Do Plumbers Dream of Electric Spaghetti?
Mr. L is modifying Domain's simulator headset for some mysterious purpose, and when he tests it out it allows him to access the Dream World. This is apparently a failure, but he decides to make the most of the opportunity by messing with everyone's dreams. 'Cause Fuck 'em. The Mario Bros figure out what he's doing and chase him through the Dream World to exact vengeance, recruiting their friends along the way.
Highlights include:
A Zorro parody with Tari as the protagonist, Bob as the antagonist, and Saiko as a love interest. She begs the Bros not to tell the real Saiko about this.
SMG4 having the classic "doing a school presentation in your underwear" dream despite having very little school experience.
Lily, SMG3 and Old Man Hobo each having very similar "Rule the World with an Iron Fist" dreams.
Saiko fighting a zombie apocalypse with the Power of Rock.
Saiko getting very distracted by Zorro!Tari's outfit and sword skills throughout the episode.
Melony and Lil Coding having a shared dream...about taking a nap.
Karen's dream literally just being her playing with a ball of yarn like a normal cat.
Bowser being the only one with a standard "all logic goes out the window" dream.
Meanwhile, Bob is helping Meggy recover from a nightmare about her time in Western Spaghetti, which is why they're not asleep and joining in on the fun with everyone else.

can you explain what you mesn by monkey ladder in reference to the CR fandom? as someone from C1 i would probably be able to give you the insight you asked for in your tags but im unsure of the angle you are coming from.
Oh yeah, it describes a phenomenon I've repeatedly seen in all aspects of my life but I wasn't aware there was an idiom for it. Basically, it describes how communities/institutions continue following patterns of behavior even when said behaviors are in response to a no-longer relevant problem and even when the people who originated said behaviors and remember the original reason are gone.
So: imagine an experiment with five monkeys, a ladder, and bananas on top of the ladder. Whenever a monkey goes for the ladder to reach the bananas, a researcher sprays all the monkeys with ice water. After enough attempts, the monkeys, understandably, begin attacking any one of them that reaches for the ladder in order to avoid this punishment.
The researchers then swap out one of the monkeys for a new monkey. When the new monkey reaches for the ladder, the other monkeys attack them and prevent them from reaching it.
They then swap out another monkey, and when the second new monkey reaches for the ladder, not only do the other monkeys attack them - the first "new" monkey joins in. And so on. Eventually, you can reach a point where all five monkeys in the room have never even been sprayed with ice water. They don't know why they are attacking people who reach for the ladder other than that they were attacked for reaching for the ladder. And here's the kicker: the researchers haven't sprayed anyone in ages, and actually, they've turned off the water, and if someone reached for the ladder, they'd be fine. But they won't.
So it's about groups enforcing behaviors that arose in response to something specific that is no longer present, even after the group no longer recalls, necessarily, why it was present.
Anyway: as someone with the specific experience of watching campaign 1 and early campaign 2 concurrently, having started with Campaign 2, ie, joined the fandom in Campaign 2 and have been here ever since, the following viewpoints are all imo "monkey-ladder" problems: people carrying forward stereotypes/fandom behaviors that I think originated in Campaign 1 but which many new fans never actually experienced:
specifically the one I mentioned in my previous post - the idea that Sam and Travis make stupid joke characters and aren't taking this seriously. (This sometimes splits into Sam Makes Dumb Joke Characters And Travis Is Himself A Stupid Person. The latter has fortunately abated but it was still alive and kicking as late as early C3)
The idea that Marisha and Laura; or Taliesin and Liam, make characters with exceptional romantic chemistry with each other. (They didn't have this in C1 either; while chemistry is obviously a subjective metric I find these specifically two of the weakest cases of cast romantic chemistry and definitely the two weakest of same gender cast romantic chemistry but they were held up as the only viable PC/PC queer romances given that Ashley was often absent, Grog wasn't interested, and people wrote off Scanlan as a dumb joke and Tary came around after Percy and Vex were already together)
Any criticism of Marisha is Forbidden Forever due to the harassment she received in C1 (we got monkeys who joined the fandom mid-C3 beating up people who were like I'm Not Vibing With Laudna who had been staunch Keyleth defenders during the actual run of C1, for example)
I'm sure there's others that aren't coming to mind but this is a good starting point: basically, it's people who weren't in the fandom in C1 and might not even have seen Campaign 1 carrying over opinions that really only made sense in Campaign 1 and honestly weren't even good then.
