spn high school au except jack is a popular pretty-boy jock with a very mixed reputation , like … he’s athletic enough to be on most of the schools sports teams (maybe wrestling or boxing) and just the right combo of pretty + stupid to be a cheerleader favorite, but then he’s also the kind of guy who’s “sensitive” and “in touch with his emotions” and different from all the other meatheads .

he’s part of the school’s dnd club and sometimes hosts movie nights with the other geeks .. he secretly lends other kids lore books for inspiration and teaches them a few harmless spells to play around with. There’s a club at school dedicated to proving the existence of a local yellow-eyed cryptid in Lebanon and jack is hiding in plain sight with them, totally innocuous.

but then, for all his other niceties , he’s also unfortunately prone to getting into fights and beating the shit out of whatever Local Douchebag is picking on someone. he always sticks up for the little guy, the weird kid, the nerd, and he can really bring the hurt if he wants to. he has a whole other reputation as someone you want to avoid pissing off, or just straight up avoid, at All Costs. Local Douchebag spreads the word to his other cronies and so forth that they have a new public enemy number one, but of course none of them stand a chance.

maybe the girls who assumed he wasn’t that kind of guy shun him now for his violence </3 Maybe the nerds and geeks cluster around him for protection because of it; after all, a jock who cares about Them is truly a Man Of The People. maybe he gives them self defense lessons after the dnd session, maybe half of the school catches bisexual fever for him. ..The world is my oyster

Anyone have any fic recs of the Winchesters in their high school days?

Maybe with Dean as a popular senior and Sam is the quiet freshman. With the premise of Dean's "friends" thinking Sam is annoying or smth but Dean doesn't give a shit and includes Sam anyway?

Or maybe it's in Sam's POV where he thinks Dean might not want to hang out with him at school or will pretend he doesn't know Sam because talking to your little sibling at school is considered lame.

I've read a few but it's really hard to find ones.

A two person thing

Summary: Sam arrives home from middle school with Dean's classmate, Cas. Much to Dean's chagrin, Sam proceeds to invite the handsome boy to eat dinner with them and join them for trick-or-treating.

Oki I'm very loopy right now (headaches are hell) so sorry if this isn't the best response. Imma go for Samifer as the ship because they're my faves

1 - they meet in the school library. Sam is there to borrow a couple of books for his classes, wanting to get the best grades he can so he stands a better chance of getting into law school. Lucifer is there because he's seen Sam around and is interested in him already, even though they haven't talked yet. He knows that Sam goes to the library a lot, so he hangs out there until he sees Sam. He uses one of the books Sam is checking out to spark a conversation

2 - Sam is in the year below Lucifer. Dean is in the same year as Luci, and warns Sam not to go near him. Sam argues with him about it, because Lucifer is the first person to really *see* him, which makes Dean angrier. This eventually leads to Sam running away to stay with Lucifer for a while

3 - Sam helps Lucifer with homework a lot. It isn't that Lucifer is bad, he just has a lot going on at home and struggles to focus. This leads to hours of them in either the school or local library, working together and pining after each other before they get together

4 - Lucifer and Sam help set Dean and Castiel up, and doing so means they spend even more time together. In the end, they have their first kiss just after they successfully set Dean and Castiel up. Lucifer panics after the kiss, sure that he isn't good enough for Sam. He runs. But, eventually Sam finds him and they have an emotional confrontation in the rain, leading to a kiss

5 - John tries to kick Sam and Dean out after finding out they both have boyfriends. Lucifer, Castiel, and some of their siblings rain hell upon him. Bonus if Adam - who Sam and Dean know is their half-sibling at this point - pops up and admits he and Micheal are dating

I saw the supernatural post you made and I couldn't help but think that Snape would hate the Winchesters. The way they hunt down anything that isn't like them in nature to kill it would remind him of Voldemort. Thoughts?

Right off the bat of meeting, think about first impressions: Dean is shoot first ask questions later. A wizard? Time to die mf. Sam on the other hand is like “Wait, he hasn’t done anything! Let’s just talk to him and figure out what’s going on”

Right off the bat, Dean is not in Snapes favor, but Snape isn’t up Sams ass either. It takes a lot more than patience to impress our bat bitch

When Dean finally does agree to talk, what do we all know comes next? A self righteous, snarky remark. Strike mf two. Meanwhile Sam looks annoyed or mildly uncomfortable with whatever Dean said because they are, in fact, standing in front of someone who could kill them in one word. Literally. Now he’s trying to change the subject and ask what’s going on and the standard “making sure you aren’t a threat” questions. Snape is a double spy, he can read body language. Sam does not approve of his brothers behavior…but he hasn’t said anything about it either

Give or take 30 minutes to an hour, what’s the next thing Snape is gonna notice? Deans attitude towards Sam

THINK ABOUT IT!

