This is one of my favourites. Single leg exercises will be your best-friend when it comes to building muscle at home.
SUPERSET
•20 lateral band walks
•8-12 pause squats (worked my way up to the barbell)
3-4 sets
•8-12 RDL into front squat

•8-10 Bulgarian split squats each leg (beginners don’t use a chair)

Muscle Strength and Endurance in Weight Training There are two types of people who lift weights: those who want big muscles and those who just want to tone and tighten up without getting bigger. Those looking for size tend to grab the heaviest weights and stick to fewer reps. Those who are afraid of “bulking up” generally reach for the lighter weights and do more repetitions to achieve a “toned” look. So is this the right way to go? Is there a difference between these two types of training?  Strength vs. Endurance Yes, there is a difference between these two types of training, but everyone needs both types of training for a well-balanced muscular system and a high-functioning metabolism. These two types of strength training are about muscle strength vs. muscle endurance.  Doing fewer repetitions with more weight will help you increase your strength. On the other hand, doing more repetitions with lighter weights will help you build endurance. You absolutely need both in your everyday life. When you plan your own workouts, try to focus on both muscle strength and muscle endurance. So it was the most joyous day of the week, leg day 🤢🤢🤢 feeling it now, especially after the running and walking the couple of days prior to it.

He 110kg for the final set was hard going. Actually had a bit of a wobble on the second squat, but controlled it and finished the set.
The leg press and then straight leg deadlifts had the sweat pissing out of me.

Then just to finish off with some machine work to make sure the next couple of days are as painful as possible haha.

Love that wee bit at the bottom of the app telling you total volume lifted, pushes me on especially on leg day!!
Tomorrow no work, so having a wee extra snooze and will get a morning session in. Upper body it is, need to work on my bench its poor still.
