Announcing Arcane Visions!
Taking place during the entire month of October, leading up to the release of Arcane season 2, this event will focus on speculative fanworks and their predictions for our beloved cast of misfits.
Tumblr media
Week 1: Revenge - Alliances - Angst Week 2: Discovery - Betrayal - AU Week 3: Invasion - Truth - Fluff Week 4: Invention - Freedom - Last Kiss
Will Ekko and Jinx make up? Is Ambessa invading? Any ideas on Warwick's fate? What are Vi's feelings, putting on an enforcer uniform? All those and more are great questions to answer for this event. We provide some guidance, but you're welcome to pick your own prompts!
You can create a work per week, or one per day if you're insane, or even have a single contribution. You can post a fic's chapters throughout the month, or can cosplay as characters in their new looks... All fan works are welcome, including meta speculation.
We want to help build the hype and reknit the community together!
To participate you can post (from October 1st) on tumblr or twitter using the tag #arcanevisions, and can ping us on tumblr @/arcanefandomweek or twitter @/Arcanefanweek. You can also submit your work to the Arcane Visions collection on AO3, which will open the first day of the event.
Please also check out our Rules and Guidelines under the cut. If you still have questions, check our FAQs or send us an Ask! Don't be shy, and please reblog!
Rules and Guidelines
Fanworks created for this event should be focused on Arcane character(s), and their potential story beyond Arcane 1. You may feature whatever canon character(s) you want, and if inserted judiciously, LoL characters too. While reader inserts and original characters are also allowed, canon Arcane characters should be the focus.
All types of fanworks, including fic, art, moodboards, podfic, playlists, meta, embroidery, and more, are welcome for this event.
NSFW or potentially triggering content, even if canon-typical, must be properly tagged with any applicable content warnings. For the comfort of the mods, please only submit NSFW works if you are 18+.
This event allows all ships and themes so long as everything is appropriately tagged. You will be contacted if your submission is under-tagged. Poorly tagged works will not be reblogged.
ANY use of leaked footage, content, or information will lead to your account being blocked. We do not promote or condone the spreading of spoilers. Please do not base your speculations on leaked information.
Racist, queerphobic, ableist, misogynistic, or otherwise hateful or bigoted behavior or fanworks will not be tolerated. Your work may include aspects of bigotry and oppression so long as they are properly tagged. For example: A fic that features a character facing ableism is allowed with content warnings; a work that includes ableist tropes as part of the narrative or erases a canon disability is not.
If you are submitting visual work, please consider writing an image description!
If you are unable to post on tumblr or twitter, but would like your work cross-posted via our account, please get in touch.
Submitting Posts to AO3, Twitter, and Tumblr
AO3
Please submit your works to the AO3 collection Arcane_Visions. This collection will be opened the day the event starts, and remain open for at least a month after it ends. It will never be hidden, made anonymous, or deleted. If you can't find it in the suggested drop down, enter the name Arcane_Visions manually.
Twitter
If you want us to retweet your posts, @ us (@Arcanefanweek) and use the tag #arcanevisions. If your post includes NSFW or triggering content, a rating or trigger warnings must be included in the post. NSFW material should include the tag #nsfw or #arcanensfw, or you may want to consider adding a sensitive content filter.
Tumblr
If you want us to reblog your posts, use the tag #arcanevisions. Due to Tumblr’s glitches regarding posts with links not showing up in the tag, we also recommend that you @ us (@arcanefandomweek) in the body of your post just to make sure we see it!
If your post includes NSFW or triggering content, a rating or trigger warnings must be included in the body of the post. Any NSFW or triggering material itself must be under a read more cut.
If your post is longer than a few paragraphs, please place the rest of the text under a read more and/or include a link to AO3.
Mods
The event is currently only managed by the blog admin, @space-blue (formerly Blue Daddy's Girl). More mods may be announced closer to the date. If you're interesting in modding for the event, please get in touch.

Ten Years of HTP: A Celebration
Hi all, I (@eatingcroutons) set up this blog with all sorts of intentions about preparation and promotion and then Life Things Happened, but I'm still hoping to go forward with the idea of encouraging some nostalgia and memory-sharing about the last ten years of the HYDRA Trash Party.
The aim here is to be more of a celebration of community rather than your typical prompt fest - if you're looking for prompts for fanworks you might want to check out the @catws-anniversary that has just kicked off and will run until the 4th of April, or of course refer back to the Trash Meme itself!
So for this blog's purposes, feel free to post informal thoughts and musings and ramblings, and to comment on each other's memories - this is all about our shared history and nostalgia, and the idea is for it to be an open dialogue and celebration of community. A few points on logistics:
Anonymous asks and submission are open on this blog if you'd prefer not to participate under a named account. We all know how hostile certain corners of fandom have become to darkfic and adjacent content.
For all the themes below self-recs are also very welcome, if you want a chance to show off something you made years ago that hasn't gotten much attention in a while!
Go ahead and tag this blog at @tenyearsoftrash for a reblog of anything you post about the below themes!
All that said, here are some suggested themes and ideas to get you thinking and reminiscing:
April 4: Rewatch CA:TWS!
Take yourself right back to where it all began! With too many people across too many timezones we're not going to even try to organise a massive synchronised groupwatch, but maybe you could get a few of your old-school HTP buddies together to do a smaller one? In any case: fire up the movie, relive all the feels, and share any HTP-related thoughts that come (back) to mind after all these years!
April 5: Fanwork Recs
Go back and dig up some links to your favourite HTP fanworks - whether big or small, well-known or niche, what are the works that have really rewritten your brain chemistry, and stuck with you all this time? What was it about them that hit just the right spot? Feel free to share your thoughts on Tumblr - and to go back and drop a nostalgic comment on anything on AO3 😉
April 7: Meta Recs
Over the years there's been a lot of meta associated with HTP, from discussions of what CA:TWS and HYDRA represent in a broader social context, to endless back-and-forth about darkfic's place in fandom. Are there any posts that really made you think, or that remain relevant even now? Is there anything that came out of those meta discussions that has turned out to be particularly prescient, in hindsight?
April 8: HTP Fanon
What are your favourite bits of shared or personal fanon around HTP and its related concepts? Are there any Original Characters you're particularly fond of? Any particular tropes regarding characters or events that you will never get tired or bored of? Any ideas that might seem cracky on the surface but which you are totally into regardless?
April 8: Other Media/Fandoms
We've all had those moments where we've come across something in a new canon and immediately been like, "Oh, this is delicious trash bait," right? What other media has had a "Bucky Barnes Obediently Accepts The Bite Block" moment for you? What other characters might your fellow HTP friends enjoy as interesting targets for Trash Party Shenanigans? In what fandoms have you found yourself running into an awful lot of familiar HTP faces?
