Rebuilding - Derek Hale x female reader
Tumblr media
Summary: You show Derek the rebuilt Hale House you did for him
Words: 1.8k
warnings: none really; heavy making out
Notes: I can make a smutty part two
Y/N’s POV
The old Hale House had stood as a haunting reminder of the past, a testament to the tragedy and loss the family had endured. But now, it has been transformed into something new, something hopeful. With the combined effort of the pack and my Dad, it had become a symbol of rebirth and unity, a mansion that has welcomed every member with open arms and spare rooms for new pack members.
As I stand in front of the restored mansion, I can’t help but feel a mixture of excitement and nervousness. Derek, who had once lived here in its glory days, deserves to see what I’ve done to the place. He’s been through so much, and I wanted this surprise to be a new beginning for him… for us hopefully.
The anticipation in the air is palpable, and I can’t help but fidget with the key in my hand as I wait for Derek. The old Hale House, bathed in the soft light of the setting sun, seems to hold its breath in eager anticipation of his arrival. And then, I hear it - the familiar purr of Derek’s car engine. It’s a sound that I’ve come to associate with his arrival, and my heart quickens in response. The car pulls down the long, winding driveway, and I keep staring at the house, my hands shaking a little as I fiddle with the keys.
Suddenly, there he is. Derek appears beside me, his tall, brooding frame casting a shadow on the gravel driveway. He looks rugged and handsome as ever, with that alluring air of mystery that has always drawn me to him. His dark brows are furrowed in curiosity and confusion, his eyes scanning the mansion before us as if he’s trying to work out where we are. It makes my heart drop as he doesn’t recognise it despite me trying to keep it as near as I can to the original Hale house.
But then, something remarkable happens. As his eyes roam over the mansion’s exterior, his brows furrow even deeper, and then there’s a hint of disbelief in his expression. It’s as if the familiarity of the place has begun to dawn on him, piece by piece. The realisation hits him like a tidal wave. His kaleidoscope eyes widen, and a gasps escapes his pretty and plump lips, “Is… is this….?” His voice trembles with emotion, and for a moment, he can’t seem to find the words.
I hold out the keys for him and he looks between the house and the keys and then back at the house, “I can’t… I… can you…” His voice falters, and it’s clear that he’s fighting back tears, the enormity of the moment almost too much to bear. Without a word, I’m nodding and reaching for his trembling hands. Our fingers interlace, and with a gentle squeeze, I lead him towards the grand entrance.
Derek’s eyes remain locked onto the mansion, his disbelief and wonder still etched across his features. But he doesn’t need to say anything more for me to understand the whirlwind of emotions storming within him.
I turn the key in the lock, my own fingers trembling slightly with anticipation. The door swings open, revealing the lovingly restored interior. The warm, golden light spills into the entryway, painting a new chapter on the old canvas of the Hale House. The grand entrance is now invitingly open, Derek taking a step forwards. His presence is so close to me that his chest is practically pressed against my back. The feel of him so near is electrifying, and it sends a shiver down my spine.
“Welcome home Derek.” I say, my voice a soft, heartfelt whisper, as we cross the threshold together.
The atmosphere inside is a mixture of nostalgia and fresh beginnings. The original features of the Hale House have been preserved, the hardwood floors polished, the walls adorned with artworks from the pack. The spaciousness of the rooms has been maintained, yet there’s a sense of cozy warmth that wasn’t there before.
Derek’s gaze dances the space, a mixture of awe and sentimentality reflected in his expressive eyes. He appreciates the care and attention that went into preserving the essence of the house he called home.
Then, he grabs my hands again with a gentle yet firm grip, leading me through the echoing halls as the pack gave us the house for Derek to see alone.  It’s a touch that sends a rush of warmth through me, the electricity of his touch palatable. We move through the house, our footsteps echoing, and Derek’s strides confident, as if he’s revisiting his own memories.
As we ender the kitchen, Derek stops in his tracks. A soft, almost reverent sound escapes him, and his eyes widen again as he takes in the layout. It’s practically identical to the original Hale House kitchen, meticulously restored to match his recollections with the help of creepy uncle Peter.
His grip on my hand tightens, and he turns to me, his expression filled with amazement, “This… it’s just like I remember it.” He says, his vice soft and filed with wonder, “You’ve brought it all back to life.”
I can’t help but smile at his reaction. The kitchen holds countless memories for him, both happy and bittersweet, and seeing it so faithfully restored means the world to him. "We wanted it to feel like home," I reply, my voice equally hushed, knowing how much this place means to him. Derek’s thumb brushes over the back of my hand, his touch conveying the depth of his gratitude. It’s a silent exchange of emotions, the unspoken understanding between us.
And then, something changes in the air. Derek turns to me, his kaleidoscope eyes now shining with warmth and something else, something that sends a shiver of anticipation down my spine. His gaze flits down my lips, and in response, I can’t help but wet them with my tongue, suddenly feeling acutely aware of their dryness. It draws a small sound from Derek’s throat, low and almost involuntary, a testament to the magnetic pull between us. He leans in, closing the distance between our lips with a purposeful intent. Our mouths meet in a soft, longing kiss, a silent declaration of the emotions that have simmered between us for so long.
His lips are soft yet insistent, moving against mine with a deliberate tenderness. I can feel the gentle, rhythmic movement of his mouth, each touch setting my heart racing. There’s a hint of urgency in his kiss, a desire that has been simmering just beneath the surface. Derek’s hands finding their way to my waist, holding e close as if he never wants to let me go. The touch of his fingertips against my skin sends shivers down my spine, and I press my body closer to his, wanting to feel every inch of him.
My own hands move to rest on his chest, feeling the solid warmth of his body beneath my touch. They gradually work their way up, entwining in his shirt, wanting to pull him closer still. The connection between us deepens with every passing second, a silent confirmation of the emotions we’ve held back fr so long.
Derek’s hands, which had been gently holding my waist, suddenly tighten their grip and before I can react, he’s lifting me up with a powerful yet careful motion. My legs instinctively wrap around this waist as he sets me on the edge of the kitchen island, never once breaking the kiss.
Our lips remain locked in a heated embrace, a heated embrace, a testament to the fiery passion that's been ignited between us. Derek's tongue brushes over my lips, seeking entrance, and without hesitation, I part them, with a small, embracing sound escaping my lips which he swallows, tongue slipping past my lips. It's a dance of desire, a clash of longing, and a melding of two souls that have been drawn together by an irresistible force. Our mouths move with a shared urgency, each kiss deeper and more consuming than the last.
As our tongues explore and intertwine, Derek’s grip on my hips tightens, pulling me closer until I’m arched on the edge of the kitchen island. The sensation of his body pressed against mine is electrifying, sending heat down south where I’m pressed against his growing problem. It has my thighs tightening around him, hips jerking a little and drawing sounds from both of us.
Finally our lips part, but only slightly, our foreheads resting against each other as we catch our breath. Derek’s voice is a husky whisper, filled with raw desire, “I’ve wanted to do that for so long.” He confesses, his words heavy with yearning, “ I couldn’t keep it in any longer.”
My heart flutters at his admission, and I look into his kaleidoscope eyes, my own filled with the same longing, “Der…” I breathe, “I’ve felt the same way. I’ve wanted this as much as you have.”
His lips find mine again, and the kiss that follows is fierce and fervent, a passionate culmination of our unspoken desires. It's a promise, a declaration, and a celebration of the love that has finally been acknowledged.
But then, Derek's lips trail down from mine to my neck, and his kisses ignite a trail of fire across my skin. I gasp as his mouth leaves a mark, a fervent, possessive hickey, and another one right beside it. Each one is a silent proclamation of his desire, a mark of his longing for me. As Derek's kisses continue to trail down my neck, I gasp and my fingers clutch at his shoulders. The sensation is almost too much to bear, the heat of his mouth leaving a trail of fire across my skin, marked by possessive hickeys.
“Y/N,” He murmurs breathlessly voice heavy with desire, “If we don’t stop, I won’t be able to stop myself.” He pulls away slightly, his eyes dark and smouldering now and he lets out a low and sensual chuckle when an embarrassing moan escapes me.
“Maybe…” I have to clear my throat, “Maybe we should check out your room.” My heart is racing as I say it, looking at him with a mixture of curiosity and desire, eager to hear his response but also somewhat ready for the rejection.
Instead, he groans, head falling to my shoulder before he growls out, “Don’t… don’t say things like that baby girl.” I stay silent, knowing there’s more and he kissing my collarbone sweetly before murmuring, “But, I think it’s a very, very good idea.”

"I don't know why you insist we should be Anakin and Padme! We would fit Leia and Han more for Halloween." Stiles whispered harshly, not looking up from the notebook that he was scribbling in.
You roll your eyes at him, "What are you talking about? I said we could do either, but I'd prefer if we were Anakin and Padme." You whisper to him. His head snaps up to protest, but a chair scrapes along the carpeted floor and interrupts Stiles.
"There you guys are! I was wondering where you were." Scott says a little too loud, and the people at the other tables surrounding you and Stiles give Scott a dirty look.
"Scott, I know you don't visit the library often, but we typically use our inside voices." You whisper as he sits down next to Stiles. Scott shoots you a glare.
"Anyways, I disagree. We should be Leia and Han, and that's final." You can see that Stiles is done with the conversation.
You squint suspiciously at your boyfriend, "You just want to see me in Leia's slave outfit from ROTJ, don't you?" You can see a red flush creep up Stiles's face and the tips of his ear as he stammers, trying to defend himself before giving up and returning to his notes. You chuckled under your breath to avoid disturbing the other students.
Scott looks between the two of you, confused, "What are you guys even talking about?"
"We are trying to figure out what costume we will wear to the party your frat is hosting." You explain, your voice low, "But we are split between two costumes. I want us to be Anakin and Padme, but Stiles-" He snaps up at the call of his name, focusing on the conversation, "-wants us to be Leia and Han." You glare at Stiles.
"I thought Luke and Leia were together?" Scott says cluelessly. Both you and Stiles groan loudly at Scott's words. A girl from a nearby table glares at you and shushes you. You apologize quietly and turn your gaze to Scott.
"We've gone over this before Scott. Luke and Leia are siblings, and Han and Leia are together. Do you just forget the movies as soon as we watch them?" Stiles asked exasperatedly.
"No, I tend to fall asleep halfway through the marathons," Scott says guiltily as he scratches the back of his neck. Stiles closes his eyes and uses his hand to rub his face frustratedly. Stiles murmured something under his breath, and Scott's face screwed up into an offended expression.
"I heard that."
"Yeah, no shit, you did. I'm the one who said it for your little werewolf ears to hear." Stiles scoffed quietly at Scott.
Scott goes to retort, but you snap your fingers twice to get their attention. "As much as I would love to see the two of you bicker, we all know how loud you guys get when you do, and I don't fancy getting kicked out of the library." You smile sardonically at them. They roll their eyes at you but yelp in pain as you lean over the table and tug their ears.
"Could you guys be quiet? Some people are studying." The girl from earlier whispered firmly to you guys.
You wince at her tone, "Sorry, we're leaving now." You whispered. You glared at Scott and Stiles and started to pack up your things to leave the library. Stiles scrambled to pack his things, and the two boys followed you outside the library.
Stiles wraps an arm around your shoulder as you walk through the quad. You thread your fingers through his hand, and he squeezes your hand three times. The annoyed expression melted off your face, and a smile replaced it. You take a quick glance at your phone, checking the time.
Your eyes widen, "Shit! I have to go! My class starts in 10 minutes." You untangle yourself, "Our discussion isn't over." You tell Stiles before separating yourself from him, pecking his cheek, and waving goodbye at the both of them as you speed walk to your class.
»——•——«»——•——«
The sound of a keyboard clacking echoes through your silent bedroom. You're hunched over your laptop on your bed as you work on one of your papers for your English class. Lofi beats play quietly in your headphones as you read through your paper for the final time before returning to it tomorrow to edit it. A knock at your bedroom door catches your attention.
"Yeah, what's up?" You say to your roommate as she peaks her head into your room.
"You have a visitor." She says with a knowing smirk on her face.
You roll your eyes at her, smiling, "Tell him he's actually banned from the apartment, then let him in." You instruct as you remove your headphones and stretch your back from your hunched position.
She nods and closes your door before leaving. You can hear the voice of your roommate and Stiles's voice talking lowly in the apartment's entryway. You hear a scoff from Stiles and footsteps quickly entering the apartment and heading toward your room. He burst through your door, pointing at you.
"You are so mean, you know that?" Stiles says with a slight pout on his face. He removed his backpack and toed off his shoes to leave near your door. He stands in the doorframe for a moment before you see a mischievous glint passes through his eye, and you catch it.
"Stiles." You say his name warningly.
He sends you an innocent smile before quickly running towards you and jumping onto your bed. You yelp loudly, closing your laptop and moving it out of the way of Stiles's landing. He lands on top of you, effectively pinning you to the bed. You can feel Stiles's chest move from his giggling fit as you try to squirm from underneath him. You give up after trying to push him off of you and thread your hand through his hair, scratching his scalp. He relaxes on top of you, settling his total weight on you. After a few minutes, he eventually rolls off you and sits on your bed.
"Any reason as to why you're at my apartment?" You ask him as you sit up and shift until your back rests against your headboard. You go to grab your laptop, but it's quickly moved from out of your reach, and you turn to glare at your boyfriend.
"Oh, don't give me that look, you know what that does to me babe." Stiles sarcastically as he moves your laptop to your desk.
"Besides, I'm here to present my argument as to why we should be Han and Leia for Halloween and not Anakin and Padme." Stiles moves closer to you and boops your nose after he finishes his sentence. You scrunch your nose at his actions and shake your head at him.
"Nope, not going to hear it."
He groans loudly, "I knew I shouldn't have asked you out, you prefer the prequels over the originals." He flops down on your bed, his head landing on your lap as his legs dangle over the side of the bed.
"Is that your way of saying that we should break up?" You raise an eyebrow at him.
He shot up from your lap, "NO! Absolutely not. You're like the woman of my dreams. I'd be an idiot if I broke up with you. Especially with the amount of shit we went through together in high school. I actually had dreams about marrying you, so-" His hands wave wildly as he begins to ramble. You roll your eyes at him and grab his chin to kiss his mouth to shut him up. He immediately shuts up and melts into the kiss. You peck his lips before pulling away.
"You're such a dork." You smile at Stiles.
"You're dating this dork."
"Yeah, maybe Lydia was right. I am out of your league." You joke, and a noise of offense comes from Stiles. You chuckle at his pouty expression and peck his lips.
"I'm kidding babe." You say as you pull away. You move around the bed to straddle him, your thighs on either of his hips, his hands coming to rest on your waist, and you rest your arms on his shoulders.
"How about we make a compromise? We go as Anakin and Padme this year, and then we can go as Han and Leia next Halloween." Stiles opens his mouth to respond, but you quickly put a finger in front of his lips.
"I wasn't done, and to sweeten the deal, I'll wear Leia's slave outfit underneath both costumes." You lean closer to Stiles, "How does that sound." You whisper seductively in his ear and plant a kiss underneath it before pulling back to see his whiskey-colored eyes darkening slightly with desire. His hands tighten around your waist before flipping the two of you around, you landing on your back. At the same time, Stiles settles in between your open legs and hovering above you.
"It doesn't sound fair, but if you wear the outfit often then I'll let it slide." He says lowly, lowering his face closer to yours.
"Deal." You say breathily, your lips brushing his as you speak.
"Deal." He says before smashing his lips against yours passionately. Your hands begin to wander and tug at each other's clothes. The room slowly grows hot and fills with low groans and whines coming from both of you. After you finished, you guys showered, went out to get the costumes, and tried them on when you returned to the apartment.
Let's just say the slave outfit came off as soon as you put it on.

Silent Confessions - Isaac Lahey x GN!Reader
Tumblr media
Summary: You patch Isaac up after his dad's punishment.
Warnings: Mentions of abuse/violence/blood.
WC: 800ish
@ashes-writing ILY Bestie! Thank you for helping hatch this idea it turned out, in my opinion, super fucking cute and fluffy!
You'd stepped out onto the back porch of your parent's house to light your cigarette, a habit you'd been trying to kick. The stick was between your lips, your fingers just about to light the flame when the sound of running distracted you. You looked up and saw a bruised, beaten, and slightly bloody Isaac Lahey.
He had jumped the fence and was headed straight towards you, breathless.
You gave him a bittersweet smile and removed the cigarette from your mouth, placing it back in the pack without a word. You knew what happened. "Come on, let's get you inside." You sighed, wrapping an arm around him.
He leaned into you, letting you help support him all the way up the stairs and into your bathroom.
You sat him down on the edge of the tub before making your way around the small space, gathering the supplies you'd need to care for him.
He sat silently, watching your feet as his head hung low. He only looked up when you came to a stop in front of him.