Sam has demon blood in his veins and is outcasted and shamed for it, even by people who are close to him. Sam has been putting up with Deans sideways remarks and straight up abuse for how long? He makes excuses for Dean and when he DOES stand up for himself, he always apologizes or feels guilty about it. Remus and his lycanthropy! We saw in the books how they made sideways jokes about it. Joking about the full moon and shit. Then we have to remember “The Prank”

Sam sees how overly violent Dean is about hunting, he also sees how unfair and cruel he is. He ALSO sees how that unfairness and cruelty extends to friends. And while Sam actually does say something, he never says enough, and usually makes at least one excuse for Dean…Remus “Bystander” Lupin!

Sam was told that he was someone’s weapon at least twice in the show (Yellow eyes and Lucifer). I mean that sounds a lot like how werewolf!Remus was used as a weapon to almost kill Severus in “The Prank”. Just saying.

Severus knows all too well that a person’s intentions don’t always match their actions, so I don’t think he’d judge them for hunting, but he will notice the INTENTIONS. Dean hunts for sport and Sam hunts to save people. Difference.

Destiel Month Day 4: Snack

A a short destiel l High School AU for destiel month!

Castiel felt a little a embarrassed sitting all alone in that enormous cafeteria. Being the new kid was never easy on anybody, but for a socially awkward child of extremely religious parents it was pretty much hell.

Not physical torture kind of hell, but rather a silent hell where everyone from cleaning ladies to teachers ignore you and you’re too shy to actually make conversation with anyone.

And so, with his brother Gabriel off somewhere, Castiel found himself with a table all to himself, dreading the PE class he’d be forced to participate once the bell rang. Both the isolation and the anticipation shrunk his apetite and so the boy’s organic chicken nuggets from Costco seemed utterly unappetising

Looking to his own feet while standing up from the chair and going towards the trash cans, Castiel heard screams and suddenly there were two guys throwing punches at each other right in front of him. It happened fast, barely in the blink of an eye, and the blond one was throw at Castiel with full force and the 2 of them fell hard on the dirty cafeteria floor.

The boy under him was no older than a junior, but he had an allure that could only be described as adult like.His face was square and his deep-set eyes had dreamy mixture of hazel and green. His beauty could not be destroyed by the bruises nor by the sauce from Cass’s nuggets.

Castiel turned a deep shade of red, realising that he was not only starring but also was making no effort in moving, and so got up as quick as possible.

“unm…I’m so so sorry, i really didn’t mean to block you,i just, felt shocked i guess”

“Look buddy no problem, im kinda the one who should be apologising and all. I got to go now before the teachers come, but see ya around. I’m Dean Winchester by the way.”

“Chill, i mean cool. I’m Castiel, good luck with your escape from the authorities.”

Then, Dean smiled at him and it was like Castiel just looked straight into the sun in all its greatness. But then, Dean was gone, and all that was left were cool dirty nuggets splattered on the floor.

However, that was not the last Castiel’d hear of Dean Winchester.

In the following weeks the boy seemed to be everywhere, but nowhere. They had no common classes or extracurricular, but the Novak always could count on a distant shadow of a tall, broad boy. It became almost comforting, and Castiel liked to think of what they had as an almost friendship.

Whenever Dean saw him at the cafeteria, the boy waved at him. When Castiel hid under bleachers and Dean did laps with the other football players, the green eyed boy gave the Novak a knowing smile.

It was almost ticklish, receiving the attention of someone so handsome and out of his league, even if they never actually talked.

Then comes November, and the little interactions remained just that. Castiel then felt silly, and played with, and stupid because he read too much into a few exchanged smiles and waves. They weren’t friends, and he was still widely considered weird by his peers, but Castiel had genuinely hoped he and Dean would form something. It was silly, but every time he glanced at those green eyes something good happened in his mind.

But no. Here he was the same as September, all alone in a cafeteria table. This time his mom had packed him baby carrots, celery and tuna sandwiches (on gluten free bread, of course), and Castiel ate it slowly, hoping to prolongue this lunch as much as he could. The cafeteria was loud and buzzing, but he found the noise to be not that much of a bother.

But then, the sound of a tray being laid on the table startled him. It was Dean Winchester, no smile on his face. He eyed Castiel with uncertainty and almost shyness, and the blu eyed boy could swear there was a hint of blush in Deans ears.

“hum, hey Cass. Can i call you that?”

“YES,if you want to i mean of course.”

“Great, i,um, was thinking if you want to share this chocolate bar with me? It’s like limited edition and its finger-licking. I /did/ splatter your lunch that time in September. And um no offence but those carrot don’t look like the most joyous meal.”

Castiel blushed at the thought. He did like carrots, but sharing an allegedly delicious bar of chocolate with Dean sounded way nicer.

“that’d be delightful, actually i mean it’d be nice, thank you for offering.”

Dean did open his smile at that, and oh his teeth were white enough to illuminate Castiel’s entire world.

“Yeah haha. But now let me part it, I’m a professional at meticulously dividing things. Younger siblings are little devils.”

“ Well i do know it, my little brother Uriel is a wolf in sheep’s clothing, i admit he has set me up more than a few times.”

“Well Sammy never does anything outright mean, but pops say he has more energy than he should.”

Cass laughed out loud and ate the chocolate dean was offering.

He hummed. It really was finger-licking.

“ We should go by the roadhouse someday, i bought them there.Together.”

“I’d like that, Dean”.
