In both Uranus and Earth development as characters, we can see that they have a lot of paralells. Both seek validation and acceptance from the others, but they have opposite circunstances.

-The Earth has the attention of the others, has always recived validation. But that validation is considered conditional(at the very least, he believes so) on the fact thet he is the only planet with Life. So he perfects his charade and acts above others as a way to not lose this validation and power, as as he believes he will lose everything he has the moment he becomes unhabitable. That was—partly, there were other factors into play— what caused the moon revolution, as he felt threatened that, if Titan had life too, he would lose value to everyone.

Personally, I don't think it's just Theia that made him have such a need for being the planet with Life, that made him stay with it even after everything. Maybe it was a initial factor, but it wouldn't have gotten so bad that he believes he would stop being someone special—in the way someone can be to the others— as soon as he lost it.

Uranus, on the otherhand, feels a lack in validation. Ever since he was given his name, he felt like a joke to the others, and searched to be able to be as close to others as he could. His character has made a lot of mistakes—All have, honestly— but it seems all to build down on his lack of self-steem and crave for positive attention. But honestly, I don't think that even if he gets some positive attention he will believe it's genuine, just another joke or pity.

It was easy for him to be manipulated and baited by the new name, because he believed that things would be better for him after that, the he would get the validation he wants after it. But it just made him commit more and more bad decisions, that left him frustated and made him wish to leave the system with the one person he falt validated with. But I hope he eventually learns to love himself the way he is, same for Earth. Dunno if he will stay with the name Caelus, but for now it feels appropriate to call him that, especially since it is an important arc of character development that he is having.

That's my opinion on the characters, at least.

the way i would fit marjorine into mysoginistic butters is that butters is actually using his mysoginy as some sort of way to denial his dysphoria? hating women because he wants to be one too badly, and making himself believe men are awesome because why wouldn't he want to be a man?* He would probably need several years and lots of therapy to fix his own self-steem, fix his fragile masculinity, project on his feelings, and cope with all that's been dumped onto him, before he even thought about the possibility of transitioning. and even after he did, he would probably take several months at the very least to accept the fact. marjorine technically does fit butters, but only after he's had a crap ton of character growth.

*i used to feel this way (but in the opposite direction as im ftm) when i was butters's age, im not excusing his actions but giving a realistic explanation for them that would work with marjorine :)

I've seen some interpretations like that before actually. But you'd have to be reaaaaaaally careful because if not handled properly it will fall right into the nasty trap of "oppressor secretly is the thing they're oppressing" strawman that irl causes a lot of harm. But on the other hand I have seen real accounts from trans women who were formally in alt-right or incel spaces who said this was part of their self-denial, so I don't know. It would have to be handled delicately. And yes, crapton of (maybe unrealistic? idk) character growth/development before even entertaining the idea of Butters -> Marjorine in a realistic context.

ABSOLUTELY I love talking about my OCS!! Ozus Y (name is a joke for "Ozus WHY" because he messes up a lot) goes by he/him pronouns and is around his early thirties. He's also 213cm / 7 feet tall and although he has kind of a dad bod, he can also lift heavy objects or people rather easily (corpus' gear is HEAVY) because of his muscle base.

He served under Nef and Parvos (not directly of course, big important men) regimes, so he has a lot of issues stocked on top of each other. Like any other corpus crewmate, he has done very unethical stuff in the name of surviving capitalism and trying to fit in/be successful, so he's very obedient but also a coward (picture Veso, but he'd have a hero moment to feel a bit good about himself instead of because it's the right thing since his self steem is also on the negative. He has to unlearn corpus culture). Without going too much into spoilers (since I'd like to work more on my comic and get to introduce him properly), he ends up working for my Drifter Cygnus in their camp by helping with finances and trading supplies for Kahl's brothers. He learns about being allowed to have free will and emotions there so going through all his life without being allowed to think about human conections hyper compensates with now being constantly having crushes left and right (he's pansexual). He flirts a lot (very poorly) even if it's extremely scary for him, but he also respects how to take a hint or what a "no" means. I describe his flirting experiences as "he's just so pathetic (endearing) he does even land it sometimes because some people give him an opportunity because he looks amusing and harmless". He develops big feels for Cygnus. Firstly because of the constant scaroused panic he's going through at all times, but later because they grow on him as an actual figure to follow, so despite being "this void affected legendary ghostly warrior", he finds them actually human and reachable. They're not in a monogame relationship though (they're both poly).