April 9: WIP Amnesty
Do you have any HTP fanworks that you never finished, or never got around to starting, for whatever reason? Now's your excuse to talk about them! Feel free to ramble about what your plans would have been, lament why they're never going to happen, or share some of those great ideas you never quite had time to plot out. Or, if you're feeling particularly inspired, go back and actually finish something off!
April 10: HTP Community Memories
To finish off the week let's talk about the community itself! What have been the good times, the interesting times, any times that have been personally significant to you, for any reason? What things have you experienced or shared or understood with or through or because of the HTP community? What new friends have you made over the years, and what old friends do you miss?
---
Apologies again for taking some time to getting around to making this post, but hopefully people will still be interested in doing some reminiscing!

Hello, friends!
I hope everyone has enjoyed the early access to 7KPP! Now that we've had a few months to play around and try out many MANY branches in the game (and Mod Tina has had some time to recover from finishing her graduate degree), it's time for 7KPP Week!
As a reminder, and for any newcomers to the fandom, 7KPP Week is basically a week of short prompts that we the mods come up with, intended as an opportunity to inspire and share fanworks that showcase our love for the game. Any types of fanworks are welcome, from fanart or fanfiction to meta, playlists, or just long rambles about your thoughts! We're all just here to spread our love and positivity!
Note: As the game has been out for several months now, spoiler content is perfectly welcome, and indeed encouraged in some of the prompts, and some prompts may include spoilers! Please be aware if you wish to participate or spectate!
So, without further ado, the details!
When: Between October 20 and October 26! Where: Post on tumblr (and elsewhere is fine too but we’ll be organizing here on tumblr)
The prompts are as follows! (Since some of these are rather vague, there are some more details and some questions that might help inspire you under the cut!)
Day One - Background (Remix) Day Two - Date Night Day Three - Letters Day Four - Angst Week (Turnabout) Day Five - Secrets Day Six - Suitcase Day Seven - Epilogue
Feel free to use the tag “7KPP Week 2024“ and/or mention this blog, and we’ll do our best to reblog everything!
As always, please feel free to send an ask/DM me if you have any questions! We look forward to seeing everyone’s submissions, and hope that you have a great autumn!
-Mod Tina
Day 1 - Background (Remix)
What is your character's background and why did you pick it? How do they feel about it? If you've talked about this before, you can instead consider the following: Have you considered using an existing MC for one of the secret backgrounds? Is there another background you think might be interesting for your MC? Elements of another background you could incorporate into them for an AU?
Day 2 - Date Night
If your MC had a friendship date (or a real one), what would it be? How would it play out? Who would they invite? What stat(s) would it raise? What would the achievement for success be named?
Day Three - Letters
Over the course of the game, we received letters written from loved ones of both our characters and our LIs. Who would send the LI a letter on behalf of your MC? What would it say?
Day Four - Angst Week (Turnabout)
Let's share in the angst of week 5! If your LI had a near-death experience during the courting phase, how would your MC react? Alternatively, did your MC ever consider breaking things off? If so, why?
Day Five - Secrets
If your MC had a discoverable secret at the Summit for other characters to find, what would it be? Would it be a chain? Something that is needed to get to know them? Is it blackmail material?
Day Six - Suitcase
Does your MC bring any non-essentials with them to the Summit? What do they take home with them afterwards?
Day Seven - Epilogue
We got glimpses of what the ending looked like for your character post-Summit. Are there any other scenes you have in your mind's eye? Anything that you would change? What does life look like for your characters after the end?

The Last Of Us Pride Event: Calling All Fandom Creators
Are you involved in the TLOU fandom and have a creative hobby? Are you actively involved in the fandom and want to spread the positivity? Do you wish you could be more involved but don't know where to start?
If you answered yes to any of the above, or you're simply just curious about what a TLOU pride event could entail: the admins of this account (@consultingzoologist and @roselees) invite you to join in the fun ❤️🌈
This event encourages creativity of all types, and throughout the rest of Pride Month and beyond we will be providing themed prompts for the community to use. You're welcome to use as few or as many as you would like, and to interpret them however you see fit; the blog will also be open to submissions, and any prompt ideas are welcomed too!
Need ideas? Any creative response to the prompts would be lovely, but to name just a few examples:
Fanfics 📝 and Podfics 🎧
Whether you write long form works or exclusively one-shots, canon complaint or entire AUs - any of the prompts can be used for TLOU themed fan works.
Fanart 🎨
Do you draw digitally? Or do you hand paint your art? Either way - any of the prompts can be interpreted into art works, however you see fit.
Moodboards ✨️
A fandom classic and a lost tumblr art; how do the prompts make you feel? How would these translate into pictures?
Playlists 🎵
Like the above, what songs do the prompts make you think of? Compile a playlist of what pride in TLOU means to you, or maybe the vibes a certain character gives you.
Meta / Discussion 🤔
Maybe you just want to discuss the relationship between pride and the plot of the game, or the importance it has within the show; whatever the prompt makes you think of, we'd be happy to hear it!
Headcanons ✒️
Do you have headcanons to do with pride and the show? Now is the perfect time to share!
Of course all of these are just a guideline, if you have any other ideas to fulfill the prompts, we'll be happy to see them!
All shared fan works should be tagged with '#tlou pride exchange', and they'll be reblogged and shared here. Let's spread some more positivity within the community, and celebrate all of our brilliant creators! ❤️
(The work doesn't have to have been made exclusively for this event, either. If you have a queer themed fanwork for TLOU you want to share, regardless of when it was made, just tag us for a reblog!)
And now for the prompts...
Coming out
Queerplatonic relationship
Platonic soulmates: what platonic relationships from canon are meaningful to you?
Domestic bliss: write a fic or draw some art about your favourite pairing, romantic or platonic, enjoying some much deserved peace.
Queer romance
Queer joy
Found family: would it be Pride Month without the family we choose? Maybe talk about the meta of the trope, or your favourite instance within canon. Or how it comes into play in an AU.. the possibilities are endless!
Rarepairs: pick a pairing you wouldn't normally write/edit for, and see where the inspiration takes you! Maybe you only write TessJoel... why not try your hand at Ellie/Dina? Or perhaps you want to engage with a new platonic ship; why not take two characters that barely interact in canon, and see how it unfolds? What would happen if Joel had met Anna? How about Sarah and Ellie?
Gender identity: exactly what it says on the tin.
Pride Meta: What does queerness in The Last of Us mean to you? How does it contribute to the story?
"Nature held me close": Based on the quote from Leslie Feinberg, how does nature and queerness come together?
Pride AU: whether it be canon divergent or a modern AU, go nuts!
Remix: create some fanart, or a playlist, or even an edit for your favourite queer fic, old or new!