For a fun interrogation of this (carryover of an opinion/behavior with no other reason than This Is What I Was Told When I Joined) within the context of an actual play, see Iga Lisowski in The Unsleeping City 2.

Do you think the meme guardian lore will ever be made more relevant to the series again? I think the last time it was ever brought up was in “Smg4 and Smg3 are forced to hold hands”. Which is a shame bc I feel like they could use the world building they made more often in their plotlines.
I bring it up bc I thought of it as another responsibility Smg3 would have to take on if we do get coma4 as a result of this arc. But then I remembered no wasn’t any mention of meme guardian duties during the igbp arc. So… :/
I think we'll get more meme guardian lore, yeah!
Hopefully I'm remembering this correctly, I think the last time it was brought up was WOTFI 2023, if you count the meme fusion 3 & 4 did. Do correct me if I'm wrong tho!
I totally get it, cosmology lore has so much potential that I just want to shake it in my hands and study it under a microscope. If I were on the Team, I think the best path would be to dedicate another arc to it. Leave in some moments here and there (like 3 & 4's cosmic link or visits from 1 & 2), something small but it would eventually build up a whole arc to where it's going to be important and needed to resolve the plot. We could then dive into their duties, the consequences for 3 moving out of the internet graveyard, back with the "Trash Friends" episode, etc. The Team was able to make it relevant in WOTFI 2023 so why not?
Indeed :)) as I like to say, for the LOREEEEEEEEEEEEE
As to when this arc could happen, it would have to be VERY precise bc it's not just guardian duties/powers, it's also about 3 & 4 relationship as partners (A WHOLE ARC ABOUT THEM?! LET'S GOOO). Timing-wise, it would be when their relationship has to be addressed inevitably, for better or for worse, and however it ends, their dynamic would change drastically from that point forward.
Basically similar to how it was for Karen's arc, dropping info about Hitman Inc. and the father of her kids. They were small pieces of lore that eventually started to connect when her arc came around. We, as the audience, can refer back to previous episodes, leaving more of the runtime focused on the conflict and new lore.
Other than the cosmology lore, I can say the same for Tari & Clench since we barely know anything about it (gaming and tech arc goes to them. If we ever get coma 4, it's actually not a bad setup for a future arc (not like immediately when Karen's arc finishes but give it, eh 6 months or smth).
maybe I should apply for glitch prod /JOKEJOKEJOKE
thanks for the ask, anon!

When it comes to 4's relation with the door, Does He Know?
(Also PLEASE God let Tari have some sort of importance, Clench can't have been for nothing)
it would be great if she finally had some actual relevance, like genuine where she's the main character, especially since we've never even learned her origins, she just one day showed up- like for SO many others we know but not for her despite for how long she had been around! Like I keep imagining the idea of SMG4 Sheridan and it makes me feel nauseous /pos
though I'm more rooting for Saiko to get SOMETHING I miss her being like. a character at all, I feel like the team has less and less a grasp on how to portray her? it's kinda sad. Like I wouldn't mind if they like, change some things to make her feel more alive. I guess one thing I miss is who she used to be when she was brought out of the game- like her nature to go crazy in her way and being kind of like- I really like her thing with Kaizo back then where they were really destructive, like it would be interesting if they did something more with that- like she's not a reserved girl lover (I'm bringing this up cuz so many times her character was like. showing up with Tari which I just- cmon), she was more and she could still be more- I honestly didn't mind her love for KFC either
they could do a batshit crazy arc where KFC like. stops all restaurants and her adventure on bringing it back to show how crazily passionate she is about some chicken

Wish (Disney) vs Lawsuit Arc (SMG4)
I usually compare these two but never in a critical sense so i'm doing that.
Story:
I do think Lawsuit somewhat repetitive in a sense, I can barely call anything unique about it other than its meta, its a basic story and while im not offended or angered by it, it feels stale.