You took his chin in your hand and tilted his head from side to side, taking in the damage with a small sigh. You refused to ask him what happened, mainly because you knew that his father was the answer, and you didn't want to make him talk about it.
You let go of him and grabbed the cloth, dabbing it in peroxide. "This is going to sting." You rested your hand on his face again, gently guiding him to the angle you needed him to be at.
He winced a bit at first, reaching out and gripping your hips like he'd done a hundred times before.
You cleaned the small wounds and wiped the dirt and sweat accumulated from running the three blocks to you. "There's glass in your hair, Isaac." You said, picking the small shards from his curls.
"It's from the picture frame he shoved my head into." His voice was low. He wasn't sure you'd heard him until your body stiffened. He noticed you breathe a bit harder but appreciated you not pressing.
You ran your fingers through his hair until you were sure all the glass was gone. "Why don't you stay here tonight?" You offered, stepping closer and wrapping him in a hug.
His head rested against your stomach as his arms wound around your waist. "Thank you."
You kissed the top of his head and held him for just a few more moments before stepping back. "You can shower. You've still got clothes in my room. I'll bring them for you." You neglected to tell him you slept in them most nights.
He nodded and let you go before standing.
You heard the water turn on as you gathered his clothes. You thanked yourself for washing them earlier that day as you walked back down the hall. "Can I come in?" You called, hand resting on the knob.
"Yeah." He called back as he pulled his blood-stained shirt over his head. He looked over at you as you stopped in the doorway.
"Sorry. Thought you'd be in the shower already." You nodded towards the curtain that was half open. You looked down his body, biting your lip to keep from mentioning the bruise that was forming on his ribs.
He looked down and his shoulders sagged before he closed his eyes, fighting tears.
You sat his clothes on the counter and stepped up to him. You reached up, resting a gentile hand on his shoulder, the other on his side. You silently pulled him into your body, pushing his head to rest on your shoulder.
His body shook against yours as he squeezed you, letting his emotions out. He sniffled and pulled away; eyes still wet as he looked down at you. "I come here because I feel safe with you, you know?"
Your heart swelled and deflated all at once. You were so happy that he felt like he could come here when he needed to, but you hated that he didn't feel the same way about his own home. "I'm glad you do."
His face came closer to yours. His gaze flickered from your eyes to your lips and back.
Your stomach dropped and your head spun at the silent confession. You looked at him for a moment before you decided to pull him into you. You pressed your lips lightly against his, careful not to kiss him hard enough that his lip would split again.
He pulled back and smiled a bit as he looked down at the floor.
"You're wasting all the hot water you know." You joked, hands falling down his body before resting at your sides. "Shower and I'll get some snacks and a movie ready." You added. nodding towards the shower.
He nodded and watched as you stepped towards the door, still smiling to himself.

Stiles Stilinski x Female Reader
18+ for sexual situations
morning sex with stiles
The sun streamed in through the window behind his headboard, stretching its bright yellow rays across his face. Stiles' face scrunched up slightly as his sleep was interrupted. Slowly his mind and body began to wake up. Stiles stifled a yawn before his brown eyes blinked awake - the first thing his eyes see is you. The blanket draped around your waist and left the upper part of your back exposed to him.
A small smile tugged at the corner of his lips before he moved closer to you. Stiles bent down and pressed his lips against your bare shoulder while his hands wrapped around your waist, his hand spanning over your lower stomach. You moaned softly in your sleep, not fully waking, but relaxing into his touch.
His smile tugged up his lips a little more before his hand moved back around so it traveled up your back. The soft caress of his fingers dancing across your skin began to slowly wake up you as well. Your face nuzzled into the pillow beneath your head and moaned softly as Stiles' scent surrounded you.
"Mmmm, Stiles..." You moaned as his fingers moved along the side of your chest and teased your nipple slightly. "...baby,"
"Morning beautiful," His voice was deeper from his sleep still, a roughness to it that had you whimpering for a different reason.
"We didn't wake up last night...what if your dad came and checked on you?" You slowly turned to face him, shifting your body closer to his till both your legs intertwined together.
"My dad loves you, even if he did come in, we just looked like we're sleeping." Stiles shrugged his shoulder slightly. "But I also made sure to lock the door before we even...slept."
A cocky smirk spread across his face that had you rolling your eyes. Stiles moved to hover over you slightly and bent down to kiss your lips. Your hand moved up to grab the back of his neck, your nails scratching along his skin and sending a shiver down his spine.
Stiles' hands traveled along your body as your lips moved against each other. With each passing second, the kiss becomes more and more feverish between you both. You pulled back from each other but didn't stop touching and caressing one another. His lips moved to kiss and suck down your neck as your hand traveled down his chest and moved down further. Your fingers teased over his pubes before wrapping around his cock, feeling him hard and heavy in your hand. Stiles whimpered against your lips with a curse as your hand stroked him slowly.
"Stiles," You moaned as his thumb moved against your nipple again, before his lips wrapped around it. "...F-Fuck..."
You loved feeling him jerk within your hand the more you stroked him. When Stiles pulled back slightly, you used the momentum to push him onto his back. The blanket fell from the two of you as you eagerly settled between his legs. Stiles looked down and watched you with lustful eyes as your lips wrapped around him. His jaw dropped with a soft breathy moan as your tongue moved against him.
"O-Oh...fucking...god, baby." Stiles groaned as his hand reached down to fist your hair, guiding you more, to take him deeper down your throat. "God damn...love seeing those lips wrapped around me."
You looked up towards him as your lips pressed against his base, choking slightly, before pulling back. His cock left your mouth with a soft pop and saliva strung between your lips and his head. Your hand continued to stroke him as you watched him. How his chest moved a little faster the more his breath picked up. How it also flushed red slightly. Stiles right on the brink only turned you on more and made you aching for him more.
His hand reached out and caressed your thigh, making a pulling motion to move you straddle over him.
"Come here, baby...wanna watch you ride me." Stiles moaned
Your teeth pulled your lower lip in between them as you straddled over him more. You teased his cock against your wet slit for a few passing moments before slowly sinking down around him. You bent down and brought him into a kiss to muffle both your sounds, unsure of his father as still home. The last thing you wanted was the Sheriff hearing as you fucked his son.
The moment he was fully, deep inside of you, you sat there for a moment. You were still sore from the night before when you came back to his place after a date. You pulled back and pressed your hands against his chest before you began to move. Slowly rising before sinking back down. Stiles moved his hand to grab at your waist and help guide you more.
"That's it...oh, fuck, fuck fuck," Stiles groaned. "God...fucking love your pussy so much baby."
Stiles growled as he felt you pulse and tighten around him more at the sound of his words. You were always a lover of his dirty talk, only becoming slicker and pulling him into you deeper the more her called you a "good girl," and told you how tight and wet your pussy felt.
As you picked up the rhythm and pace his bed rocked against the wall slightly. Stiles grabbed you and pulled you down to his chest, halting your movement, before he began to thrust up into you. Thankfully your face was nuzzled into his neck as you screamed out his neck. Stiles placed his feet flat on his bed and used the leverage to fuck harder and deeper into you - without the bed banging against the wall.
"...yes, yes, yes...fuuck, don't stop...oh, Stiles." You chanted with a breathy moan in his ear as he hit the right spot over and over again. You felt your toes begin to curl as the ever-approaching orgasm grew stronger and closer.
"Mmmm can feel you tightening around me baby." Stiles grabbed tighter to your ass as he held you, "Gonna cum for me like a good girl? Cum all over my cock till I fill you up?"
You pulled back till both your forehead were pressed together, looking deep into his eyes as all you were able to do was moan in response while nodding your head. One of his hands moved from your ass, and instead grabbed around your throat. A small little gasp came from you before he tightened around it more and more. Your eyes rolled into the back of your head till soon you were sent over.
His hand around your throat muffled out your cry as you came, your hips grinding down against him as it moved through your body quickly. Just as you were coming down, Stiles rolled the both of you over as he drove into you with erratic, harder thrusts. You tightened around him more as you heard the sounds of his cock thrusting in and out of you, mixing in with your heavy pants and moans.
"Give it to me, give it to me," You chanted over and over before Stiles pressed his hips tightly against yours, cumming deep inside of you. Your legs hooked around his waist and pulled him in tighter and closer.
"Fuck, Y/N" Stiles groaned before bending down and kissing you. It was sloppy and passionate as you two laid there. "Can't get enough of you, beautiful...goddamn..."
You smiled up towards him, caressing his face, "Good...cause I can't get enough of you."

Isaac Lahey who works at a Christmas tree farm 👀
I was kicking my feet with excitement as soon as you sent this.
Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media
It had been a long shift, and there were only so many Christmas songs that could be played on repeat before it began to drive a person mad. Isaac was cold through, his leather jacket not quite enough to keep him comfortable as he showed people around the farm, helping them pick out the perfect tree for their home.
He wasn't in a bad mood exactly, but as the day dragged on he wasn't exactly joyful. His feet hurt, and so did his cheeks as he forced a smile to everyone that walked by him. Every "happy holidays!" spoken in his direction was met with the same grin and a gentle wave, and at first it had felt honest, but now it was more like an act. He wanted to be at home, in the warmth of his bed, not surrounded by people.
That was of course, until you showed up. He didn't know why you made him nervous, or if the zoo bustling about in his stomach was rather a bad meal from earlier instead of the so called butterflies, but he felt something when he saw you. Something good.
"Hey!" you waved cheerily as you approached him. You were approaching him. oh god. "I want the best Christmas tree on this farm, where would I find that?"
Isaac was stuck for a minute, staring, until he saw a familiar face by your side. Lydia Martin, the redhead sending him a knowing look.
"Well, how big is your living room?" Isaac asks, trying not to sound as though he's scrambling for words.
"Average living room size I believe." there is a laugh with the words and Isaac grins at the sound of it. It's better than any of the Christmas music he's heard over the past month. Sweet sounding and hopeful.
"Right this way." Isaac leads you and Lydia off to some of the tallest trees, and watches as you look up at each one, inspecting them as though the decision is of the greatest importance. It is important to you that you find the perfect tree for your home. One's Christmas tree can make or break the Christmas spirit of those invited over, you believe.
"What'd you think of this one Lydia?" You ask your redheaded friend, who already has her own tree at home and isn't much interested in the outing. What she is interested in however, is the current presence of Isaac Lahey, in particular the way he is looking at you.
"It's a nice tree, a little the small side though." She glances to Isaac, "What are your thoughts?"
"My thoughts?" Isaac startles, eyes flickering between the two girls before him and the tree beside you all. "I think it's a tree—a good tree. Tall." He doesn't know exactly why you're having this effect on him, but he can tell Lydia is enjoying the show. She always did like to watch people squirm.
You're smiling, now not at the tree, but at him. "It is tall," you agree, "But is it tall enough?"
"Well you've gotta make sure you can still decorate the top of it, you don't want it to be too tall." He's slowly sliding back into normality, back into doing his job. He's watching you, and you're watching the tree. The slow nod of your head and the squint of your eyes tells you're deep in thought about this and when you finally turn back to him you seem uncertain.
"Are you sure it's tall enough?" you ask, knowing Lydia's opinion is different to your Christmas tree guide's. You have a step ladder for the tall parts of the tree to make decorating easier but you think if you go any taller it won't be of much use. Still, a tall tree is a good tree.
"Trust me," Isaac smiles, "it's tall enough."
And the crazy thing was you did trust him, and soon enough you were transporting the tree to the car. Lydia was only a little upset that you hadn't taken her opinion on board, but she was more so intrigued by the way Isaac stopped you before you could get into the car. He called your name, of which he had recently learnt from hearing Lydia speak to you, and jogged up to your side.
"Hey, I wanted to ask you something." His breath comes out in a fog from the cold, his cheeks tinted a light pink, and the look on confusion on your face is masked by the sweet smile you'd shown him before.
"Yeah?" you seem to know where this is going, courtesy of a glance from Lydia on the other side of the car.
"I was wondering if I could get your number? Maybe we could get a coffee sometime, if you're interested?" He's nervous, but trying not to be. Playing it cool is his specialty, or at least he thought it was. Now he's not so sure.
A gentle laugh leaves your lips, but not in a mocking way. You're glowing, sunlight covering you, though that could just be his imagination. "Sure, I'd love to." You pull out your phone and Isaac does the same with his own, and the exchange of digits is fast.
"I'm Isaac by the way." Isaac extends a hand to you after you've put your phone away, and you take it, giving his hand a firm shake.
"Pleasure doing business with you, Isaac. I'll see you soon." You let go of his hand and send him a wink before opening the passenger side door to the car.
"Yeah, see you soon." Isaac parrots back as you slide inside, the car starting as you go to leave the farm. It had been a long shift, but Isaac felt hopeful now, and as another Christmas song began to play over the speaker, he decided to sing along.

Eli in the past.
So I had to make this, because let's be honest the movie was...I can't find the words to describe it. The only good thing about it, is Eli.
Tumblr media
"So you are telling us…That you are the son of Derek" Stile asked unsure of what reaction he should give, he was happy for his sour wolf Did he just call me him his ? and as much as he wanted to deny the pit in his stomach but he couldn't.
It may sound selfish and heartless, but Stiles wished this was all a nightmare or that the boy was maybe one of Derek's one-night stands, or that the mother died while giving birth. Unfortunately, this was all a wish from a broken heart.
"Who is your mother?" Lydia asked when she notice how silent Stiles become, and before Eli could respond the door opened.
"Dad!" Eli happily called seeing Derek at the door, "MOM!" That earned everyone's attention.
Eli throw himself at (Y/N) and Derek who just stared at each other completely clueless about what was happening.
If Stiles was feeling awful, he just wished for one of his crushes to die.
"What is going on?" Derek questioned without letting go of the child in his arms.
(Y/N) walked to Stiles putting a comforting hand on his should as she noticed his dejected expression.
When did she get here? He thought.
"You're okay?" She asked her tone soft. Like always when she talked to him.
Okay, now he felt much worse. He stood up abruptly leaving the place before any could stop him.
"Is he okay?" (Y/N) asked, and no one responded. Not even Scott. Who knew about Stiles feeling for you two.
"I will go talk to him" Scott left giving everyone an apologetic smile.
"So…Can someone explain what a kid doing in my loft, and why is he calling me dad?" Derek raised an eyebrow completely ignoring the kid that left him to hug (Y/N), and the oblivious blush on his cheek.
"Kid, I'm sorry to say this but I'm not your mother. I'm tto young to give birth." (Y/N) explain to the kid tryingto get him off her.
"Not yet, but soon" He pointed out, smiling shiply.
"So what's your name and why are you here?" (Y/N) shacked her head putting the groceries away with Derek. She decided to take things slowly and maybe understand the boy.
"I'm Eli (last name) Mieczyslaw Hale" He happily introduced himself arms spread wide, and from your chock you let the plate shatter on the ground.
"I don't believe you!" You whispered.
Eli turns your way, lifting his shirt to show a half-moon shape on the middle of his chest.
"Impossible!" You slowly walked toward him, before hesitantly tracing the mark.
"It looks just likes yours, doesn't it?" Eli asked smiling at you. You nodded silently. You didn't know what to say or if you were even capable.
"You are my child" You hugged him, tears falling down your cheeks, with the biggest smile on your face.
The half-moon shape, that looked like a burn was a symbol of your home, you pack. Unfortunately, an accident happened and they all die. You felt it as if your heart was burning more with their soul slowly leaving each one of them.
-----------------------------------------------
"So you're telling me…I married two men?" (Y/N) raised an eyebrow, passing a bowl of fruit to the boy, who happily took it grinning.
Everyone had left except you and Stiles, with a promise of giving them details later, since they had school tomorrow morning. Eli had insisted that Stiles stays, and either way, he was your ride home.
"What's with the grin?" You ask, with a smile of your own, you were still not yet over the fact that you had such a beautiful kid.
"You always prepare, a bowl of fruits with some yoghurt for me and the twins. for our movie night. Each Friday." He looked down at the bowl sniffing.
"Used?" You asked worriedly about what have happened in the future.
"You fallen into coma after your saved dad from sacrificing himself" Eli wiped his tears, before giving a smile. He was obliviously trying to hide his fellings, and even if he wasn't your child yet, you hugged him burying his face in your chest.
Your motherly warmth caused all of his hidden emotions to explode. He couldn't help himself from crying, letting everything out. All the fear and all the frustration he buried for months inside of him.
You let him, until he calmed down enough to eat his fruit, and explain. With both of the men just watching you act like mother.
---------------------------------------
"You married dad " He pointed at Derek, who was leaning against the wall, watching from a distance while the boy was still laying on your chest "You got married when you were fourth month pregnant, at that time you were already married to papa Stiles" This seems to catch all your attention, especially Stiles.
"Papa Stiles?" You titled your head.
