“Why are you adamant on annoying me.” Wednesday opens her door to you, whose rapidly knocking stops when the look on Wednesday’s face doesn’t give much room for explanation. But you love being defiant so you don’t really care

“Thing and I planned to go on a date today!”

The Addams looks behind her to see the appendage with the tiniest little crocheted messenger bag that was worn on his wrist like a bracelet. You can see Wednesday’s forehead wrinkle when Thing saunters over to your feet for you to put him on your shoulder, just as you’ve seen Wednesday do countless times before

“I asked Thing if he had any rings to wear and he said no, so naturally I’m going to treat him on a day out” The appendage taps excitedly on your shoulder, poking at your face to signal he wants to go

“And when did you plan this?”

“After we played tag, you wanna come with us?” You ask with a turn of your head

“Shopping isn’t my strongest suit. I’d only slow you two down.”

“We’ll be off doing hot girl things. I promise I’ll have him home before curfew, Miss Addams” You treat Wednesday like she’s a disapproving mother, when in reality she looks unfazed and honestly a little annoyed. You and Thing wave goodbye, leaving Wednesday with her own thoughts as her roommate is doing god knows what with her friends

Time alone could be good for Wednesday. She’s been around people far more than she preferred. With maybe an hour on her hands before someone interrupts her, Wednesday sits at her desk to write

Her fingers drum against her desk, a habit she picked up from Thing. The appendage you were taking out on a date. For gods sake, he was a hand! You asked a singular appendage out on a date. Not even a full human. A fucking hand. A hand that didn’t have a voice, yet you were still infatuated with him nonetheless

And maybe Wednesday is smart enough to recognize she’s feeling a little peeved over a hand. Maybe Wednesday is smart enough to know Thing does have a voice; a sassy one at that. Maybe Wednesday is coping with the fact you wanted to take Thing out more than someone you actively sought out and saw every day

And maybe you’re the reason why Wednesday had to buy a slightly bigger trash can for the more recent mistakes she’s been making during her writing time

You were a disease. You forced your way into everyone’s life, but somehow you always came out with more friends and acquaintances than you started with. It was annoying how unforgivably social you were.

“Correct.”

“How’s your writing going?” Enid peers over Wednesday’s shoulder to look at her once again, full trash can. Enid notices that happens a lot when you’re on Wednesday’s mind for some reason. The Addams glares at Enid when she makes another mistake, crumbling up the piece of paper while maintaining eye contact with her roommate

“Great.”

A beat of silence.

“…did you seriously get cucked by a hand?”

“Repeat such degenerate nonsense and I’ll be forced to make sure you never will.”

“I dunno, you’re looking a little jealous over there” Wednesday doesn’t have to turn around to hear the wolfish grin in Enid’s voice

corio had done horrible things in his life, the second you were drawn into the games nothing else mattered besides keeping you safe. those horrible things were known to few, one of them being the songbird to your left.

They’re not sporting rose tinted glasses, they’re not as easily manipulated as people think they are. If anything, I’d think that’s what they’d want you to think. Some part of them could feel manipulative in a way. They know what strings are being pulled, they know the cards being dealt. That’s how I portray them anyway. It’s makes theirs and Blake’s dynamic more complex and all the more better in my mind 👀

"Alright, Glitchy Red, are you ready to give this a try?"

"I'm ready when you are, Y/n." You nodded as you set your gameboy to the side. Ever since you received Glitchy Red's cartridge from a nearby game store which sold older games, and finding out about him and his past, you were determined to help him. Glitchy Red was unsure about this at first, considering he did not exactly trust you and had initially thought you were going to throw his cartridge away or give it up to someone else. However, when you did not do any of those things, he was actually quite relieved, and hopeful that you were going to help him like you had promised.

After two years of searching for answers, you two were pretty close to giving up, until you ended up finding a possible solution. You didn't want to get your hopes up too quickly, but you had written it down in a journal in your room, as well as saving the site you had gotten the information from, as a just in case it did actually work and you needed it again for whatever reason. How this person had an idea of what you were attempting, not even you knew. Hey, you can't be too careful. Now you two were going to give it a try, hoping that it would work.

