Maybe someone already talked about this, but whatever I’m talking about it now. In SVI when we go into Black Widow’s dream and destroy her self portrait, she cries as she fades out (it’s been a while but I’m almost certain that is how it went) and the pc gets her totem. At the time, I did not pay any attention to it and moved on, but now I really hate this section of the island.

I’ve had several dreams of people I’ve never met, only once being someone I did know, coming up to me and destroying a project, art and others, I would be working on in real life, and I couldn’t do anything about it except try to stop them and fail. Don’t know the symbolism for it, nor do I care. What I do care about is that each time I woke up crying, so I can understand the distress she must have been going through while trying to stop us.

Yes I know in her dream she defaces several popular paintings and destroying her self portrait is a form of punishment for it, but I can’t not feel bad because we’re forcing her to watch as her painting is slowly melting away despite her attempts to salvage it a.k.a. beating us up so we don’t continue spraying the painting.

Poptropica villain totems

Totems are often found in villains' dreams, they represent (or can represent) the desires, personalities, or even fears of the villains.

Totems form when the host has achieved full villain status, or has done enough villainy to warrant the totem taking shape.

Totems however, do not start as totems.  They start as small dark seeds.  Whenever someone is born, a small dark seed is born inside them as well.  This is a Totem Seed.

Totem Seeds will grow all throughout the poptropicans life the more the poptropican acts on their villainous urges.  The totem will form and mold itself into what makes the poptropican villainous.

The dream world begins to form when the totem is near completion.  The dream world will be shaped around the totem’s appearance or who the villain is deep down.  The dream world will be completed once the totem is.

Boo at me but I don’t like how Poptropica has been treating Dr. Hare nowadays. I know he’s a mascot but he’s also a villain, but outside of his island and the miniquests he’s never really used as one. I’m not even complaining about how he’s been used in all the promos, I just feel like there’s wasted potential with his character.

I know the joke of his character is that he’s a mad scientist with a cute and cuddly motif, but I feel like they haven’t been using the joke to its fullest?

Also good for Audrey tbh the poptropicon weapons are very cool and I kinda wish we got to use them more somehow
