doing the story of that Disney movie now, finally, so I’m down regardless. Fighting off the Titans attacking Mount Olympus is really cool.

I really don’t know. I’m definitely down for that game and I’m looking forward to playing it, but I’m really worried about how long I am gonna play it, who I’ll have to play it with (outside of you Nato, of course) and what I’ll have to do in that game. 

So I’m looking forward to discovery what there is to do and see in that world. And honestly finally sitting down with a crew of four to play that game with.

Honestly, I don’t have one. I just looked up music albums fro 1993, and really nothing stands out to me. Obviously some artists do, but I barely listen to music before the year 2000.

Because I’m a lame millennial.

Honestly like, the thing I look forward to the most is the work. I love it. It’s a place i get to go and work and live my dream. For real. I get to meet developers, do interviews, write previews, network, party. It’s been even better since I’ve been taking a team there. 

Past that, just seeing friends and meeting people I admire. Like, Greg Miller is a good friend, honestly, but I barely get to see him every year, so that’s always a bit thing. My writing team? Same thing, they’re all really close friends who I talk to all the time, and I barely get to see them in a year. Not that that bothers me too much because I barely leave my house as is, but it’s still something I look forward to.

I really hope they figure out FF15 on Switch, I think that’d be dope. Even if it ends up being Pocket Edition. If it isn't? Probably not.

But Noctis in Smash Bros?

God willing.

An existential question and I don’t get many on Sunday Chats. 

I’d say at least 50%. I refuse to believe more than half of the 7 billion people are inherently “bad”. I’m not so ignorant to say that there is no “evil” or “bad” people. I think it manifests itself in subtle ways that just slowly corrupt your character. I’d say 70-80%, which I know is a bit margin. A margin of 700 million people, to be exact. But I think the trouble is the people who in some way aren’t good are more easily going to step on the folks that are. Because inherently the people who are good would rather give them the benefit of the doubt. And then they acrew power, and they play games like politics because it strokes that ego, that desire to rule, and then the folk farming, taking out garbage, and cleaning homes are the truly good people, happily filling in the gaps of our world, and the assholes are running the hotels, owning the companies, and, in our case, running our country. 

Some people would call it a food chain, others bullshit. I’d just say the good people of the world do trust each other, and they work together, and that’s something the shitty ones just don’t do I don’t think. Not really.

I know that all sounds super fantastical, but it’s my childish analogy that holds my worldview together. So, say what you will.

I’ll say this: I’d rather give someone the benefit of the doubt, a second change, and be wrong about them every single time then not give them that chance once and be wrong to do so. 

Doesn’t mean I can’t burn bridges. Doesn’t mean I don’t learn from my mistakes. Lord knows I hope I do, but everyone deserves at least one second chance.

Except our current president.

It’s fine. It’s a decent sandwich shop, all cold cuts, that’s very fast, and pretty reasonably priced. 

Plus you can get their bread for 25c a loaf for day old, 50c for same day. It’s dope.

so is it ok to ask you why you are shipping muse and lucifer? i dont mind it and i honestly think its hialrious and kinda cute shipping after seeing how you draw them but i dont think spirits can interact with each other while one is locked in a body and the one one is locked in paintbrush (unless zack prove us wrong )

Oh, no, they can’t interact at all it’s just for fun. A bunch of what-if’s, is all this blog is about, tbh. Don’t take anything here as a 100% canon, haha.As to why

This parallelruined my life because it made my brain draw a connection between twocharacters that have nothing to do with each other. It started as a joke andthen… not a joke. (I have some doodles from like a year and a half ago that Inever posted because I felt silly)They’re so different in personalities and designs… It’s just so much fun tomake them interact, not even in a shippy way. They’re both having some issues with feelings and emotions. Muse just lets goof them as they come. He doesn’t care whether Ed follows his advice or not, keepshimself emotionally distant, doesn’t get attached. Doesn’t want to getattached. I know we didn’t get to see much of Muse and Ed interactions but heseems to be trying so hard to look uncaring, then proves to be paying closeattention to what Ed is doing and what’s going on in his life. Suspicious, Mr.I-Don’t-Care-At-All. Lucifer, on the other hand, keeps everything internalized, barely lets out somesteam by being passive-aggressive until he eventually blows up with pent-uprage. He’s afraid of losing control, gets frustrated when his advice is nottaken into account. It’s funny how he constantly talks about not lettingyourself be ruled by your own emotions and then does that exact thing. Hisreactions are still pretty rational, given what position he’s in. Also… I love how physically interactive Muse is. Makes a pull-up bar for Ed,attaches a chariot to him so he doesn’t have to run along in the hallway, laysright next to him while also ignoring his lament, nests on Ed’s shoulders whiletelling him he didn’t do the wrong thing. It contrasts with how the only timeLucifer makes physical contact with Rick is when he grabs his tie and yells athim to get a grip. Touch for Muse is just something he does, for Lucifer it’slast resort. I know, I know, I’m doing some extremestretching but when you love minor characters you gotta dig and overanalyzewhatever you find.I don’t know if they could form a working relationship but they could teacheach other some things. Muse could teach Lucifer how to let go, care a littleless, while Muse could care a little more. That is, of course, only if they arewilling to learn from one another.TL;DR: I fully understand that they don’t have a chance to meet in canon, I’mjust having fun with overanalyzing their characters and putting them togetherin situations.
