5 things that make me happy:

When my toddler sleeps through the night. 

Getting comments on any of my writing, but lately and specifically comments on my Legolas x OFC fic. I love it when people tell me what they thought of my writing, whether it is a simple “I like it!” or a long comment with many dolphin noises.

Sitting down to write my fic. My novels I write them out of love but it’s also a job, so it’s different, and writing original fiction is always harder. Fics, though, come easier and I find the process waaay more enjoyable, less constricted. I just have such a great time when I’m writing them!

Taking a nap. I’m a full time working mom-slash-author who’s also taking a Master’s Degree. Nothing makes me happier than having the actual time to take a nap.

Talking to my friends - or to anyone who’ll listen - about the things I’m passionate about/obsessed with. Currently those obsessions involve a certain blonde elf and the whole Tolkien legendarium.