A: Of the fanfic you’ve written, which is your favorite and why?

Ohhh, we start good! Hmm, my favorite...? Two! A Haunting Past because it gave my boys a lot of character developing hehehehe (not me thinking of how to break Alicia even more) and Clash of Worlds (a Supernatural fanfic which is now 300+ pages and that maybe I should continue)

B: What was the first fandom you read fic in? Which was the first you wrote for?

The first fandom I read in was Harry Potter's fandom when I was...like 8! And also was the first one I wrote for! *hides the cringy old fanfics* from time to time I go back to read them to...keep myself humble. But I'm always glad of seeing how much I improved in my writing after all these years!

D: What’s the most personal fanfic you’ve written?

It was one I wrote when I was in middle school. During that time my self-steem wasn't the best, and I wrote a Harry Potter (again xd) fanfic where everything I hated from myself and my surroundings was fixed. It was kind of a Mary Sue fanfic, but it helped me a lot. (Years after that I learned from my therapist that it's useful to figure out your feelings, so that explains some things ^^)

Honestly I lost the count hehe...but if I try to remember hard enough, I would say maybe 20 or more! Sometimes I had writings in two fandoms at the same time!

hello witcher nation, i never really say much here but today im thinking very hard about the fact that yes, while we see Jaskier rub the fingers Rience scorched as a very clear sign of the trauma steemed from him, let’s not forget that was just the catalysis. he basically spend a whole night being tortured by this mage, and the fire on his fingers was probably when he thought “this is it”

also, i am a very big fan of how rubbing his fingers together has become a nervous/anxious tic(¿is that the right word?). you can see Jaskier do it several times through the first part of the series (i have to admit, i still need to see if he doesn’t do that before Rience)

Don't remember if you did a reading about it already but did the bullying Pedro suffered in school still affects him until this day? in whatever area of his life, wether in his self-steem or relationships, is it something that still affect his behavior/attitudes? in case you haven't done a reading for this question and you do it, thank you 😊

Hiya! I asked how the bullying he went through as a teenager affects him in the present and did a couple pulls to answer it. The first one was The Tower, The Emperor and The Sun.

The Tower means the bullying deeply changed him. It made him fall apart, crumble, it was very destructive to him and in a very radical and sudden way. The Emperor, however, means it also helped him become who he is today, allowed him to take control of his life and his own destiny and develop his determination and discipline, and to organize his life and his goals. The Sun shows us he has clarity about it all, he understands things better, and he became someone who can be a Sun in other people’s lives, he brings positivity and enthusiasm and there’s this light in him that no one could ever extinguish.

The second pull was the 6 of Spears, The Hierophant reversed and The Moon. 6 of Spears means he might be feeling peaceful now, he went through a lot and he struggled so much in the past, but now he feels like he can relax and enjoy calmer waters. The Hierophant reversed is interesting because it shows how difficult it is for him to follow rules and he has a hard time with authorities (he has actually said it himself). He will probably not accept people telling him what to do (unless it’s a director? His boss? Lol), but he decided to live by his own rules in his own way and he doesn’t want to follow any traditions in his life. The Moon means he could have chosen to listen to his own intuition instead, for fear of being fooled or having things being hidden from him.

I then asked directly if the bullying still affects him in a negative way and the Major Arcana were The Wheel of Fortune, Death and The Fool.

The Wheel of Fortune represents the ups and downs in life and how everything changes and never stays the same. The bullying might have have been a change for the worse but it got better. Death points to him letting it die, because he’s changed and everything has changed and he’s been through radical changes, but he accepted them and he was ready for new beginnings. Speaking of new beginnings, The Fool is the start, the potential, and he knows he’s got plenty, he is ready and excited for the future and to begin new adventures.

The Minor Arcana were the Ace of Swords, 5 of Pentacles reversed and 4 of Swords reversed. Ace of Swords with The Wheel of Fortune also means he’s got clarity about what happened back then. He understands it all well now and he can be perfectly rational about it. You know when he said in that interview in 2014 those kids probably had a crush on him and that’s why they bullied him? That’s it. 5 of Pentacles reversed with Death points to him feeling like he went through a lot of hard times, he struggled financially and emotionally, but things have changed and he is better, his dog days are over. 4 of Swords reversed with The Fool makes me think his enthusiasm for life and to start new things and new journeys is what makes him heal from these bad times. That excitement takes him out of his isolation and his restlessness, gives him energy and reignites his passions. Remember it was his theatre classes that made him feel better about himself when he was in high school? That’s an echo of that.