"I hope this works..." You mumbled as you attempted a sequence of button presses and a few other things as you read the words you had written down on your journal. Once you were done, you looked back down at the screen of the gameboy to see if anything had changed.

"Anything?" You asked. Glitchy Red looked around, seeing no changes.

"No, nothing yet. Maybe we need to wait?"

"Oh, sure, let's give it a moment." You waited for a few moments to a few minutes, but still nothing.

"Damn, I really thought we were onto something there." You sighed softly, crossing your arms.

"I guess it's back to the drawing board- wait what is that?" You noticed the screen of the gameboy was glowing more so than usual, which was odd since this required the use of a flashlight to actually see the screen.

"I have no idea what you're seeing, but I feel... different, I can't explain it." Before you could say anything else, the whole room was filled with the same white light, causing you to shield your eyes. When you uncovered your eyes, however, you found yourself... not in your bedroom.

"Where the hell am I?" You rubbed your eyes, looking around the area, which looked rather familiar to you. It then hit you: where was Glitchy Red? "Glitchy Red?!" You suddenly called out, looking for your friend in a bit of a panic.

"Y/n?" You heard him, but you couldn't see him. That is, until you looked up towards the "sky" only to find that your little experiment worked!... sort of.

"Hey, you're finally out of the game!"

"That may be true, but now you're trapped inside." Glitchy Red sounded rather worried about this, not wanting you to be trapped inside the game like he had been.

"I... don't want you to be trapped in there because of me." He was thinking of the worst case scenarios, that you wouldn't be able to leave the game, that he would end up back in there with you, that-

"Red." He looked down at the screen. You only called him that when you were being serious or when you wanted to get his attention.

"Yes..?"

"Stop thinking like that. I'll get out of here, and I'm going to show you everything that I had promised to show you, and spend all the time with you that I possibly can! I got you out, didn't I?"

"Well, yeah, but now you're in the game."

"So? Now that we've figured out how to get you out, if we just do it again, then I should get out too!"

"and if we end up in this situation again? But I'm back in the game and we're back in our original situation?"

"Then we'll keep searching! We will keep looking until we're both out out there, together." Glitchy Red chuckled a bit, shaking his head.

"Alright, I trust you."

"Great! Now let me out of here! Look for my journal, I have it written in there." He nodded and looked around your room, which he had seen parts of here and there from when you carried your gameboy around to show him around. He looks around and finds your journal on the floor and picks it up.

"Alright, let's give this another try." You waited patiently as Glitchy Red input the button combination and other things you had done to get him out. Once he finished, he set the journal and gameboy down, waiting. After a few minutes of waiting, the bright white light filled the room once more, causing both of you to cover your eyes. After the light faded, you uncovered your eyes to find yourself back in your room, with Glitchy Red beside you.

"Y/n?" You heard him say before uncovering his eyes, which you couldn't really see from the shadow of his hat. You smiled and pulled him into a hug, which caused him to flinch in response as you had caught him off guard.

"I... I can't believe it worked." Glitchy Red hugged you back, a faint smile on his face.

"I'm glad it worked." You nodded in agreement, the two of you not letting go from the hug. You knew you would be like this for a while, but you didn't mind. You were happy that Glitchy Red was now out of the game and here with you, and vice versa.

1. tape arms is from when it was their freshmen year of high school, and sero once got RLLY drunk at some senior’s party….anyways he got tied up by a bunch of girls. with tape. (yes he did cry as the gang ripped off the tape) fun fact!! Jordan was actually at that party (their cousin was the hostess) and was the one who told the bakusquad abt him getting taped up!