Wish bares that same flaw as it is a simple and somewhat repetitive story.
Narrative:
At first I thought there was but Lawsuit barely felt like it HAD a narrative, I feel very little but I will say this and Wish have similar narratives when it comes to freedom of choice
Wish's Narrative is to give all wishes a chance to be pursued, but it doesnt give of the narrative well enough for others to understand.
Songs:
Objection slaps but its lyrics suck and it does basically nothing to help their case to the point Miyamoto points out the same thing.
Wish... you already know all the songs have bad lyrics (At all costs is good tho fight me) but there is more in abundance... which shouldnt really matter
Protagonists:
Meggy isn't a good focus character, none of the three are in Lawsuit, they just have too much screen time overall and already have too much development in hand, in particular Meggy was at her worst in this arc, her motives like Asha is to give the people their choice, only she does it in the worst way possible by pissing off the villain, Mario and SMG4 are just forgettable but Meggy's too flawed to be a good protagonist.
Asha in contrast... is better by a lot, she actually admits her fault in Magnifico's reign... even if she did nothing to him directly that was Magnifico's own actions, she's still mid but better than Meggy in Lawsuit by a mile, Valentino however is kinda mid and is on the same level as SMG4 in terms of role, Star isnt as good as Mario but he is cute ill give that for him.
Antagonist:
Lawyer Kong is honestly forgettable as a villain, he's not hands on enough for me to say much but he IS a looming threat to the smg4 characters, it's just he does a lot of the same things some smg4 villains did.
Magnifico is a similar case, He does a lot of what other disney villains did but worse, not to say I didnt think he was a BAD villain but he is definetly low on the villains ranking.
in terms of Defeat Magnifico wins because LK did kinda just feel unfinished.
Side Characters:
Honestly the SMG4 cast is too underutilized other than luigi, there isnt much given from the other characters other than gags and the WOTFI challenges
Wish doesn't flesh out the side characters more but I do remember them DOING more than any of the smg4 characters, at least the seven teens and amaya are relevant, Tari even points out she missed out
Allegorial Accuracy:
Lawyer Kong is very much a representation of Nintendo's Worst and it does feel intentional with the jokes
Magnifico does give off a Disney CEO's vibe when it comes to his actions torwards the wishes, however Wish feels unintentionally allegorial so I cannot day wish is better in that aspect.
Comedy:
Lawsuit is mildly funnier.
Wish doesnt make me laugh enough, theres just ONE joke that makes me chuckle.
Ending:
Yeah the redesigns grew on me but man did they not do justice when it came down to it and it ends pretty weirdly which leaves a weird and somewhat bad taste in my mouth.
Wish's ending felt like it showed what Disney SHOULD be as a company, it shows IDEAL disney creativity without the need for restrictions or holding back.
and I do enjoy most of it, I wouldve preferred if star didnt make Asha a fairy godmother but hey, she's probably just gonna help people pursue rather than grant.
Overall:
Lawsuit is a messy rehash of what came before and it shows, despite the effort put into it it is often considered the worst arc, and I only think its 2nd worst.
Wish is... a Disney mess and corporate slop to many, it is relegated to be forgotten as one of the biggest fumbles of the century long reign of Disney.
But in terms of which was better, Im gonna have to say Wish overall, it doesnt frustrate me with its protagonist like Meggy and I can safely laugh at how bad the songs are, Lawsuit just is too frustratingly undercooked for me to think its better.

I am also very intrigued about how they’re going to handle tary in the show. He simply must be there but so many of his adventures with VM are (lovingly) side quests that haven’t been established or are of the less plot relevant kind that have been subsumed or cut in the much shorter space of the show. Honestly the only thing I can imagine getting from that arc is the kraken fight and a montage of the year break, which could at most add up to two episodes? Which isn’t a lot to build up before his family stuff, if we even have time for that.
Deeply deeply curious to see in a million years when s4 comes.
(Maybe, without the constraints of the game, they’ll just have Tary be there for the entirety of the Vecna arc??? They’ve added more Pike stuff. They could just inexplicable have Sam playing two characters in all of s4. Ideal solution tbh)

Some ideas for future live show (or not live show) oneshots:
Darrington Brigade follow up. I know they had merch made and were intending to do more Darrington Brigade stuff pre-pandemic shutdown, so I'd love to at least see a part two of this eventually.