So, honestly, from these cards, it was a hard time, and of course something like that doesn’t just go away, but he’s found ways to deal with it and create something positive out of it.

She’s also very conflict avoidant and acts for the common good, always putting herself at lead in situations where people are being harmed by speaking up, giving advice, donating food to acquaintances etc., she’s also very naïve and somewhat sheepish, always seeking for validation from trusted ones and being easily influenced (if we say blue is the best, she will automatically change her mind and believe so, or pretend she does just because social situation is pressuring her to do so). She has an “innocent” childish temper.

However, the Ti part that bugs my mind: she always solve situations with anecdotes, she also has the malicious side of low Fe users, being a bully when she was younger (she even asked sorry for another cousin of ours nowadays by believing she harmed her development and self steem a lot with her jokes), and having that aura of “I’m naïve, innocent, cute and funny, but I’m also very smart and quick minded and I can easily f*uck you if I need to, so don’t mess with me”. She always put “common good” inside her anecdotes, however if we say she’s wrong, she’ll question her thoughts completely. Ex: she clashed her girlfriend, she developed an entire understanding of the situation and came for me for advice and validation. By last, she never give up on her social positions, she’s always in syntony with everyone, if conflict will lead to a break on this, she keeps things with her, but she often bring everyone together with her to the conflict (again, very skilled). In case of any fight, she cries and get frustrated easily.

About Ne/Si: she uses these social skills to survive, she has nearly middle school level, but she ascended in a very successful career path only with her problem solving and social skills (she’s an agile master, a strategic position that helps teams to work more efficiently. She started in a small position and was invited to work as an agile master, then bigger enterprises started hunting for her to work for them by her talent, so she ascended), and now she’s better paid than many people that have even post degree level (she’s obviously very smart too). However, she claims herself an “entrepreneur”, she says she believes she has been born to do something great, and she walks around thinking about the potential of small businesses she sees around, also about ideas to create her own business itself. She also wished to have a medicine degree by the challenge that is being a doctor and thinking about diseases. However, in 30 years she couldn’t even leave her mother’s house, even being well paid, and didn't follow any business idea she had. She once said even she's good at having ideas, but not following them (when she was a child she used to exploit her sibblings, paying ridiculous low values for them to do the shores for her).

I still believe she’s an XNTP since I see her Fe as having a more manipulative demeanor, however, can low Fe manifest in this way or am I wrong? I mean, being naïve and sheepish, putting common good before “matter of facts” and being easily carried by status quo. Because for me it’s like she’s putting these things as a priority above logic, and it goes against the ”low Fe” statement of being unaware or careless about these things (that I learned this way). Being loved and valued by the social atmosphere, and being conscious of what people think of her is also her priority, which also goes against what I learnd about low Fe. I once talked to her about what means being a “T type” (in simplistic means as the theory doesn’t interest her, and I made it clear that being T is not being a psychopath) and she refused completely the possibility of being a T. She also identifies with introversion (her result in 16p test was INFP). Would inferior Fe manifest in this way? So, summing up, can low Fe behave this way? Could you point if inferior Fe would show up this way too? I’m more interested in these questions than with her type to be honest. Thank you!

The questions you're asking actually indicate you're on the wrong track. Basically, your reasoning process is backwards; you're trying to twist the evidence to fit your hypothesis. You've gotten too caught up on the idea of Fe and it has biased your analysis or blinded you to the full range of possibilities. You've even dismissed the most compelling evidence that came straight from the source herself.

Reviewing the evidence you've provided without any preconceived ideas about what type she might be, E and F both seem very obvious. The level of energy, initiative, and activity she is capable of rules out I. She also exhibits strong indicators of naturally occurring emotional and social intelligence, which strongly suggest F.

EF means there are four possible types to consider: ESFJ, ESFP, ENFJ, ENFP. He (and pretty much everyone from Dater Stranger) has a counter part, because Dater was originally sort of fanfiction for another WIP I was developing (haven't gone back to it in a long time tho). His counter part's name is Dorian Miller. Now, initially I wrote Dater with all the original names, becaus i wrote it literally just for laughs and kicks. It was going to be a short story ffs! but it got a life of its own, and before I knew it i was sending it to a CP who loved it, and so I decided to give everyone new names because the characters were all a little OOC anyway.

