I had a goal, if the first chapter of "Boy Wonder and the Rockstar" reached 1K, I was going to upload the second part.

In my little head I thought: “it's going to take a while, so I have time to fix things before I upload it” (actually it didn't matter if it didn't reach 1K, I was going to upload it because I already have the plot ready).

But I woke up this morning and we hit 1K notes (oh god) 😦.

Thank you all very much, and I hope today I can revise the chapter to upload it tomorrow at the latest. ^^

7: What are you most proud of?

Tbh, I think this one is perhaps the most achievable of my longer projects? Funny enough, I've had some version of Polly and her story in the works for a little over a decade now, but it's always been a huge, ambitious, world-building-heavy concept. This one is much easier, and while I can lose myself in some world building for fun, there's not much needed for the narrative itself. It's a straightforward plot, with simple plot twists, and a lot of fun.

11: Which character do you have the most in common with?

Marius or Jack probably. Marius, Polly's cat, was caught in a wayward spell and gained sentience and the ability to talk. However, he did not gain higher desires. Though he serves as a skilled ratter in the bakery, chasing away anyone who'd get into the kitchen, his main goal in life is to be pet and spoiled and given treats. Once he gains the ability to talk, we find he's a fussy, particular cat who doesn't do well in any kind of challenging situation (and possibly is voiced by nathan lane.)

Jack, meanwhile, is far more adventurous than I am, but he's curious and kind and wants to make his loved ones happy more than anything else in the world. He's not good with changes or strangers, and he [redacted], but he's a good bean who loves his friend (singular) and does the right thing in the end.

My two favorite things!! RWBY and Sakura! Thanks @thanatos-nightshade .

As much as gauntlets similar to Yang's could fit her beautifully, I just can't seem let go of Sakura using her big ass axes! I also imagined her semblance being "Healing", but she only figures it out later on and all throughout the academy years she'd try to compensate her lack of skill by using these huge exaggerated weapons - little did anyone realize that her abnormal strength to use said weapons was already her own body healing itself as she overexerted her muscles beyond its limits.
