Support Needed for Teacher's Car Repair

Hello there! Let me explain my story.

So back in 2023, I worked for a childcare job in Old Shakopee Road in MN. They offered me a lead teacher job that I wanted to accept. I told them that I wanted to get my CDA so that I could teach more. They said that they would both help pay and help me get CDA. However, instead. They just wrote in my file that I had it. At the same time, they misplaced my CPR certification and other papers I had brought for them to have up to date in my file.

From then on, they would have me in the older room as the lead teacher. However, the child-to-teacher ratio for toddlers is 7. And they would always have me at 10-12 kids. 7 toddlers and 5 preschoolers in a smaller toddler room.

There were many licensing issues that myself and the preschool teacher saw when they hired them around Oct 2023. Including child endangerment, nourishment issues, safety hazards, and child endangerment. Myself and the pre-school teacher came together to write out an email to MNl licensing about our concurs, worries, photos, and video proof of what we were reporting on. I had printed the email to show the pre-school teacher to make sure that I didn't miss anything. When I was in a different room for a bit. I had asked a family member of the childcare ower to step in for me. And when I came back, they had gone through my bag and found the printed email. When they saw that I was back, they then fired me for reporting them to licensing. I was out of a job for three - four months without a paycheck. I was then hired again, but what happened did drain my bank account. now My car is in need of repair so that I can continue to teach kids. I love my job, and I don't want tp to end. Female Teacher R*ped her Student While the Father Knew

A Missouri high school math teacher, Hailey Clifton-Carmack, has been charged with statutory rape for allegedly having a sexual relationship with a 16-year-old student. The disturbing details include other students acting as "lookouts" during their encounters. Clifton-Carmack, 26, was arrested in Texas after suspicions arose that she was trying to evade arrest in Missouri.

Allegations

The allegations came to light when a fellow student reported the relationship to the school's resource officer on December 7, 2023. The witness shared photos of the victim with scratches on his back, claiming they were from encounters with the teacher in the driveway of a home. The witness also mentioned Clifton-Carmack's inappropriate behaviour with students in the past.

Court’s Verdict

According to court documents, the teacher, who is recently divorced with two children, had a history of wearing revealing clothing. The witness stated that the victim played a role in her divorce, mentioning her ex-husband's preferences.

Confrontation

Upon confrontation on December 8, 2023, Clifton-Carmack denied any inappropriate relationship with students. However, a subsequent search of her phone, authorized by a warrant on December 22, revealed text messages indicating the alleged relationship with the student.

On Run

The teacher left Missouri to visit family in Texas around December 23. Warrants for her arrest were issued, leading to her apprehension in Texas on Friday. She faces charges of endangering the welfare of a child, statutory rape, sexual contact with a student, and child molestation. Clifton-Carmack awaits extradition to Missouri.

Fired From School

The school district's superintendent emphasized that Clifton-Carmack had been removed from school immediately after the allegations surfaced, stating that her actions were inexcusable and did not meet professional standards.

Father of Student Involved

In a surprising turn of events, the student's father, Mark Creighton, is also facing charges of endangering the welfare of a child. Another witness revealed that Creighton was aware of his son's relationship with the teacher and even allowed it to continue. The father allegedly knew about the involvement of other students as "lookouts" during school hours. Creighton is currently held on a $50,000 bond. These developments underscore the seriousness of the allegations, with both the teacher and the student's father facing legal consequences