Music: create a fanwork based around your favourite queer anthem - bonus points if its canon complaint to the show (released before September 2003) or the game (September 2013)!
Of course, all of these are just guidelines and by no means have to be strictly adhered to, let your creativity run wild! We're excited to see what you make, and be sure to share them under the tag so we can reblog and spread the positivity further ❤️
Any comments, ideas, or want to submit a prompt of your own? Send it our way!

If FurAffinity Goes Down
Last night it was announced that Dragoneer has passed away. For those not in the know, Dragoneer was legally the sole owner of FurAffinity. I'm not really here to talk about his passing, instead, I'm here to talk about the reality that many of those that use FurAffinity, may have to consider: FurAffinity could very well go down.
Personally, I do not really use or care for FurAffinity, but I have many friends and colleagues that do and I wanted to write this up so that they could have a reference of options available to them. Even if FA turns out fine, I think now is a good time to remember that it is always a good idea to have mirrors of your work as well as maybe consider establishing a personal website for yourself. I'm going to try to provide a rough rundown of the options that will be available to those looking for another home in addition to FurAffinity so that if the worst does happen, they won't completely loose years of archives.
(a lot of links have been stripped from this version so that Tumblr hopefully won't think this post is Spam =_= )
How To Get The Files
furarchiver.net If for whatever reason you do not have your own archives on your computer, this can be used to grab files off of FA, easily. (also useful if you want to archive someone else's work) This also makes copies of descriptions for all the images. Right now their queue for new archive requests is getting hammered but they will remain online even if FA goes down and still have whatever archives have already been made.
github.com/BruceDone/awesome-crawler cyotek.com/cyotek-webcopy httrack.com There are also a huge selection of crawlers out there you can use to personally crawl FA and capture the whole page if you want to keep anything like notes and comments.
Where To Put Those Files
Now that you have the archive, if you want to put your own work online you have 3 decent choices. Art Galleries, Blogs, and Self-Hosting.
Art Galleries
I am only listing galleries that will accept EVERYTHING that can be posted to FA. If a service wouldn't allow something FA hosts, it is not going on this list.
anthro.art - Despite the name they do allow humans. This is currently invite-only, you'll have to joint Kameoh's server in order to gain access to it. I haven't used it, I just know it exists and it seems to be comparable to what FA allows but if that changes for the more restrictive I'll remove it from the list.
buzzly.art - Eeehh it exists but I honestly cannot recommend it after all the mess that has gone on with the owner. I'm only listing it in anticipating someone else suggesting it.
hentai-foundry - It exists, people use it, but I think it's garbage. It's juried which means every submission has to be approved before it goes live which can take anywhere from days to over a month. Take that as you will.
itaku.ee - This will be BY FAR the easiest service to archive to. They allow for mass uploads, I don't even know what the upper limit is, but I've uploaded as much as 50 images at a time. When doing batch uploads it auto-fills the title and description with the name of the file for the title and date of the file for description. From there you have to choose 5 tags which can seem daunting but if you pile up the meta tags like style and type, it helps. Tags can be applied to the whole batch, which can make it go faster. There are also three access options: Public, Gallery View Only, and Unlisted (can only be accessed via direct-link only). It also offers folders within folders for organization and you can submit the same image to multiple folders.
newgrounds.com - They have changed A LOT since they came on the scene and if you haven't checked it out in a long time there is no harm in doing so now. Uploading is a lot easier and they have support for image stacks (posting multiple images in the same submission) but they limit tags to only 12 per submission which is frustrating.
pixiv.net - You'd have to censor things according to Japanese censorship laws, but it's use-able.
sofurry - Mostly associated with writing but they allow art. I genuinely don't know much about this service other than it exists.
weasyl.com - I know the the owners and like them but the service has not had updates to the functions in a while. It is stable at least, has functional tag filtering, also has a friends-only post feature. There is a misconception that it doesn't allow humans, but it allows all subjects, it's not restricted to furries-only.
Honorary mentions to picarto.tv and piczel.tv, as they have their own gallery services, but most people associate them with their streaming. Both of their galleries also support image stacks.
Blogs
For this I am covering what amounts to 'Social Media' but specifically I am using the category of Blog to indicate a post system that favors long-format. I will not be listing microblog services.
pillowfort.social - You can upload like 50 images at a time so being able to make posts with large chunks of images at a time can be helpful if that is something you're keen on. It has tags and tag filtering, and it also truncates your feed so if multiple people reblog the same thing, you only see it once in your feed. It offers a lot of privacy options if that's important to you, including Public, Logged-In Only, Followers-Only, Mutuals-Only, and Private post options. It has communities and the ability to re-blog posts which can help for discovery.
cohost.org - Currently, their editor only allows for 4 images to upload at a time, adding any more requires off-site hosting and using HTML or BBcode to link to it. But it has the best tag and content warning filtering system of the social media services out there.
I guess Plemora and Pixelfed instances could fall under this but you'll have to do your own searching for these. I'm not going to be listing them.
Self-Hosting
This option always seems intimidating to people, but now more than ever it is important to consider making your own website. This isn't a whole and complete guide on how to upload and host things but rather a list of options of what you could be looking at if you want to get started hosting yourself.
The Hosts
Free: neocities.org - Static websites only, but it's low commitment since you don't need a domain and you'd be surprised how much you can store on 1 gig with properly compressed files.
nekoweb.org - Pretty much the same as Neocities
leprd.space - They are application-based only and not always available, but they allow PHP
netlify.com - This is more of an advanced user service for people using deployment services like Git, but they do offer a free tier.
Paid: nearlyfreespeech.net - Pay as needed service. If your site is small you can get it for pretty cheap. But if you plan on having any databases or a lot of websites, it might not be as good of a deal. But the owner seems pretty dedicated to protecting all forms of expression.
hostwinds.com - By far the most straight forward adult content policy. If it's illegal according to US law, it's not permitted. That's it.
amscomputer.com/deals.php - Pretty average adult content policy, will be good for anything that was hosted on FA. But this is by far the cheapest plan I've found for shared hosting that also provides multiple domains and email.
webhostingpad.com - Pretty permissible adult content policy, average prices.
greengeeks.com - Popular with a lot of cam services so it'll host furry just fine. Also pretty average prices.
There are certainly hundreds of hosts that allow sexually explicit content, but the ones I have listed have some of the most straight-forward and flexible policies that I've found thus far.
The Domains
For any self-hosting I recommend registering your domain separate from your host, my personal preference is namecheap.com or porkbun.com You can also get a free subdomain here: freedns.afraid.org
But a side-note, if you're looking for no fuss and cheap SSL options, cloudflare.com you can use to register your domain and manage your DNS, or purchase your domain with another service and manage the DNS with Cloudflare.
