8 - Longest song

Catch me frowning in perplexity at the mobile app while I try to figure out how to sort playlists by track length, then giving up and retreating to the desktop. Have mercy, I am over 40. Anyway I knew it would be Sleep Token, I just didn't know which track, but clocking in at a modest 8:20, it's Take Me Back to Eden. It's gorgeous start to finish but the "It was no accident" refrain from Chokehold at the end finishes me off every time.

Murky by Saint Mesa is one of the most songs of all time for me in its own right, but also has immaculate F&F vibes. I will be good and not just say all the lyrics, but I AM going to pick several lines:

17 - Saddest song

Sleep Token free space, but I'm going to pick what's actually the second-longest track on my wrapped, which is FAR LIGHT by Crywolf. There's yearning and defeat and striving towards something, but what? and even though the core of it is reaching out to someone, the song still gets me right in the gut

I decided to go hard mode and not include any Autumn Orange (no matter how awesome they are), so these are purely picked and chosen out of music I know or was already in my purview. When it comes to myself I love the idea of learning and seeking knowledge. However, I find a lot of academic insinuations to be very selective and strict. It is very easy to lose your joy over a subject if too much pressure is applied. 

I regret not saving the video messages I sent to my friends when I was writing about Aro's origin story. For I could make a short length film of me slowly spiralling when I went down the rabbit hole of the Minoan Society. I truly felt like that meme with the conspiracy board.