"Yes,from I was told you had a big fight broke between you and Dad. He said some hurtful things, so you left with papa Stiles to study aboard" He hatefully glared at his dad, before turning to you with the biggest smiles "two months later you discovered you were pregnant..Papa Stiles took the opportunaty to marry you and protect you" He left your arms to go to stiles, who hugged him back with a big smile.
I married (Y/N). Stiles is over the moon biting his lips tp stop a giggle from escaping, at the thought of you two living together, with you wearing a ring, proof that you belong to him, just as how belongs to you.
Stiles didn't look much older than Eli. They looked more like brothers than a father and a son, yet your son seem to look at him with such admiration, causing Derek to clench his teeth, eyes turning slightly yellow.
"and one night he called Dad and told him about everything. He thought he deserved to know that you never cheated on him…You may guess what happened. Dad come and demanded a DNA test, and just like you expected I was his child, and you never cheated" He took some paper out of his jacket passing it to you.
The paper had your full name, with Derek's too.
"He tried to apologize but you refuse to even see his face, but papa Stiles convinced you…Few dates from here and there and you were back together just this time with Papa Stiles, by your side." Stiles was looking at Eli with so much love it warm your heart, yet broke you, you didn't want for Stiles to feel obligated to marry you just because of you been pregnant.
You wish it was his-the child-, because to be honest you always liked Stiles, yet you never dared to express those feelings, knowing well that he liked Lydia.
"What about the twins?" You questioned.
"They are my half-brother and sister, you had them from Papa Stiles" Your head snaps to Stiles, whose jaw dropped. You turned to Derek, and he give the same reaction. Not like it changed, since Eli explained that he was his son.
Oh my God, I have twins. Stiles thought.
"That doesn't explain why you're here?" You asked, and sudenly the boy got nervous.
"After you got on a coma our family start falling apart… Espacially after grandma came back." The boy buried himself in Stiles' chest.
"My mom?" Your voice cracked and your heart skipped a beat, earning you a look of worry from both men.
"She tried to make Dads divorce you, when they showed her that she already had children with both of them, she just laughed and asked them to keep us" Your grip harden around Stiles, making him pat him softly.
"I-I…I didn't know what to do, she already had everything ready, a lawyer, evidence to show that you were forced to marry them" You frowned, before softly standing.
"That's why you came here" You concluded, before wrapping your hands around him. The three of you hugged him, giving him a little comfort.
"I was in your room looking for something against her, when sudenly I was teleported here" You closed your eyes, searching in your mind before it hit you.
"Wait here!" You run to Derek's room, and few minutes later you came back with two books in hand.
"I think you were looking for those" you handed them to Eli, who opened one of them to see writings.
"What are those?" Eli asked, "Those are my journal, from when I used to live with my mom…I think it's more than enough evidance to use" Eli's eyes lit up.
"I hide them, in Derek's room since no one will think or dare to look for them there" You awkwardly laughed, looking away from Derek, who himself didn't know that something precious was hiding in his room.
"When did you put them there?" He found himself asking.
"After two weeks after we started dating" You explained going back to you previous position, stealing your son from Stiles.
You started dating Derek, giving him a chance, when you caught Stiles and Lydia kissing.
"Oh" He simply replaied.
"It's getting late, why don't we leave. We still have school tomorow" You yawned, eyes already closing.
"Can…C-Can we all sleep together?" Eli yawned too, refusing to let you go.
You three looked at each other and shrugged, but deep inside you all were excited to sleep together.
And God knows how fast you all had fallen asleep that night. All warm, with one wish, is for this moment to never end or at least last longer, so you can all graved in your heart and mind.

Wherever You Will Go - Derek Hale x Reader
Tumblr media
A/N: Inspired by the song Wherever You Will Go by The Calling
pairing: Derek Hale x Reader
warnings: angst-ish with fluffy ending, mild swearing, pining, toxic relationships.
word count: 2.4k
“If a great wave shall fall, and fall upon us all, well then I hope there's someone out there who can bring me back to you”
You and your friends piled into your usual booth at the bar, the same one you frequented so many times years ago when you still lived in Beacon Hills, barely old enough to drink, and with no real responsibilities of adulthood to your name apart from the odd phone bill and college tuition payment. Your friends had always called you sheltered, although back then, you didn’t really know what that meant. You had led a cushioned existence until your early twenties came, sick of being the well-behaved, pampered princess your friends and classmates thought you were (and really, you had to admit now looking back, they weren’t wrong), you rebelled. It started with being more open to attending parties, going out with friends every time they invited you, rather than turning them down to study as you usually did.
Then, you met him.
At this point, you weren’t even sure what it was about Derek that reeled you in, other than the fact that he was everything your parents didn’t want you to date. Reserved, mysterious, rebellious, and often the centre of controversy - you knew Derek was the exact opposite of who everyone expected you to end up with, and that seemed to make you want him all the more at the time. He’d been resistant towards you at first - shrugging you off with a cold shoulder the first time you’d attempted to flirt with him. He was always so closed off, and he liked it that way.
Everyone you knew warned you that he wasn’t the type to open up and make you swoon with romantic gestures or musings of love - all things you’d talked about wanting from a partner - but once you did start to break down the walls he’d built, you couldn’t deny the fact that he was a different person under the persona. He was caring and passionate, even if he didn’t convey his feelings very well most of the time. Behind the frosty cold exterior he’d created for himself, was someone who just wanted to be loved and appreciated, someone who was scared of losing the people he was close to, and someone who was building up walls to guard themself from getting hurt.
Your love for Derek was hard and fast - you fell almost instantly when he rejected you the first time. You’d spent your whole life always getting what you wanted, and the fact that he’d denied you without as much as a second thought that first time made you crave him all the more. By the second attempt at conversation, you’d changed your approach from flirtatious to friendly, and you’d begun to wear down his resistance little by little, with Derek offering to buy you a drink by the end of the night. By that point, your friends had gone home, and you’d forgotten entirely about how that had meant walking home alone in the dark.
Derek sarcastically made a comment about not wanting to be questioned by the police if you didn’t make it home safe, with him being the last person you were seen with, and offered to walk you home. The next morning came the first text message, a simple, sarcastic, “Did you make it into bed without dying?” from Derek. Your reply was something along the lines of “Barely, but I’m here. Thanks for walking me home.”, and from there, you thought that the conversation would trail off, fizzling out and leaving you with nothing more than a one time gesture of friendliness from him. However, something ignited between the two of you - and to be honest, neither of you knew where it came from or why, but to everyone on the outside looking in, they’d say Derek fell as hard and fast as you did.
That one time text exchange turned into daily text messages checking in to see how you were, what your plans were, what his plans were, how he was, if he was planning on being at the bar again when the next night of drinking with your friends rolled around. From there came sneaking Derek into your bedroom window like a pair of high school lovers, forbidden from seeing each other past curfew. One night together turned into a weekly occurrence, and the weekly escapades of sneaking Derek in or you sneaking out turned into nightly rituals of hooking up in any space that was deemed discreet enough to hide your indiscretions.
All the old memories of your relationship with Derek came flooding back to you as you sipped your tequila sunrise, but just as quickly as they came, you were brought back to your senses by the sounds of your friends laughing and joking about their old college boyfriends. You blinked your eyes a couple of times as you stared off into space before snapping back to reality and looking to your friends, who were now glancing at you with raised eyebrows and sideways looks to one another.
“You still with us?”
“Yeah, yeah I’m fine. Just, thinking is all.” “Oh god, here we go.” Your friends all collectively let out a playful groan as they laughed, shaking their heads. Natalie, the least reserved of your group, looked at you with a knowing smirk as she put the straw of her drink to her lips, taking a sip.
“You were thinking about Derek, weren’t you? Wanting him to just walk through that door and sweep you away or some shit?”
“No, but weren’t we just discussing college boyfriends? He was my college boyfriend for two years,” you retorted dryly as you sipped your drink, shooting Natalie a dirty look as she teased you.
“I don’t think any sane person would call what you and Derek had a “healthy relationship”. You literally snuck him around like he was some kind of fugitive.”
“I did not. We just…liked the privacy.”
“Well, the way he ended things alone is reason to stop thinking about him. He was an asshole.”
You felt yourself fighting the urge to defend him and his actions, but you couldn’t deny the fact that Derek had ended things abruptly with you, and that you’d been heartbroken at the time. You knew he had his reasons - he had secrets and he was trying to protect you from them.
He was scared and didn’t want you to get hurt or risk losing you to something beyond his control, so by making it his decision to let you go, he figured you’d both be better off for it. At the time, you’d argued, stamped your feet, threw your fists against his chest, all but begging him to reconsider, but you knew it was futile, and that his mind was made up. It’d crushed you, but part of you always knew that when your relationship moved at the speed of light, it had to come crashing to a halt at some stage. It just happened sooner and more abruptly than you’d expected. Still, despite you understanding he was doing what he thought was best for both of you, part of you resented him for how coldly and nonchalantly he’d done it. How he’d just ended things without as much as giving you a chance to fight for your relationship.
“It was three years ago. I’m over it,” you responded coyly as you sipped your cocktail, trying to brush off your lingering feelings, or drown them in alcohol.
“Really? Let’s test that theory, because I think he just walked in.” Your head spun around a little faster than you should have considering the tequila you had coursing through your veins at the moment, your eyes looking towards the doorway expectantly as you held your breath before your gaze landed on him. Sure enough, there was Derek, haunting your otherwise uneventful night out with your friends like a nightmare personified. It wasn’t that you didn’t want to see him again, but for every happy memory that came to mind, a dozen reminders of how you’d felt when he left you would accompany them.
“I doubt he’ll say anything, and even if he does, I’m over it,” you reaffirmed, nodding your head as you looked back at your friends seated around the table.
“You’re right. He never did talk much. I always wondered what exactly you saw in him. He was always so…weird.”
As you opened your mouth to defend your relationship with Derek, you stopped, letting out a slight huff instead. You knew your friends were baiting you at this point, trying to get you to prove that you weren’t truly over Derek. And really, how could you be? He was your first everything - your mother warned you that you never forget your firsts, and as ridiculous as you thought she was at the time, in Derek’s case, it was true. You still loved him, as much as you hated to admit it.
You still loved the way his lips would turn up into a smirk whenever you said something he found amusing, like he was trying his hardest not to smile in public out of fear his reputation as a stoic, reserved individual could be blown. You loved the way his eyes weren’t quite green, yet weren’t quite hazel - sort of a colour all on their own. You loved the way that he would steal a kiss when he thought no one was around, his hand resting on your waist as he pulled you in to his body, holding you as close to him as physically possible, your body heat radiating between you. It had always been like he was starved for your touch, despite having seen him just a day before, and as soon as he held you close, you could see everything in him relax, all the tension and trauma he’d been holding on to, melting away for a brief time with you.
Turning your attention to your empty glass, you frowned as you excused yourself to head to the bar. You felt your friends watching you closely, almost protectively keeping a gaze on you in case Derek should approach with an unwanted reunion. You let out a sharp exhale as you tried to collect yourself, having not stood this close to him in three years, at least. You couldn’t let him get to you. You knew what would happen if he even as much looked in your direction. You’d get pulled back in within an instant - faster than your heart could beat. You couldn’t let yourself do it again.
You pretended to not see Derek, indifferent towards him, pretending he didn’t exist. Ordering yourself another drink, you leaned against the bar, your back turning to him in hopes he wouldn’t even see you there. However, sooner than you could request for the drink to go onto your tab, a leather jacket-clad arm extended in front of you, holding a credit card in its hand. The smell of Derek’s cologne enveloped your senses, pulling you in, intoxicating you as it wrapped around you.
“I’ve got it, thanks,” you responded, yet finding yourself unable to push Derek’s hand away, knowing for sure that if you as much as brushed your hand against his, you’d be a goner for sure.
“I insist,” Derek said, without further argument.
Your drink was handed to you and the moment it entered your hand, you pressed your lips to the straw, taking a drink. You needed the alcohol if you were going to deal with Derek once again and confront your lasting feelings for him once and for all. You turned to face him, your expression cold and and collected as you looked at him, trying to avoid direct eye contact.
“Thanks, but that was entirely unnecessary.”
“I think I owe you a drink, at the very least.”
“I would have settled for an apology.”
“Fine, consider it my way of apologizing,” Derek said coldly, shrugging his shoulders with indifference as he nodded his head.
“That’s a pretty piss poor excuse for an apology, but ok,” your tone was bordering on cruel as you spoke to him, it almost surprised you how non-caring you sounded.
“Look, maybe I didn’t do things right the first time,” Derek’s voice trailed off as he spoke, almost sheepish as he stopped just short of admitting guilt for how your relationship deteriorated.
“You think?”
Derek sighed as he dragged one of his hands over his face in exasperation and frustration, almost as if he was struggling to find the words to speak, and to make you understand him. He huffed as he looked down at you, shaking his head as if making a desperate attempt to formulate his thoughts before opening his mouth.
“Fine, I admit it. I fucked up. Happy?”
“Not really. That doesn’t make three years of you never really explaining why you couldn’t be bothered to give me a chance just magically go away, Derek.”
Derek furrowed his brows, shaking his head again and sighing. His hand snuck its way around to your waist, pulling you in towards him with one smooth fluid motion. Part of you wanted to push him away, humiliate him by dumping your drink over him and storm out, but the other part of you knew that you’d been craving something like this for the last three years, and you weren’t about to throw it away, especially if it was the last opportunity you might have to kiss him.
“I’m sorry,” He whispered, almost inaudibly as he breathed the words into your ear.
“That’s more like it,” You felt yourself smirking as he held you close to his body, knowing for a fact that you wanted him as badly as he wanted you and vice versa. The feel of his hand on your body made your heart race, sending shivers up your spine as he gently gripped your hip.
“You know, if you’re willing, I have three years to make up for, I think,” Derek murmured, his lips brushing against your ear in the way he always did when he was trying to be affectionate towards you.
“I think I could make room for you in my busy schedule. You’ve got a group of girls who think you’re the enemy though, Derek. You may have to charm them too,” You grinned, nodding your head towards your friends who all looked ready to get up and fight Derek until they saw the grin on your face.
“Let me make things up to you first, then you can decide if you want me to try my hand at grovelling to them too, ok?”

Still The Same
Stiles Stilinski!Brother X Sister!Reader
Word Count: 1886
Requested: @emaz-0225
Request: Can you do an imagine where your Stiles Stilinski twin sister and your really close with an original Character son of Peter Hale but your kidnapped and you are saved by Scott and he has to give you the bite and you have to tell your father
Tumblr media
You and Stiles were twins and most people could see it in the way that you acted and spoke to people. While Scott and Stiles stayed close while they were younger and grew together you ended up becoming friends with a boy who had seemed to have trouble making friends. He was quiet and in some ways scary but you never took the warning worming your way into his school life and eventually becoming his only friend, his name was Madden Kazimir Hale. He preferred Kaz, apparently his first name was one that his father had given him so he never used it, his mother had given him his second and so he used that one.
Kaz later found out that there was more to his father than first thought and you were there the night that it all happened, you both found out that Kaz was a werewolf and after his mother explained everything you were the one to help him through figuring it out. You were both 11 at the time and now at the age of 14 well into your first year of highschool, Kaz had great control and you were both closer than ever.
You were standing in the halls waiting for Kaz to get all of his stuff out of his locker “you know, if you would just remember what lessons you have, your locker wouldn’t be such a mess.” You grumbled as he looked at you with raised eyebrows, short brown hair casting a shadow over his eyes as you waited for him to say something. “Like your locker is any better.” He argued “you and your brother are the worst of that kind of thing.” “I will have you know that I’m far better at organisation than my brother.” You argued and he smirked, he was about to say something when another voice interrupted you both. “Kaz, you’ll be at the party tonight won’t you?” Lydia asked as she laid her hand on his arm, you rolled your eyes before they caught on Stiles across the hall, he seemed to be bouncing on his feet. “Only if she’s going.” Kaz answered, that drew your attention back to him as he looked down at you. “So (Y/N) are you coming?” Lydia asked. “Probably.” You answered and she nodded. “Good then I will see you there Kaz.” She smiled as she turned and walked away, not even a second later Stiles slams into the locker next to you. “What was she talking to you about?” He asked. “Hello to you too Stiles.” Kaz muttered as he continued to sort through his locker. “Yeah, yeah hey, so..?” He asked. “So?” You asked in a teasing tone. “What was she talking to you about?” He asked. “Who?” You asked. “Not funny.” He warned. “I need a name.” You informed him. “Lydia!” He answered, voice louder than he had intended, you assumed thanks to the ADHD. Most people were used to him now and continued about what they were doing, not paying him any more attention. “Just a party, don’t worry you’ll be there, it's probably going to be after the game anyway.” You explained. “Yeah but why is she asking you?” Stiles asked. “Don’t worry about it.” You waved him off as Kaz closed his locker. “Ready?” “Ready.” He answered.
