These devices and platforms are literally designed to keep you addicted. Millions if not more are spent on research and best tech to keep your attention for as long as possible. We’ve never dealt with anything like this before so it’s a shock to our body and nervous system. Be gentle and understanding of your body reaction to this, and lovingly choose better, choose what’s healthier and what will make you happier instead. Out of awareness and love, not out of shame or hatred.