Kingsley Tealeaf's pirate crew. I want to see Kingsley lead his own crew to take over Darktow and eventually lift the Mighty Nein's banishment.
Mighty Nein Fjord/Jester wedding. Because that obviously needs to happen now. Maybe once the world calms down from the solstice and all of that is finally dealt with.
Luc Brenatto and the Wildemount Wildlings. In whatever way it makes sense, I just want to see teenage Luc having to be the responsible one and trying to protect the campers the way the Mighty Nein protected him.
Grog/Yasha/Ashton high level barbarian showdown. They can each bring a team member. I know there's seven players so the math doesn't work out, but I'm sure Matt can figure out a way to make this work.
Vox Machina vs Mighty Nein part two. Level 20. The characters that we didn't see the first time with Sam helming Veth and Tary. I'd also take a VMxMNxBH three sided battle to the death with similar switching mechanics for added chaos.
A crossover oneshot where they play a mix of characters from across the three campaigns. Post campaign three, presumably when the solstice is dealt with and peace restored to the best of their ability, some small hiccup happens and the available/relevant members of Vox Machina, the Mighty Nein, and Bell's Hells are called to deal with it.

Super Meme Gaurdian: Paper Jam (a summary)
((Long post ahead because i'll be rambling so be warned))
What exactly is SMG: PJ? or SMGPJ
Short answer: a rewrite au bron from several hyperfixations and my insanity
long answer:
SMG: PJ is an au where several things in lore are changed, some stories are adjusted and new ones are created
in this au aspects of Splatoon's lore is more loyal as seen with the fact Meggy is Captain of the Squid Beak Splatoon and was the first Agent 3, the Splatoon Manga is also apart of the world of SMG4 as shown with Goggles and Rider being Agent 4 and 4.5 respectively and the events of the Paper Mario series are VERY much relevant with a new arc appearing named the Paper Jam arc where Mario and his old and new friends team up to stop a new evil from stealing an ancient powerful treasure capable of granting any wish among other changes
other changes include Desti surviving being stabbed but being crippled as a result of it, now needing to use crutches just so she can move
Axol also living but needing a cybernetic body because of the sheer amount of corruption zero put his original body through
the anime arc being renamed the Anime Metro arc which is just a combination of Octo Expansion and Anime island and instead of Peach banning anime, the NSS are put in an urgent new mission to find out why so many inklings have gone missing including Meggy and Marie, and Francis and Tartar teaming up
Meggy is Agent 3/Captain 3, Goggles is Agent 4, Braids is Neo Agent 3, Rider is Agent 4.5, Desti is Agent and Hachi is Agent 8.5
Hachi is Desti's little brother
the events of the Splatoon Manga's version of OE are a continuation of Post-Anime Metro because Desti may have gotten amnesia during her debut
Meggy essentially got adopted by the Cuttlefishes when she was 14 and combine that with the fact Mario and her are practically siblings Meggy technically has 4 older siblings, all of whom are annoying as fuck but she loves them
yes, Meggy's hygiene is absolute shit
yes, Meggy was sanitised and now has chronic head aches that flare up if she pushes herself too far in a fight so she has to be really careful or forgo fights all together
Meggy is Team Blue's coach after Goggles asked her to help them out a bit as a favour, now she's attached to these idiots, but then again her brother is Mario and he's a dumbass so Meggy might just have some kind of idiot magnet at this point
A version of the events of Meta Runner will be involved in this continuity but i haven't really watched the series yet so that's up in the air
Mario's Partners from TTYD and the Glitchy Gang actually get along really well, Meggy and Mini-Yoshi (whose named is Giusseppe) get along like a house on fire (the aunt and nephew duo of all time), SMG4 is dragged around with Miss Mouz to do god knows what, Koops and Boopkins both like anime and get along fine, Goombella and Tari actually found an unexpected friendship with eachother, shockingly Bob and Vivian are really close (trans solidarity it seems), Flurrie gets along well with Melony surprisingly and SMG3 follows Bobbery like a loss duckling, much to the veteran's annoyance
Yes, Meggy had a bit of a stroke when she saw the amount of flirting Maryo's autisitic rizz got him into, it's fine though luigi helped her cope
Meggy hates Wireglasses with a passion
yes meggy gets dragged into Team Blue's adventures and shenanigans because she's there coach!
