inspo because i’m at the beach right now and it’s HOT ASL

miguel o’hara would probably be the most stressed trying to have everyone situated but everyone’s doing their own thing—LMAO, LMAO he would be soooo pissed and he would holler at everyone to pay attention

gwen stacy and margo would be the ones to actually get everyone to settle down, while peter b. parker is struggling to put the umbrella INTO the dirt but it flies off—so he has MILES chase after it but he eats “shit” getting sand into his mouth 😭 so hobie catches it saying“light work no reaction.”

pav is busy taking care of the food and drinks while miguel is trying to gather everyone under the umbrella to set up the seats and stuff but hobie ignores miguel’s instructions so that sets him off 🧍🏽‍♀️

at last everyone is settled having set up everything such as the umbrellas, mats, seats, coolers & towels!! miguel finally thinks he can unwind and sit down from getting a beer from the cooler when all of a sudden miles and pav take his seat from underneath and miguel FALLS 💀 YK damn well he’s gonna get up and chase them on all fours and HE DOESNT CARE IF OTHER PEOPLE SEE HIM

miles and pav run away seeing miguel chase them while gwen and hobie record them + peter b. is focused on entertaining mayday who’s trying to chew on a toy shovel 😭

margo is the type of person to just go for a swim and be by herself while the whole group is being chaotic LMAO (she loves them regardless)

miles definitely likes to give gwen piggy bank rides or carry her in bridal style in the water or along the beach :,)

hobie and pav like to go in and out of the water to eat and cool off or to bother miguel who usually the type of person to chill to sit back and observe

HOBIE AND MILES SING THEIR ASSES OFF BLASTING MUSIC AT THE BEACH AND THAT GETS UNDER MIGUEL’S SKIN LOL “CAN YOU LOWER THE VOLUME! DAMN.”

gwen and margo would keep to their selves while they go sunbathe AWAY from the boys + they usually like to look after mayday at the beach to let peter unwind (he needs me time)

miguel cusses and complains how hot the weather is at while he’s dunking himself with cold water….like dude the ocean water is right there just go from a swim 🙄

despite the fact the group can be very chaotic everyone does end up having a good time and spending quality time together <33

i would like to think that miguel would take mayday in his arms and introduce her to the ocean water while PETER takes PICS AND RECORDS :p

definitely going to be group pictures and recordings of miguel getting PISSED—LYLA would share those pictures and videos to the rest of the spider society 😭😭😭

I just wanted to say thank you for often including Flash Thompson when you draw the Coffee Bean Gang 🥹 so many fan artists (and published artists doing interiors for spidey comics, for that matter) leave him out and it always makes me sad! He's so important to me so I really appreciate it when he's remembered 💕💕

Flash is integral to the whole squad and the fact that hes often boiled down to a highschool bully character destroys me. He is so viscerally connected to Peter history wise, personality wise, and also through their many mutual exes.

They are two sides of the same coin and will throw down in a Denny's parking lot in front of their students.

Can't believe I never thought of this crossover before now: Spider-Man and The World Ends With You.

You can't tell me some of the TWEWY characters wouldn't make some pretty cool Spider-People. Imagine, Minamimoto and/or Joshua going universe hopping and running into a Spider-Person version of themselves or any of the other TWEWY characters. I imagine in plenty of the universes, that version of Minamimoto could be essentially the Venom to whoever is the Spider-Person there.

And you can't tell me that Miles wouldn't totally hang with the Hachiko Gang and the Wicked Twisters. Miles would probably get weirded out by their tales of the Reapers' Game, but considering he's got knowledge of the multiverse, it's probably nothing too crazy to him. Miles and Neku would love creating street art and graffiti together. Miles and Beat would probably love racing across Shibuya. Miles and Rhyme would probably talk tech and advanced sciences. So many different interactions Miles can have with them.

How do you feel they'll portray Miles G? I know the directors described him as 'rougher around the edges' than our miles so do you think he'll have any distinguishing traits that separates him from og miles? Me personally I like the idea of him being the same person like in core values and morals (like its miles morales of course he'll be a good person) but having like a different... temperament , yk?

I have been thinking about this too.

I think this Miles might be a little less...polite? In the traditional sense? Or blunt, because he's less likely to have to repress his thoughts or mince words.

Everything else is kinda up in the air for me because this is such a new direction for Miles' character to take! I do have my own headcanons though which I have posted recently

Across the Spiderverse really went if nobody got Miles, you know Hobie Brown got Miles. Because this freedom fighter, former model, punk rock anarchist really set up to make sure Miles knew how to get out of a jam when needed, quit the inter-dimensional Spidey squad bc they were acting like villains and secretly built his own inter-dimensional watch (possibly used by stealing pieces from what we can tell) to lend to Gwen bc he knew she’d eventually come around and would need help.

It’s likely Gwen talked about Miles to Hobie, so he probably knew Miles was a good kid anyways, but Hobie seems like he’s a got a good read on people, which was why he got on Miguel so easily. He knew that man was up to no good. Hobie is a real mfer and respect/love him so much.

Just the fact when the Spiders were ganging up on Miles, he took off his watch and went “I quit”. He is not about that life and made it known. Also he’s not the only one who saw how wrong this was (besides Peter B and Gwen). The instant Margo Kess and Miles met, you saw something. You noticed something between them, and I’m glad they kept to that where she couldn’t do what she was told to do. She knew it wasn’t right.

Can we plz get hobie with a friend reader whose intuition is crazy strong? Like they at a concert or club and stuff and reader just taps hobbie on the arm and goes “we gotta go. Shits gonna go crazy soon” and not even 5 minutes after they leave cops have surrounded the place. Or she feels the “vibes” of a person and just goes “don’t trust that guy as far as I can throw him” and everyone like “Johnny? No he’s the nicest guy ever he never hurt a fly!” A week later Johnny does some bad shit. “Told you he was sus” just crazy intuition reader helping hobbie avoid trouble or getting out of sticky situations before it gets sticky.

He trusts you completely

You are his down bitch and he is willing to always put his life in your hands

He trusts you so much, and literally anything you could say

You have proved to him time and time again that you have intuition like crazy

And when shit goes down and you feel off, or you say run, Hobie and you are absolutely booking it

So, Hobie couldn't help but laugh as you just saved both your asses

From then on he is always looking for you or at you in situations

Like, he's studying you and reading you to figure out if you think something is up

If something is, he's grabbing you and your guys' friends (like Pav, Miles or Gwen) and getting everyone out of there

Or sometimes he'll take your intuition and you guys will plan

He is sorta wary though at first hene it's about people or someone he knows

Is the one to say

"Don't worry, he's harmless!"

Until that mf is being dragged away or did some shit to the gang

You are able to read vibes very easily, and he is able to be in awe of that

When you guys meet new people, he'll be wary until you don't say anything, or you deem them not suspicious

Especially with Pavitr and Miles, you guys were pretty cool with them because for once, you didn't find bad vibes and you actually liked their vibes

You help keep him out of situations with people and anything

Please tell him "I told you so" when he doesn't believe you

You guys are always a duo planning something off your intuition

Especially when the whole thing with Miles went down

You told him that something was gonna happen, and he and you prepared to help Miles get out of there

Any situation you guys have, he trusts your judgment and you alwaye help him and your friends out of sticu situations
