On the backs decided that for these two would put something of a theme on the back. Still thinking about the fourth one if there’s anything that leads to a well finished piece. The back of the one on the left is a dagger and it’s supposed to be glow whenever there’s trouble, or coming trouble. Depends on how close the enemy is.

The right piece is an orange and pink version of the pieces on the poster, a smaller sized one that is supposed to be split up into nine sections and nine wings. The one here is taller but that’s due to the sizes needing to change for the medium . Though, there’s also the fact that it just happens to have a fit. Though, again depending upon the time frame it may not even end up finding a place.

Finally, added a blue and purple one to the poster as well as few other details on the same sides. Regardless, still waiting for a few pieces that need to be pasted. Other than that, it’s got space for not much more.

It’s similar to a digital painting I did a while ago and it also matches my sheep cross stitch patch design. My idea is to design a third one to make a bundle, however I’m not sure yet about what animal to pick.

Eggshell candle molds worked out pretty well.

Gray braved the very slushy weather to drive over the mountain to come and see me yesterday to make them and they turned out great!

Well...I haven't broken the shells yet to check on the final shape but either way, it's the idea of using an eggshell as a mold that had me so interested.

(this is my slightly reformed perfectionist self reminding me that they don't need to look perfect to be a functional candle) Since I made them with beeswax, I'm thinking I might decorate the outside with dried flowers as that's another project I've had on the back burner to try for a while. (also Gray brought me a Mercury candle that they got in a witchy grab bag in Salem recently, that feels really on time)

The first step of my eggspiriment was a success. We managed to get the goose eggs open and all of the insides out through one hole at the top of each egg. Now we let them sit so the membrane dries out for 24 hours before attempting to candle-ify them. (I'm having so much fun Tumbles! I love trying new things!)

Also, I've never eaten goose eggs before so dinner tonight will be very interesting.

Sorry if it’s choppy looking, but did a quick full one, without the door knob, which would be coming much later if needed, but so far looks good enough without it. There’s the tree, some flowers on either sides, and then the pathway and a few background things. Mostly just having trying to fit the whole thing in. It’s big enough as is. Plus, it’s good enough as is with the knob being that there’s a extra layer that would be nice to have the time for, but as of the timing it just might have to be finished completely as is.