Meggy took a few weeks (instead of 2 days) to deal with her trauma from Western Spaghetti, meanwhile Marie and Callie blew up a museum a little bit to destroy a statue
yes there will be ships galore this is my au i can do what i want
speaking of which
Saiko/Tari/Meggy/Desti
yes, Pearlina are Hachi and Desti's parents, i will die on this hill
I'll add more to this post later for now enjoy my insane rambling
i just added more family dynamics and coherent storylines into SMG4, and a SHIT ton of headcanons and gayness
#smgpj au#smg: pj au#smg4 au#splatoon coroika#splatoon#splatoon manga#paper mario#super paper mario#paper mario and the thousand year door

Time for an existential/morbid question, have the boys and Tari ever talked about mortality? How, technically, if the boys are taken care of, they'll last forever, meanwhile no matter what, one day, Tari will grow old, and eventually go? Super heavy subject I know you don't have to answer this one
I just gotta say this ask had me cackling cuz we were wondering when someone would ask this
Fnaf lore is strange and a lot of supernatural things happen, so who’s to say Tari herself can’t find away to stick around for a while 👀
We figured that out by adding a little of our touch to the “magic” of that universe, and you can also see the effect of that “solution” in the sushi comic, it’s noticeable in her change of hair and eyes that’s wasn’t a mistake, they look different from before for a reason
Their small changes but her body went thru a big change and those are just the noticeable differences
And that convo never had the opportunity to come up cuz the changes all happened somewhere around the Plex fire, by the time their all free with time to ask question like that, it’s not really relevant anymore to ask it

Hi! I saw your tags on the escape room poll that Team Liam would be last and I wanted to ask why? While I agree that they wouldn’t be first, I wouldn’t put them last either. Do you think they would just have too much conflict to use their skills?
I didn't realize this was from last night's 4SD and because OP said "Battle Royale" I assumed that it was in some way a combat-oriented escape room, in which the lack of a dedicated/significant healer (Vax has, what, 30 lay on hands and a couple low level spell slots) and the fact that Orym is one decent but not incredible tank among two of the most tissue-paper characters in terms of HP would spell their defeat.
With the understanding that this is a traditional escape room here's my thought process:
From my escape room experience there are four skills that map easily into D&D skills and one that does not map into the D&D character skill chart but does map extremely well onto players. They are:
Investigation/raw intelligence. How good are you at inspecting and comprehending things?
Sleight of Hand/raw dexterity. How good are you at manipulating objects/fine motor control?
Persuasion or Intimidation/raw charisma. How good are you at convincing people to work together or perform tasks?
Perception. How good are you at generally noticing things right away?
The most crucial thing, however, is "do you try dumb shit and push buttons and try to figure out everything quickly." And so:
Toss up between Travis and Sam's character teams in terms of the D&D skills; Chetney and Veth are both particularly suited for escape rooms between strong intelligence and high dexterity. I think Sam's team overall is probably stronger; Tary's mechanical knowledge and FCG's desire for everyone to work together and Scanlan's general buffing abilities/capacity to get people to do what he wants (presumably win) mean everyone has a lot to bring to the table. FCG is the only one with decent perception, iirc, though, and Travis as a player is fundamentally a button pusher and therefore his characters will inherit this energy even though Chetney and Fjord are going to be carrying the entire thing (although, actually, Grog will probably respond well to being asked to perform tasks or look for things).
Taliesin's characters have the combined skills but unfortunately with the except of Caduceus they all have the trait "does not work well with others" and Ashton and Percy in particular wouldn't listen to Caduceus and they're the ones with the most relevant skills here. Beau could do an escape room on her own and probably would (note: someone told me this is what Marisha said on 4SD and I agree wholeheartedly) but necessarily will be less effective than groups who work together. Vex would do pretty well and would be competitive enough, but none of Laura's characters are particularly expert in investigation and if Vex and Imogen clash it is 100% over in terms of getting out in time, though I think Jester would make a valiant go of it. None of Ashley's characters crack +1 in investigation and no one has 20 dex, and I doubt most would be interested or competitive about this, though I do think they'd get along the best by far.