The Files
If you downloaded your stuff from The furarchiver, you could just upload those files whole to any of the static site services. You'd have to make a directory page to link to every page but it would be functional. Otherwise you'd have to create everything from the ground-up. https://discourse.32bit.cafe/t/resources-list-for-the-personal-web/49 This has a massive collection of help and options and templates to help guide you through making a website.
If you have access to PHP hosting, one of the easiest, and fastest methods of creating an archive you can use that only takes FTP access is this PHP-Powered image dumper, which is what I use for my art gallery.
HeckScraper's Image Dumper https://mega.nz/file/Fa8lQbZS#hnh6dc4YYx7v611oiV_pWCx5rY3g43DxCZUzHnGNRDY In it includes both the OG image dumper as well as my edits to detect more file types and display in chronological order. To use it, all you have to do is drop the index.php and image.php into the same directory as the images you want to display. Like so:
Tumblr media
How it works is the index file looks for all the images in the folder it is sharing space with and then displays those as a thumbnail. The image file is the one that displays the large version. All you have to do is upload images to that folder and the index file will automatically detect and display the new images.
There is also a With Text version that pulls text from a corresponding text file to display with the image.
Tumblr media
If you would like something a little bit more Robust than that, and also allows you to make webpages, I recommend this CMS named Kirby. getkirby.com It requires PHP 8, which shouldn't be a problem for most hosts, but something to keep an eye on when setting up a new hosting account. But it's a very simple system that uses all text and image files, while also giving you an interface to work with for uploading and editing if you need it.
Website Builder Notice: I don't want to recommend these, but I know some people are terrified of doing anything else so if you HAD to pick one, Wix is the only one that allows sexually explicit content. And Hostinger has a website builder I guess. slashpage.com also doesn't seem to have anything in its TOS that restricts sexually explicit content.
I hope this has been helpful to someone as well as maybe provided some options/perspective to those interested in creating mirrors for other gallery services.

All Valley Skills Challenge FAQ's
What is it? The All Valley Skills Challenge is a monthly event designed to encourage all forms of creativity within the TKK/CK fandom.
How does it work?
Each month, we will select a theme and post 3 correlating moodboards, which will serve as visual prompts. Choose the one that inspires you the most - or choose them all! - and get creating! Whether it's writing, art, or other forms of media, the goal is to inspire creativity and community participation, in all its many and varied forms. What's the time frame? The theme and moodboards will be shared on the first day of each month. You will then have the entire month to complete your creation(s). If you wish for us to share your work, please make sure you have submitted a post by noon, CST, on the second to last day of the month. This should give mods enough time to reblog any submissions before the start of the next prompt. We will schedule deadline reminder posts for each month and include the deadline in the moodboard posts. We reserve the right to make adjustments to the schedules depending on the amount of submissions, we will post updates whenever any changes have been made. Be sure tag us so we can reblog it here. How do I tag you?
@allvalleyskillschallenge and #allvalleyskillschallenge Sometimes, things slip through the cracks on this hellsite, and sometimes life just gets in the way. If we somehow missed your post, please feel free to shoot us a politely worded message and one of our mods will take care of it as soon as possible.
What kind of fan works are allowed?
This is a skills challenge, so it's time to step onto the mats and show us what you've got! Our goal is to showcase all forms of talent and creativity in our badass little fandom, including but not limited to:
Fanfiction
Fan Art (Digital or Traditional)
Comics
Meta
Edits
Playlists
Moodboards
Mixed Media/Arts and Crafts
If you have any questions about the eligibility of your submission, please feel free to message us and one of the mods will be happy to clear things up.
Does it have to be CK/TKK specific?
Generally speaking, yes. We ask that all works be connected to TKK/CK in some way. Any TKK/CK character, whether major or minor, is fair game. AUs, crossovers, and actor RPF are also welcome.
What pairings are allowed?
All pairings either directly or tangentially related to the TKK/CK universe are accepted. This means that if you wish to include a character from a The Karate Kid or Cobra Kai actor's other projects (i.e. Shootfighter, Naked in New York, Blue Beetle), we'll accept those works as well.
To make things easier on our mods, please make sure to tag all pairings accordingly. Include the names of the characters, the actors and the shows/movies they originate from.
What ratings and types of content are allowed?
Works of all ratings are allowed for this challenge, as are works that contain sensitive content, provided they do not violate Tumblr’s Terms of Service. But please be courteous and tag your works appropriately.
Please note that the mods reserve the right not to share or promote works that ignore these guidelines.
What about NSFW Art?
We recommend that any uncensored NSFW Art be posted to ao3. Please be advised that if you are sharing explicit art directly to tumblr, it should cropped/censored to abide by the community guidelines. We have also created an ao3 collection for your submissions. If you would like to add your fanworks to this collection, you can find the link here.
How should I format my submission?
Along with your submission itself, please state which prompt(s) inspired your work, the rating, the main characters/pairings included, and any valid content warnings.
If you do not wish to use warnings, please place your content under a Read More link.
To keep things neat, we also ask that any writing longer than a few paragraphs be posted under a Read More, along with all NSFW content.
If your work is hosted on another site outside of Tumblr (such as ao3), please provide us with a working link, along with a brief summary. Is there a word count minimum for written submissions? Or a maximum?
The minimum for a written submission is 100 words (or haiku length for poetry). There is no maximum. From drabbles to epics to in-depth meta, feel free to write as much (or as little) as you want. Just keep in mind that your work must be submitted before the end of the month in order for us to reblog it. Can I submit more than one thing?
Yes, absolutely! Our goal is to inspire you to create!
That being said, we will only reblog 6 posts per participant, per month. This is mainly to keep from spamming everyone's dashes.
So if, for example, you choose to write multiple drabbles or connected drabble sequences for a prompt, keep this limitation in mind. Consider either posting them to ao3 as a collection and sharing the link, or condensing them into one tumblr post.
Again, please only @ us in 6 posts per month. Posts that exceed this limit will be disregarded.
When will my post be reblogged?
Our current plan is to reblog your submissions in batches, twice a week. There will be one drop in the middle of the week, and another over the weekend. So if your post isn't reblogged right away - don't worry! We will do our best to make sure everyone gets their time to shine.
We are also currently working on creating a tagging system to keep things as organized as possible on our end. We ask for your patience while we sort things out.
One last thing!
Remember, this a challenge, not a competition! The goal is to further develop and showcase your skills - and most of all, to have fun!
We know it's a slow time for the fandom right now, but we hope this event will encourage participation and foster a greater sense of community. Reblogs and comments are encouraged! It is our dearest hope that you will support each other's efforts and cheer each other on!
That being said: While we will do our best to tag ships and any sensitive or potentially triggering content, please remember that this is a fandom-wide event. Any and all pairings and ratings are allowed.