It was only a few weeks later that Kaz came to you with a new discovery, one that involved Scott and by extension Stiles. “Scott’s a werewolf.” Kaz said when you were alone at lunch. “What?” You asked. “How would you know that?” “His scent changed, you can smell it on someone, same way I can smell it on the guy that's been hanging around the school.” He answered. “Right, so what do we do about that?” You asked. “You're surprisingly calm.” Kaz raised an eyebrow. “It's not like we can change it, so I guess we have to help them.” You explained “you said that there are now hunters in town because of that new alpha, the one I assume bit Scott.” “I guess the question that we really have to answer is who is this alpha.” Kaz shrugged “but maybe we should talk to your brother and Scott first.” “Yeah I guess you are right.” You nodded.
Later that evening with your Dad still working, you and Kaz corner Scott and Stiles in his room “so are you guys going to tell us why you're acting so weird?” You asked as you walked over to Stiles' bed laying down. “W-what are you talking about?” Scott asked. “You don't need your inhaler, being super good at Lacrosse now.” You turned your attention to Stiles “your unnatural interest in the new murders, the hale house and your unbelievable jumpiness.” “I’m always this way.” Stiles answered. “You sir are a terrible liar.” You smirked. “Even if I didn’t know, I’d know they were hiding something.” Kaz as he walked purposefully past Scott before falling back on the other side of the bed his head landing on your stomach. “You don’t know what it is do you?” “What are you talking about?” Stiles asked. “I was talking to Scott.” Kaz pointed at the person that he named while you began to gently run your hand through his short hair. “W-what are you talking about?” Scott asked. “Terrible lairs.” Kaz said, eyes shifting to you. “Terrible.” You nodded. “Their hearts are hammering.” Kaz teased but when he looked back at them both his eyes glowing a bright yellow. “You're a werewolf!?” Stiles asked. “You haven’t figured out that half the Hale family were?” Kaz asked. “What!?” Stiles asked. “Looks like you're going to have to take it from the top.” You sighed as Kaz settled in to tell them everything that he knew.
It had been 3 years since Scott had been turned, he was now an Alpha but not through bloodshed instead through pure will power. Kaz had since met his father and still wanted very little to do with him, even less when he found out about his sister, someone that was only a few months younger than him. You had no time to dwell on the family links that had yet to be made but you stayed close friends with Kaz which was probably how you ended up being kidnapped. With Kaz’s name having just appeared on the Dead pool someone must have seen you as the ticket to getting to him.
You don’t even know where you are, you just know that it smelled musty and the man in front of you was terrifying, he had a large hunting knife in his hand you had a feeling that he was about to use it. “Let’s hurry this along shall we?” He asked as he crouched in front of you, the knife plunged into your stomach, you screamed out in pain as he got up and walked over to the table picking up your phone, he used your finger to unlock your phone before filming a video and sending it to Kaz. “With any luck you will see them before you die.” He wrapped his hand around the knife ripping it from your stomach I doubt it though.” You watched as he carefully stepped over something on his way out of the room, a trip wire, making sure to keep that in the forefront of your mind.
You don’t know how much longer you wait before you hear the scuffling but as soon as you hear movement you start to talk about the trap, making your voice as loud as you could, which was only a mumble “trap by the door, step over the wire.” You mumbled it on repeat and luckily it seemed Kaz was in tune with you in more ways than one, his hand shooting out to stop Scott from stepping any closer to you. “She warned us of something.” He said as he looked down at the floor catching sight of the wire there. “Careful.” He ordered as he stepped over the wire, careful to keep an eye out for anything else, finally getting to you and taking your hands in his face. “Hey there, you scared me, thought you weren’t going to let anything happen to you.” “Sorry.” You mumbled. “No need to be sorry we found you, so now all we need is to get you out of here.” Kaz said softly, you smiled. “We both know that’s not true.” You said softly. “I know I’m dying.” “No.” Kaz argued “do you remember what you said to me when we talked about dying?” “Mmm.” You hummed. “What did you say?” He asked. “I choose life even if it means that I’m not human anymore.” You answered. “Are you sure?” Scott asked. “I’m sure.” You answered.
Choosing to live at the time seemed like a good choice but now that it was time to tell your Dad what you had done to do so you honestly worried that it was push him over the edge, after everything that had happened with Stiles you were concerned that he’d hate you for this, you’d never be able to walk away from this life. “I can tell him it was my fault if you want, he’d believe it.” Kaz said from where he was sitting. “No I won’t lie to him.” You answered. “See that confidence that’s what you need to go there with, trust me it’s going to be fine your Dad loves you, but you always have me, we can go anywhere we want if this doesn’t go the way that you want it to.” Kaz promised you. “Thanks Kaz.” You smiled, you walked into your Dad’s office and swallowed as he looked up at you smiling. “Hey (Y/N/N) what are you doing here?” He asked. “I have to talk to you about something.” You said, he nodded, taking off his glasses and giving you his full attention. “Do you remember back when I got kidnapped and Scott and Kaz found me?” “Yes.” He answered, he seemed stiff at the memory of it. “Well something happened, something that I think that I should tell you about, I understand that you might not see me the same as you had before but I can’t keep it a secret, that will just make it worse.” You took a deep breath. “I was stabbed when I was taken and I was about to die, I told Scott to bite me, I didn’t want to die and there was a way to stop it, I just… I wasn’t…” “Ready?” He asked. “Mmm.” You hummed. “It’s okay.” He promised as you looked at him. “R-really?” You asked. “Things are going to be different, you will be but you are still my daughter and I will love you all the same.” He promised. “Really?” You asked. “Of course.” He answered. “Oh thank god, I was looking for the cheapest place to run off to with Kaz.” You sighed. “You and your brother are always so dramatic.” Your Dad teased as he pulled you into a hug. “You will always be my little (Y/N/N).” He promised, your eyes caught Kaz’s through the window and he smiled simply mouthing ‘I told you.’ from his reclined position on one of the seats outside.

Pairing: Peter Hale x fem!reader Word count: 1413 Warnings: SMUT (18+) Fingering, blood, unprotective sex. Masterlist
Tumblr media
You lie on the bed in the fetal position, holding your stomach, your head tucked in a pillow, muffling the sounds coming from your mouth. You couldn't cope with the pains of menstruation that made you unable to think rationally.
He saw you lying hidden under the cover of your moans on the bed, he stood by the open door of the bedroom, you couldn't even tilt your head, but you knew perfectly well that it was here, he was staring at you with concern painted on his face, he was thrilled by how violently you are going through another month the same torment.
You still walked around in despair or laughed to death, cried in the corners, listened to depressing music, or danced to the rhythm of the club songs. You were totally wild, but that's what made Peter love you so much. He loved your smile, crying, constantly changing moods, you were the apple of his eye, so when he saw you lying on the bed dying of pain, he decided to do something about it.
He came closer, sat down next to you and stroked your head, hair fell on your face, your gaze fixed on his smile, calmly whispered affectionate words to you, making you feel so much better. He lay down next to you, covering you both with the sheets, you were only wearing your panties and the shirt that you always wore to sleep on. It was your favorite shirt that you never parted with, it made you stagnate and return to the past that still smoldered in your memory.
"You know what can take your pain away?"
He asked, hugging you, putting your hand under your sweatshirt, you felt him gently caress your body as he wandered his hand over your naked body. He ran his hand over your stomach, finally stopping at your breast, feeling it gently pinching the hardened nipple. You sighed softly, looked deep into his eyes.
"But … this is terrible, Peter …"
You tried to talk him out of the idea, but he was terribly stubborn, you liked it in your own way, but he wouldn't give up.
"I'll be very gentle"
He said after a while, kissing your cheek wet with tears, you agreed despite the protests, and as he came closer to you, you felt his hot body pressing against yours. Your red-hot core made you feel excited and euphoric at being close to the man of your dreams, made you dizzy and excited you couldn't stop.
You felt the warmth spread through your body in waves, Peter was breaking into your body, you felt it with every member of your body, you squirmed under the influence of his caresses, you had terrible tickles, but you were still able to contain a laugh.
Eventually, Peter's hand went to your panties, he lifted the lace back and he felt the faux material of the pad, you were a little confused but still wished he would continue, pull your mothers away and suddenly you felt disgusted, you wanted to stop it, but Peter interrupted you.
"Everything's all right"
He said slowly massaging your pussy, you felt disgust fade to pleasure as his hand massaged your folds, making you tremble with excitement. You groaned loudly, sinking into his gaze, his fingers slowly moving between your labia, clitoris, and your orifice. It was so fucking hot and real, you felt him sticking two fingers into you and moving them calmly. You embraced his neck, groaning right above him, looking him straight in the eye.
The fire that formed in the intestines spread all over the body creating fireworks in the stomach, he began to move his hand faster as he brought his fingers in and out of your bleeding pussy, you could feel the blood slowly dripping from your buttocks dying the sheet red, but it was not relevant now, no you worried about it, what mattered now was that Peter gave you an unearthly pleasure thanks to which you can see the stars.
It was everywhere. This pleasure and all-encompassing bliss.
His fingers make you moan, tilt your head, Peter kisses you on the neck, goes down to your breasts, kisses them, caresses your nipples with his tongue, marking his obedience with a wet trail. It causes you to drown from all these stimuli. You can't handle it anymore, you feel the walls of your pussy tighten on Peter's fingers, you feel your orgasm overwhelm you with every move they make, and the heat from your core spreads throughout your body. Peter stares at your orgasmic face, loves to watch you cum.
"I adore you. Cum again, just for me, my sweet girl "
He started to move his fingers faster and faster, the sound of the splashing driving you insane, and he winds up even more. You feel him rubbing his masculinity against your thigh, he is starting to be hard and ready for what is to come, still not giving up, fucking you sharply with his fingers.
"Cum for me, one more time … please"
You feel his fingers brutally breaking through your folds and you can't stop what's coming anymore. Muscles tighten, pussy pulses again, heart beats faster, adrenaline is released with another orgasm. Your head falls unconsciously on the pillow, you gasp, smiling at him. You're glad you gave him the satisfaction he so longed for.
Encouraged, he gets up and strips naked, lies down next to you as you take off your shirt and put it on the chair next to you. He lays over you and starts kissing your whole body, first he kisses the inside of your right thigh going up to your stomach, chest, kissing your lips passionately.
"You are so beautiful"
He's heading for your thighs again.
"I'll make you scream my name"
Another kiss. He finally settles between your thighs, his face level with your pussy starting to lick your swollen clitoris. You groaned with pleasure, he gently moves his tongue up and down, massaging your folds, pain has given way to indescribable pleasure, you grabbed his head, pinching your fingers on his hair, you pull it lightly under the influence of excitement and ecstasy that haunts you under the influence of his caresses.
"Fuck, Peter!"
You screamed when you felt his tongue entering you, his face sunk in your folds, he was only sighing under the influence of self-fulfillment and the desire to make you the happiest woman in the world. He caressed his penis under the influence of your moans, which encouraged him to be complacent. When he finally finished massaging your sweet pussy with his tongue he jumped up and headed towards you, he kissed you passionately on the lips, you felt the taste of blood. He put his hands on the pillow, right between your head, settled between your legs and calmly entered you so as not to hurt you. You groaned in pain, but after a while the pain subsided, his body heat heated you to red. You cuddled up to him, feeling his heart beating, the sound of the blood circulating in your veins, and the deep movements that made you dizzy. You couldn't stop moaning, you put your arms around him on his back, brushing your fingernails deep into his skin leaving red marks. You wrapped your legs around his hips moving vigorously, making him enter you even faster and deeper, you could feel him all within you, even though it gave you a momentary bliss and a break from the pain that will invariably return.
Your tight pussy tightened around his circumference, making you feel him more intensely, you listened to his hips bounce off your buttocks, this sound made him wind up even more, making him move even faster and you moaned and squirmed under his body . You tried to ease the conflict that was forming within you, but you couldn't. This stam kept getting deeper and made you explode. Your third orgasm comes out of the way causing your pussy to tighten tightly on his cock, Peter feels it more intensely than usual, grunts loudly screaming your name and then releases his frustration filling you with all his warm white semen. He falls down on your sweaty body, kisses you gently on the cheek, then falls on the sheets next to you. His wet, muscular body is scarred and he hugs you. You fall asleep together cuddled up to each other.

Fall Out
Tumblr media
Pairing: Isaac Lahey x Reader
Warnings: None that I can think of.
Summary: Your relationship with Isaac grows more and more strained as the days go by. Will he finally tell you what's going on?
*Not Proof Read*
I don't believe I mention anything gender specific. If I did, please let me know and I can fix it.
ABC List
*****
He still hasn't called or texted me.
It's been almost a week. I've given up trying to message him first. I'm lucky to get a response anymore. No matter what I do, I can never talk to him. He avoids me at school. I don't know if it's intentional or not. It's hard to tell. He never comes over anymore.
We used to like going out to the park on full moons to watch the sky and stars. Not anymore. That stopped about two months ago.
When he does talk to me, it doesn't make any sense. Just stuff about staying inside or not being out at night.
Maybe it's something with his personal life? I've never met his dad, I just know he's not a fan of him. He's always been very secretive about his family life, something that hasn't changed over the course of our two year relationship.
I don't know what to think. Part of me doesn't want to believe that he could be capable of cheating on me, but the other part wonders. He was so sweet when we met.
I pull on my jacket, preparing to step out into the cold air. I've been avoiding Isaac's warnings. Sure, there have been some sketchy things going on at night but usually that's only around the high school. I doubt anything would happen at a lacrosse game.
It only takes a few minutes before I'm at the school. I find an empty seat towards the middle of the bleachers. By the time the game finishes, the sun has gone down and it's fairly dark.
Students gather onto the field to mosh put around our team. I decide against it, choosing to head back to my car.
The parking lot is quiet. Everyone is still on the field.
A growl sends shivers down my spine. I flip around, wrapping my hand around my car keys.
" Who's there? " I ask loudly.
No response.
It must just be my head.
I cautiously continue to my car. The sound of heavy footsteps running towards me catches my attention. I turn around just in time to see a man run towards the creature running at me, slamming him into a nearby car.
I let out a shriek of surprise.
That hair looks familiar...
" Isaac? " I ask in shock.
Isaac's head snaps towards me. He doesn't look...normal.
His eyes are bright yellow color. His teeth are bigger than before. He looks pissed. His nails are long and unkempt. His hand looks...furry?
What the hell?
" What are you doing here? " He spits, continuing to beat the similar looking creature.
" What the fuck is going on? " I ask, stepping away from the pair.
He's never been this violent. He hates fights and the thought of hurting someone.
Another growl sounds from somewhere near me. It sends waves of panic through my body.
Isaac seems to hear it as well. He lets go of the man in his clutch, rushing towards me. He shoves me behind him, trapping me between him and my car.
Another man with glowing eyes appears from behind one of the nearby vehicles. His friend on the floor pops up quickly, ready to attack us.
" Get in your car. " Isaac growls in a way that's so unlike the way he's talked to me in the past.
I don't hesitate to follow his direction. Once I'm in, I pull at his arm, trying to get him to follow me. Maybe we can drive away from them?
They're so close though...And their claws are so sharp...They could pop a tire.
Isaac doesn't budge, instead he lets out a growl. His shirt rips and his muscles poke through. I see his face suddenly grow more hair.
My eyes widen. What's going on with my boyfriend?
Out of the corner of my eye I see two figures run towards the angry people surrounding me. I recognize one from my P.E. class. Erica.
" Get them out of here! " Erica barks, while launching herself at one of the men.
Isaac doesn't hesitate to listen. He hops into the seat behind me, sending shivers of fear down my spine.
I have no idea what he is but I know he could kill me in one swipe.
I drive out of the parking lot as fast I can. " What the fuck? Are you...what the hell are you Isaac? " I ramble, completely scared shitless.
" Calm down you're going to crash! " Isaac shouts.
From the rear view window I see his body begin to change back. The hair from his face begins to fade away and his face morphs back to the way it was a few minutes ago.
" No! What the fuck are you doing! " My eyes flicker between the mirror and the road.
Isaac reaches from the back to grab the steering wheel. " Stop the car! " He says, panic laced in his voice.
I do as he says, scared of what he'll do if I don't. As soon as we stop I hurry out of the car. I just need to get away from him. Away from whatever's going.
" Y/N! " Isaac shouts from behind me. " Y/N stop! "
I don't listen, keeping my eyes trained ahead of me. This has to be a bad dream. People don't just have glowing eyes. Their bodies can't just change like that.
That's some movie shit.
Isaac grabs my arm.
I panic and try to shake it free. " Let go of me! "
" Listen to me! " Isaac begs.
For a second, he sounds like the same boy I new a few months ago. His eyes plead with me to stay.
I stand still. " Fine. What do you want, Isaac. "
Isaac slowly lets go of my arm. " I...Why are you out here? I told you not to go out at night. Especially alone. What the fuck were you thinking? " He asks.