Point is! At one point in Dater, Bax refered to a protrait Jules made of Nolan, then still Dorian, as "The Portrait of Dorian (Gay)" and because i wanted to keep that pun so bad (or something close to it), and for literally that reason only, I made Nolan's last name Gray

Anyway, I tried to find a decent quote that represented him, but they're all... weird. Either because they're missing context or because he's just Like That. But here he is at his finest during one of his earliest moments with Jules

Ngl, that this shit has been bothering me for a time, and honestly even if I talked to some of my mutuals about it, I am salty af. I would have wrote a lengthy post about why I prefer to call it a fangame and not an OFF inspired game and call him every Balkan insult in the book (actually I did, but I ended up deleting the draft and just made that silly post) and to avoid future questions like that. Like I said, I have received suggestions in the past to turn it into an original game, but that takes more effort and time (something that I unfortunately lack).

Truth of the matter is, creating something original takes much more time, and considering that Borderline is on it's 10th year of development as of this year... yeeee. I'm better off calling it a fangame than an off inspired game. And.. consider this scenario.. even if I DID refer to Borderline as an 'off inspired original', the problem would be the setting and the characters that appear in the game. You STILL see some characters (either mentioned in passing or they're visually there), I'd be questioned as to why those characters appear in the game? why do you say it's an off inspired game if you use the characters from the IP you take inspiration from? The one last ask I received from the anon, where they said that the only OFF thing about Borderline were the chipsets and nothing more, ending it with: it's not that hard to change it. Disregarding the fact that the major characters from the father game take appearance in the game, either in passing or as fully playable characters (*cough Judge cough*)

i.e. damned if you do, damned if you don't.. essentially you're the loser in this case!

On the same note, the game contains cameos from other people, specifically Seneca, whom is not my own creation.. Those characters have already been embedded into the lore as the general denizen of the game. I would have to remove every single cameo from the game, and either replace them with my own creations (which again, designing a character and their personality takes even MORE TIME), or just leave an empty void and move on from there, which honestly would suck the soul out of it, what would be the point?

game development is hecc, and making decisions is not my forte, so do excusez moi if I wish to use the fangame label on Borderline.

Hello birdies~ How is your summer going? I hope everything is being wonderful. Mine has been a roller coaster since it started, growing bigger and still not ending. There are a *lot* of news I want to share with you. The first one is that I'm focusing my social media attention officially in Youtube, Tiktok and Tumblr. What happened with Instagram and X(Twitter), BlueSky, etc.? Well, the true is...I was accused underhanded of 'plagiarism' because one of my main characters, Von Farel(the good sir that can be seen in these images) uses dreadlocks, the same as another character of other author. That's where the similarities end, but I was faced with a cold room in which I discovered the issue by some kind of miracle(and lovely people who told me in private). Once my point was defended in a threat, the cold treatment stopped, but I have little patient for this kind of behavior because I face two huge cases of art bullying years ago that destroyed my self-steem as a comic artist. So, as usual, I've decided to distance myself from the community and focusing on my craft and the artists focused on theirs. Which lead me to another topic, and is...I'm moving to work for a year to Japan! Yay, woaaah, *claps* /silly! I'm so happy I can barely breathe! I've never thought I'll be able to visit the country, let alone work on it. EVELYNN'S  GROWING  FOLLOWING         :          let  me  kick  this  one  off  by  saying  that  demons  do  not  get  along  with  each  other  .  they  do  not  want  to  be  around  each  other  &  they  tend  to  stick  to  their  own  territories  as  much  as  possible  .  should  you  encroach  upon  a  demon’s  territory  ,  it  will  end  in  a  fight  to  the  death  most  of  the  time  no  matter  what  kind  of  demon  you  are  . 

with  that  in  mind  i’m  going  to  mention  that  evelynn  is  a  button  pressing  mega  bitch  &  enjoys  prodding  at  other  demons  just  for  the  fun  of  getting  a  reaction  out  of  them  .  evelynn  also  is  looking  to  expand  her  own  hunting  grounds  ,  so  she  does  have  her  motivation  for  playing  with  fire  around  other  demons  . 