2. soy sauce is from the very first prank Kaminari did on the channel where he gave sero a glass of soy sauce but told him it was coke (sero didn’t speak to him for three days afterwards)

Mina-pinky/raccoon eyes:

pinky is like rlly obvious she has pink hair, BUT raccoon eyes is a much more funny story! you see, just like her lover; kirishima, she too had a sort of…alt-y phase. in her case, she experimented with black clothing but more importantly, black eyeshadow. like. a LOT. kirishima thought it was the CUTEST thing ever and was low key upset when she stopped doing it💀

Kirishima-weird hair/shitty hair/spiky:

he just had a rlly bad haircut when they came back to school for their sophomore year, it was legit like how teen guys had it in the early 2000s-gelled up into spikes 🫥

HOWEVER that so backfired on him bc the nickname made iida think bkg liked ochako (he also noticed their newest infatuation w/each other) and iida one day went to bkg to tell him HE liked ochako and was like “i see that you and ochako have made a new relationship, but i just need to tell you i have feelings for ochako.” anyways. bkg was going thru new anger management stuff and he had to take VERY deep breaths in order not to lose his shit LMFAO

Rhysand x Reader | I Never Meant to Hurt You

I actually don’t hate Rhys and Feyre but the mc is a little bit angry and devastated in this one sooo sorry for the Rhys and Feyre bashing.

You had become friends with Nesta since she had started recruiting priestesses from the library for her Valkyries and later started asking around in the of Velaris and on the outskirts of said city where you lived. You had immediately gotten along so very well with her, the only issue was that Nesta did not know that her brother-in-law once used to be your lover—your soon-to-be husband. He once used to be your whole entire world, the love of your life. After his return from Amarantha and his mating bond acceptance Rhysand had not once visited you. You did not blame him, you had parted ways before, still you would have found it nice if he had shown up once. You knew it wasn’t easy for him, but so it wasn't for you. You thought about telling Nesta but the time hadn’t been right yet. You hadn’t immediately known when you met her that she was Rhysand’s sister-in-law. You had only found out a few months into the training. 

And now you stood here, on the training pitch, staring at the back of the High Lord’s head while your world slowly started to shatter. 

He as laughing loudly, his one arm wrapped around his mate, his other hand holding a little baby. A baby you had always dreamed of having with him.

Small pieces broke of your heart, dropping low into your belly while your throat went dry. It felt like every wound that had been caused back then when Rhysand was taken captive was ripped open again. It felt like someone put a sword of burning iron right into your chest, slowly tearing it open and piercing through your heart. You had thought you had gotten over him, thought that you could live with the thought of never having him in your life again, but that was before you had seen him. 

Now every memory you had shared with him, all the laughter, the chats and many more things crept into your brain and sank their claws into your skin like vipers. 

You shuddered, throat fully dry by then when tears slowly started to climb into your eyes.

“Y/N!” you suddenly heard Nesta shout and when you lifted your gaze you were met with the Valkyrie general who was happily waving her hand at you. 

Your shoulders caved in, swallowing thickly when you weakly returned the gesture. Nesta wasn’t the only one looking at you—no the High Lord and Lady of the Night Court had turned around as well. While Feyre Cursebreaker was simply examining you, the High Lord of Night looked like he had seen a ghost. HIs eyes were wide open, his lips slightly parted and his skin paler than ever before. 

You shifted your gaze, meeting his, locking. For a long moment you simply stared at each other. 

I thought I never see you again. A soft brush against your mental shields followed and you felt like throwing up. 

“If you really mean it say it out loud, Rhysand,” you spoke with disgust in your voice, slowly shaking your head. Feyre’s eyes moved from you to her mate and back to you.

You watched Rhys’s throat work on a swallow but before he could speak up Feyre said, “You know each other?”

“We did, yes.” “Apperently he thought he would never see me again,” you murmured and walked closer to the High Lady and Lord of Night alongside Nesta. Nesta looked more than surprised, eyes wide open and her features displaying nothing but irritation and confusion.

“Since when—Did you befriend—?” “I only found out a few weeks ago that you are sister, Nesta. I am sorry, I should have told you, but I didn’t know how,” you breathed when you walked closer to your friend and kept some fine distance between Rhys and his mate. 

“How do you know each other?” Feyre asked, voice somehow shaky. She was still looking between you and her mate, totally ignoring your and Nesta's conversation. She took the baby from Rhysand’s arm and your heart cracked fully open. The small boy looked just like his father, happily sucking on his thumb. 

“We used to be—“ “Friends,” Rhysand said quickly and gave his head a little shake. You furrowed your brows.