" I'm pretty sure I don't have to do what you say. " I reply angrily. " I had no idea some freaks were going to attack me tonight. You don't get to question my actions, you barely fucking talk to me anymore. "
Pain flashes through Isaac's expression. " I can explain that- "
I don't let him finish. " I bet you can. Frankly, I don't want to hear it. I'm done. With you and whatever the fuck is going on with you. " I gesture to his torn shirt.
His eyes widen, fear flooding his eyes. " What? Y/N, no! Please. God, I really didn't handle this right. Please just let me explain. "
His sad expression sends a pang through my heart. It's hard to be angry with him when all I want to do is hug him and help him feel better.
Instead of doing that, I decide to hear him out. " You have 3 minutes. " I say sternly.
" Fuck, okay. " He begins. " I was bitten by Derek Hale. " He notices the confusion on my face. " He's a...he's a werewolf. I'm a werewolf. The people who just attacked you are werewolves. Look, it's a lot to say in three minutes, but I have to make sure you hear this. I am so sorry, Y/N. I'm sorry for not responding or calling you. I'm sorry for not letting you know what was going on. I guess I just wanted to protect you from all of this. " He gestures to himself and back the direction we came. " There's a lot you don't know about that's going on right now. Stuff that could kill you. I'm trying to keep you safe but I obviously didn't do it the right way. "
I search his face for any signs of lying. I can't find any.
" How long has this been going on? " I ask quietly.
" A few months. I'm so sorry, Y/N. I should've told you. "
" Yes, you should have. " I sigh. I pause for a moment. " Are you going to kill me? "
His eyes widen. " Me? No I would never kill you. Fuck...I love you! " He blurts out.
My heart pounds, this time not from fear. " You what? " This is the first time he's ever told me he loves me.
" I love you. " He whispers again.
Our eyes stare into each other for a few moments before I respond.
" I love you too. "
A grin spreads across Isaacs' face.
" But that doesn't mean you don't have a lot of explaining to do. " I warn.
Isaac nods. " Of course. Let's get you home. I'll tell you everything on the way there... "
What did I just step into?

Loves Antidote - Derek Hale x Reader
Tumblr media
Summary: You were affected more than the others in the crypt during the events of ‘Weaponised’
Words: 1.2k
Warnings: None
Y/N’s POV
I can hear Scott moving after Kira tells him what Stiles’ muffled voice yells. He’s reaching for the jar and moments later there’s a crash, I’m gasping for air, feeling like I can breathe finally. My vision is returning and my muscles are finally reacting to me but it’s slower than the others who are already up and on their feet, Malia by my side as she has to pull me to my feet while Scott gets the door open.
I’m clinging to her, my legs struggling to move and Stiles is suddenly on my other side, the pair of them helping me regain the strength to stumble forwards with my weight being held by them. They’re leading me down the empty hallways of the high school, towards the exit where I can hear myriads of people talking, yelling and preparing for our exit. I know dad’s gonna be out there, Stiles knows he is too, as he’s the sheriff but I’m resisting as I don’t want him to see me like this. He has enough on his plate.
“Y/N, please, you need help.” Stiles is urging, voice filled with concern. His grip around my ribs tightening, determination shining through his wide and worried eyes as I lull my head in his direction. I can hear Scott and Kira trying to find the others, checking on teachers and students alike while Stiles and Malia want to get me to Melissa who I can hear bustling about outside. I can hear dad too and there’s another voice. It sends my heart pounding and Malia is sending me a concerned look as she can hear how fast my heart is beating.
I try to push the pain aside and focus on that voice, knowing he’s just outside. I want to get to him before I even think about Melissa and getting help. I need him. Together, the three of us stagger through the double doors, the taste of freedom so sweet and the sun temporarily blinds me but I can smell him. Three voices call my name: Dad, Melissa and him. The strange mixture of musk, something slightly spicy like oranges and vanilla fills my senses as my eyes try to adjust to the blinding brightness. My knees are giving in and I’m falling until the pair get a better grip on me.
The sound of pounding feet feel like gunshots in my head but the scent of him coming closer and closer spurs me on, giving me the strength to push Stiles and Malia away. My already aching body collides with solid and strong arms are wrapping around me, the smell of him is almost overwhelming it’s so intoxicating. The cool and smooth leather of his jacket against my skin is a stark contrast to the feverish heat pulsating through my body.
“Derek.” My voice cracks and sounds raw even to my own ears, Derek’s arms tightening protectively around me. The emotions radiating from him prickle my eyes and before I know it I’m burying my face in his shirt, trying to staunch the onslaught of tears.
“Shhhh, it’s okay sweetheart,” Derek’s voice soothes, a gentle balm to my shattered nerves, his words washing over me like a healing salve. His arms providing a haven of safety and comfort as I cling to him like a lifeline, seeking solace in his unwavering presence. His lips pressing against my temple calms me even more, a tender kiss that ignites a flicker of hope within me. I can feel the softness of his touch, the warmth of his breath against my skin, and it’s as if the world narrows down to this single point of connection.
As his hand moves in slow, gentle strokes, shooting down my hair, a sense of tranquility washes over me. It’s as if he’s leaving a sense of calm back into the frayed edges of my being, the tremors in my legs begin to subside and the fog surrounding my mind begins to dissipate. The ache and pain is still there and I still feel weak, like I’m going to collapse if Derek lets me go but I know he won’t, especially when the hand that was on my hair moves to cup my jaw, pad of his thumb gliding across my cheekbone gently, a surge of warmth and reassurance following it.
I’m pushing myself away enough to meet those kaleidoscope eyes, seeing the depth of his concern and care reflected in them. It’s a silent understanding that passes between us, a recognition of the need for me to heal and the inability for my body to do it. And as his thumb continues its soothing motion, I feel that spark of hope ignited within me grow into a flame or two.
Then, as if guided by an unspoken agreement, Derek is drawing me up into a kiss - a gentle and tender meeting of our lips. It’s a moment that transcends words, the kiss a conduit for my healing and I feel it. With each press of our lips, I can feel the ache slowly fading and my legs stand steadier, the weariness that had taken over my body replaced by something else. It’s sweet on my tongue as Derek’s arm around my waist pulls me closer and the one of my cheek tilts my head to deepen the kiss more.
Our breaths mingle, a symphony of shared exhales that carry the weight of something new and something good. It’s in the event meeting of our mouths that I find solace, a sanctuary where healing takes root and blooms. The sensation of his lips moving against mine is electrifying and breathtaking all at once.
Someone is clearing their throat, startling me and pulling me away from Derek, my eyes flickering open to find Dad standing there, a mixture of sternness and amusement playing across his features. While his words carry a reprimand, there’s a twinkle in his eyes that betrays his true feelings. The corners of my lips curling into a sheepish smile, and Derek’s arm remains securely around my waist.
“Okay, okay, I think that’s enough,” Dad asserts, his voice firm but indeed with an undertone of lightheartedness, “Those healing vein things have gone, none of that in front of me thank you.”
I can’t help but let out a small chuckle, feeling a mix of embarrassment and affection for Dad’s protectiveness. With a gentle squeeze of Derek’s hand, I start to disentangle myself from his embrace, though the warmth of his touch still lingers on my skin. Derek lets out a growl deep in his throat when Stiles moves towards me, his cheeks turning a brilliant shade of red as he clears his throat and squeaks out an embarrassed, “Sorry.”
“Derek,” Dad turns his attention to the very embarrassed werewolf, “I want you to take her home and make sure she is okay. You do not leave her side until either Jordan or I come home, I want nothing like this to happen again.”
“Yes Sir.”
“Good lad.”

Ch.2
Series Masterlist
Pairing: Stiles Stilinski x fem!Reader
Word count: 9.3k
a/n: I started writing this in November of 2020 on Wattpad and finished a few years later, and although it's kind of old now it's still one of my favorite things I have written so far. I wanted to give it a bit of new life here on Tumblr. I hope you enjoy reading it as much as I had writing it. There were about 90 chapters so wish me luck on this massive, and probably slow, migration 😅
Tumblr media
A teenage girl sits cross legged in the middle of her bed dressed in pajamas. A book is held up in front of her. The cover of black leather has no title but the Triple Moon is embossed vertically in the middle, a moonstone sewn into the middle moon. Her head moves slightly as she reads and she mutters the words under her breath. She suddenly looks towards her window, a flash of purple is reflected when her eyes meet themselves in the glass before she blinks and they're back to their original color. She tilts her head a bit as if listening for something and squints her eyes before she gets up. The book closes and plops down onto the covers in front of her as she gets up, her hands unfolding from their place in her lap.
She pauses a few steps from her window with a sigh and a roll of her eyes. She takes the last few steps and quickly pulls open the window, sticking her head out and startling the brunette boy currently scaling the trellis on the side of the house. "What are you doing, Stiles?" She asked once he regained his hold on the structure.
"God! Y/n! You nearly scared me to death! How did you know I was here?" He asked, slightly out of breath from the combination of climbing the side of her house and getting a scare.
She shrugged a shoulder. "I heard you."
"How?! I was super careful not to make a sound. Also why weren't you answering your phone?"
"Not careful enough, apparently. And I was busy reading. I didn't want to be disturbed. Now, again, what are you doing, Stiles?"
"I saw my dad leave like 40 minutes ago. Dispatch called, everyone from the Beacon Department and even State Police were called in because two joggers found a body in the woods."
"No."
"No? What do you mean no?"
"I mean no. School starts tomorrow and I don't want to spend my last night of summer traipsing through the woods looking for a body."
"Half body." He corrected.
"Let me rephrase. I don't want to spend my last night of summer traipsing through the woods looking for a half body. Go drag Scott out of bed and make him go with you."
"Uh, he already did." Scott's voice drifted up to the two and Y/n looked past Stiles to see Scott giving her a sheepish grin.
She gave him an unimpressed look before leveling it on Stiles. "There's no way I'm gonna get you to leave me alone tonight, is there?"
"Nope." He grinned at her when she rolled her eyes and sighed.
"Fine." She pulled her head back in her room and stalked over to her closet.
"What are you doing?" She glanced behind her to see Stiles now haphazardly hanging onto her window sill.
"What does it look like I'm doing? I'm putting on some clothes. I don't want to go out, but I don't want to go without proper clothing more. Now, you can either watch me change or get off my window, but choose wisely."
He flushed a bit as he started to stammer. "Uh-um- I'm uh- I'm gonna go. Down there. With Scott."
"Good choice." She squinted her eyes at him with a sarcastic smile. Once he was out of sight and on the ground with a quiet 'thump' she shook her head and rolled her eyes. "Idiot." She mumbled under her breath but still couldn't help the small smile that crept onto her lips. She hurried and got dressed in a sweater and some pants before climbing onto her window sill and down the trellis, leaving her window ajar for when she came back. When she was on solid ground she made her way to the blue Jeep that she has come to associate as purely Stiles.
Stiles comes to a stop in front of a sign labeled Beacon Hills Preserve No Entry After Dark. All three teens hop out of the Jeep, Stiles holds a flashlight. "We're seriously doing this?" Scott asked with worry in his tone.
"You're the one who's always bitching that nothing ever happens in this town." Stiles shot back with a pat on Scott's shoulder when he passed. Y/n comes up next to Scott with a sigh.
"He's kinda got you there, Scotty." She also pats his shoulder before reluctantly following behind the overly excited boy.
"I was trying to get a good night's sleep before practice tomorrow." Scott also reluctantly followed.
"Right, 'cause sitting on the bench is such a grueling effort." Stiles retorted from five steps ahead of them.
"Hey, be nice Stilinski. Scott's trying to play this year."
"I will play this year." Scott corrected. "In fact, I'm making first line."
"Hey, that's the spirit." Y/n smiled at Scott with a nudge that he returned with a smile of his own.
"Everyone should have a dream, even a pathetically unrealistic one." Stiles said.
"Like chasing after Lydia Martin." Y/n mumbled under her breath.
"What was that?" Stiles couldn't hear her over the crunching of leaves and Scott's scoff.
"I said 'how much can these woods darken?'' Stiles threw a questioning glance over his shoulder at Y/n's innocent expression. He then looked at Scott, but the shaggy haired boy just shrugged. Stiles shook his head and continued looking forward as Y/n smirked to herself.
"Just out of curiosity, which half of the body are we looking for?" Scott asked.
Stiles slowed in his walking for a moment. "Huh! I didn't even think about that." He chuckled.
"I've got a question too." Y/n said with a finger raised slightly in the air. "What if whoever killed this person is still out here?"
"Also something I didn't think about."
"Of course you didn't." Y/n shook her head.
"It's... comforting to know you've planned this out with your usual attention to detail." Scott joked as they climbed up a steep incline making him start to breathe a bit harder.
"I know."
"Maybe the severe asthmatic should be the one holding the flashlight, huh?" Scott leaned against a tree and pulled out his inhaler. Y/n stopped with him as Stiles kept going.
"You good, Scott?" She asked, concerned.
He simply nodded as he shook the inhaler and waved her on. She took a few steps still looking at him before facing forward as he continued to walk with her. Stiles stumbles to the ground to lay on his stomach, Y/n following more gracefully with Scott falling beside her like Stiles had. Scott wheezes as they watch several flashlight beams scan the area, the figures holding them looking for any sign of the other half of the body.
"Okay, come on!" Stiles suddenly jumps up and runs in the direction of the other people.
"Stiles!" Scott calls but he doesn't answer.
Y/n groans. "I'll go after him." Y/n also jumps up and starts running after him.
Scott takes a puff of his inhaler before he also follows. "Wait up!" The three run through the woods, Y/n whisper yelling at Stiles at how much of an idiot he's being. "Stiles!" Scott also tries to whisper yell at the boy.
"Stiles, stop!" Y/n's forceful tone finally gets him to slow to a walk, looking behind him for his friends. Y/n catches up just as a dog barks at him, scaring him into falling back, which happened to be right into Y/n, sending both teens to the ground.
"Hold it right there!" An officer yells, the dog still barking as lights are shined on the two.
"Hang on, hang on!" Another voice calls over the ruckus. "This little delinquent belongs to me."
"Get off me, you oaf! You're crushing my ribs." Y/n groans with effort as she pushes Stiles off while he tries desperately to get up.
"Dad, how are you doing?" Stiles greets his father once he manages to stop crushing his friend.
"Y/n." Noah Stilinski greets.
"Hello Sheriff." She gives an innocent smile as she stands.
"Does he know you're out here?" Y/n didn't need him to name anyone to know who he was talking about.
"Would you believe me if I said yes?" He just looked at her and she looked away. "Yeah, thought not."
"So, do you, uh, listen in to all of my phone calls?" He then asks Stiles.
"No, heh." Stiles tries to deny, but then, "Well, not the boring ones." Y/n shakes her head.
"Now, where's your usual partner in crime?"
"Who, Scott?"
"No, the Gingerbread Man. Yes, he means Scott!" Y/n sasses before she gives the Sheriff a polite smile. "Scott's not with us, right now. He said he wanted to get a good night's rest for tomorrow's practice and he didn't want to come." What she said wasn't a lie, Scott wasn't with them because he trailed behind and he had said those words earlier.
Stiles nodded in agreement with what she had said. "It's just us. In the woods. Alone."
She gave him a short jab in the side with her elbow and a look that said shut up. Noah raises his flashlight and scans the surrounding trees. "Scott, you out there? Scott?" He calls but gets no answer. He sighs and lowers the light. "Well, young man, I'm gonna walk you back to your car. And you and I are gonna have a conversation about something called invasion of privacy." He grabs the scruff of Stiles' clothes and pulls him along, glancing back at Y/n. "And you, missy, I'm gonna give you a ride back home."
"Yes, sir. That sounds great actually." She takes one more look out at the trees with a small frown before following the Stilinski's.
After Noah made sure Stiles got in his car and drove away, he led Y/n to his car where she got in the front seat. Thunder crashes in the distance as she stares out of the front window, a worried look on her face. Rain gently patters against the road. She fidgets in her seat, an uneasy feeling in her gut. Her head whips towards the passenger window as she faintly hears a distant howl, the feeling getting just a bit worse.
When Noah pulls in front of Y/n's home she winces at the sight of Alan Deaton on the porch and sighs. "Thanks for the ride, Sheriff." Y/n glumly says as she unbuckles.
"No problem." He waves goodbye when she gets out and she watches him leave, prolonging the time before she has to face her guardian.
"Y/n." He says in his normal cool tone.
She slowly turns to look at him. "Yes, Alan?"
"Why did I get a call saying that you were wandering around in the woods in the middle of the night?"
"Because I was." She responded plainly.
"Why?"
"Stiles, being Stiles, listened in on the Sheriff's phone call and he heard about a dead body being found, but it was only half, and there was a search party for the other half and Stiles wanted to be the one to find it. He dragged Scott out too, and what kind of a best friend would I be if I had let them go by themselves? But now what kind of best friend am I that I left one of them in the woods after we were caught." She frowned.
"Who?"
