Anyone heard of Stabilization Theory?

It's an alternative to current evolutionary model that posits that most new species emerge from 'stabilization processes', which include variations in ploidy and (more notably) hybridization. It also includes ideas such as:

You can get hybrids of pretty much any two vertebrates in nature

Humans specifically are pig-chimp hybrids

Dinosaurs (among other mesozoic reptiles) were actually mammals, and evolved into the mammalian groups we see today

Stegosaurs in particular were actually giant pangolins, with their tail spikes actually being claws

It's clearly complete hogwash, but it could work for fantasy worldbuilding if you like stuffing evolution into fantasy worlds. You get hybrid creatures as part of the theory, and you could probably come up with some interesting creature ideas based on the dinosaur nonsense. Anyways, thanks for reading this

Anyway, idk if this is anything, but I view Eigong having a rhyzomatic stabilizer(?) thing™ on her head with Yi's on his chest as a lil' symbolic. I can't articulate it fully rn because I'm tired, but it reads as a physical manifestation of Eigong's descent into madness and obsession with immortality. Like...she probably implanted those roots herself, judging by how they're not there in her younger image. She views Fusang as a means to an end (esp with infecting it with Tianhuo...the mutated part she retains in her last stage is right on her Fusang roots).

Meanwhile, Yi was 'chosen.' He was saved by Fusang and has the stabilizer implemented right over his heart to aide the roots (as I see it). Imho, a manifestation of his heart being in the right place...?

I have this working theory on how the series will end based off a dream I had so let’s goooooooo-

We know Lila is going to hit MUCH harder than Hawkmoth ever did. She isn’t necessarily going to be out for their miraculouses, but to just hurt them.

If she doesn’t know already, once she works out Marinette and Ladybug are the same person she is going to be furious.

Assume all the big things have happened, the reveal, everyone knowing Gabriel was Monarch, at least some people knowing that Adrien is a senti(being). It’s the final battle, what’s the worst thing that Lila could do to hurt Marinette/Ladybug?

Snapping Adrien/Chat Noir out of existence.

All it takes is one mistake or slip up, and Lila gets a hold of either the rings or the peacock miraculous. She snaps him out of existence-

BUT

Ladybug is creation personified. Their powers will only increase and with a combination of Adrien being Chat Noir, being create to be a human, living life as a human for however many years, everything that is Adrien is in those rings.

I believe in all that despair, Ladybug will be able to achieve her ultimate power: bringing Adrien back.

I don’t think this is something she will be able to do for anyone. Ladybug and Chat Noir have a special connection as creation cannot exist without destruction and vice versa.

But the ultimate defeat of Lila? Knowing she doesn’t have the power to hurt Marinette anymore.

So i know I'm a hungry hungry hypocrite when I talk about Montague considering I wrote 71k words detailing a story in which he gets a happy ending and then say I hate him because it's true. I didn't write YAKATT (damn did not expect that acronym to look good) because I like Montague. I wrote it because I had a story to tell and that story involved a villain getting a happier ending than he deserves because people generally contain multitudes and there is always something about someone that you can understand. Even if I choose to make it up for fortnite man

That being said, i dislike Montague because he is a yuppie who uses his power to oppress what he considers the lower class. As a native american woman who grew up in poverty,  it leaves a certain distaste in my mouth that will never go away or change. I think the society needs more haters, especially in the fortnite Fandom bcs I find the love of the society and general ambivalence to the underground odd considering it is SUCH a cut and dry story of evil vs good. Not that we have to love heroes for being heros but yknow, grew up poor can't respect a yuppie yadda yadda. At the end of the day tho it is fortnite and I really don't care if others like Montague/the society, hell *I* like the version of Montague i made up in my fic. It's fun to hate on a guy who deserves it and is not real and is also French

I have an MCU/Sonyverse Theory, and I want y’alls vibe on it

The creator of the Symbiotes is ancient being, Older then even the Celestials and their expansion, before Light and Creation began in earnest. To fight the Symbiotes he made many, many mighty weapons.

The first is Allblack the Necrosword, then a Symbiote known as Grendel. Using the Necrosword he decapitated a Celestial - creating Knowhere. He would’ve continued like this, it wasn’t for Thor breaking his control over the Symbiotes (in what can only be described as Thor running an errand), scattering his weapons and then being in prisoned by the beings he created.

Why do I bring this up? I think that the MCU’s Grendel is the Dweller-In-Darkness from Shang Chi

I’ve had this theory for a while now (As well as the idea that the Black Sword from the end of Eternals that Jon Snow is going to use is a second creation of Knull’s, given its organic/very symbiotey reaction to him) but the new Trailer for Venom kind of confirms it to me

I know its a bad picture but these things look very, very similar to me. The Tentacles too, but its clear that this is some sort of weapon or animal for the Symbiotes/Knull. And I think that Knull as a Villain might come into play

Not in this movie, not at all, but maybe in a future Spider-Man, Guardians, Thor or Avengers film. Knull is an immensely dangerous and powerful being and, given that Symbiotes share a hivemind across dimensional barriers, I wouldn’t be surprised if there is only One Knull in the Multiverse

And he’s coming for us.

heyy, no you don't need to be great at 11th organic to understand 12th organic but there are a few terms which overlap, googling those terms and just reading about that alone will be enough for example if you want to understand mechanisms of reactions in 12th you should know what Inductance is, what Resonance is etc. but you can easily just read one vedantu or byjus article on it and that'll be enough.

So yeah, there is minimal connection between 11th and 12th organic and it is possible to do 12th organic without knowing 11th very well, however knowing some of the basics definitely helps.

so in the zim fandom theres this common trope in fanfics that i will affectionately refer to as "pak theory", where some kind of error or propoganda or some such is directly interfering with zim's ability to Be Good At His Job (invader).

so. "we apologize for the interruption" amirite. the plot of the episode is essentially zosky wants to take a break but apparently that's against the terms and conditions of this contract that he Did Not Know Existed (kaput is also part of this contract, obvs). The guy who runs up to scold them abt Taking A Break proceeds to patronizingly explain to kaput and zosky that they're cartoon characters doomed to try and fail at taking over a planet each and every time. Kaput and Zosky... don't seem to register the cartoon character part??? like at all?? they argue with the guy and then he sentences them to "cartoon hard labour" but i am mostly focused on the fact that a: kaput and zosky are apparantly part of a contract they do not remember ever signing; and b: they do not react to the cartoon character thing AT ALL. i would argue they literally did not or /could not/ register.

anyways. what do you think would happen if that contract, which sounds kind of illegal, where to be destroyed or render null and void. because i think abt that a lot