Rounding things out, I suspect that Liam's characters are just behind Taliesin's in terms of conflict; it won't be quite as heated but I get the sense all three of them, all of whom are very much about working together with their respective parties, will not be very good at working together with each other, and Orym is the least likely to take the lead despite most suited for it. Caleb is extremely smart but I don't think he'd be the most invested in going super fast. I don't think they'll be last - Ashley or Taliesin are more likely - but they'd certainly not be first. The NPCs, meanwhile, have the advantage of two people who know each other well, a very agreeable and mature person in Eshteross, and Essek and Allura will probably vibe solely on the basis of being wizards who know and like Caleb if they don't know each other personally yet. Iirc Essek and Eshteross should have decent dex scores though not 20, and everyone has diplomatic skills. I believe Allura's wisdom is respectable as well. They'll certainly be the most well-behaved and adult about it.
In conclusion, you're right, probably not last (would almost certainly be last in the combat scenario I mistakenly imagined) but absolutely should not be first.

y'know how I said I had some ideas for the Showgrounds to be more lively? Well, here you go:
HOW I WOULD DESIGN THE SHOWGROUNDS?
After all, the Showgrounds is for the Crew so I thought of things that they would've wanted/have the potential to be used for future arcs. (We already got 3's cafe and 4's Meme Factory, so we can already have them represent our meme guardians, just change a couple of things to make them relevant.)
"Based on the last part of IGBP?" oh yes, absolutely :)
Rides taken from Puzzle Park -> I mean, that should be obvious. Like 4, where did you put those rides anyway? Besides, 4's gotta have a teacup ride that he could use
Make the Ferris Wheel and Rollercoaster Functional -> PLEASE, that's all I ask for. If their lights just glow up, I'll take it!! I just wanna include them
Garden with some of the flowers from the usual Mario games -> I definitely want something to represent the Mario Bros. Obviously, Luigi, but also Mario for how much he cares about his friends, the gentle/tender side of him. Plus, I did say 4 would be a flower guy, so it would be nice for him. That and one other reason....
Performance stage -> just a stage that the Crew can use for whatever they want to do with it. Talent shows, karaoke nights, theatre. And possibly, music arc perhapssss 👀 *cough cough*
Obstacle course -> Definitely was inspired by Meggy and the "3 & 4 forced to hold hands" episode. Meggy has been searching for a coaching gig, and our meme guardian partners REALLY need to train their powers. So, why not have a place just for it? Other than that, the Crew could also use it for night laser tag (yeah, I remembered the short story I did of Tari vs. Marty haha)
Manga stand -> y'know, those typical city newsstands that sell newspapers and magazines, I thought it would be nice if we did one but with manga and anime products in general. Just like the anime room Boopkins wanted for the Castle. Plus, Melony could promote more of the One Piece series
And ig I'll stray away to put my personal hc:
A white lily field past the Showgrounds woods -> I did have this hc that 4 would stumble upon this field after having a bad nightmare, and goes there ever since to clear his head. if you read my concepts, then you already know :) "Beyond the woods, by the cliffside looking over the Mushroom Kingdom sea, he could breathe."
Anyway, add some more streamers and lanterns, here and there. Just have this as lively as it could be. Design-wise, I do want them to look nice but not fully finished, kinda mix-matched. And here's why:
I want all of it to be destroyed for Puzzlevision Plus :)
Time and time again, I said that everything's gonna come back full circle and one of them would be the Grounds itself. And having the Crew building more and more of the Showgrounds, it's an attempt to move on from IGBP and everything they faced. But we all know they haven't forgotten the trauma they went through, trying not to acknowledge it when it's absolutely affecting them. When it eventually falls apart, I want the Showgrounds to also be a visual representation of that too. Everything literally falls apart, broken down. Then, it gives the Crew more motivation to fight back, for their home. But when it's done and the fight's over, they could work together to rebuild it all again. The right way.