"Scott. The Sheriff didn't see him because he hid behind a tree."
"And you know that how?"
"I heard him."
"I see." He nods in understanding. "I'm sure he'll be fine. Scott's a strong boy, he'll be okay. Come on, let's get inside. School starts tomorrow."
"Yeah." She mumbled. He held his arms out and she obliged by hugging him. He pulls away but still keeps an arm over her shoulder. Just before she steps inside she looks over her shoulder, back to the woods.
"What's wrong?"
She shakes her head a bit, a frown still tugging at her lips. "I don't know. Just a feeling." She sighs as she turns away and follows him into the house.
Y/n rides into the parking lot of Beacon Hills High School on her bike. She balances on one foot as she smoothly glides up to the bike rack, using her other foot as a brake once she's close enough. She notices Scott's bike and Jackson's Porsche as she's fixing up her bike lock. "Oh, yay, I'm parked next to him." She mutters sarcastically. She turns to face the school, fixing her bag on her shoulder, and takes a deep breath. "First day back to school. What a joy." With one more breath she makes her way to the front doors. She scans the crowd and spots Scott and Stiles, the former holding up his shirt to expose his side. Y/n squints and catches a red splotch on the gauze he has taped there before he puts it down and the two continue walking. She picks up her pace and jogs to the two, catching up when they stop again and she can clearly hear what they're saying.
"All right, well, if you don't believe me about the wolf, then you're definitely not gonna believe me about when I tell you I found the body." Scott's tone lowered with the last few words he spoke.
"What's this about a wolf?" Y/n asked once she stood next to the two, her curiosity piqued.
"Did you not just hear him about the body? Are you kidding me?" Stiles directed the last at Scott.
"No, I wish. I'm gonna have nightmares for a month."
"Oh, God, that is freakin' awesome."
"Yeah, awesome. You saw a wolf?" Y/n looked at Scott in question.
"No, but I heard one howling."
Y/n's brow furrowed a bit in worry but her thoughts are cut off by Stiles groaning out a sigh. "I already said that that was impossible. There are no wolves in California."
"You'd be surprised." She pointed out.
"Look, enough about the wolves. How are you focusing on that more than Scott found the body? I mean, this is seriously gonna be the best thing that's happened to this town since..." He trailed off as he spotted a particular strawberry blonde head. "Since the birth of Lydia Martin. Hey, Lydia... You look..." Lydia passes without a glance at Stiles but a small wave in greeting towards Y/n who returns the gesture. "Like you're gonna ignore me." Stiles sighs and looks at Scott. "You're the cause of this, you know?"
"Uh-huh." Scott 'agrees' with a smile.
"Draggin' me down to your nerd depths."
"Uh-huh." The three continue walking as the bell rings.
"I'm a nerd by association. I've been Scarlet Nerded by you. At least you haven't tarnished Y/n with your nerdy influence. How are you friends with Lydia, by the way? How did you get in there?" He rounds on Y/n.
She scoffs. "There's no 'in' to get to. We just so happen to be very best friends."
"I thought we were your best friends?" Scott points between himself and Stiles.
"You are, Scotty, don't worry." She pats his shoulder. "You're my guy best friends and she's my girl best friend."
"You think you could put in a good word for me so I can be her guy best friend?" Stiles asks with a hopeful tone.
"No." She shoots down immediately, giving a playful coo when he pouts and she lightly pinches his cheek. He bats her hand away with a laugh and the trio continue down the halls.
...
"As you all know, there indeed was a body found in the woods last night." Mr. Curtis informs as he writes on the white board. Scott shares a knowing smile with Y/n and Stiles, the h/c in the seat next to him with Stiles right behind her. "And I am sure your eager little minds are coming up with various macabre scenarios as to what happened. But I am here to tell you that the police have a suspect in custody," Mr. Curtiss turns to face the class, Scott throws a questioning look at Stiles who shrugs, "which means you can give your undivided attention to the syllabus which is on your desk outlining this semester."
Y/n picks up the paper to skim it over, barely glancing out the window when she heard the cell ringing outside. She sees a pretty brunette girl on the bench outside that she doesn't recognize yet doesn't really give it another thought. She looks back to her paper, but her eyes are drawn to movement beside her. She glances over and sees Scott looking around before rubbing his ear in confusion. She narrows her eyes at his actions and keeps watching him as his focus is drawn out the window and his eyes slowly sweep across the room until they stop at the door. A moment later the Vice Principal walks in with the brunette girl behind him.
"Class, this is our new student, Allison Argent. Please do your best to make her feel welcome." The VP leaves and the girl, Allison, moves to sit in the empty seat behind Scott. Y/n watches as Scott grabs one of his pens and turns to give it to Allison.
A confused look flashes across her face before it lights up with a smile. "Thanks."
"We'll begin with Kafka's Metamorphosis, on page 133." The teacher started speaking again as they looked at each other for a minute before Scott turned around. Y/n raised a brow at the exchange and caught Allison's confused look return. With one more glance at Scott Y/n turns back to her own papers, noting to herself to watch Scott a bit more closely.
...
The bell rings and students flood the halls. Scott fiddles with his locker's lock and glances down the hall spotting Allison. She looks over at him and smiles. He just blinks at her in a slight daze as Y/n comes up behind him. "Hey, Scott."
He turns to her. "Oh, hey, Y/n."
"I was meaning to ask, I saw you had a bandage on your side as I was catching up to you guys? What happened? Are you okay?" She asked in concern and he gave her an easy going smile.
"Yeah, I'm fine. Stiles doesn't believe me but I think a wolf bit me. It was dark and I couldn't see well but I heard a wolf howl."
"You're sure?"
"Pretty sure."
"Can I see? The bite I mean?"
"Yeah, sure." He glanced around before he lifted his shirt enough for her to see. She carefully pulled the top part of the bandage away and he winced. Quickly, but carefully, she put the bandage back and he let his shirt fall.
"Yeah, that's uh... That's some bite." Stiles came around to Scott's other side at that point and she tuned out their conversation as her mind swam with the new information and worry. She only snapped out of her head when Lydia called her name from down the hall. She was standing next to Allison and waving Y/n over. "I'll see you guys later." She said to the boys before she made her way over to Lydia and the new girl.
"Allison, this is my best friend, Y/n. Y/n, this is Allison." Lydia introduced.
"Nice to meet you." Y/n held her hand out which Allison took.
"You, too." Allison gives her a kind smile.
Jackson sidles up beside Lydia with an arm thrown around her. "Hey." She greets and gives him a kiss. Jackson spots Y/n and rolls his eyes.
"Y/n." He says in obligatory greeting.
"Jackson." She says boredly. The two proceed to ignore each other as they talk to Allison.
Across the hall Scott and Stiles watch the exchange as another girl stops beside them at the sight of the four. "Can someone tell me how new girl is here all of five minutes, and she's already hanging out with Lydia's clique?" The girl questions the two boys.
"Because she's hot." Stiles answers.
"Does that mean you think Y/n's hot?" Scott smirks at him.
"What?" Stiles looks at him almost offended. "I'm just saying beautiful people herd together."
"You just called Y/n beautiful." Scott's smile got wider as Stiles glared at him.
"Your point is?"
Scott shook his head. "Nothing. Nothing."
"I'm just stating facts. Y/n is obviously pretty hence why she's with Lydia and the new girl."
"I'm not saying anything." Stiles rolled his eyes as Scott just smiled at him and turned to the girl they were talking to. Scott's smile slowly fell as he looked back over at the four. His ears were able to pick up the conversation taking place across the hall.
"So, this weekend, there's a party." Lydia hints to Allison.
"A party?" The brunette questions.
"Yeah, Friday night." Jackson informs. "You should come."
"Uh, I can't. It's Family Night this Friday. Thanks for asking."
"You sure? I mean, everyone's going after the scrimmage. Even Hermit over there is going." Jackson gestured towards Y/n and she gave him a sarcastic laugh with squinted eyes.
"You mean like football?"
"Football's a joke in Beacon."
"The sport here is lacrosse." Y/n informed. "It's like... A big thing."
"We've won the State Championship for the past three years."
"Because of a certain Team Captain." Lydia smiled up at Jackson and fixed a piece of his hair.
"Well, we have practice in a few minutes. That is, if you don't have anywhere else-"
"Well, I was going to-"
"Perfect." Lydia cut Allison off. "You're coming." Lydia grabbed Allison's wrist with one hand and Y/n's with the other and started to pull them both along.
"Is she always like this?" Allison whispered to Y/n.
"You get used to it." Y/n shrugged with an unbothered expression.
...
Lydia leads the trio as they make their way to the stands and sit. Y/n spots Scott and Stiles already geared up and on the field. She gives them a wave when they look over although Y/n notices Scott wasn't looking at her but at the brunette next to her making her smirk to herself. Coach Finstock talks to Scott and Y/n sees him hand Scott the gear for goalie. Oof. That's gonna be rough. She thought as Scott takes position in front of the goal.
"Who is that?" Allison asks.
"On goal?" Y/n clarifies and when Allison nods she smiles. "That's Scott. He's one of my best friends." Y/n looked back at Scott to see him already looking in their direction with a tilted head and her smile dissolved into a slight frown. Coach blows the whistle and Scott grips at his head as if someone was shouting at him, Y/n's frown goes a little deeper. Another player throws the ball and it goes right into Scott's mask making him fall flat on his back. Stiles grimaces and Scott gets back up. He braces himself as another player throws the ball again, but this time he caught it.
He looks at it surprised and smiles. The lined up players all look around each other to see what McCall had done. Stiles sits up and yells, "Yeah!" Scott catches ball after ball and Stiles whoops. Y/n watches with raised brows and a disbelieving scoff.
"He seems like he's pretty good." Allison comments.
"Yeah, very good." Lydia agrees.
"Uh oh." Y/n mutters when she sees Jackson skip the line to take his shot at Scott. The air is tense as everyone watches Jackson run up and hurl the ball at Scott. But to everyone's surprise he swiftly catches it. Stiles jumps up, hooting in joy. Y/n stands with Lydia as the strawberry blonde cheers and Y/n cups her hands over her mouth. "GO SCOTT!"
"THAT'S MY FRIEND!" Stiles yells making Y/n laugh. Lydia screams some more cheers and Jackson glares over at her. When he catches her eye she just gives him a what? look and sits back down.
...
"I don't know what it was." Scott leads the way through the woods and across a small stream as his two friends follow him. "It was like I had all the time in the world to catch the ball. And it's not the only weird thing. I can... hear stuff I shouldn't be able to hear. Smell things."
"Smell things? Like what?" Stiles questions from behind Scott.
"Like Mint Mojito gum in your pocket. And Y/n smells like flowers."
"I do?" The girl muttered as she pinched her shirt and sniffed it, only smelling her laundry soap and a bit of animal from her time at the Animal Clinic. She then held her wrist up to her nose, focusing on her sense of smell, and there it was. A faint scent of flowers that clung to her skin like a mist. Something she had almost forgotten about because there wasn't anyone who would notice it like her.
The three pause as Stiles rummages through his jacket pockets. "I don't even have any Mint Mojito-" He cuts himself off as he pulls a slightly opened piece of gum from his pocket. Y/n raises a brow as Stiles looks up at Scott who gives him a see? gesture. They continue walking and Stiles shoves the gum back in his pocket. "So all this started with a bite."
"What if it's like an infection, like my body's flooding with adrenaline before I go into shock or something?"
"You know what? I actually think I've heard of this- it's a specific kind of infection."
"Are you serious?" They all stop again, Y/n looking between the two, nervousness flashing through her system as she realizes what Stiles is getting at, albeit jokingly, but this was anything but a joke to her.
"Yeah." Stiles puts his hands on his hips in seriousness. "Yeah, I think it's called Lycanthropy."
"What's that? Is it bad?" Scott worries.
Y/n folded her arms. "He's talking about Werewolfism."
"Yeah! You know, the full moon and the awrooo." Stiles howls. Scott lightly pushes him away and continues walking as Stiles laughs. "Hey, man..." He follows, an unusually quiet Y/n following. "Hey, you're the one who heard a wolf howling."
"Hey, there could be something seriously wrong with me." Scott frets.
"I know! You're a werewolf! Ow!" He rubs his arm from Y/n's sudden attempt to make him shut up. He looks at her in question and she glares at him.
"Don't joke around like that, Stiles." She catches up with Scott. "Ignore him. I'm sure that it's nothing too bad, okay?"
Scott just sighs and Stiles speaks up. "Okay, obviously I'm kidding. But if you see me in shop class trying to melt all the silver I can find, It's 'cause Friday's a full moon." While Scott ignores Stiles, Y/n bites her lip in worry. If it was just a random ordinary wolf, Scott should be fine. But if it wasn't... If it really was what she thinks it was, then things were going to get very complicated very soon.
Scott looks around on the ground but doesn't see anything. "No, I- I could have sworn this was it. I saw the body, the deer came running. I dropped my inhaler." Scott crouches to look through the leaves.
"Maybe the killer moved the body?" Y/n suggests.
"If he did, I hope he left my inhaler. Those things are like 80 bucks." Y/n chuckles a bit but when she feels another presence her head shoots up and she spots a broody looking man with dark hair and a black leather jacket. Stiles notices the man a second later and pats Scott to get his attention. Scott looks back and stands up to face the man.
The man starts walking closer to them at a brisk pace making Y/n take a few steps of her own to where she now stood in front of the boys. Used to her protectiveness neither of them give the action a second thought. "What are you doing here? Huh?" The man asks quickly. "This is private property."
"Sorry, we didn't know." Y/n speaks up for them. "We were just looking for something. You wouldn't have happened to see an inhaler around, would you?" Without another word the man pulls something from his pocket and tosses it towards Scott, but Y/n catches it from the air without looking away from him. She tossed the object back to Scott which he sees as his inhaler. After another moment of Y/n and the stranger staring each other down he turned and walked away. Once she was sure he wasn't coming back she turned to see Stiles gaping towards where he left and Scott frowning.
"All right, well, I've gotta get to work." Scott went to leave only to be stopped by Stiles.
"Guys, that was Derek Hale."
"Hale?" Y/n questioned, the name sounding vaguely familiar to her.
"You remember, right?" He asked Scott. "He's only a few years older than us. This was, like, a few years before you moved here, Y/n. His family burned to death in a fire, like, ten years ago."
"That's awful." Y/n frowned.
"I wonder what he's doing back?" Scott mused.
Stiles scoffs and shrugs his shoulders. "Come on." He started to walk away, Y/n and Scott following after one more look towards where Derek Hale disappeared to.
...
Y/n sat at home that night, curled up in the corner of the couch and worrying at her bottom lip. She stared into space as her mind swirled in a mixed mess. It was only the first day back at school and things are already kind of stressful. She didn't notice the other person in the room until the couch sagged next to her. She turned her head to see Alan giving her a concerned look. "Are you alright?"
"I don't know." She said honestly.
"Well, I don't think the wall will be alright if you keep burning a hole through it." She gave him a weak chuckle as she looked at the wall again. "What's bothering you?"
She sighed and shook her head a bit. "It's hard to explain."
"Do your best."
She was quiet while she tried to get her thoughts in order. "The other night, I heard a howl. It was distant but I know what I heard. And now I find out today, Scott heard it too and he swears a wolf bit him." She looked at him again, concern, worry, and a slight bit of fear written on her face. "He's been acting strange too. He's hearing things only I would normally hear, and he's smelling things like my natural scent of flowers. I think that... I'm scared that..." She sighed in frustration. "My thoughts are so jumbled."
He put a comforting hand on her knee. "Tell me what you feel, then, instead of what you think."
She closes her eyes for a moment and when they open, they glow a slight purple before dimming back to e/c. "I feel like he's been bit by an Alpha. He's turning."
Alan's face turns serious. "Well, if your feeling is correct, and I've never known it to be otherwise, then Scott's going to have a tough time ahead of him."
"Tell me about it." She huffed. "What do I do?"
He was quiet for a moment as he thought of what best to advise. "Just be there for him and help him. If he's really been bitten, he's going to need his friends more than ever."
"What if he or Stiles starts asking questions about what I know? I can't tell them about me." She frowned at the thought. She's never had a reason to reveal what she was and when they learn about the supernatural she'd be lying about it.
"They'll be too preoccupied with Scott's new transformation to wonder about it much. For now, at least, don't worry about it."
"I'll try. Thanks... For helping me." She gave him a small smile and hugged him which he returned. "It's what I'm here for." He patted her back and pulled away. He got up and left her to her thoughts again, but this time they weren't as stormy.
...
"Y/n! Y/n!" The girl looked to the spastic boy who was yelling her name across the lacrosse field as she sat on the stands. She squinted her eyes in confusion watching Stiles run like a bat out of hell and got off the stands so that he wouldn't pile-drive people just to get to her.
"Whoa, whoa!" She cried out when he nearly rammed into her and held tightly to her shoulders. "Calm down there, Speedy. What's wrong?"