This may include content that you are not personally comfortable with. But while you are free to explore themes of intolerance or bigotry within your work, hate speech and harassment directed toward your fellow participants or mods WILL NOT BE TOLERATED. Under ANY circumstances.
Someone wrote or drew a ship you don't like? You disagree with someone else's opinion or are squicked by a particular kink? Be respectful or just keep scrolling. Unsolicited critical feedback and bashing are not allowed in this dojo.
To paraphrase Mr. Miyagi - our root karate might be the same, but we all choose our own way to grow. Everyone's form of expression is unique. So please be respectful when engaging with creators and their works. Anyone found to be harassing their fellow challengers (or the mods) will be banned and disqualified from participating in future rounds.
If you have any other questions, comments, or suggestions for future themes, please feel free to contact us and we will get back to you as soon as we can! Our asks are open. And if for some reason you need to contact a mod directly, your senseis mods with their inboxes open and ready to answer questions are: @desolateice and @wicked-jade.

About
We are a handful of Louis and Claudia fans scattered around the world, some of us writers or artists, all of us passionate about AMC’s adaptation of Interview with the Vampire.
Organizing and promoting these events, and sharing the recommendations and fanworks resulting from them, is our way to nurture this flourishing fan space, to help foster an environment where fans of AMC’s Louis and Claudia can share our love for this adaptation and its characters, have interesting and productive conversations, encourage each other’s creativity, and have fun. This means building a fandom on shared ideas of anti-racism, of respect towards the subject of abuse and sexual violence and towards survivors, and of understanding that art is political and the fan communities we create around it are too.
For the purposes of this account, we follow the age-old fandom precepts of “don’t like, don’t read” and “curate your own space”.
This means that there will be posts and fanworks that we won’t share or allow in the collections for our events, and that there’s accounts that will be blocked from interacting with us as well. To know more about our reasoning, see our guidelines for participation and our rules of engagement ►
Tags and warnings
Posts or specific fanworks about a given characters will be tagged with their first name (e.g. #claudia). Characters in relationships will be tagged in alphabetical order according to their first name, and platonic relationships will be tagged with 'and' while those that are romantic and/or sexual will use an 'x' (e.g. #louis and paul, or #armand x louis x rashid).
Fanworks are tagged according to their medium and genre. Tags used so far have been:
#fanfiction
#fanart
#fanmix
#amv and fanvids
#analysis and meta
#edits and graphics
#games and prompts
#rec lists
#intertext and #webweavings
#jokes and memes
art of the episode
Content warnings will be tagged when the potentially sensitive content is part of the post itself, so that it can be picked up by Tumblr's filtering function. Such warnings will be tagged with a 'cw' (e.g. #cw suicide). We might not always realize something could use a warning, so please feel free to send a message or reblog with a comment if you believe a warning should be added, and we'll take a look at the post in question.

❄️🌸Hitsuhina Weekend🌸❄️
Tumblr media
🌸Dates🌸
Saturday 4th- Sunday 5th March (and 6th as an extra for the different timezones)
❄️Themes❄️
Saturday: Junrinan / Motivation / Peach Tree / Time
Sunday: Stars / Morning / Zanpakuto / Teamwork
If your theme suggestion didn’t make it for this event fear not! It’ll likely be used in a Hitsuhina event later in the year. If you’re not familiar with events like this or aren’t sure what the rules are, please read below the ‘keep reading’ to read the guidelines and rules for the weekend.
Otherwise, I hope to see all of your submissions in two weeks time!
Rules & Guidelines:
You can submit as many pieces as you want. It can just be one submission based on one or more of the themes, a few submissions each based on one or more of the themes, or you can take up the ultimate challenge great a single single submission that incorporates all of the themes; it’s totally up to you!
Tag your submission/s with either ‘#hitsuhina weekend’ or ‘#hitsuhina weekend 2023’ to be included in the event.
Submissions can be fanart, fanfiction, edits, metas, AMVs, gif sets,  and/or headcanons.
Submissions should include the name of the event (Hitsuhina Weekend) and the theme/s you are basing your submission on either in the description or author’s note.
Your submission should not be a tracing or copy of an existing artwork or fanfiction. Any entries that are will not be included  as part of Hitsuhina Weekend. As such, your submissions should an original work by you. For edits and AMVs, do not use fanart (unless it’s your own) as part of the submission.
Give credit where it is needed (such as a link and the OP’s name to a stock image or reference for drawings, or to photos for edits/aesthetic/mood boards).
You can create as many pieces as you want for any of the six themes.
Mature content isn’t allowed.
You may include other characters in the pieces, but the focus should be Hitsuhina. Of course, this is a day to celebrate Hitsuhina, not to undermine or bash on other characters/pairings. Any submissions with this will not be included as part of the event.

intro post
hey! this is a blog dedicated to archiving character interactions in the ryu ga gotoku series. ideally, this can be a resource for anyone looking to find particular exchanges or checking characterization. the focus will be on non-cutscene interactions, but some cutscenes may be included. my hope is that i can begin with major characters (i.e. kiryu and haruka) and branch out to minor characters (i.e. pocket circuit fighter)
DETAILS:
1. posts will be tagged with names of the characters involved and the game(s) the screenshot(s)/video(s) originate from.
if the relationships are particularly frequent/prominent, then i may have a tag like "kiryu and date" for their interactions specifically.
if you're looking for something, check the featured tags.
if you still can't find something, feel free to reach out to me, and i'll see what i can do.
if there is a common merged name for that dynamic (i.e. a ship name, though some people use these to refer to a dynamic generally), then it's likely i'll include that as well, regardless of whether the content is romantic or my feelings on that pairing, so that people can find what they're looking for more easily. if i make exceptions, it will be in extreme instances, and i reserve judgement on those. please don't ride my ass for this, i don't want to have to block you. this is for everyone. play nice.
2. i will be accepting submissions and requests for particular characters and/or interactions, etc.
use the submissions to send in screenshots/footage, and use asks for requests/other communication.
if you're not sure if something belongs on this blog, go ahead and ask/submit! chances are i'll put it there anyway if it's official rgg stuff.
please do not submit fake/doctored screenshots, even as a joke, without explicitly stating that they are fake/edited. i don't think i'll have the time/means to verify all of these myself, so please just... don't do that. don't shit where you drink, y'know?
submissions are especially welcome for hard to access dialogue (i.e amon victory dialogue) or games that are hard to access (i.e. kenzan or the kurohyou games).
it'll make it a whole lot easier to fill this archive with others helping out, but feel free to be browse-only!! even if i populate this blog on my own, i'm very excited and happy to be able to do this. :D
3. submissions will be accepted for all games under the rgg banner, but i will likely be unable to fulfill requests for games i haven't played/don't have access to.
in such cases, i will likely put out requests to the broader community to see if someone can provide what you're looking for. i'd suggest not making such asks anonymously so i can @ you if i get it, but it's up to you. i'll try to keep track, but forgive me if i don't.
currently, i have played 0-7 and LAD ishin. i have the judgement duology, but i have not played them yet.
