Dog one: Miss Chin, a Japanese Chin that's 16 years old(they typically live to 14)! Black and white, though she's graying!

Dog two: Tucker, a long-haired Chihuahua and Terrier mix that's 3 years old! White with pale brown spots!

Cat: Zelda, an orange cat that's a little over a year old!!

Yes. One small dog, named Vivi. Barks at everything, and gets excited for food and walks. Normal dog stuff.

Thank you @avisisisis and @spacefinch for reminding me that my Nausicaa AU exists, I had completely forgotten about it haha. Here's a a dump of all the doodles I was doing for it!

Nothing super substantial so far, mostly loose designs whilst I tried to figure out who would be who, but hopefully, returning to my notes now, I can try make something actually finished for it!

Story wise, so far it's less of a beat for beat retelling of Nausicaa and more of a riff on the movie (using star wars stuff too ofc). I kinda split Nausicaa's role in two and gave it to both Luke and Ezra, although narratively Luke also sorta fills the role of Asbel. If I can actually get around to writing it i'm sure it would make more sense.

Oh yeah,,, and it's a little bit skybridger too (I can't help myself).

Fandom Friday: Crossing The Fandom Streams!

Hello again, everyone…and welcome back to another Fandom Friday.

The purpose of these entries, if you have not yet heard it, is to bring more visibility to art and stories that might otherwise go unnoticed on the Tumblr timeline, as well as to help the creators of such fanworks achieve more followers in the process.

Today is also the day where, so that I don't stray too far from the Star Wars fandom, I start bringing in some Crossovers material in order to keep things interesting.

I wrote this poem around a year ago, and when deciding how to present it, I was very drawn to this idea of a disillusioned teenager taking things usually associated with childhood and innocence — stick figure drawings, hearts, school-issue notebook paper — and twisting them into an expression of the anger and resentment she feels. The hearts are broken, the stick figures are violent, the flower is wilting, the notebook paper is yellowed, and it amplifies the narrator’s loss of innocence, and her bitterness at that loss. The narrator is fictional, to clarify.

Official Character References Part Two

Unfortunately, Final Exams got in the way of me finishing this on time. BUT THEY'RE DONE NOW! MUAHAHAHA

Done in Micron ink pen, Koi watercolor paint, and Prismacolor colored pencils on watercolor paper.

In terms of how this turned out... none of their faces look right. I think I tried to do it with shaky hands, and Riyo especially makes me uncomfortable to look at. But I am very proud of how the designs ended up looking! My favorite I think is Bail's, although I also do really love Padme and the detailing I was able to put into her skirt.