"Scott was right." He blurted.
"What? Right about what?"
"Scott was right! About a wolf! There was animal hairs on the body, wolf hairs!"
She opened her mouth to speak, but he rushed off as he spotted Scott, which was probably a good thing because she wasn't even sure what she would say. Her feeling is turning out to be more and more correct as the seconds ticked by. As the game started Y/n could only watch in concern and a slight bit of awe as Scott easily skirted around other players and flipped over three other guys blocking his path to take a quick shot. The team gathered around Scott, praising his score and patting him on the shoulders. Coach called Scott over and she listened in, smiling a bit when he put Scott on first line. Maybe being a werewolf wouldn't be the worst thing in the world for him. Maybe it'll actually be good. Maybe.
But the pit in her stomach told her that maybe it won't be as good as she hopes. She looked over to Stiles to see him with a worried expression. She went over to him and sat next to him. "What's on your mind?" She nudged his shoulder lightly.
"I think- and I know this sounds crazy- but I think I might have been right. That joke I made the other day. I don't think it's much of a joke anymore. I think Scott is actually a werewolf." He looked at her in worry and all she could do was put a comforting arm around his shoulders.
"Whatever is happening here, we'll get through it. I know it." Stiles didn't answer. Just continued watching Scott in worry.
Later that day Y/n pedaled to a stop in front of Stiles' house, Scott doing the same a minute later. "Hey." She greeted.
"Hey. Do you know what Stiles called us for?" He quizzed.
"Nope." She shook her head. Well, she had a pretty good idea what it was. They both made their way into the house and up to Stiles' room where Scott knocked loudly.
The excitable boy opened the door and sighed in relief when he saw it was his friends who smiled at him. "Get in. You gotta see this thing." Stiles closed the door. "I've been up all night reading- websites, books. All this information."
"How much Adderall have you had today?" Scott asked.
"A lot." Y/n and Scott shared a smile at that. "Doesn't matter. Okay, just listen." Stiles urged.
"Oh, is this about the body? Did they find out who did it?" Scott sat his bag on the bed and sat himself down on the edge, Y/n placing herself next to him.
"No, they're still questioning people, even Derek Hale."
"Oh, the guy in the woods that we saw the other day." Scott realized.
"Yeah! Yes. But that's not it, okay?"
"What, then?"
"Remember the joke from the other day?" Stiles scoffed. "Not a joke anymore." When Scott didn't catch on to what he was saying he elaborated. "The wolf. The bite in the woods. I started doing all this reading. Do you even know why a wolf howls?"
"Should I?"
"It's like a signal." Y/n finally spoke up, both boys turning to face her. "A wolf howls to tell its pack where it is." When they both just stared at her she raised her brows at them. "What? I live with a vet and I like animals."
"Right." Stiles agreed. "So if you heard a wolf howling, that means others could have been nearby. Maybe even a whole pack of 'em."
"A whole pack of wolves?" Scott wondered.
"No... Werewolves." Y/n frowned. This had been exactly what she thought this was about. But, while she was nervous, Scott was unbelieving.
"Are you seriously wasting my time with this?" Scott got up and started to grab his bag. "You know I'm picking up Allison in an hour."
"Scott, maybe you should listen to him."
"Not you, too." Scott looked at Y/n, slightly aggravated.
"He's got a point. I mean, Scott, we saw you on the field today. What you did wasn't just amazing, it was practically miraculous."
"Exactly!" Stiles pointed at her excitedly.
"Yeah, so I made a good shot." Scott brushed it off.
"No, you made an incredible shot, I mean..." Stiles grabbed Scott's bag and put it back on the bed. "The way you moved, your speed, your reflexes. People can't just suddenly do that overnight. And- and there's the vision and the senses, and don't even think I don't notice that you don't need your inhaler anymore."
"Okay!" Scott interrupted. "Dude, I can't think about this now. We'll talk tomorrow."
"Tomorrow?! What? No! The full moon's tonight. Don't you get it?"
"What are you trying to do?" The tension in the room rises and Y/n stands, feeling the spiking emotions. The first moon is sometimes the worst for newer wolves. "I-I just made first line. I got a date with a girl who I can't believe wants to go out with me, and everything in my life is somehow perfect. Why are you trying to ruin it?"
"He's not trying to ruin anything, Scott. He's trying to help you."
"You're cursed, Scott. You know, and it's not just the moon that will cause you to physically change. It also just so happens to be when your bloodlust will be at its peak."
"Bloodlust?"
"It's like an uncontrollable urge to maim and kill." Y/n provided the info again.
"I'm already starting to feel an urge to kill, Y/n." Scott said irritably.
"I'm sure you are." Y/n muttered under her breath.
"You gotta hear this." Stiles continued to rant. He grabbed a book and searched for what he wanted from it. "'The change can be caused by anger or anything that raises your pulse.' All right? I haven't seen anyone raise your pulse like Allison does. You gotta cancel this date. I'm calling her right now." He moved around Scott to his bag and rummaged around for Scott's phone.
"Wait, Stiles. You shouldn't-" Y/n tried to warn but she was cut off by Scott.
"What are you doing?"
"I'm canceling the date." Stiles had finally retrieved the device.
"No, give it to me!" Y/n felt heat flush her body as she felt Scott's anger reach a crescendo making him grab Stiles and shove him against the wall, fist raised and ready to strike.
"Scott, stop!" Y/n yelled forcefully. Scott's fist shook and he yelled as he swiped at Stiles' desk chair making it clatter to the floor.
Scott panted heavily as he looked between Y/n and Stiles. The air was thick as Scott realized what he was going to do. "I'm sorry." No one spoke. "I-I gotta go get ready for that party." He, more calmly, got his bag from the bed and went to the door, pausing to look at his friends again. "I'm sorry." And then he left, closing the door behind him.
Y/n let out a breath to calm herself as Stiles leaned his head back onto the wall and she looked over at him. "Are you okay?" She asked. He didn't answer but nodded his head a bit. Even with his assurance she wanted to assure herself so she went over to him and pulled him into a hug, which he gladly reciprocated. The two teens stood in silence for a moment before he pulled away with a sigh. She raised her brows in question and he nodded at her again.
"I'm good. Thanks." He gave her a small, appreciative smile.
"Anytime." He looked at his fallen chair and went over to it. He crouched down and picked it up, sitting it back on its wheels, but paused in his movements. He looked over his shoulder at Y/n with furrowed brows and moved for her to see. She frowned when she saw the three slash marks that scarred the chair from Scott's hit.
...
Y/n sat in her room and bounced her leg anxiously. The party was soon and she didn't want to go, she wasn't much of a party person unless she was in the mood for it, but tonight was the full moon and so she had to. She had to watch out for Scott. The first change is often the hardest and it'll be no different for him.
She jumped slightly when she heard a honk from outside. She looked out her window and smiled when she spotted the blue Jeep, giving Stiles a wave when he spotted her. She took one more glance in the mirror and flattened out any wrinkles in her clothes before she went downstairs. She spotted Alan on her way and stopped in front of him. "How do I look?" She asked.
He twirled a finger and she obliged by turning for him. When she faced him again he smiled. "Stunning as always." He finally said.
She rolled her eyes but still smiled. "You always say that."
"Because it's always true." He was silent for a moment, a tender look in his eyes. She felt a nostalgic feeling from him as he looked at her but also at something else, something not quite in the same space as them. "You look just like her."
A sad smile graced her features as she looked down and remembered her face. It's been a long time since she last saw her mother in person. Yeah, she has pictures, but it's not quite the same. The camera doesn't quite catch the proud gleam in M/n's eyes when Y/n showed off her growing skills. All she has is the memory that she desperately holds onto. And that's enough for now until she can see her again, one day in the future.
She looked back up at Alan and gave him a sudden hug. He huffed a laugh in amusement but hugged her back. "Thank you." Her voice was soft but he still heard her. He just squeezed her a bit tighter before they both pulled away. "Okay. I should go now. Stiles is waiting."
"Have fun. And be careful." He warned gently.
"I will." She gave him one more smile before she turned and rushed out the door and hopped into the Jeep. "Thanks for giving me a ride."
"No problem. You look really good, by the way." Stiles complimented.
"You don't look so bad yourself." They smiled and he started to drive to the party.
Music pounded through the house as teens danced together, several of them holding red or blue cups. Stiles and Y/n stood in the middle of moving bodies and looked around. "I don't see Scott." Stiles yelled over the noise and looked at her.
She took one more glance around. "He's probably not here yet. Stay in here. I'll keep an eye out for him outside."
"Sounds good." With that Y/n made her way to the backyard where more people were having a good time together. She looked around for her friend, but spotted someone unexpected. Her eyes narrowed as she made her way to the mysterious Hale, his eyes already watching her cautiously.
"I know what you are." She said as soon as she was close enough and folded her arms. "All I wanna know is, are you an Alpha?"
"No, I'm not."
"Show me." He rolled his eyes before they flashed a brilliant blue. She frowned at the color but decided to ignore it for now. "Okay. Then what do you want with Scott?"
"I'm just looking out for him. There are Hunters here."
A rush of fear coursed through her and she nearly stopped breathing. "What?" It came out a little more breathless than she intended, but wouldn't you be breathless too if you were presented with one of your biggest fears?
He didn't say anything else as his eyes were drawn behind her. She looked over her shoulder to see Scott had arrived with Allison. Scott spotted them, looking between his friend and the stranger as a dog started barking. Derek looked behind him at the dog and then back at Scott, Y/n giving the canine creature a glance. Scott kept staring until Allison had gotten his attention. Derek took this chance to leave. Y/n gave the moon a nervous glance before returning to the party. She wandered aimlessly until a pair of familiar hands grabbed her and she found she was inside the house again. She looked up to see Stiles giving her a worried look.
"Are you okay?" He asked.
She opened her mouth to say something, but slowly shut it realizing she didn't really have anything to say. So she just settled with, "Yeah, I'm fine." A sudden pull in her gut told her that something was happening and that that something was Scott. "But I don't think Scott is." Not even a moment after she said that Scott had started to practically stumble into the house, sweat on his brow and breathing heavily.
"Yo, Scott, you good?" Stiles asked as he got closer.
"Are you okay?" Another girl asked yet he just bypassed everyone and made his way to his car, speeding off as fast as he could. He was gone by the time Y/n and Stiles made it outside and they just barely caught Allison getting into Derek's car and driving off.
Y/n huffed in frustration and grabbed Stiles' wrist. "Come on." She dragged him to his Jeep and he drove them to Scott's house. Melissa wasn't home as the two bounded up the steps and to Scott's door. That was probably for the best. She tried to open the door and found it was locked so she pounded on it instead.
"Go away." She heard his meak reply.
"Scott, it's us." Movement from the other side and the door opened just a crack. They tried to open it further but Scott wouldn't let them. "Let us in, Scott. We can help."
"No! Listen, you gotta find Allison."
"She's fine, all right?" Stiles assured. "We saw her get a ride from the party. She's- she's totally fine."
"No, I think I know who it is."
"You just let us in. We can try-"
"It's Derek. Derek Hale is the werewolf. He's the one that bit me. He's the one that killed the girl in the woods."
"Wait, no." Y/n tried to correct. "No, Scott, he didn't-" She was cut off.
"Scott.. Derek's the one who drove Allison from the party."
"Oh, shit." Y/n felt Scott's mood shift a second before the door slammed on them and was locked again.
Stiles banged on the door. "Scott!" Stiles kept trying the door as Y/n heard a thump. Her breath hitched when she heard a roar and she pushed Stiles from the door and out of the house. "It's too late. Just check on Allison. I'll try and follow Scott."
"Wait, what?! You can't go out there by yourself! You could get hurt! Whoa!" He nearly fell as Y/n practically shoved him into the Jeep.
"Don't worry, I can handle myself. Just go." She didn't give him anymore time to argue as she started sprinting towards the woods. There wasn't time to track him so she just went in the general direction she had heard him run for a bit before she resorted to getting some help. She stopped for a minute and closed her eyes. When she opened them they blazed with a violet glow and she looked around at the few people now standing around there. "Have you seen a boy run through here?" She got a few nods. "Please, show me which way he went." One by one the figures pointed and she continued running, now following the dead's guidance.
She felt them before she saw them, the wolves and the Hunters. Her eyes returned to e/c as she saw a flash of light and heard Scott's scream of pain. She stopped dead in her tracks when she saw three Hunters there. Like a truck hitting her, memories flashed through her head. Running through the woods. She was crying and she heard her mother scream. "Y/n! Run, just run!"
She was snapped out of her flashback when she heard, who she assumed, the lead Hunter speak. "Take him." That's when she spotted Scott, shifted and pinned to a tree by an arrow through his forearm. Suddenly one of the other Hunters was yanked back and she caught a glimpse of Derek. A rush of adrenaline urged her forward and to Scott where she broke the arrow and pulled him away as Derek threw the second Hunter before following them.
The three ran through the woods until Scott collapsed to the ground against a tree, panting. When he turned around and sat with his back on the tree he was back to normal. Y/n dropped to her knees taking deep breaths, her hands gripping onto any fabric they could find to stop from shaking. Derek looked around to make sure they got away for now. "Who were they?" Scott asked.
"Hunters." Derek answered. "The kind that have been hunting us for centuries."
"Us? You mean you! You did this to me!" Scott jumped up from the ground and shouted angrily.
"Is it really so bad, Scott? That you can see better... Hear more clearly, move faster than any human could ever hope? You've been given something most people would kill for. The Bite is a gift."
"He should have had the choice to receive it." Y/n spoke up, finally finding her voice again. She shakily stood up, clenching her hands to stand stronger. "It should have been his decision."
"There's nothing to be done about that now. He has it."
"I don't want it." Scott said.
"You will. And you're gonna need me if you want to learn how to control it." Derek bent over and placed his hand on Scott's shoulder. "So you and me, Scott... We're brothers now." Derek walked away, leaving the teens by themselves. Scott gripped his injured arm and leaned his head back.
Y/n looked at him and his arm. She carefully made her way to his right so she could see it better. "Can I see?" She asked. He looked up at her like he was just realizing she was there but nodded and moved his hand. She gently took his arm and inspected the wound. It wasn't too bad, she could easily heal it. But the problem was healing it would raise more questions than she was willing to answer so soon. So instead she tore off a strip of her clothes, not really minding since she could always fix it later. She tied the fabric around his arm and he hissed at the contact. "Sorry." She pulled her hands away when she was done and looked up at him. "That should do for now. It might take a while, but you'll heal."
"Thank you." She gave him a small smile and a nod. She looked around with a sigh and stood up, holding a hand out to him.
"Come on. It's a ways before we get back home. Better start walking now." He took her hand, she helped him stand and they both started to trek through the woods.
...
By the time the sun was up Y/n and Scott were going down the side of the road, Scott still babying his injured arm. The sound of a car coming drew her attention and she looked over her shoulder, smiling in relief when she saw the most beautiful blue Jeep she had ever seen. She tugged on Scott's good arm to get him to turn as Stiles pulled to a stop next to them. Scott got into the front and Y/n happily hopped in the back, tossing a spare blanket at Scott before curling herself up in one and sprawling in the back.
"You know what actually worries me the most?" Scott asked after a while.
"If you say Allison, I'm gonna punch you in the head." Stiles responded.
"Leave the boy alone, Stilinski." Y/n mumbled tiredly from the back.
"She probably hates me now." Scott practically lamented.
"Ugh." Stiles sighed. "I doubt that. But you might want to come up with a pretty amazing apology. Or, you know, you could just... Tell her the truth and... Revel in the awesomeness of the fact that you're a frickin' werewolf." Scott gave him a look and Stiles backpedaled. "Okay, bad idea. Hey, we'll get through this." Stiles patted his arm. "Come on, if I have to, I'll chain you up myself on full moon nights and feed you live mice. I had a boa once. I could do it."
"I'm pretty sure l could get some puppy chow from the Clinic." Y/n offered with a sleepy smile. Scott scoffed at them with a smile and they continued their drive in silence.
After Stiles dropped Y/n off at home a few hours before school she closed the door behind her and just stood there for what felt like hours but was only a few minutes. Her eyes were glued to the floor, her mind filled with white noise. Alan had been waiting for her to get home and when she didn't come through the living room a bit after the door closed he decided to go to her. When he spotted her her expression looked almost exactly like it had years ago when she was a terrified little girl in front of his door, eyes watery with shadows of the past flickering in the e/c depths. This worried him because she wasn't one to be scared so easily. Something had to have happened that truly shook her.
She didn't seem to notice his presence, even when he was stood right in front of her. He gently placed his hands on her shoulders as if he was handling a scared animal, and by all rights, he was. Her eyes flicked up to his and she just stared at him for a moment. Then it seemed like the night's events finally caught up to her as her breath hitched and tears spilled down her cheeks.
