Hey, just thought I’d put it out there that I have an AO3 work on Teba, if anyone would like to check it out!

It’s a work in progress, but I will be uploading all kinds of content (in the form of writing) there as I work through it.

It might not be the best, and it is quite the self-indulgent piece, but I quite enjoy writing and am somewhat proud of mine. So I thought “Why not share some of it?”

Tebas is an actual dumbfuck. I can only imagine how exhausting it’ll be on the players to have travel from Spain to America for league games, but also the idea is just overall stupid. Not to mention that this whole endeavor probably isn’t cheap, but Tebas would rather do something dumb like expand LaLiga which is Spanish football into America, like where’s the correlation? Over spending the money to get goal line technology. It’s not even the first time he brought up this stupid idea, however, the first time around it was shut down by the RFEF and FIFA.

We live in a capitalistic world, so of course money > logic. Unfortunately for the whole world, the North American market is indeed very profitable and, since their own league is basically a retirement home, they need to buy another league and ruin all the fun for everyone else.

It just doesn't make any sense, not even from a logistic point of view. Traveling back and forth between Europe and the USA on a regular basis (even once every two months) is not feasible and it will put players at risk of injuries and extreme fatigue. We are talking about a 10-12-hours flight, not to mention the different time zones and weather conditions that can have an impact on a person's health. It's just not safe for the players. Especially for teams in the top 4, since they have to compete in CL as well.

I also think this will not work, because yes, many people would love to see clubs like Barça or Atletico, let alone a real El Clasico and not a friendly one, but who would want to go to a Cadiz vs Getafe or an Almeria vs Rayo Vallecano in America? Nothing against these clubs, but Americans don't even know who they are...

Unfortunately, we are in the hands of a psychopath who would even sell his mother for a few pennies, so I don't have any hopes for the future 😭

i literally abstain of commenting on the disgusting things i’ve heard culers say about us because i simply dislike speaking ill of others and i’m able to respect completely whatever club you support, unlike whoever sent this. and this is probably the last instance i’ll do comments like this.

to have things like this dropped into my ask box when i’ve been nothing but respectful is insulting. this reason why i disliked football in the first place growing up and why im hesitant when barcelona fans follow me. if you follow me, unfollow and stop bothering me. and overall fuck off tremendously.

I played botw and there were details that i liked a lot. They are very small and kinda obvious but I find it very nice that they were in the game. It is very cool how the characters’ personalities fit in as a part of the gameplay. I liked how Yunobo who is a pushover kind of guy, actually asks Link what to do and you have to choose how to give him the signal to move and Yunobo follows you to Va Rudania. Sidon is energetic and believes and trusts in Link so Link is riding on him and Sidon immediately rushes to the water streams below Va Ruta. Teba is not so trusting toward Link and he doesn’t know him well so he flies in the distance and Link is on his own there (at least that’s how it was when I played that part with Va Medo. I remember that even the lasers were targeting me instead of Teba a lot of times). And Riju is my favorite. When I entered Gerudo town and interacted with npcs it was implied that Riju is really caring and she looks out for others’ well-being a lot. When you come with her in a quest to reach Va Naboris, before going Riju asks Link to leave if he gets injured because she doesn’t want him to die. And when you start the chase after Va Naboris (via sand seals), if Link gets hit by lightning, Riju immediately stops and waits (even if Naboris goes further and further away). And she wont move until you start moving forward again. And after you beat the Thunder Blight and return, if you speak to the guard before returning to Riju, she says something similar to “You should go to her quickly, she is worried and wants to know if you’re still alive”

There are other details as well. I learned that va Medo doesnt always stand still and it flies around the Rito Village occasionally. And knowing that it was piloted by Revali it kind of makes sense.

found this in the daruk tag (which is unfortunately extremely sparse) and i WOULD be mad but its actually hilarious to me how unequivocally incorrect this is like... setting aside any personal feelings about any of these characters every single person here besides revali was born into their role. even link but hes less of a nepo baby i guess bc we don’t really know his parents but come on its the whole point it’s why revali is such an asshole in the first place! everyone else is a leader of their community and comparable to royalty to their people (again, except link but his dad was also a knight). revali isnt inherently anyone special, he was chosen to be a champion because of his talent and nothing else. he is the ONLY champion that proves anyone can be a hero, everyone else reinforces that you must be born into it