4. please be patient with me!
im writing this at the blog's creation so im not sure how it'll go, but requests will likely take some time to fill, especially if they require a lot of time (i.e. late-game hostess or real estate dialogue).
additionally, if i get a lot of requests, response time will likely be slow.
i'm a full-time college student, but i'll do my best!!
5. interactions will be from my main, @skrunksthatwunk . come say hi there if you wanna :3
Sometimes I'll post analyses/meta posts in the reblogs of things from this account. I'm trying to keep the archive neutral on analysis and intepretation, but I loooove analyzing and interpreting rgg so that's where that'll be. I'll put it under the "archive response" tag on skrunksthatwunk if you want to find them.
6. i'm open to suggestions on organization or content, especially right now, since the blog is very fresh. it's a community resource, and it exists for us.
i may take away this feature or not implement suggestions based on my judgement in the future, but right now it's all good, and i don't think i'll stop it unless shit gets really caustic or out of hand.
7. there will likely be a delay on new games, and i don't know how quickly i will put out content.
i expect it will be a very gradual process, but we'll see.
8. i'll add tags for characters to the tags i use as i post.
if there isn't one, chances are i haven't made a post with them yet, but feel free to ask me directly.
ok update i didn't know they limited featured tags so you'll just have to search for some of them
9. some characters/dynamics may be difficult to tag. in such cases, i'll try to come up with a system for:
types of characters (i.e. "hostess: rina" or "hostess: yuki")
or groups (i.e. "morning glory orphans", "ichigang", "shinsengumi", "majima construction")
if there's nothing else, i'll likely put the game if it's a one-off character (i.e. "mayumi (yakuza 5)")
this might be a bit shaky, but i'll try to make it all very clear and send out updates if/when i change things.
10. i might end up tagging certain things "archive: x" so i don't clog up popular tags (i.e. "archive: kazumaji"), but we'll see.
11. some posts may require threads. i will tag the final posts in these "🧵" to indicate it is the final version, and i will edit the top of the chain with a link to its finished version for user convenience.
my hope is that this'll make it easier to find the full post without having to dig through reblogs, especially if the post gets popular (because people may not reblog the whole thing, and may reblog an earlier version without the link. which is totally fine btw).
if a post gets popular, i may add another tag called "popular", to make it easier to search for these posts specifically. search for this along with 🧵 or character(s) and game(s) for the best results finding older, popular posts.
again, if you're really struggling, reach out, and i'll do what i can to help you.
12. various other infrastructure tags:
"text only" for pure transcriptions (i.e. transcribing a cutscene, no screenshots)
"screenshot" for posts that have images (these will include alt ID transcriptions, but "text only" is intended for screen reader use. i do not use screen readers myself, so if there's anything i can do to improve that experience, i would love to know)
"video" for posts with videos, which will have transcriptions under a readmore (and will likely have text only transcriptions, which i'll try to link to such posts)
"cinematic"" if the content is from a fully animated cinematic (i.e. ones you can rewatch from the menu)
"cutscene" for those scenes that are mandatory to progress the plot and often happen between cinematics, but are posed in the typical dialogue format (i.e. scrolling text in boxes)
"overworld" for dialogue that occurs in other circumstances (i.e. speaking to an npc, substory dialogue)
"objective" for objectives located on the pause menu, which are characterized as the player character's inner monologue
"substory" for content from substories (these will likely also separately be tagged "substory #: title"). if they are from a particular minigame's line of substories, i'll tag them something like "mesuking" to distinguish them
"maps" for maps
"menus" for store inventory and bar/restaurant menus
"location ref" for references of particular locations, especially interiors (i.e. tojo HQ)
"location: x" for various locations, i.e. serena, purgatory, prison, restaurants, etc
"inventory" for items (corresponding to the game's classification of them)
"equipment" for weapons and armor (corresponding to the game's classification of them)
"abilities" for ability descriptions, categories, users, and costs
"messages" for emails, pager messages, etc (excluding phone calls, which have their own tag)
"phone calls" for phone calls, both cutscene and overworld
"misc" for other stuff, in case you're having trouble
[will do my best to update these as i get all this better]
13. when applicable, i'll indicate chapters. cinematics will be labeled "CHXCMY", where X = the chapter number and Y = the cinematic number. this way they can be reviewed in order
anyway, i hope you enjoy!

anonymous submissions: a how-to
we here at wincestwednesdays headquarters understand that some of our fellow fans aren’t ready to jump headfirst into posting incest. that’s okay! while we highly encourage sideblogs and burner accounts if you’re afraid to share your interest on main, we’ve also made it easy to join in the festivities this month regardless. here’s how:
the easiest way to do this is to upload your entry anonymously on AO3, and then send us the link in the submit box. make sure you include a title and a summary for us to post here. if you’re uploading artwork, let us know if you want us to upload the picture here with a link to your AO3 post, or if you just want us to link it.
here’s the other way:
STEP ONE: if you’re logged in to tumblr on your browser, navigate to a private browser. this link is a good resource for learning how, and may computerworld.com be forever more known as the resource for incognito incest-posting, amen.
STEP TWO: click this link or navigate to wincestwednesdays.tumblr.com/submit. you’ll be presented with this page:
Tumblr media
use that drop down menu in the top left to choose your post option: meta would be text, an edit would be photo, etc. UNFORTUNATELY, you can only submit one photo. if you really want to be anonymous but you have a gifset or a multiple image post, you can dm us and we can come to an agreement where the mod (hi!) will post multiple gifs or photos for you. you can create a burner account with a new email for that and dm us from that new account.
another option would be to host your images on another platform and then submit the link to it by choosing the link option from the drop down menu above. in this case, we would save and then reupload your images. i highly recommend imgur if you take this path.
STEP THREE: choose a fake name and enter an email. luckily for you, the email only has to be real if you want to receive a response when we post your submission. i highly recommend entering [email protected] as your email.
STEP FOUR: choose your tags. please select all the tags available for your post.
STEP FIVE: pass the robot-checker. if you’re a wincest-shipping android, dm us for further help.
STEP SIX: hit submit and we will approve your post for the following wednesday!

