Hello Santa! I'm good. I love gifs, gifsets and gifmakers and I want to tell them their work is appreciated, always. They give me so much joy, like every single day. My eyes are blessed.

Onto an actual reply that might help you haha: My fave shows at the moment are: The L Word (especially Jamie Clayton's character Tess), Interview with the Vampire and His Dark Materials.

Sort of related I am bonkers for any content that features Ruth Wilson, Jamie Clayton and Toby Stephens.

Previously I've loved Black Sails, Roswell New Mexico, Sense8 and Animal Kingdom (the show). I mean I still love them, but I sort of feel I've wrung them out a little.

I do love a tragic romance. I love a queer tragic romance. I need my characters to be absolutely crazy in love and making bad decisions because of it. Mutual pining! Anything Jane Eyre 2006 also works (because Ruth Wilson AND Toby Stephens).

If you're not into romance I totally get it, gif something that you're comfortable with, okay?

Pride (the film) always makes me cry in a good way.

Honestly I think if it's pretty I will love whatever you choose to gif, I reblog and love sets of shows that I have no interest in but the gifs are enough and I will enjoy it because they are gifs and like they are coloured and they move!!!

I don't really do quotes or lyrics but I admire it when people do use it in sets to tell a clever or thoughtful story but something about the way I process text and visuals means that my brain doesn't usually cope with them both at the same time. Gotta be one or the other. I don't mind it so much if it's a static graphic but because gifs move the text is unreadable to me, or at least requires a lot of effort. Lots of fonts drives me crazy again because of my processing thing, text on peoples faces in a set, same. Subtitles are perfectly fine though.

I love lush colours and anything b&w contrasting with colour. No colour hates at all. I love AU sets too.

In my spare time I... make gifs. I have a very boring serious writing job where lots of people rely on me to make sensible decisions all day long so gifs and gifmaking puts me in touch with art, colours, delights and importantly no words hahaha

DEFINITELY WEIGHTED WITH A CONSIDERATION TO THE PANIC AND COLLATERAL DAMAGE VARIABLE. it is genuinely fucking insane to me that william wisp can create perfect simulacra of people that are such close and perfect imitations people Can Not Tell Them Apart. and also that he can create and control MANY SIMULTANEOUSLY. i already have an absolutely hilarious idea for horror and it might just because i'm on the guilt section of his character analysis but i could TOTALLY imagine him being an emotional drunk. like he CRIES. horror sans man known for being incredibly guarded and private with what he feels bawling his eye out. he gets mad he gets sad he does not get happy because horror doesn't have the right to be happy. he is too upset over the fact that he fucking DOOMED all of horrortale because of his selfishness and nothing can stop him from being incredibly vocal about that fact so much so that killer had to tape his mouth shut because he wouldn't stop crying so loud. and then he just silently cries until he passes out from exhaustion. the alcohol has an incredibly strong effect on him because i dont think he would drink regularly plus he definitely hasnt drinken anything in those 7 years of starvation. it hits like a fucking plane crashing into him. or like getting his eye taken out again. either one!

dust in the context that we already know that he drinks AND he can fight against the human while like partially drunk.... i feel it would be kinda like a giggly drunk situation. except dust doesn't laugh at anything that's funny he only laughs when someone gets hurt or something. SADISTIC giggly drunk. because i can already imagine a half drunk dust laughing his ass off after killing the human and its a beautiful sight to me.

... the big chunk in the middle is what i'd describe as MOSTLY progressive rock/metal! all with varying sounds, from varying eras, where some might sound more "classical" so to speak (KC and Genesis come to mind) others might sound more "modern" and hard rock/metal-y (Devin Townsend, SAGA, Jellyfish...kinda!) Steven Wilson is a mix of both, as it harkens back to older prog rock sounds while sounding much heavier later on (the same sound you'll hear in the Porcupine Tree album, given Wilson is the lead singer of both bands) Flex-Able + Emily's D+Evolution are what i could describe as being very Frank Zappa-esqe. funky, groovy, but still sounds like prog - though Spalding's album is a lot more serious than Vai's! as for Thomas Dolby that's more New Wave than anything. MCR & Twenty One Pilots speak for themselves i think, being more poppy (TOP especially, is Pop music, but definitely their best album by far)

they both hold each other in the highest respect. william sees dakota as the prime (ha) example of what a hero should be. hes brave hes kind he does his best to protect everyone no matter what. hes all the things that william Isnt. BUT !!!! dakota also looks up to him !!! hes so smart hes good at problem solving hes so curious about everything and asking questions and poking his nose into things that nobody else would even consider. dakota knows hes not smart so he automatically looks to william whenever he needs a plan or someone to tell him what to do when he feels lost. they complement each other and they dont even !!!!! know it !!!!!!!

also regarding williams powers. fuck dude. season 1 he was so fucking scared of himself and ashamed of the things he could do . he hid every time he had to use wisp form !!! but dakota always thought it was so cool and was not QUIET about it. boy went fucking STAR EYES the first time he saw wisp form !!!!!! i will never stop thinking abt the first rolled for season 2 where charlie goes "if dakota hadnt left, he probably wouldve been able to convince william to keep using his powers and not to completely disregard their existence like he has been" and . considering what william is like in season 2... god this wouldve been a COMPLETELY different fucking campaign. theyre so. incredibly soulmates to me. theyre so important to each other theyd do anything for each other. i cant say too much more without accidentally giving you spoilers bc i WILL keep talking and not be able to shut up but GOD fuck ghostkicks enjoyers eat so well in the latter half of s2. moirails. 2 me !!!!!!!