“Yes, friends. Apperently friends sleep together, share kisses and are engaged.” Rolling your eyes you heard Nesta gasp loudly beside you.

“What?” Feyre breathlessly expressed and now only stared at her mate.

“That was long ago,” Rhysand tried to explain, his hand moving to his mate’s arm.

“Long ago? It was before Amarantha. You were gone from one day to the other and when you returned—“ “She held me captive. She made me her…whore.” “Yes and apperently I you made me your whore, Rhysand!” you spat, the anger that had built up over the years where you had known that he had found a mate and not once cared about you rising to the surface. 

“That is not true, what we had—“ “Oh shut up, just a few minutes ago you called what we had a friendship.”

I did not mean it, I did not want to make Feyre feel uneasy.

Stop speaking to me in my mind. 

“What the fuck, Rhys?” Nesta expressed, snapping back to reality now that realisation had fully settled in. Rhys shook his head at his sister-in-law. 

“As I said, it was long ago. I do regret many of my decisions, but we had parted ways before Amarantha had taken me. After my return I simply…I couldn’t bring myself to speak to you, Y/N,” Rhys carefully said, his voice breathy and barely above a whisper. 

“You did not check on me once. We were engaged Rhys and I had to find out that you found your mate through the population of the Night Court. You could have told me!” “You should have told her!” Nesta said loudly next to you, her hand wrapping around your arm. 

It wasn’t like your life had been to easy in those past years. Nesta knew a lot about it—knew how broken you were, how your trauma still haunted you but she had never known the exact reason for it. Now she did. Now all the hurt, the pain and the crying started to make sense. It started to make sense that you broke down after she had told you who her sister was. You had blamed it on the weather, saying it was too hot outside and you had felt dizzy. Now she knew that that hadn’t been the reason.

“I am sorry for hurting you,” Rhysand said and once again looked from you to Feyre. 

“Can we have a few minutes, please. I think it should just be you and I who talk. And if you don’t want me to speak to you mind-to-mind we have to do it like this.”

Feyre only reluctantly agreed, but it was her sister who hardly let go off your arm. You had to assure her at least ten times it would be fine and so she finally agreed to it, telling you that she would be there for you whenever you needed her. 

And now you sat here, next to Rhysand, on a bench, staring out over Velaris.

“I never meant to hurt you,” Rhysand said.

A tear rolled out of your eye. “But you did.”

“I know.”

“You love her?” “More than my own life,” Rhysand whispered. A sob left you.

“I understand that. I understand that you love her. That you chose her. I am happy for you and I think I will get over what we had one day, but you should have told me. You should not have kept me waiting only for to have to find out that never would be an us again.”

You heard Rhysand swallow, his hand moving over yours squeezing.

“I regret this every day of my life. I know that words cannot make up for the pain I brought upon you, but you have to know that I am not proud of this decision, that I regret it, that I hate myself for it.” You swallowed audibly and wiped the back of your hand over your cheek. “I am sorry for what happened to you Under the Mountain. I had no idea,” you finally said after a few moments of silence. 

Rhysand breathed out some air through his nose, his gaze moving to you. “My love for you had been true. Before finding my mate I had not love another person like I had loved you.”

You smiled weakly and drew in a shaky breath. “Is it alright if I keep training with Nesta?” “Of course. I love that you train with her. And before you ask, yes, Feyre will also be alright with it. “Alright,” your voice was only a whisper, your throat burning too much to speak loudly. You sat on the rooftop a few minutes longer, letting silence wrap around you, no one spoke, the only sound was the rustling of leaves, before you were joined by Nesta and Feyre once again. Rhysand and you parted ways—you went with Nesta whom you had to do a lot of explaining to, who dried your tears and who listened to everything you said. Rhysand went with Feyre, apologising once again. Feyre said nothing, but you knew that Rhysand had to do equally as much explaining to his mate as you to Nesta. 

You knew he never had meant to hurt you, but he did. And it would definitely take a lot more time to fully heal, to find closure. But now that you had spoken, closure seemed more possible. Seemed realistic and somehow easier.