Just as 4 said in IGBP, "[They're gonna] make this right... And it may be different but so long as we're all together, I'm sure it's gonna be perfect!"
That's why, for the last addition to the Showgrounds, it would depend on how IGBP 2 would go but regardless:
A marble fountain (in the garden) -> I want this to be a sort-of memorial. Now, Peach isn't technically not dead, and not sure how I want her to be in IGBP 2. On one hand, I do want the SMGs to use their meme powers to turn her somewhat back to her normal self, with some monster elements. The other, she might be gone for good. Personally, I want the first option for reasons, that totally don't involve that door. Anyway, I do want 4 to build the fountain as an apology to Peach. He avoided many things related to IGBP, 4's stuck in the past while thinking he's moving on. But once every wall is broken down and he can finally heal, this would be a step in the right direction. Acknowledgement. Perhaps it won't make up for everything but it's the least 4 could think of to do
It's what I have for now, I'll probably add on to this post if I can think about anything else. (But y'know I had to add for plot and angst reasons, what can I say? /lh)
#smg4#ink rambles#this is their home 🥹#lowkey wanna manifest this before PV+#i'm just a writer#hue hue hue >:)

Oooookay definitely crossing Taris off the list. Next! 📋
And here I thought the SWTOR games were just for some mindless fun, lol
"So," Mace Windu says thoughtfully, "After going though the suggestions brought by everyone, we have several options. Option 1: Taris, suggested by Master Mundi and his padawan." "The Rakghouls are a good protection against people poking around." Master Mundi says pleasantly, "And we can try to cure them." "Yeah. Except we can also get turned into Rakghouls." Depa points out. "My suggestion is much better." "Depa," Mace interrupts, "Says we should reclaim Tython." "Isn't Tython a stone's throw from Coruscant?" Plo asks curiously. "Irrelevant." "Very relevant." "Ahsoka and Ashanii suggest Belsavis." Mace continues, ignoring the argument brewing around him. "A former Republic Prison Planet. And my vote was for Dantooine." He looks around the room, "Discussions?" He sighs as the room devolves into arguments. "Right. This is clearly going to take a while." He mutters, so he sends the four options to the Clone Commanders, and asks for their input.

Midnight craving
Percy is curious. Percival indulges him.
featuring another Merlin/Critical Role crossover, vampires, and smut
Read on Ao3
Beginning under the cut
“You’re alive.”
Percival looks up from his ale. A delighted smile curls around his mouth. “Percy! It’s been a while, hasn’t it? Have a seat. How have you been?”
Percy doesn’t move. He can’t. Percival is alive. He truly is alive. He’d thought- The scry spell had failed so long ago. He had been getting used to the fact that he would never see him again, had come to terms with Percival’s death. He hadn’t believed it when Vax told him of Tary’s book, even when he read the relevant pages himself, dedicated to a married couple flirting with Tary, one of them described as a large, broad-shouldered man talking like Percival. Percy had thought it too good to be true, had tried to smother the hope blooming in his chest.
“Were busy, huh? What are you doing here?”
Percival sits at the bar of a tavern in a small village near Emon. It took a while to track him down but as soon as Percy did, he told Cassandra he had to leave on urgent business. She didn’t question him.
What is he doing? He can be glad Percival recognizes him, that he doesn’t have to awkwardly explain who he is. Has it been nearly a year already? That night has become nothing more but a ghost, haunting him with the sound of Vax’ moans, how his eyes fluttered shut, the way he held on to Percy. That he wanted him, once.
He gestures to the empty stool next to Percival. “Are you waiting for someone?”
“I guess I was waiting for you.” Percival grins though it is short-lived. “Is everything alright? You seem troubled.”
Percy perches on the seat and waves to the bartender. “An ale, please.” He slides a silver piece over the counter when the bartender places the tankard in front of him and turns to Percival. “Did you witness the attack of the Chroma Conclave?”
“Those dragons that attacked Tal’Dorei? I heard of what they did to Emon, yeah. Nasty business.”
“So you had left Emon before the attack?”
“I was quite lucky. Mordred had needed me elsewhere and I’d left just a few hours before, if I remember right.”
“I thought you had died.”