on  many  occasions  this  has  landed  her  with  demons  trying  to  kill  her  ,  all  unsuccessfully  obviously  .  a  lot  of  which  are  simply  lesser  demons  ,  the  kind  that  would  never  be  able  to  lay  a  finger  of  a  demon  as  powerful  as  evelynn  .  when  a  lesser  demon  fails  to  kill  a  more  powerful  one  ,  normally  the  penalty  would  be  death  .  in  evelynn’s  case  however  ,  she  saw  fit  to  spare  their  lives  &  instead  bind  them  to  her  and  enlist  them  in  eternal  service  .  very  smart  of  her  to  be  honest  . 

slowly  but  surely  ,  evelynn  is  creating  her  own  demon  army  that  she  uses  to  push  her  territory  even  further  .  now  ,  by  comparison  to  other  big  bad  demons  for  example  nocturne  ,  evelynn  is  not  the  hardest  hitter  in  terms  of  combat  .  her  strengths  lie  in  her  intelligence  and  charm  ,  so  having  a  growing  group  of  devoted  soldiers  is  exactly  what  she  needs  to  keep  any  attacks  on  her  at  bay  . 

evelynn’s  reach  has  spread  to  different  parts  of  runeterra  &  she  has  stations  of  demons  throughout  different  cities  .  for  example  she’s  confirmed  to  have  devotees  living  in  bilgewater  (  steem  )  ,  piltover  &  zaun  (  solitude  )  ,  shurima  (  domination  )  ,  shadow  isles  (  sultur  &  vora)  . 

having  bonded  demons  in  different  places  is  an  incredibly  good  way  to  gather  information  that  evelynn  can  further  use  to  blackmail  and  extort  people  with  .  she’s  building  an  empire  from  the  shadows  . 

now  ,  her  relationship  with  the  lesser  demons  changes  from  demon  to  demon  however  ,  pretty  much  all  of  them  are  loyally  devoted  to  her  &  have  developed  a  strong  love  for  evelynn  .  for  example  ,  vora  adores  evelynn  &  often  tries  to  impress  her  with  luring  victims  for  them  to  enjoy  together  .  vora  can’t  get  enough  of  evelynn  &  it’s  implied  that  they  probably  also  have  a  masochistic  relationship  .  evelynn  likes  vora  because  she’s  unique  &  hunts  in  a  much  different  way  . 

vora’s  description  :  “  unlike  other  demons,  who  lure  their  victims  in  with  false  pretences,  vora  is  too  single-minded  in  her  craving,  too  overwhelmed  by  desire.  rather  than  a  predator  who  stalks  her  food,  she  is  a  wild  beast  who  must  be  fed.  “ 

evelynn’s  relationship  with  these  demons  is  not  always  so  easy  however  ,  with  a  few  still  angry  that  they  were  unable  to  defeat  eve  and  now  have  to  live  their  life  in  her  service  .

Who gave Eli so much grey hair? Was it Laurence? Was it fuckin redhead-on-redhead violence. Also what are your headcanons on the heights of Eli, Micolash, Laurence, Iosefka and Gehrman?

Ive been WAITING...

YES, it was redhead on redhead violence. Eli refused most of the church's methods after seeing the effects firsthand on the Vicar. His refusal of the old blood was promoted by his own making and the teachings from Mensis, who strived for insight. Eli tried to find alternative healing methods to avoid the beastly scourge to happen, which prooved itself slightly futile due to Laurence's strong grip into the Yharnamite healthcare.

Laurence, who knew that the healing blood was slightly faulty, didn't want a different healing method, in fear of loosing his spotlight, feeling threatened of falling from the grace and favor of Yharnamites, thus he attempted to sabotage Eli's means of research, being quite petty at that. Eli was a highly steemed church doctor, having been there when Byrhenwerth had split and leaving along with Laurence to create the church, and Laurence didn't want to loose him. Which Eli knew, causing him tons of stress.

Eli, on the other hand, realized he couldn't stay in the church, he strived for autonomy and perhaps stay by his wife and try to settle down for once.

But really, TLDR: Laurence's extremely petty and will do anything it takes to undermine one's will if he considers his position of power is threatened.

Eli developed some of it naturally, but who really pushed it was Laurence.

Now! Onto heights, Gehrman to me is the tallest, standing at 7 foot tall (By using his ingame model during the boss fight). Then comes Micolash, who stands at 6 foot, he's tall and lanky to me and the cage adds in to his height. After him Eli, who stands at 5'7, and Iosefka with 5'4

As you can see here, Gehrman is a whole house with furniture and everything, Eli and Iosefka arent very far off eachother, which is cute, he can give her a forehead kiss standing up :)