She practically fell into him and he held her up, not asking any questions because right now, all she needed was to be comforted. He would get answers later when she calmed down and was finally able to tell him what happened without choking up. It was moments like those she was thankful that she had found Alan and had been taken in by him and she would always be grateful for it.

I'm Not Yours
Derek Hale x Sarah McCall
Timeline: In S2E4, when Derek is training his betas, one of them tries to kiss him.
Derek's POV -
Isaac barrels towards me with a vicious look on his face. I stare at him, unfazed. Like that can scare me. He leaps at me but I push him out of the way effortlessly. Sure, the momentum makes it difficult, but not difficult enough.
Erica jumps at me from above and I toss her to the ground. She's no better. In fact, she's worse. Isaac at least has the mind to know that he isn't the best, but Erica is full of overconfidence. It's going to get her in trouble someday.
Boyd looks at from above, and cringes as both the betas fall to the ground. I know their bones are broken, they must be. Guilt creeps up my spine, but I shove it down. If I'm to teach them how to protect themselves, then they must sustain a few injuries.
"Does anyone wanna try not being completely predictable?" I ask with a frown.
It is then that Erica jumps at me. But she doesn't try to attack. Instead, she wraps her legs around my waist and presses her lips to mine. Eyes widening in shock, I push her away immediately.
"Don't ever do that again," I say, fury churning through my body. My eyes flash red and I see fear in hers, but I don't care.
I don't want to be kissed by anyone who isn't Sarah.
"Why?" She asks, scared, "Because I'm a Beta?"
"No." I say, "Because I'm Not Yours." I make sure to wipe my lips, just in case her lipstick has left a mark.
Isaac groans from beside her, uninterested in what just happened. "Are we done? I got about a hundred bones that need a few hours to heal."
I bend down in front of him and break his finger, "A hundred and one."
Isaac looks at me in shock and pain, and I hiss at him. "You think I'm teaching you to fight? Huh? Look at me! I'm teaching you how to survive! So if you don't wanna die, I suggest you take this seriously."
I stalk away from them and rush to my loft after putting my jacket on. I had promised to meet Sarah there, and I don't wanna be late. I don't want to miss even a single minute I have with her. Her brother thinks that it's just him who has to do a lot just to see his girlfriend, but he's wrong.
I have to do twice as much just to catch a glimpse of Sarah.
She waits at me at the loft, her long hair flowing behind her because of the wind.
"Angel..." I say. It's one of the few nicknames I have for her, another main one being 'honey'. She turns around and looks at me. Joy fills her eyes and she rushes towards me, throwing her arms around me. She doesn't care that I smell like tar and dirt, doesn't care that the dirt is all over my clothes and face.
Tumblr media
I wrap my arms around her, breathing in the scent of her sweet-smelling hair. I kiss her cheek and all the emotions I've bottled down almost spill out. No, I can't let that happen. I have to stay strong for her.
She steps back and looks at me with tearful eyes. I pull her towards me and kiss her deeply, savouring the flavour and taste of her soft lips. She opens her mouth and I slip my tongue inside, exploring her mouth. She tastes like the sweet fruit at the end of countless hardships.
Sarah tastes like mine. There's not a lot I can call mine, but Sarah is mine. And I'll be damned to let anyone hurt her or take her away from me.
And the moan she gives makes me wanna carry her inside and show her just that.
But I have to keep the lust in control since I'd rather talk to her and hold her in my arms in those few stolen moments we have together than have sex with her.
I draw my head to let her catch her breath. I can go on for longer, werewolf lungs and all. But she's human. My human.
I caress her cheek gently and press a kiss to her forehead. "I've missed you, my Angel."
"I've missed you too, Sourwolf." She sniffs.
Tumblr media
"Come on," I say, "Let's go inside."
She slips her hand in mine and we walk inside the loft. Sarah beams at the simple arrangement of the place and looks at me. "I've missed coming here."
"I know, I'm sorry," I say ruefully. The loft has not been the same without her. After we got together officially, Sarah used to hang out at the loft frequently. At one point, she was living with me. Those were the best days of my life. Just being with her, inside her and spending time in her presence gave me more happiness than anything else.
But then Gerard Argent showed up along with his pack of Hunters. I turned Isaac and Erica, and Sarah's brother started to hate me. I don't care, Scott's a child. He'll understand the ways of the world after growing up.
But unknowingly, that caused a rift between me and Sarah. It was too unsafe for her to be with me, with hunters prowling around and an unknown beast to add to the list. I know how low Gerard can sink, he can threaten and hurt Sarah just to get to me.
I once had a thought of breaking up with her for her own safety, but she had said to me "I'll carve your heart out with a scalpel and keep it as a prized possession if you ever do that." And that had led to a passionate make-out session.
Tumblr media
"Derek..." Sarah's voice makes me look at her. But she isn't looking at me, she's staring at my jacket. "Why do you smell like women's perfume?"
Aah, that is Erica's fault. "Oh, it's nothing. I was going to tell you." I begin casually, but she looks anything but casual. Sarah's glaring at me like she never has before, and I gulp. "Angel, believe me, it's not what you think."
"Then what is it?" She hisses viciously, and at that moment, I can't help but admire how strong and confident she looks.
Right, back to the point.
I explain everything to her, starting from training to the point where Erica kissed me, and at the end, Sarah looks like she could commit first-degree murder. "I pushed her away immediately," I say, desperation clawing at my insides. Will she believe me?
Sarah glares at me. Then, she looks at her feet with a sigh. "Do you like her, Derek?"
"No!" I exclaim, aghast. "Honey, she's my beta, and she's also underage. I don't like her. I don't like anyone but you."
She doesn't look at me. "It's fine, Derek. If you don't like me anymore. I get it. It's been a hard couple of months. And I understand if you wanna be with me. Maybe a werewolf will be better for you."
"Sarah," I ball my hand into a fist. "Look at me."
She doesn't budge, and I gently lift her chin up. Her warm, chocolate eyes meet my werewolf red. She looks a bit frightened, and I wrap my arm around her, pulling her hard against me.
Tumblr media
"Look at me, Angel." I growl, "You're the only one I like, the only one I want. So don't even think for a second that I'll look at anyone else the way I look at you."
"I'm sorry," She says and my eyes go back to the usual green. "It's been so hard recently, so I thought that you'd give up and...." She looks at me worriedly, "Start looking for someone else."
"Sarah," I say calmly, "It's been very hard, yes. But I'm not giving up on you. On us. It's you for me, Angel."
Sarah gives me a shaky smile, and I continue, "And as for Erica, I pushed her away immediately and warned her to not do that again. You know why?"
She looks at me expectantly and I kiss her softly. "Because I'm not hers, Angel. I'm yours."

Fake - Isaac Lahey | Part nine
series masterlist
Warnings: language
AN: I'm crying this is the final part, thanks to everyone for sticking with the story, ily all. (New Isaac series coming soon idk...)
Tumblr media
Y/N,
I'm sorry that I hurt you. I'm an idiot for not seeing it sooner, how you felt about me. And how I feel about you. I don't know how you can love me, I'm annoying. I fidget with everything, and I have a habit of saying too much or in this case, not enough.
I should have told you how I felt sooner, but deep down, I don't think I believed that I deserved to love you. But I do, love you I mean. I'm sorry, that I fucked this up, ruined us. But I'm not sorry that I loved you till I couldn't breathe.
I hate that I can't sit still for more than a minute, it bothers me that I'm so mean sometimes, and I hate that I can't see what's right in front of me. I hate all of my habits, Y/N, but I happen to love you.
I'm sorry,
Isaac.
_
Isaac didn't know what he was doing. The sky was grey outside as if reflecting his mood to the rest of the world, and his feet carried him back and forth across the carpet of his room. He refused to read back what he wrote on the paper. If he did, it would ruin the compulsiveness of it all. He would hate every word. It would end in piles of paper on the floor, all in little crushed balls, the words they held never good enough. Isaac's first attempt would be the one he would give you. He felt it would be the greatest truth. After all, it was all his wild and rapid thoughts. Editing would ruin the truth in it.
There was a question that plagued Isaac's mind, however. would he hurt you more in doing this? If he gave you the letter, would you truly cast him out of your life forever? Was he clingy, annoying, and needy? He thought about tearing the paper up, ripping it into a million pieces, and never showing you. Never telling you everything on his mind. And then he came to his senses. Not communicating with you had caused this mess in the first place, and not telling you how he felt sooner had torn the both of you apart. Isaac put the letter in an envelope that took forever to find and sealed it inside. He didn't know exactly how he would get the letter to you. He didn't know if he would read it aloud or let you scan the words without him there. He just knew you had to have it.
In the end, after much deliberation, Isaac came to a decision. He had a lacrosse game tonight, a home game that Isaac doubted you would attend. He'd pushed you too far this time, and somehow, he knew you wouldn't be in the stands waiting. It wasn't like the last time you'd planned not to come and then showed up anyway. You weren't coming to this game, no matter how many prayers Isaac sent to the sky above. So, Isaac decided the only chance he had was to slip the letter into your locker. That way, he gave you the choice. You could read it and discover the depth of Isaac's affections, or you could dispose of it and continue on your quest to never speak to Isaac again. Isaac hoped you would give him the chance. If you did, maybe you would find it in yourself to forgive him. Maybe, even love him again.
-
The letter fell at your feet as people milled around you, heading toward the exits of the school. The day was over, and the rush of people racing to get home, perhaps to prepare for the lacrosse game to come that night, was overwhelming. You watched helplessly as it was trampled over by one, two, three, people, before finally you could reach down and take it in your hands. The paper was crinkled, and there was the light sketch of a muddy shoeprint now across the envelope. Even so, the letter was clearly addressed to you. Your name is messy letters across the back of the envelope. In Isaac's handwriting.
You thought over throwing it away, tossing it back down to the floor where it could be trampled over repeatedly, just as your heart had been whilst you loved Isaac. Your thumb ran across your name on the paper, and even though you were trying your best to leave Isaac behind, this was too intriguing to ignore. Isaac was never good with words unless they came in the form of sarcasm or smart comments. Slowly, you opened the envelope, the edges of it tearing as you tried to remove the content from within. You pulled out the piece of paper from inside and unfolded it carefully as if it were a bomb that could go off any minute. And then, you stood staring.
But once, he'd loved Allison, too. And there was always the chance that he still felt for her as he felt for you now. Second best was something you'd grown used to in Isaac's life, but if this was a time when you got to come first, you weren't going to share the podium. Slowly, you folded the letter and let it slide into the pocket in the back of your jeans. You needed time to think, and though every part of you was reeling, you held composure and made your way to the exit.
Isaac's handwriting, the messy scrawl of his heartfelt thoughts, and the things he felt toward you were laced on the paper. You could hear his voice in your mind as your eyes danced across the words, you could hear him laughing, singing, and shouting as you lent against your locker. Isaac loved you; it was here like a promise on paper, written in bleeding ink that stained the pages of your mind. He loved you. He loved you.
When you arrived home, the temperature dropped significantly. The sun was low, and the heat of it had dispersed from the air, leaving you to feel cold and alone as you made your way inside. Your room was as messy as your mind, and for some reason, you were overcome with the urge to clean it as you thought over the very compelling words Isaac had delivered you.
You could list a million reasons why you should leave Isaac behind, the top on said list being that you'd cried yourself dry over said boy more than once. But then again, that was love. Screaming, crying, and laughing until you were deemed insane, driven mad by affection, and passion. And you were still undeniably in love with the boy. That feeling couldn't simply fade.
By the time your clothes were folded, all your things in their collective places and your bed made, you had in turn made up your mind.
So, with a clean room and a racing heartbeat, you put on your coat and stepped into the cold.
-
The sun had set by the time Isaac and the rest of the lacrosse team ran onto the field, and as always, they were met by the cheers of their peers, parents, and friends. All but you, of course. Isaac listened hard but came up with nothing. He couldn't hear any trace of you in the stands, under the bleachers or anywhere in his vicinity. You hadn't shown, just as Isaac expected. He didn't deserve your praise and cheers after all. He wasn't your hero anymore, and perhaps he never was.
Scott gives Isaac a look from across the field. The boy knows he's distracted, he can probably sense the depression rolling off of Isaac in waves, and in true Scott fashion, he's concerned. Most likely, Scott and Stiles have already pieced together the puzzle that is Isaac's, broken heart. Maybe they voted on giving Isaac an intervention, a holiday away, or even grief counseling. He wouldn't be surprised, to say the least.
What is the cure for a broken heart? Food? Friends? A good cry? More so, what is the cure for a heart broken by Y/N L/N? Isaac doesn't believe there is one. No pain could be worse, and no band-aid could hold him together long enough for him to get over you. Not completely.
All Isaac can think of to do, is absolutely obliterate his opponents. Perhaps if he sees the opposing team members writhing on the ground, he'll feel better. So, that's what Isaac does. He bashes into one player after another, the loud whacks of each body colliding with his sending 'oohs' and 'ahh's' through the crowd. It's brutal and most definitely against the rules to some extent, but Coach Finstock doesn't take him off the field, because they're winning. Isaac is winning. The coach of the opposing team doesn't make a move either, almost as though he is too afraid of Isaac's wrath to argue. Good. Isaac needs this. It's most certainly a character flaw on his part, but he's heartbroken and in honesty could not care less. Perhaps he cared so much for you that he ran out of compassion for the rest of the world.
So, Isaac goes in for another attack, the other player heading down the field in the opposite direction from his team's goal, consumed by the fear of the werewolf, chasing him. Not that he knows Isaac's true capabilities, though the terrified expression on the boy's face could convince even Isaac that he does.
The crowd is shouting profusely, knowing what is about to befall the player Isaac is pursuing, but no one runs to stop the assault. It's a game after all, and if the coaches and referee deem it fairly played, so be it. Isaac is almost on top of the boy when he stops. It's as if something possesses him, freezing him in his tracks. He stumbles as he does so, the force at which he stopped his pace swaying him forward, but he's still on his feet and so is the other player.
Isaac hears something, a familiar beat rounding the corner. It's fast paced, nervous, and as Isaac turns to face the sound, he sees who the particular heartbeat belongs to.
You stand there fiddling with your hands, eyes scanning the field until they meet with his. There's a silent communication in that moment, and Isaac knows you've read the letter. You've seen into the mess that is his mind, and it terrifies him. He watches as you move forward, his heart beating out of his chest, first a walk, and then faster, all whilst Isaac is frozen to the spot both of awe and fear. The game around him comes to a pause as you make your way onto the field, stepping in front of players’ mid game. Isaac can hear those in the crowd muttering in confusion and frustration, he wants them all to shut up so he can focus on you. He just wants to focus on you.
It takes a while for you to reach him, the field is huge and it's hard to cover ground, even at the pace you’re going, but there is a part of Isaac that thinks he is seeing everything in slow motion. Like his anxiety is playing tricks on his mind.
It's not long before you're standing within arm’s reach of him, waiting for a reaction. Isaac's eyes scan over you, taking in the moment so that perhaps he can find it in himself to breathe again. You're staring him down, and he can sense fear in the beat of your heart, as if you think Isaac might not want to see you. In your hand is the letter, firmly grasped as if you are incapable of letting it go. Perhaps you came to give it back to him.
"Hi."
It's a relief for Isaac to hear your voice, even more so the fact that you are speaking to him. He never thought that would happen again.
"Hi." Isaac is sweating, nerves boiling over as he parrots your greeting. All he can do is watch as you glance down to the letter, and he's sure you're about to give it back when you look up at him once more.
"I'm not Allison."
Those three words burn like a hot poker, and Isaac despises the fact that he made you think you had to be someone you're not for him to care. He cares more than he thinks you will ever know.
"I don't want you to be." The words come easy, sliding from his lips with a thousand emotions, a potion of truth.
"You promise?"
"I promise."
And somehow, that's enough. The field is quiet, so is the crowd, and Isaac knows you're trying to ignore their stares, but that doesn't stop you from kissing him. It reminds him of the first time, standing in the hallway with everyone watching, the first time he truly let himself feel everything for you. His mind goes back to the day on this very same field, where it was just you and him under the floodlights with no one else to see. But most of all Isaac is focused on now. It's the first time his lips have met yours in a moment unplanned, an impulse that proves just how powerfully his heart beats for you. He doesn't waste a second in kissing you back, relishing in the feel of your arms around his neck, and just how close you are to him after being apart.
You break away only when you hear Stiles shouting, his voice recognisable anywhere. He's yelling out comedic lines straight out of a movie, teasing the both of you with 'get a rooms' and 'break it up lovebirds' but he's clapping for you through it all like a child.
Isaac ignores him, bringing a hand up to tilt your face back his way. He wants you smiling at him, not a Stilinski.
"So, we're really doing this?" Isaac can't help the way the words come out in a whisper, but he's so close you to he knows that you hear them. You're looking up at him, and he can feel your heart racing, he knows his is doing just the same.
"For real this time?"
Isaac smiles, hand on your cheek "For real this time."
