Saw this on one of the facebook pages I follow. I think all of us can relate to this experience, perhaps even more so these past couple years.

I’ve been thinking a lot about the story of Pandora’s Box lately. The box that once opened unleashed all the evils onto humanity. And I’ve been thinking about the hope fairy at the bottom of the box. Hope theory, I’m calling it. It’s a dangerous thing, hope. You have to take a risk. Have to have faith. You have to believe that things are going to get better. Be a light in the darkness. That’s us. Surviving in a world that’s becoming more and more immoral, senseless and detached. People are allergic to truth and wisdom. Disconnected from nature and the spirit realm. This has made us confused and living superficially and artificially.

I know that some of you are reading this and understand exactly what I’m saying. We are the last hope. We are the hope fairy at the bottom of Pandora’s box.

When everything seems hopeless and pointless or terrible and painful and endless suffering, we carry on, we keep going. Keep trying. Keep fighting. Keep hoping. Keep praying. Keep believing. Never give up!

We might as well be all that is left of the light. The same light that “they” have been trying to crush and destroy for eons. Again and again and again.

And “they” even created a matrix-timeloop-simulation-reality to keep us all in so that “they” can just keep re-hashing it over and over and over again because “they’re” sick in the head, perverted, and want to watch it as content ! You know , like a reality show or The Truman Show, where we are Truman.

So that’s why, we give them a good show.

I love OneRiver too much to not give some kind of opportunity where they could have had some sort of positive relationship, and it's just a genuinely cool idea. That Riverstar was able to see the mysterious stranger before he revealed his true colors, and always felt... odd, about his peculiar energy.

A friendly tenseness. A mutual parting where neither one quite knows what to make of the other. The feeling in Riverstar's gut is like locking eyes with a tiger, just before it turns away.

So what I'm thinking is that in Thunderstar's Justice, after the carnage at the First Battle that summons the God of Summer like a dinner bell, One Eye comes to peruse. He visits each Clan, spends a short amount of time there, and then moves onto the next. He finally stops in Skystar's Clan, but it would give him some room to hang out in the River Kingdom.

Since it's Thunderstar's story though, he would be getting this information secondpaw from his ally and old friend, King Riverstar. One Eye would have a very... tense, predatory feeling to Thunderstar.

Like he's tracking something very powerful and very dangerous as it prowls through the undergrowth.

In truth, One Eye is scouting. He's looking for what was responsible for that delicious smell on that sticky, sweltering summer day. His stops in each group to understand them better, see what sorts of things they want and what they're currently doing, but finds that none of the other Four Founders are the warlord he's looking for.

A wise, ancient, well-spoken being, he was interested in Riverstar for a little longer than the others. Not as his target. Just as a curiosity.

What a poetic story, this peaceful prince had. Desperate to avoid the stressful responsibilities that would be thrust upon him, he sought friends where there should have been enemies, and made peace in spite of tyrants. But his nonchalance became carelessness, and he was made hostage by his underestimated enemy.

He ended up sparking the very battle he had sought so hard to avoid, his father's heroic death to save his son landing the crown upon Riverstar's head. A tragedy. A tale of inevitability. To a God of War, it's a wonderful story to hear.

Your external reality is just a reflection of your inner space.

Your external reality is like this house of mirrors. It can only reflect back to you, what you are feeling inside you. If you are feeling crummy about yourself, your will see realities that reflect this crummy feeling back at you through some physical manifestation. If you are feeling angry within, you will see your reality reflect this anger back at you through some person or a circumstance. Most people try to fight the external reality, they try to fix it and change it through their actions, without ever bothering to first sort out their inner feelings, their inner thoughts and their inner conflicts. Fighting the external reality is like punching the mirror – it serves no purpose other than reflect more anger and hatred.

It’s futile to keep wanting the external reality to be different without first sorting out the inner negativity.

This will not sound revelatory on the Mental Illness Website, but it has been personally 🤯🤯🤯 to finally be old enough and have accumulated enough experiences and friends with varied insight to look at the things that happen on the daily inside my brain and realize.