the nice thing about having friends who have faith in you, having a twin brother you can rant to and not be judged poorly (considering he himself has also been in some hot water with our extended family before, lol), having a sister-in-law you can talk to about the technicalities of things, is that it grounds you to reality. it gives you perspective, and just outright reminds you that you shouldn't let what people say online get to you, because at the end of the day, all this will pass, yknow?
i'm excited for the day i can look back on all of this and laugh about it; it'll make for a neat conversation starter with my friends. lol there's no regret in what happened. i only regret the way i let it get to me, and how i'd forgotten one of my other personal rules when i engage in fandom. but having talked to my loved ones now (and listening to bollywood music), i'm on solid, firmer ground again, so i think it's a lot safer for me now to think and talk about it, to get all my thoughts out onto paper and onto the same solid ground with me.
usually i'd write about this sort of thing on my journal, but i gotta keep the carpal tunnel at bay, so onto this blog it goes.
what happened this week was a double-whammy for me: individuals called me out for a post I'd reblogged on here with some tags I wrote on there, and a meta post that garnered some controversy about a generally accepted fanon take on a character (said take being fanon is my opinion, just so we're clear, future me).
i have hurt a number of individuals with the tags i wrote in that post, and i do feel remorseful for the way i came off, but ultimately, i do stand by them. my reasons were not stated in that post, because i spoke only in the tags; we have a limit of 30 tags, y'all. i'm not able to give all my justifications onto those tags because i'm limited (30!), and i never thought i'd have to (despite the fact that i understood that i had no obligation to), in the first place.
whether or not people choose to discern and draw conclusions about my character based on those tags alone, or if they want to reach out to me to get further clarification, that's entirely up to them. i can't control how people perceive me online, so why expend the energy to giving their opinions about me any weight, when i can use said energy for other things (like smutty kimchay art--//hits)?
the way i see it, the people who choose to discern my character and jump to conclusions about it based on those tags alone says a lot more about them than it ever will about me.
having said that...
cat!kim, bottom!kim, submissive!kim...I don't like any of these headcanons (that hasn't stopped me from reading some amazing bottom!kim fics though, lemme just say XD) because in my mind, they're heavily influenced by jeff satur's media personality and disregards the boundary between actor and character. no one has to agree with me on this, nor should anyone feel the need to explain themselves to me about why they may think the opposite, because at the end of the day, these are just my opinions. anyone else is more than welcome to think the contrary. i cannot control what people think of me through these opinions any more than i can control people giving weight to them in the first place.
autistic!kim and basically any headcanon that applies a medical diagnosis onto a fictional character...is an idea i choose not to engage in, or entertain in any capacity. that's all there is to it. am i stopping others from engaging in this idea? not at all; explore this idea as much as you want in the capacity it makes you happy. that's one of the purposes of fandom, after all. but for my part, i cannot engage in it whatsoever; i'd much rather people in this fandom just think the worst of me, call me all types of names and labels in the book, and live in ignorance about my character, than to compromise on this. i can explain myself in limited capacity in a private chat, but otherwise, i won't share any more of myself than what i feel i can or should in this public space, yknow?
as for my meta posts...i'm very glad they do encourage conversation, even if others disagree with me, but just please be nice about it. i don't mind engaging in friendly debate in private, but i will also admit that debate about character interpretation in public gives me hella anxiety, alas. it's harder to discern people's tones online, and what was once originally a debate can quickly spiral into yelling matches because of this loss of context.
but yeah, i think now i can safely say i've made a little bit of peace with this incident(s), even if i'm still processing a lot of emotions!
and with that, back to my metas and kimchay art, i've kept them waiting long enough~

✨ Fic Writing Review 2023 ✨
thanks for the tag @non-plutonian-druid!
the actual format of this game is this post but i rearranged it a bit so that i could hide my extremely long list of fics under a cut
Fandom fic events 2023
Murderbot Diaries New Year Gift Exchange
Yuletide Draft Dodgers
Murderbot AUpril Collection (open and accepts submissions)
2023 Aspec Murderbot Diaries
2023 PresAugust
We Were It // It Will Be Us: A TMBD Art Exhibition (open and accepts submissions)
Botober 2023
Upcoming 2024
Events:
i'm doing the Murderbot Diaries New Year Gift Exchange (2024) :3
Perhaps i'll post something for the annual 3/3 for Three collection idk (this collection is open and accepts submissions, and it spikes on March 3rd of each year)
WIPs:
Gift exchange fic
Absolute monster of a nullverse!network effect AU fic. i'm trying so hard to get draft 1 of this beast finished it's been beating my ass for over a year but i'm gonna Get It
Continue Via Solitude updates.
a 5+1 ASR bad ends fic that explores some meta shit. namely trust, forgiveness, and sci-fi horror genre vs canon.
Words and fics 2023
let's find out just how cringe (fun) i've been on ao3. i'm like. jeebus creebus i've posted a lot this year huh.
105,486 words of fan fiction. all of it murderbot. let's look at them going right down the statistics page (default sorted by hits, tho it gets kind of messy at the end with and i got lazy):
30,336 words of Via Solitude, an All Systems Red AU where murderbot has to do wilderness survival.
~5k words that's just a repost of Threat As Greeting, except with fresh interactive CSS effects.
3,346 words top 3 SURPRISING things you didn't know about the SECUNIT who pulled you out of an INCINERATOR (2023 gift exchange) outsider POV from the characters featured in Wells' pre-canon short story
1,502 words Aspec Drabbles (for the Aspec Murderbot Diaries event) it lot of fun to work with strict 100-word drabbles.
13,837 words References NULL: Logs From Project Murderbot [nullverse] the most purely concentrated angst/whump from the nullverse series yet. handle with care or skip it.
6,552 words How To Go On A Camping Trip - a guide for anxious SecUnits who are bad at vacationing (2023 gift exchange) i really liked this one tbh. fun standalone.
2,488 words Improve Your Baby AI With This One Weird Trick! (2023 gift exchange) my personal fic-titling theme for the gift exchange was "clickbait."
7,875 Alien Refuge (AUpril inspired) This is a Homestuck crossover, and reportedly the first time multiple people willingly interacted with homestuck-affiliated content, and they liked it. gottem. it's also pretty good, i did a nice job injecting homestuckism tone into the murderbot narrative style If I Do Say So Myself.
911 words No Comment: Shut Up And Dance [nullverse] fluff and humor. tfw your secunit friend (murderbot) is crashing in your living room and you (dr. ratthi) have insomnia.
2,922 words MetaMorphoSys (AUpril inspired) listen i NEED the next big fandom trend to be an AU world where people metamorphose inside cocoons. hear me out. HEAR ME OUT. in this fic we take the fridge horror of canon murderbot diaries and make it visceral, wet, biological, and ethically Even Worse. get yr Amena emotions also.
0 words SecUnit Technician Bingo Card it's funny. idk.
