I think this is all the "new" characters i doodled this year. Sorry if I missed any. My imagination was on overdrive. It will likely be slower this coming year as my job is changing (not a promotion) and will take more of my energy. But here's to a wonderful new year!

Alright ladies, gentlemen, and Non-binary people. I normally don't make posts like these but my good friend @sadiecoocoo has made a post about this Clone and I wanted to share some of my thoughts about this fella.

This Clone is named Vik. He was a prisoner of Mount Tantiss, which was under the control of Dr. Royce Hemlock. Vik, along with many Clone Troopers, were captured and experimented on by Hemlock and his scientists.

Later he and a few other Clones joined The Bad Batch to take down Hemlock and his CX Assassins. I have to be honest, when I first saw Vik, I thought he was a Clone I was supposed to know BEFORE watching Bad Batch but no, he is entirely a brand new character no one has seen before. Which makes me think of what could he have been BEFORE being a subject of Hemlock's experiments. So… Who is Vik?

Here are some of my headcanons.

Vik is a short name for Viktor.

Vik attended 79's while he was not battling.

Vik was a member of the 104th Battalion. I know this is an absurd headcanon, but let me explain.

The way Vik killed that one CX Assassin who was trying to kill Wrecker looked like he saw many of his brothers slaughtered by Droid Commandos. That face right there is a man who says “I won't let any more of my brothers die!”

In the Clone Wars, the 104th Battalion lost a lot of good soldiers, and the fact that Vik saw one of his defective brothers about to be killed was the moment he snapped.

According to Sadie's headcanons, Vik was a Clone Captain. To be quite honest, I find it hard to see Vik as a Clone Captain, but that's me. But then again, I won't be surprised if there was a Captain Vik or a Captain Viktor who was a part of the Grand Army of the Republic.

Vik must have been a part of a lot of battles so the fact that he (among other clones) was a part of Hemlock's dirty experiments proves to me he was worth something valuable to Hemlock.

So yeah, those are my headcanons of Vik.

Star Wars: The Bad Batch

Vik debuts in the latest episode of Tbb [S3E15] as one of the clone prisoners and experimentation subjects on Tantiss. Standing out among his brothers for his determination and desire to fight, he displays high abilities. Killing that clone X with five clean shots as we can see in the combat sequence, despite his condition. He could have been a high ranking soldier, has a scar on his right eyebrow, and from the marks on his face it is likely that he is generation one.

As a curious fact, the name “Vik” is a diminutive of the name Viktor, which means conqueror.

Fandom Friday: Crossing The Fandom Streams!

Hello again, everyone…and welcome back to another Fandom Friday.

The purpose of these entries, if you have not yet heard it, is to bring more visibility to art and stories that might otherwise go unnoticed on the Tumblr timeline, as well as to help the creators of such fanworks achieve more followers in the process.

Well, I haven't watched TBB, and had to phone a friend to even learn who he is.

But he's pretty. I like his eyes.