3,438 words nullverse reference sheet [nullverse bonus content] self indulgent AU notes
2,290 words Systems: Splorch [nullverse bonus content] a friend of mine said "how long until we get a fic with #oviposition in the murderbot diaries ao3?" i took the answer to that question into my own two capable hands at 7.5 hours. you're welcome.
2,562 words Artifacts NULL: Fire Festival [nullverse] slice-of-life friend times with nostalgia vibes. how far we've come.jpg.
388 words Entries shared by the Society for Conservation of Feed Artifacts (SCFA) (created for TMBD in-universe robot art gallery, which is an open collection that accepts any submissions!) wait this reminds me i have one more to post. i'll get to it.
9,314 words in 31 fics written for (Botober 2023) daily prompts. turned out to be a fun exercise and exploration of bot culture tho it took me longer than the month of october to finish.
4 fanarts of fics that i liked.
26 fanbindings where i printed out and made booklets out of fics that i liked.
2 translations.
3,080 words Refrain [nullverse bonus content] if you're unfamiliar with my Brand this will sound unhinged. if you are familiar with my Brand you know by now that i have a knack for taking literally Anything and treating it with tender loving care and unexpected deft so this doesn't even surprise you. tl;dr it's porn of two bots having a deeply OSHA-unapproved Fuck Session, there's no genitals involved, and it's tagged #Vivisection. it's pretty good if you're into robots and perhaps mild gore.

Rules Post
How to participate?
Grab the bingo card and start creating! The first prompt in a square is made to be more gen, and the bottom one to be more shippy. But you can write any levels of NSFW, or make the shippy prompts platonic. If you're feeling extra, you can try and combine both prompts.
For exemple, Food — Date could be:
Melshi enjoys his first proper meal after Narkina. (Food)
Cassian and Melshi go on a date on Niamos (Date)
Melshi and Cassian go on a date and stop at a street vendor who sells a specialty from Melshi's homeworld (Food + Date)
How do I get a Bingo?
Writing or drawing five (5) prompts, going horizontally, vertically, diagonally, or all four corners + the free square, gives you a Bingo.
Writing or drawing 25 prompts from your card, blotting out every square, gives you a Blackout.
You do NOT have to complete a Bingo or Blackout to participate! We welcome as few or as many entries as you'd like to enter.
What can I do?
We welcome fanfic, fanart, gif/edits, posed cosplay, and meta posts. Writing must be over 300 words, art can be lines alone. We just don't want to reblog any low-effort posts.
The focus of the fic/art must be the Andor show.
You can bring in other characters, we don't require things to be canon compliant, but we ask the focus to be on Andor characters, the Andor timeline or shortly after. No Rogue One stories, no "Cassian takes a trip to Tatooine and ends up fucking Luke out of nowhere".
Fics must be at least 500 words, fan art doesn't have to be coloured. We're pretty lenient but won't be reblogging one liners/low effort contributions.
Once you start posting your work, use the tag #Andor Bingo and mention us @sw-andor in your post
We will be reblogging content for 2 months, until the 3rd of February. Late stragglers are obviously still welcome, just be sure to @ the blog.
Dos and Don'ts :
No character bashing, or hate or bigotry of any kind, is allowed for this event. NSFW submissions are totally fine and even encouraged, but you MUST tag them appropriately and be 18+ yourself.
Prompts are often in duo or left vague specifically for those of you who want to take it to NSFW, so don't be shy to get creative or kinky.
The FREE square is for you to pick a random prompt. You have to write/draw for it to make a Bingo or Blackout. You can pick any prompt, even outside the ones the cards offer.
You are very welcome to combine prompts, or merge with other events. The goal of this Bingo is simply to create more content for Andor and to have fun.
Don't reblog any of our contributions with hate in the tags, it will get you blocked.
This event is inclusive of all ships.
How to tag
This is how I try to tag all reblogs for my events :
Character name — Character traits (optional, but like "Pirate Maarva" or "Kino Lives") — Ship name if applicable - Andor - Event name (#Andor Bingo) — Type of media (fanart, fanfic, gifset, cosplay…) — Possible trigger tags — Artist handle
I'd encourage you to use the same format!
Please tag all common triggers. If your work is visual NSFW, share a SFW screenshot with a link to AO3 or Twitter or relevant social media. Fic that goes into smut should ideally have the naughty bits under the "read more" bar, or with a link to AO3/FFN, etc.
Please carefully tag your works, as your tags are the ones that will be visible in search. People browsing our event tag will see your posts. If you don't tag properly, you may force other fans to see ships or content they don't want to. If your work is dark or triggering and poorly tagged, I will DM you but won't reblog until you've fixed your tags.
Happy creating! Can't wait to see what you guys do!

SEO stands for Search Engine Optimization. It is an organic process used to enhance the visibility and ranking of a website or webpage on the search engine results pages (SERPs). SEO aims to drive organic (unpaid) traffic for a particular’s web page/website.
SEO depends on various important factors like as keyword research, high-quality & relevant content, meta description, title tag, heading tag, URL structure, mobile friendliness etc.
Benefits Of  SEO?
Increased Organic Traffic: SEO is an organic process. So, you can get more organic traffic from search engine result pages.
Better User Experience: SEO involves optimizing various aspects of a website, such as its structure, content, and navigation. This often leads to an improved user experience, making it easier for visitors to find what they're looking for.
Long-Term Results: SEO is a time taking organic process. If you follow the best SEO path and implement it on your website, that time you can get long-term benefits.
Cost-Effectiveness: Organic traffic generated through SEO is essentially free, making it a cost-effective way to attract visitors compared to paid advertising methods.
Targeted Traffic: SEO allows you to target specific keywords and phrases that are relevant to your business, ensuring that the traffic you receive is more likely to convert into customers.
Types Of SEO
On-Page SEO: This involves optimizing the content and HTML source code of individual web pages. It includes elements like keyword optimization, high-quality content creation, proper use of header tags, meta descriptions, and optimizing images.
Off-Page SEO: Off-Page SEO means whatever you can do outside of your website. Off-Page SEO is known as Off Side SEO or Link building. After completing your on-page SEO activities, you will start to create Link building to other high-quality websites for your websites. Like as Infographic submission, social bookmarking, classified submission, PPT/PDF submission etc.
Technical SEO: Technical SEO is a part of On-Page SEO. Because you are optimizing your website to ensure that search engines can crawl, index, and understand your content effectively. It includes tasks like improving site speed, optimizing for mobile devices, fixing broken links, and creating XML sitemaps.
Local SEO: For businesses with a physical presence, local SEO is crucial. It involves optimizing your online presence to appear in local search results, often including tasks like creating and optimizing Google My Business profiles, managing online reviews, and ensuring consistent NAP (Name, Address, Phone Number) information across platforms.
